Best Miami Spice Lunch Deals 2018 - Eater Miami

"Indulge in a rooftop lunch alongside the Four Season’s pool every day of the week at Bahia. Start off with either the beet ceviche or sope de pato with duck confit, then move on to an entrée with choices like achiote roasted pork, chicken enchiladas, or caldo de camaron with cooked shrimp in roasted tomato and chile broth. For a sweet ending, choose from the tres leches cake with fresh mango, or the cinnamon churros with dulce de leche and ancho chile chocolate sauce. (Available daily. Menu here.)" - Stacy A. Moya

The place is very nice, especially the water feature on the wall is a highlight, but it's very hot in the summer and there are no fans. We went for a couple of drinks and snacks. I had seen the daily specials on the website, but the waiter couldn't give me any information about them, so we ordered a soft drink instead. After we had already ordered food and drinks the waiter came back with a drink specials menu. It took very long for our food to arrive and the waiters were a mixture of shy and uninterested. The bar next to it would be a much better option.

We had brunch at Bahia on one of our last visits to the Miami area and thought the whole experience was great dining outside near the beautiful Four Seasons pool. We definitely recommend the Sunday brunch experience here!

You can never go wrong with food and service at The Four Seasons, especially by the pool in sunny December! Craving tacos in Miami, our usual tacos we have at every restaurant are fish and steak! Too full to try the s’mores milkshake!

Went there for lunch. Good service, fast. Not a restaurant more like open cafe right next to pool, so be ready to see people in swimsuits. Other then that delicious :)

We came for lunch. As soon as we arrived, we were asked what we wanted to drink. I ordered a lemonade that never came. My husband asked for water, which we got, along with 2 menus. When our friends joined us, we asked if we could have two more menus. We never got them. We waited a very long time to get check. And during all those 2 hours, we never got 1 single smile from the staff, who looked like us being here and wanting to be served was just a big pain in the neck. The food was good, but way too pricey for that kind of service. We expect more when we have lunch at the Four Seasons, even from the poolside bar.

A few months back the Four Seasons Miami unveiled its newly renovated poolside restaurant and sunset lounge, Bahía at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Tucked atop the 7th floor of the hotel, the two-acre tropical oasis was recently named one of the “Best Hotel Pools in Miami” by Conde Nast Traveler. And with a new look came a new menu offering flavors inspired by the coastal regions of Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean, created by everyone’s favorite Aussie chef, Aaron Brooks. The new menu features authentic spices, rubs and marinades featuring achiote and other fragrant and spicy flavors that pay homage to the culinary scenes of these regions with dishes like Spicy Adobo Pork Ribs, Ceviche Veracruzano, a special taco menu of Guajillo Short Rib, Cochinita Pibil, Pescado and Fried Soft Shell Crab all served on locally made masa tortillas by a company called, appropriately enough, Masa Tortillas. While eating poolside, cocktails are a must, and Bahía offers a beverage program featuring an extensive selection of tequilas and single village mezcals, including a bespoke reposado tequila exclusively barreled for Bahía. Specialty cocktails showcase bar favorites with a tequila twist – Mezcal Mule, Mexican Mojito, a classic Bahía Margarita and others. A selection of wine, bubbles and craft beer are also available. With Miami’s tropical climate, Bahía’s updated design and fresh new menu offerings, it is a welcomed escape for a casual midweek lunch break and poolside cocktail.

Yelp
Came here to have a light lunch with the family. Location is beautiful. Large wall fountain, outside tables. Located at the top of the Four Seasons hotel. We ordered some appetizers and the flatbread to share. Everything was wonderful. The hummus was very creamy with olives that are not your typical ones from the grocery store. Nice taste. Pita bread was very fresh. The zucchini fries were not greasy and had a yummy sauce. Addicting. Lamb meatballs were perfectly cooked and had a tzatziki sauce. Finally the flatbread with prosciutto, which our daughter couldn't get enough of. Fresh toppings, nice mix of flavors. Very good. Service was good. Everyone helped each other with filling drinks, clearing plates, checking in on us. I'm sure other items are good. Very impressed.

