It’s time to have a year end dinner out. BaiTong is an amazing place. Enjoyed the atmosphere, for date, for family and friends gathering. The staffs were attentive and very helpful. She knew exactly what we needed before we even asked. The food was also good. However because being a all time Thai food lover and live in Southeast Asia, I believe some dishes could be even better :) Overall it was a great experience dining at Baitong Thai.

We used to have good experience at Bai Tong Redmond but Monday lunch turned to be disappointed. I and 11 coworkers went Bai Tong for team lunch at Monday. The food was mediocre, the service was so so. First of all, the kitchen missed one of our order. My coworker kept on waiting for her dish until the waiter told her that she had to reorder a dish. When the food arrived, all of them tastes off. The mango Thai ice tea does not tastes mango at all. The garlic chicken was way too sweet that you can not taste any other flavor. The chicken satay was quite dry. The curry fried rice got one spicy flavor over power other ingredients. Many of us had been Bai Tong before. So many dishes tasted different that we wondered if the Monday kitchen staff is different. Meanwhile, we will think twice before hosting team lunch on Bai Tong again.

I had a great experience at Bai Tong Restaurant. I tried the Tom Yum soup and my all-time favorite Pad Thai, and both were absolutely delicious. The spice level was perfect - just the right balance of heat and flavor. The food quality was excellent, fresh, and authentic. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely one of the best Thai restaurants around - I'll be coming back for sure!

We tried the trout curry and crab fried rice at Baitong Bellevue and absolutely loved every bite! The flavors were rich, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Truly one of the best meals we’ve had lately. Would love to visit again.

I visited Baitong for the first time, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The sunny-side-up egg was cooked very well and tasted great. The pork was a bit on the firm side, but still enjoyable. The meal was decent for a first visit.

I had a very good experience at this Thai restaurant during my earlier visit the food was flavorful and authentic, which made me want to come back. However, this time I was not as satisfied. While the ambience remains pleasant, the taste of the dishes did not meet the same standard as before. The flavors felt a bit flat, and consistency in quality definitely needs improvement. Overall, I hope they can bring back the same standard I experienced earlier. For now, I would rate this visit 2.5/5.

I recommend this place to any person looking for good food. This place is a hidden gem in Redmond. The service here is very good. They have an assortment of food from vegan to full on meat and spice levels for everyone. A few dishes you should order crispy garlic chicken or spicy eggplant. There's not much of a wait for the food and all the food looks just like the pictures if not better. You can eat any meal of the day and still tastes good. I dined in with family . Server never greeted us when getting sat. Checked in on us couple times but overall she was invisible . Would have been better to just order on tablet . Food was delicious and came out fast .

So, Bai Tong used to be our go-to spot for both takeout and dine-in--until a few years ago when it seemed like their food quality took a nosedive. Fast forward to our recent lunch escapade, spurred on by a friend's recommendation. Let's just say, we were pleasantly surprised! The vibes at Bai Tong are still as cozy and inviting as ever. We walked in with low expectations, but boy, were we in for a treat! The drinks? Absolutely spot-on. The papaya noodle salad? Flavor explosion. The pineapple fried rice? Aromatic delight. And those drunken noodles? Spicy perfection. Sure, feeding four hungry folks here might set you back a hundred bucks or so, but Bai Tong seems to have found its groove again, serving up dishes that make you want to high-five the chef. We're definitely coming back for more--and you should too, especially if you've been missing that Bai Tong magic. Cheers to good food and good vibes!

Last minute girls outing turned into an amazing dinner at Bai tong Thai at Redmond. Perfect location and beautiful setting inside. The host was gracious enough to accommodate us into a great spot close to the bar. Cocktail menu had a wide variety and tried something new with the bartenders recommendation. Pear Kamikaze and Spiced Thai ice tea with vodka - both very refreshing and delicious. Paired the cocktails with spring rolls and followed with spicy and appetizing Panang Curry and Pad Kee Mao with fried tofu. Always my go to order for any Thai place but Bai Tong did a great job. Definitely a must visit!

