I’ve been walking by this place for months but finally popped in. Oh my deliciousness! 🤩I haven’t eaten baked goods this amazing in forever! I can’t even tell you which was my favorite, the cookie, the brookie, the cupcake? It’s all good! But even better, the staff are just as sweet. Put them on your list folks!

Mariam did an incredible job getting me in and out and I was able to 6 vegan chocolate cupcakes for a birthday celebration. They were also able to provide me gold birthday candles that goes with a colorful gold theme decoration. Thank you. Great customer service and I look forward to returning again soon 😌💫✨

We ordered Mother’s Day themed cupcakes last week. At the last minute, due to a scheduling conflict we changed it from pick up to messenger delivery. Craig was so patient and responsive — even when I kept emailing because I wasn’t sure how the messenger service worked. The cupcakes arrived during a provided time window and they were so beautiful. I had even ordered an extra one single cupcake on the side so that I could sneak one cupcake in before Mother’s Day. These cupcakes were heaven. I was never a cupcake fan until I tried Baked Cravings. The most delicious cupcakes ever! Also, they’re nut free and coconut free! What a gem! I also used to live on Upper East Side before moving to Queens and had tried their brownies & cookies through DoorDash before and OMG they’re delicious too. Everything in this store is delicious. So good. I highly recommend this bakery for when you’re feeling like eating sweets or for when you want to plan a big event.

This is the first time I went in this bakery with my 2 daughters. We smell the baked good as we past by and we decided to go in. The girl on the counter had a bad attitude. When we place our order she looked very annoy and upset. Honestly the cookie and brownie were amazing. But the customer services really was bad. That the only reason I gave 4 star

I was very surprised of the quality of my cake based on such good reviews. However the cake was very dry , and very tough to cut . I requested strawberry filling and the middle consisted of a very thick pink filling similar to the icing on the outside of the cake and it was ALOT of it in the middle . It was not strawberry filling. Spent $80 with hopes my daughter would have a moist vanilla cake with actual strawberry filling . Very disappointed . I’m leaving two stars because the cupcakes in the store were okay.

I’ve been here several times. The ice water is good & refreshing on a hot humid day. The lemon cake in a cup is good, the icing is thick. So eat it slowly and at room temperature. Try out the cupcakes as well. The vanilla, Oreo and red velvet ones are delicious, moist & has the right amount of icing. I picked up the fruity pebble & Oreo cookies recently. The Oreo cookie was perfectly baked. Like low & slow. I will be back for those. The fruit pebble one was a little hard.

I’ve lived in this area my whole life . It’s a really cute spot in between one of brownstones in Harlem . It’s a one stop shop. It has for the kiddo who deserves a treat and it has something sweet for the Parents (adults) who will appreciate the best of two things . .. love the froze and cake in a cup with the bit of Hennessy. Got a cupcake on the go for my little man which look so adorable and the smell .. that’s what led me in. Not your average bakery and that’s a breathe of fresh of air on a Friday or Saturday evening

During the pandemic I was looking for an open bakery. Where I found naked cravings on a delivery app. I was so happy and only ordered here a handful of times during the pandemic. But everything was always so good. They make everything baked you can think of. And one day I was on the east side walking when I strolled pass here. I was in shock this place is amazing. This was my first time actually here. And so I got all my fav The 24k gold one is pictured here but it's one to try.

I first heard of this spot from an investor I know. I placed an online order for delivery so that I can have some good treats while working for the week. I ordered a bunch of cupcakes in a jar. That chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were on point, loved it! I also got the Jack Daniels infused chocolate cupcake and it really hit the spot after dinner. The infused Strawberry Mango Vodka Cupcakes in a Jar (Gluten free) was good too. The alcohol infused cupcakes have a 21+ logo on them so you know that they're only for grown folks. They weren't over powering, and was just perfect try infused. These were all perfect for me and the fam. The chocolate hip cookies were moist and had the perfect amount of chocolate chips in them. There made in small batches and with love. I'll be visiting the store soon!! If you can't make it to the store, they do deliver and it's perfectly packaged and arrives safely.

Delicious nut free baked goods I brought to a grad school class that included two students with nut allergies. Very happy with the efficient and friendly service as well. Great to find a nut free bakery!

Baked Cravings came up when I searched bakeries this morning. I saw they have mini cupcakes so I decided to walk to their location in East Harlem. It's a storefront with a table and stools outside. I was fortunate enough to sit outside and eat a delicious mini chocolate cupcake. They come in a pack of a dozen for $14.95. I'm already planning to have mini cupcakes shipped to family and friends for the holidays. I'm a huge fan of the small treats. It wasn't too sweet just moist and yummy. Customer Service is very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed my visit today and plan to return. There's plenty of cupcake and cookie variety for you to choose from. Everything is kosher and made fresh daily! I'm saying go!! Or order online.