Yelp
Wooosah...sharing is caring. It was very difficult for me to write this because this spot is lowkey but oh so clutch! So this location is inside the four seasons hotel in Brickell on the 7th floor. Its a beautiful rooftop space with a pool right next to it. They have some easy chill music always playing, which adds to the tranquility of the space. The servers add to this Peaceful vibe with their laidback(still attentive) vibe and their causal attire. This place was already great for me because of the vibe. Than the foood took it over the top! I only get tacos here so unfortunately I can't give a full review of what they have to offer. However if the tacos are any indicator of the full menu than it is phenomenal! My favorite taco is baja style fish taco!! Definitely try all 6 out and visit this location.

Yelp
We had the pleasure of dining at Bahia twice last week while visiting Miami and we really enjoyed ourselves! Long story short, get the short ribs whatever way works best for you. I loved it in a salad bowl, and my wife loved it as tacos. The outdoor atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is super friendly. Just tell yourself you're not sitting at a hotel pool and enjoy!

Yelp
Located near the pool at the Four Seasons, this south of the border restaurant has some delightful dishes. Tacos with what you know and a special flavor added, like grilled pineapple, or house made tomatillo sauce. They also have fruit pops with alcohol added for an extra kick. I needed to wait over 15 minutes for service when the first opened, but then service picked up. The waiters at the restaurant also serve you at the cabanas or longe chairs by the pool.

Yelp
I came during my lunch break to extinguish my taco cravings on this fine Tuesday. They have a pretty good deal where the tacos are all $3. This is my second time here and it was good enough to bring me back. I ordered the fried soft shell crab taco and the fish taco. Both came out in under 10 minutes. They even give you chulpes as you wait. Located in the 4 Seasons Hotel right next to the pool isn't a bad deal either. You get to enjoy beautiful sights with some amazing food. I recommend this spot to anyone looking to experience some of the luxuries of Miami without breaking bank. The staff is very attentive and are constantly checking to ensure you're enjoying your dining experience. Richard and Sujith were my servers at the time. They did an exceptional job at making sure I felt welcomed!

Yelp
Heard through the grapevine that this poolside Restaurant/Bar had A Taco Tuesday Special!!! ...and I couldn't resist. Every Tuesday they have $3.00 Tacos of your choice. Put it in my calendar to make the trip to the Four Seasons Hotel where the Rooftop Bar/Restaurant is located. Beautiful view and lovely decor. You'll love the ambiance that is created up there. Rich was the bartender and was more than welcoming and recommended which tacos I should try out. They didn't disappoint to say the least. I devoured them with the quickness. Lol

Yelp
Stopped by for taco Tuesday. The four seasons website shares that they offer a special on all tacos for $3- seems like a great deal. When we arrive around 4:30 (they close at 6) the waiter tells us that they stop serving the tacos around 4. Nowhere on the website does it state this, it actually states that's the special is all day. We felt as if the waiter, there was a man and a woman working at the bar; wasn't interested in serving guests as we would have been the only table setting on the deck. Disappointed with no tacos and the lack of customer service from the waiter. On a positive note, Brunch at Edge is fantastic!

Yelp
Fantastic locations the 7th floor pool deck! Come gather the breezes, a cocktail and American/Caribbean food with exotic flair at Bahia. Situated next to the Four Seasons' pool, the outdoor seating area of Bahia is in a lovely setting with an open view of the water. The food is good with interesting spices and rubs to add flavor, but to me the setting rules. It is so peaceful and relaxing with the breezes out on the deck that you really feel like you're miles away.

Yelp
Fantastic atmosphere outdoors near the pool bar. The beef short ribs are best I had since Hotel Jerome in Aspen. A must.

Yelp
I was staying at the Four Seasons and went here when at the pool. The food is mostly Mexican. My friend ordered a taco, and my other friend ordered ceviche. I ordered chicken quesadillas. When the food came, we noticed the portion sizes varied. This was alright, the taco was normal sized. On the other hand, my meal was giant, with multiple quesadillas and French fries. The French fries were a little mushy, but fine. The thing that makes this review not a five was the ceviche being very small; although nicely put together.

Yelp
Excellent service and delicious tacos. We are staying at the Four Seasons and a wonderful lunch by the pool , steps away from our cabana.

Yelp
Prices are too much for the small behind portions they give you. But it is the Four Seasons, and that burger, pool, and view was to die for so here goes 3 stars.