I've seen this place, I pass it every day on the way to work and I've never eaten here until now. We were at Costco and decided to buy their gift cards. I ordered pad kee mao, a dish I know I like. I do usually select a spicy option but wasn't feeling it, so was pleased that the level 1 (out of 5) was indeed no spice. The noodles had that fatty texture that I love and can't figure out how to replicate. My friend ordered salted egg rice and that was also excellent, very fluffy and flavorful. I also tried a lychee Thai iced tea. While it was nice not to have much milk, the flavor of this was odd to me, more sour than I expected, so I probably won't get that one again. My friends had coconut and lemon flavors...I think overall I'd still just get a normal one instead. I've gotta come back for their curries!

Went here for dinner on a Sunday and this restaurant exceeded my initial expectations. We were seated swiftly and the food came out 5 mins after we placed our orders. Waters were refilled throughout the night which is a plus. The papaya salad was very fragrant and flavorful. We got 3 spicy and it was indeed spicy. Kana moo krob was delicious. Pork was fried well, but it was a bit more on the sweeter side than I'd like. Pad kee mao was more protein and vegetables than noodles which was surprising, but still pretty flavorful. It had a more traditional American dine vibes. It could be a bit noisy during dinner hours, and slightly more expensive than comparable restaurants, but not many negatives. Overall, great place to unwind with friends, exceeded expectations, and good place for eats.

We came to Bai Tong on Friday at 7:30 as a party of 4. It took us a half hour to get seats, but their flavors are worth the wait. We scanned the QR code provided at the table for the menus as well as having 2 physical copies provided for us. I enjoyed their tamarind margarita and a tamarind sour to start. This was a refreshing way to start all of our wonderful food. Their cocktails are very flavorful and not too strong. We ordered a lot of food and shared amongst ourselves. We got their appetizer platter, fresh spring rolls, crispy garlic chicken, pad sei-lew, Khao Soi with chicken, Pad Kea Prau with pork. We got a spice level of 3 stars across all of the foods we ordered. All of these options are my favorites and first picks. I love that their dishes are strong both together and individually. This combination of dishes rocked. They have so many options and it was easy to tailor our food to our specific likes. The quality of their food is outstanding. I think there is something here for everyone to enjoy. The only thing I wish they would have done is serve the appetizers before the entrees and not at the same time-we needed the table space Not only were the flavors wonderful, but the decor was lovely. This was such a nice indulgence. I can't wait to return!

Met a colleague here for dinner in May. Really fantastic food! Excellent server with a server in training. Both were really helpful and fast. When we asked them questions they didn't know the answers to, they just admitted to that and then found out asap. Easy to set reservations online. My colleague insisted I try the crispy garlic chicken so we shared that. It's divine. Crunchy on the outside, sweet and tender on the inside, tossed with garlic, honey, bell pepper and basil. We also shared the green beans with garlic and oyster sauce. She got some things to go for her family and I don't recall what entree she ordered for herself too, but she raved about it all. I got the Thai Boat Noodle entree which was divine. Everything around me smelled heavenly. Prices are on point as well. Will definitely come back here when in Redmond.

The food, ambiance and the service all deserve a 5 star. We recommend meang kun. The noodles was very good as well.