So great to have such a good nut-free bakery in NYC. This was the first time we'd ever gotten professional cupcakes for my nut-allergic kid, and I loved that they had vegan options too so we could also get something that his friend with an egg allergy could eat.

So thankful to find this completely nut free bakery in NYC! Pre ordered 4 cupcakes for a specific time and they were ready and well-packaged when I arrived. I tried the lemon cupcake which was delicious. I wish the cake was a little more moist but overall, flavors were good and the cupcake itself wasn't overpowered with frosting! The store front is super small but had an assortment of cupcakes, cookies and other treats for purchase. One high top table sat outside to dine outside for patrons. Overall, I'd highly recommend. Prices are reasonable and for those with allergies, this place is great!!

I decided to check out Baked Cravings due to the amazing Google reviews and the decent Yelp reviews. Like other reviewers, I hope my review won't be considered "contrived" and simply just honest. I also think that the pandemic may be affecting this establishment in the quality of their products. Maybe I didn't order the right things, but the cupcakes I ordered were noted as the most popular by the staff member. I tried the Cookies & Cream, Red Velvet, Mint Chocolate, and Lava cupcakes ($3.50/each). Perhaps I should have tried to mix up the bases of the cupcakes, but the cake was dry. I tried to show the inside of one of the cupcakes, and you can see that it doesn't present as moist. It's not terrible, but I think these cakes spent slightly too much time in the oven. However, in older pictures, I do see the cake looking more moist, which is why I say the pandemic may be affecting the experience. On the Cookies & Cream the oreos as toppings were really good! Across all, the frosting was also light and tasty, and provided the much needed moisture to the cakes. The dryness of the Lava cupcake was helped by the white chocolate chips inside. In fear of being too picky, I gave the Red Velvet to my roommate, and she agreed that the cakes were dry. I personally REALLY like moist cakes, so these cakes left much to be desired. In addition, $3.50 is pricey for a standard cupcake. Two Little Red Hens offers cupcakes at $3.35 that are bigger and more moist, albeit more traditional flavors. When I was checking out, the cashier mentioned that this bakery was understaffed, as she had trouble with the register and mentioned it wasn't her usual post. She was nice about everything, and I wasn't in a rush so it didn't bother me. Overall, I would be willing to give Baked Cravings a second chance post-pandemic or to try their other goods, but I have to agree with other reviewers that these cupcakes are on the dry side.

My popcorn was delivered yesterday and I haven't put it down yet. Absolutely delicious. Shipping was seamless and service was prompt. I will definitely be buying again (and again)..

Update: we tried the tiramisu cupcake with rum and it is OMG delicious! I might order a 6 pack of these for myself!! Definitely recommend! Previous review: Cake is delicious , icing is a little thick for my taste and since we ordered the boozy cupcakes, they were not boozy enough IMO. Could smell the booze but not really taste it. We've only tried the Jack Daniel's one so far, so I will come back and update if the others are different. I will say that the customer service is above and beyond! When I alerted Craig that my order didn't appear to be on its way according to UPS tracking, and that I had paid extra for shipping for the cupcakes to arrive on my sons 21st bday, he arranged for the cupcakes to be delivered that day! We are in CT, so over an hour away and he drove the cupcakes himself I think! Now that's service!! I will definitely try them again!

Ended up trying them on a whim...and wasn't disappointed. Ordered via Doordash and got the Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting and a Vanilla cupcake with chocolate buttercream. There's a reason there are no photos...I scarfed them down...after first trying the vanilla cupcake I couldn't wait to dive into the red velvet. Only regret was not ordering more! On the short list for desserts.

Baked Cravings did one thing perfectly and everything else rather well which is worthy of 4 stars . What's perfect in my opinion is their frosting. I normally hate frosting on cakes and usually put the biggest emphasis on the sponge. Frostings usually suffer from texture issues , too much artificial additives , lack of flavor or the worst of all , terrible flavor ! This icing is rich and delicious cream cheese based and lends a hand to a sponge that by its lonesome isn't spectacular like a Molly's for eg to stand on its own . The sponge was a tiny bit dry for my liking but still overall tasty and good . The cakes in reference were the lemon and vanilla . They both lazily shared the same frosting which wasn't the worst thing in the world but something they can challenge themselves on . I'd say based off what I had , I'd recommend this spot if you're in the uptown east side area . Afew blocks over to the west side though ,would get you a more moist option from LA sweets .

I bought cupcakes for my son's birthday celebration at his school. The kids loved it and It was also nice to know that they are a nut-free business. It was easy to order on their website and I was able to pick it up at the time I wanted. I highly recommend this place if you have any food allergies and want a delicious snack.

