Baiak - Basque Cheesecake

I ordered the cheesecake last minute and the owner was so kind to deliver it himself on time for our dinner! The cheesecake was absolutely delicious - not too sweet or heavy and was loved by everyone. Will definitely be ordering again from Baiak not only for the amazing cheesecake but also for the outstanding service!

Was looking for a cheesecake for my friends birthday the day before! DM’d them on IG and quick and clear responses! Easy and fast pickup and beautiful boxing. Cake was super tasty and clearly made with love. The owners were really friendly and passionate about their craft as well! Would highly recommend Baiak!

Wow, this was an incredible experience! The cake was absolutely scrumptious! I even managed to convince those who aren’t usually fans of cheesecake! It was so flavorful and light, honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better cake to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I got the cake to me. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate, it’s totally worth it!

Sooo good! I’ve had this type of cheesecake abroad before and this one was even better! Bought it for my friend who loves cheesecake and she loved it even though she hadn’t had basque cheesecake before. It was perfect on a hot day by the pool. Will be back to order some more!

Amazing cheesecakes and amazing service! This is our second one and we loved every bit of it! Just the right amount of sweetness and the contrast in texture between the crust and cake is sublime. :)

I ordered a cheesecake and was a little late picking it up. Guillermo was really sweet and not upset about my being late. He gave me clear instructions on how to leave the cheesecake at room temperature before serving it and told me a bit of his backstory. I shared the cheesecake with family that night and WOW. Sometimes cheesecake is too sweet or too dense, but this was incredible. It melted in my mouth and the crust was fantastic. 10/10 would order again.

Hands down the best cheesecake in SF. It tasted exactly like the ones we eat back home (almost as good as my grandma’s). Guillermo was incredibly accommodating with a very last-minute request and made the whole pickup process super easy. A kind and professional business all around, so no doubt they’ll crush it!

My boyfriend picked a traditional cheesecake up from them yesterday and it was truly divine. Hands down the best cheesecake we’ve ever had. Highly recommend and will be ordering again soon!

Yelp needs to add more stars, five doesn't give this cheesecake credit. Creamy, balanced, and not too sweet, and a crust to die for. Guillermo is charming and easy to deal with. I contacted him and he met me on his doorstep with the fantastic cheesecake. My wife and I will be repeated customers for sure.