This place looks like a very upscale Thai restaurant with the nice decor and the dim lighting. The parking is shared with other businesses like an Oreilly and the Safeway so if you're in the same parking lot, you are good to go. Service here I would say is pretty good. The food comes out really quick and anything you need, the wait staff is quick to give it to you. They are also around often so it's not like they disappear. The food itself is just not my cup of tea based off the way they made it. I would say the best thing I ate was the spring rolls from the Appetizer Plate. The Appetizer Plate came with Fried Wontons, spring rolls, and fish cake mixed in with like peppers or something of that sort. Wasn't a fan of the fish cake because of the weird consistency of like crunchy plus meaty. I really didn't like whatever vegetable or pepper they put in there because the flavors didn't match. If it was just pure fish cake, it would be better. I ordered the Panang Curry with Chicken and the minimum spicy level is 2. In my opinion, level 2 is like a medium to hot spicy level. It's not mild at all and it is a pretty strong kick. I didn't really like this dish because it's just sweet and spicy. And that's a very weird combo mixed with curry. I expected my curry to be savory and this was just sweet and spicy. Portion sizing is mediocre for this dish and rice is not included. Boo. The emperor noodle was also oddly sweet as well. I wish this dish was more savory than sweet. This dish does not have good portion sizing and the gravy is just oddly sweet. Whenever I order this dish elsewhere it's not this sweet. We had this at level 1 spicy. The difference between level 1 and 2 is drastic. Level 1 feels like it's barely there. Very very mild. Level 2 is spicy with a kick and anymore it's like a painful level of spicy. I can't imagine with level 3 would be. The trout salad was okay. It's a deep fried whole trout essentially. This dish is NOT child friendly and it's not something you can rush eating. We had bones in our dish even though it states it's boneless. Be extra cautious with this dish. Overall, the flavor here is not my cup of tea so I didn't take off any stars for flavor. Everything is just too sweet and spicy level really doesn't mean much from 0-5. The service here is decent and it's nicely decorated. I only recommend this place if you like your Thai food awkwardly sweet. For me, it's a meh and I probably won't be back because I don't like my Thai food sweet.

You will almost never go wrong with Boi Tong. The food doesnt disappoint and service is top notch. The Ambience could be better through - the place is dark inside. Not enough lighting. Pad Thai 4/5 I was expecting more from the Pad thai's rave reviews. I liked it but not the highlight of the evening Yellow Curry fried rice 5/5 This one is the highlight. The dish for curry lovers and fried rice lovers. Well made dish, would recommend Crab Wontons 5/5 These are standard at Bai Tong. Always great. Crispy, right amount of crab and amazing sweet sauce.

The ambience of the restaurant was good and there are booths in which you will be seated if you are more than a party of 2 The service was pretty quick , we were a party of 4 and all our items were on our table within 5-10 min after we ordered The fresh roles were a delight. There are a lot of items in the menu that can be made vegan which is one of the things that I love about Thai food Both our pineapple fried rice and pad Thai were made vegan and both of them were a blast of flavors. We ordered spice level 4 and it sure was spicy! So if you aren't super tolerant to spices I wouldn't recommend going beyond 3. Overall great place to have thai food but I still like the Seattle branch over this in terms of food and the flavors

Huge portions!!! Great for family style (otherwise very expensive). The service was amazing. Our waiter helped us with photos and surprise ice cream for one of our birthday. I ordered the Pad Thai with pork belly. The protein was a little tough to chew. The noodles were very flavorful.

Seems like this place has existed for quite a long time in the neighborhood & it makes sense why! We came here for lunch during the week; a little before noon & the place was quite full during the lunch hour. The service was wonderful & also prompt. We all found our entrees to be delicious. If you are into spicy food, go up a little in the rating from 1-5 or ask for the spice tray to be brought out . I had the vegetarian pad-sei-lew & found it to be exactly what I was hoping for!

Lots of items on the menu and they are a busy location so make a reservation. They sell gift cards at Costco so you can get a bit of a discount if you purchase and use those cards. Parking can be a challenge as their actual parking lot is small but you will find a spot in the Safeway parking area or somewhere else along the strip mall. The food was fine, not exactly authentic Thai but more fusion. Service was good.

This is a solid Thai restaurant. The crispy wontons are delicious as was our ginger chicken and papaya salad. I have eaten here a couple of times and it doesn't disappoint.