Go to Baked Cravings. You won't be disappointed! Craig and his team just did a big order for my organization for Teacher Appreciation Week. We ordered 41 confetti cupcakes in a jar, three of which had to be delivered to alternate addresses. Before I go into other details let me get down to business: WOW. So good. My only wish was that the container was bigger. The frosting is amazing--whipped and creamy goodness. It's a delicious sweet treat without the sweetness being overpowering. My colleague told me that he wanted to eat as slowly as possible to enjoy it for as long as he could. Hah! Working with Craig was seamless from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and patiently. The cupcakes in a jar are packaged expertly. I expected to have boxes upon boxes delivered; but, somehow they managed to package it in one box. These cupcakes in a jar are the WHOLE NINE in every way--the twist-top container has a cute trademarked Baked Cravings logo sticker complete with nutrition facts and a shrink-wrapped seal on top. Baked Cravings manages to take the business of baking to a whole new level. Superb!

My friends and I stopped by this little gem of a shop this week and were so glad we did. Located on the corner of 105th St and Lexington Ave in East Harlem this tiny shop offers great quality delicious treats. We opted for a chocolate chip confetti cookie, lemon meringue cupcake and s'mores brownie (all delicious). I can't say enough about how good everything was. We enjoyed our treats at one of the two convenient tables out front on a beautiful day. The service was fantastic (thank you to the sweet lady who took great care of us). Between the great quality and flavor and excellent service I look forward to coming back soon and trying more of their wonderful goodies. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the neighborhood

I pass this place everyday and am always tempted to go in. Well, today I did; it's Friday!!!! Time to CELEBRATE!!! So I treated myself to a cupcake and took some more home for my lovey. Oh my yumminess , so moist and delicious . I give them 100 plus stars. It was my wife's birthday and she wanted me to sit back and not bake her cake. So she did some research and found Baked Cravings online. Their East Harlem store is located on a busy street, but parking (for a Saturday afternoon) was not too bad. From outside, you would think the store is big...but when you walk in...it's a small shop. I'm ok with a small bakery as long as the food is good. I must admit...they have a wife variety of sugary treats, such as: cupcakes, cupcakes in a jar, cakes, cookies, muffins and donuts. I did buy a $20 Groupon to get $35 worth of items. On their website..it showed that the Passion Fruit cupcake was sold out. I wanted to see what the hype was about with this particular cupcake and was hoping that they had it in this store...which they did!! The gentleman who was behind the register just made my day when he told me that he had some Passion Fruit cupcakes. He did not give me a hard time with the Groupon..unlike other stores who have an attitude when you show them that you bought a Groupon. With the current pandemic..the last thing I want is to have a bunch of cavities and go to the Dentist. But, wifey is the birthday gyrl and wanted a few things from this place. She chose the Passion Fruit cupcake, Strawberry Mango Vodka cupcake in a jar, Strawberry shortcake cupcake, Vanilla Caramel cupcake & a Lemon cupcake. I could not just get stuff for her..no way...I had to try the Cognac Infused cupcake in a jar and the Jack Daniels Infused cupcake in a jar. She really enjoyed the Passion Fruit cupcake (you can really taste the flavor of passion fruit..I'll give them that!) & the Strawberry shortcake cupcake. Both of these were very fruity! She didn't care too much for the Strawberry Mango Vodka (the mango and vodka flavors were not that strong) and felt that the Vanilla Caramel and Lemon cupcakes were average. As for me..well...I was disappointed with the Jack Daniels Infused cupcake. I love JD..but the flavor in this cupcake was not powerful. BUT....BUT....the Cognac Infused cupcake in a jar...HANDS DOWN..the BEST cupcake and STRONGEST ALCOHOLIC flavored cupcake I have ever tasted. There was no need to drink champagne with this one. If you want to taste a cupcake with a perfectly blended amount of cognac and sweetness...you have to choose the Cognac Infused cupcake in a jar. My wife only tasted a tbsp of it and had to tap out LOL..I had finished the rest. We will be back during the Summer to try their other cupcakes such as their S'mores, Cinna-Crave & Tiramisu Patron!!

Ordered twice from these guys...wow, their cupcakes are so moist and scrumptious. Each order I had around 6 cupcakes that my roommates and I would snack on over the course of a a few days, absolutely amazed by how moist and fresh they stayed over that course.

After brunch in the area we wanted a little something sweet we decided to give this place a try since it's was close by. Happy hour prices on cup cakes is cool & gives you a nice break on the prices. I had the Rum chata & Red velvet cup cakes. Unfortunately for me the Rum chata was not part of the special regular price is $4.95 because it's alcohol infused ahh sounds better than it is yes the cupcake is supposed to be Rum chata but honestly it had no Rum chata taste cake itself was good but lacking the "alcohol" part for sure. Red velvet seems to be popular flavor almost in every bakery, good cupcake as well. As for the bakery nice small location they seem to offer cool ideas on the cup cakes by adding sporting teams & or portraits nice touch if u want to personalize an order. Happy hour prices are better at $2 dollars for a cupcake it's great, lady behind the counter was nice & friendly.