I love love love coming to Bai Tong it's comfort food at its best, everything I order here I adore! Crab fried rice 10/10 I always threaten the kids that if they finish this I will eat them instead, they still do lol I really should just order another to take home and enjoy the next day Panang Curry 10/10 yummmm I really don't know what else to say it's just so freakin' yummy Pad Thai 9/10 kids love this! So we always order it I do lean to noodles that are less sweet more savory but this is what a pad Thai is so if you are lover of pad Thai you'll love this Other things I've tried Khao Soi 10/10 this is my go too noodle here I just love love love this Cashew chicken 9/10 Pad Prik Khing 9/10 Crispy Garlic Chicken 10/10 Service once you sit down is quick and are always sweet and patient with us. It's is a little of a wait on weekends but nothing too bad and the interior is nice (nothing too fancy), plenty of tables and turnover is fairly quick.

Been wanting to try this Thai Restaurant for a while now after hearing so many things about it and finally decided to. Went at around 7:30 during the week and it was decently busy but we were seated immediately. The place was pretty large and kind of loud, definitely more of a casual spot. They tended to us and took our order immediately, after ordering our food was out in less then 10 minutes! They were super efficient and for the food it was honestly just okay. This place is pretty famous in Seattle, and I think it's because the vibe of the location on Capital Hill is just much more fun. But for this and making it just a casual restaurant it was honestly just okay. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because there was nothing wrong with the food, and the service was exceptional. The prices were also decently steep, but I think it makes sense for the quality of food we received. Overall it was okay, but when given the chance to go here I'd definitely recommend trying the Seattle location.

Can adjust spicy levels (1-5) For how fancy this restaurant looks, I thought the price was also super reasonable. Not sure why I haven't reviewed this restaurants before. Every location is worth the visit. Great atmosphere, professional friendly staff, and amazing food. Have never had a meal were I didn't internally or vocally moan. Competitive prices. My favorite when it comes to Thai food.

Getting takeout from Bai Tong on Christmas Eve is a new family tradition! Generally, I love their Hor Mok (seafood curry) but it is not always available for takeout. They have wonderful curries, the pineapple one is my favorite. My brother and dad LOVE their crispy garlic chicken- this is one dish that sets this Thai place apart from the rest. Their fresh rolls are also divine. The staff is attentive to gluten and soy allergies, which is super helpful! I have eaten in a few times and it is absolutely lovely inside.

One of my favorite Thai Restaurants on the east side. My family typically gets the same entres when we dine here & it had never disappointed. We always order: Pad thai (shrimp or pork) Pad sei lew (shrimp or pork) Fresh rolls (the peanut sauce is delicious) Waterfall beef salad (Thai Spicy) During season we enjoy the mango sticky rice as dessert. You just have too. I appreciate that this place has been very accommodating & family friendly. They have plastic plates for children & plastic silverware which is sooo helpful for us. This place is always busy on weekends. They do take walk ins but wait times can be a bit long.

One of my favorite Thai places in the area! I've been here for dine in and takeout several times. The restaurant is always busy and has a cozy and dark ambiance. I've tried the pad thai, pad see ew, pad kee mao, and crispy garlic chicken. I will order the noodle dishes again and again, but I'll pass on the garlic chicken because it was on the dryer side. While the noodle dishes are delicious, the spice level (1-5) on them is inconsistent. Sometimes level 3 spice tastes as expected, and on other days it tastes completely mild. This inconsistency is a bummer on takeout orders. I order the basic dishes and will try the other things on their extensive menu in due time. Ordering family style will most likely get you the best experience here! Tip: buy their giftcards from costco if you visit regularly. they're discounted at $79.99 for 2 $50 gift cards.

Bai Tong Thai has been recommended to me on multiple occasions and we were in the area so we ordered takeout. Each dish we ordered was prepared perfectly, and really large portions (we actually orders too much because we had leftovers.) I really appreciate each dish not being overly cooked, oily, and filled with fresh vegetables. I'm looking forward to returning, and highly recommend!

Great place if you're craving Thai food. Service was good & fast considering we ordered 9 entrees. But I wish their portions were bigger for the price(total $220 w/tip). Everything was good except for the crispy garlic chicken, chicken was tough & hard. Overall, it was good.

I went to Bai Tong Thai a few weeks ago and ordered salted egg fried rice for takeout. Overall, the rice was pretty good I liked the flavor, however just keep in mind the rice is saltier than most fried rice dishes hence the name "salted egg." The tomato and cucumber definitely balanced out the saltiness a bit. I would highly recommend to anyone who is craving a salty dish!

I've gotten multiple things off this place's menu and honestly they're all pretty good. I think this place would be even better if you came with a group and ordered family-style to share multiple dishes

This place is a gem. Much nicer inside than outside. The service and speed was great. Took clients here for a lunch meeting. Great portions and prices; everyone loved their dish. I personally ordered the panang curry. Will definitely be our go to spot in Redmond.

First time here with my friends and we love the food. The ambiance is classy and elegant but cozy. The service is superb. We will be back for sure.

I went here with a couple of friends on a Sunday evening around 6:30pm and it was busy already. I was worried when the my said the wait would be 30-60 minutes, but it was barely 10. Our waitress was very nice, kept our waters filled and our food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The food was really good!! I got the green curry with spice level 3 and my friend got the drunken noodles. It was a huge portion size, could be ordered to be family style (they set the table to have extra plates already), and a variety of choices. I do think the place has a bit of a problem with managing tables because there were at least 3 open tables when we sat down, and we sat down before a party in front of us. When we were leaving the restaurant, the line was much worse so I am glad we got there right on time.

It has been a long time since we last came to Bai Tong because we've moved and it's less convenient for us. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by our most recent visit. This was for a to-go order. First, the drink. We ordered the Ice Cream Thai Iced Tea and got the regular Thai Iced Tea instead. This misunderstanding would've been an acceptable human mistake had they not then responded by telling us "This normally costs extra" when it was their error. Then they pretty much dumped a fifth of the drink out, plopped in a scoop of ice cream, and handed it back to us, with a full inch of tea missing from the top. Second, the food. Incredibly mediocre. The "crispy" garlic chicken was soggy. Not a crisp in sight. We even opened and ate it on the drive home to ensure we would get the freshest experience but the first bite was already a failure. We waited to eat the pad thai at home and was not impressed either. I usually look forward to eating leftovers but this might just get thrown out. Yeah. This is sad. Bai Tong's come a long way.. But it seems to be in the downward direction.

Don't get the Crispy Garlic Chicken. It was very low quality meat. It looked like it would be good, but it was not. We ate maybe half, and didn't get the rest to go. Very surprised considering all the photos on here of it. The other dish was a pad see ew and was ok. Food was bland and we had to ask for spices. The decor was well worn. The staff was nice and friendly. Seems like high school students.

Decided to check this place out during my stay in Seattle. Accurate atmosphere of this restaurant would be P.F Chang version of Thai food in my opinion if you have been to PF Chang in the past. Anyways, we ordered a bunch of foods to share and the portion size was enough for 5 people (ordered 5 dishes and 1 appetizer and had many leftovers in the end). The place can be quite busy so I recommend making an appointment but overall enjoyed the foods and service! Recommend checking it out when you are nearby!

my tongue is a really unique and fun restaurant to go to to celebrate any type of occasion. Currently they have a Halloween themed menu and interior decor. Some of my favorite items to get here are the pad khi mao, chicken satay, tom kha soup and mango sticky rice. They also have fun little robots that deliver the meals right to your table. Make sure to check this out for your next dining outing!

Ambiance is nice and soothing. Service: I've been visiting this place for a while now but I was disappointed with the service today. We were seated as soon as the party arrived but our server did not attend us for almost 10 mins after we were seated. Food: Visit over visit I've experienced that taste has deteriorated. The food few years back was really good but the last few times I visited, it was average! Today we had the following Spring rolls (really good) 9/10 green curry - 7/10 Pad kee mao chicken - 8/10

Celebrated Bae Early Birthday. We ordered Beef Larb, Phad Thai Chicken, Panang Curry Chicken Food were delicious. Service was quick and waiter was attentive. Decor is nice, It's a little dim in there for more romantic feel but, it's kind of loud in there.

It had been many years since I've visited this location. I'm a huge fan of Bai Tong and was happy to revisit this larger location! Service was quick for lunch time and the server was friendly. Food was delicious and it's nice knowing the quality is valued whichever city I go to.

Bai Tong is a staple Thai restaurant in the area, and this location is always busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, or make a reservation in advance. Ordered the Crispy Garlic Chicken, Pad Sei Lew, Pad Thai, and Penang Curry, and everything was great. I especially enjoyed the crispy chicken, with its crispy basil leaves. Despite being a bit under-staffed, service was friendly and attentive.

A popular Thai restaurant that has three locations. The menu has a wide variety of dishes. For the spicy levels, I considered 3 to be barely noticeable and 4 to be lightly mild. Note that rice is not included with curries and entrées. A bowl of Jasmine, brown, or sticky rice can be included for an additional $4 or so. Select dishes have a smaller portion size for children. ----- Green Curry: made with green chilies, our green curry emphasizes kaffir lime peel and palm sugar. Simmered in coconut milk with bamboo shoots, basil, bell peppers, and your choice of chicken, pork or tofu ($15.50). My favorite among all the dishes. The curry was rich and creamy with a solid flavor that was perfect to pair with rice. ----- Deep Fried Trout With Sweet Chili Sauce (Pla Tod Rard Prik): deep-fried whole trout sautéed with a sweet and tangy sauce made with tamarind, chilis, basil, bell peppers, and garlic ($23.95). The fried trout was served separately from the sauce to retain its crispiness. Fillet itself was soft and the fish was not dry. I thought the sauce was interesting with its grainy texture and sourness. ----- Yellow Curry Fried Rice: infuses jasmine rice with Indian yellow curry flavor and adds pineapple, cashew nuts, and onions. Choice of chicken, pork or tofu ($15.95). A decent rice dish to share among the table instead of ordering multiple bowls of plain rice. The pineapple introduced a sweetness that complimented the curry nicely. ----- Satay: skewered chicken strips are curried, layered with coconut milk and grilled. Served with sides of peanut sauce and a cucumber and onion mix (small is 3 skewers for $10 and large is 5 for $14.95). Chicken was over-grilled to be dry and tough. Skewers had a light seasoning of curry and was good with the accompanying sauces. ----- Chicken Wrap (Gai Hor Bai Toey): wrapped in a pandan leaf and fried in hot oil. Served with a special homemade sweet sauce for dipping (small is 3 for $11 and large is 5 for $15.95). The pandan leaves were aromatic and chicken had a noticeable soy sauce taste. The meat was not juicy but was tender enough. ----- Despite the busy late weekday evening, there was no wait for a table of three. If celebrating a birthday, two scoops of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream is served. Service was adequate. No guest Wi-Fi.

Came here for lunch and ordered a pad thai. The restaurant is very spacious and is great for bigger gatherings (I came with a big group of people and it was a great experience). I got the thai milk tea which was very yummy, and I also got a pad thai. I was honestly a bit underwhelmed with the pad thai -- the flavor wasn't amazing and the noodles were too soft for my liking (almost soggy?). but I know a ton of people love this place so I'm open to trying more things from here in the future!

Bait Tong's takeout left much to be desired. Disappointingly small portions, cold dishes, and a stale taste made for an unsatisfactory experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my subpar takeaway encounter.