So I have a lot of food allergies and I wanted something sweet and searched online and your company popped up. I came out here all the way from New Jersey, I know not that far but still. So I ordered one gluten free vanilla caramel cupcake in a jar, which I was craving since I found them this morning. I also ordered two of their gluten free cupcakes for myself, one carrot cupcake for my partner and cake mush for my stepson. Cutting right to the chase, my cupcake in a jar had mold in it and it had expired weeks ago (5/12/21) I don't feel comfortable eating nothing because I don't know how much they really switch out there old to new stock since I was given an old cupcake in a jar.

I had a quick turnaround for a cake order because my baby shower was moved up 3 weeks (my due date got pushed up!). Without hesitation, they stepped into action and produced a beautiful cake for the occasion. It truly exceeded my expectations for something ordered on such short notice. I can't thank Craig & Karla enough for accepting my order, for their attention to detail, and for having it ready on time!! The cake was a hit and I hope many of my guests will consider them for their future events. I know I certainly will :)

He wanted to offer me a refund but, I suggested a comparable selection of one of his delicious pastries, instead, and he obliged me. The apple pie was delicious. The crust was the perfect density and the filling was flavorful but not too sweet. Shared it at work, just wish we had ice cream to go with it.

I remember seeing this bakery on television. I stumbled upon it sometime later. I walked in and my goodness is it hard to choose what to try. Lucky for me they were giving samples of donuts. The red velvet donut is to die for. I then ordered a carrot cake cupcake. Instantly regretted sharing it with my friend! I went back a few days later and ordered a 2 dozen of various cupcakes for my sons birthday. We enjoyed it! I then went back a few days later to order my other sons 16th bday cake. I needed it made and packed well to travel to Georgia. The baker assured me she would freeze it and it will be ready to go at the time I needed it. I made it to Georgia with the cake safe and sound! It was beautiful and delicious! I can't wait for the next celebration!

Not worth the money. Recently got extremely sick after consuming cupcakes from this shop. Doctor said only thing he can think of is due to the cupcakes being old. I'm not surprised though. I have heard around the area that they are falsely advertising " baked fresh everyday ". Hope nobody else experiences what I already did. Buy at your own risk!

I ordered yesterday because I love helping out new businesses. I was so excited that there was a new bakery in Harlem, that I could order from. I ordered 2 red velvet cupcakes and 1 chocolate lava cupcake. When they first came , in a bag named Bake Cravings, I said that's so nice. I took a bite of the red velvet which is my favorite, it was cold and dry so I took a bite of the chocolate lave cupcake, it taste the same. The chocolate chips were hard, the cupcake was hard, and they were dry. The lava cake looked like it was molded. I waste my money because I threw them away. A waste of time and money.

We ordered 7 cupcakes in a jar and they were incredibly dry. I wanted to like them and be a returning customer, but they were just ok.

Delivering with DoorDash I got an order to go pick up from here so I decided to try them also for myself. I ended up getting the Rumchata, VSOP and Moscato cupcakes. They were all very moist and delicious and worth the order.

I was looking for a nut-free bakery near Brooklyn and found Baked Cravings on Google. It was totally worth the almost hour drive to the upper east side. My chocolate cake was DIVINE. Not too sweet, lovely buttercream, and Edwin was so helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be picking up cakes from here from now on! Also grabbed a Moscato and a rum cupcake. SO. GOOD.

This is the second time i tried coming in to purchase it was 6pm & she said were closed but very nasty door locked in my face not a nice way to treat anyone who is trying to give you business

I can't say enough good things about this place. First, they are completely NUT/PEANUT FREE!!! I needed cupcakes for my boyfriend's 30th birthday and he is deathly allergic to peanuts so normally he just doesn't get to enjoy dessert anytime we leave the house. I was so excited to find Baked Cravings because for the first time he felt safe enough to eat cake on his birthday! I should also mention that I requested the cupcakes and frosting be lactose-free/dairy-free and Eddie (the baker) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find dairy-free butter, despite the fact that his regular supplier didn't have it. Finally, I called Baked Cravings frantically the day before I needed these cupcakes with all of these requests and they graciously accommodated me. Thanks again to Eddie and his team for making my boyfriend's (and my!) peanut/dairy-free dessert dreams come true!

Their Chicago mix and Tutti fruity blends are my favorite! I cannot wait to visit their Harlem location and re-up. It's my understanding they are black owned and were on shark tank, so those were two hidden bonuses. Can't wait to patronize this business again soon !

These cupcakes are so good. I'm not usually into fruit flavored sweets, but the strawberry short cupcake was great. i've never had carrot cake before, and these were so good. I also love that these aren't too sweet. The cupcakes i buy at the supermarket taste like chemicals. I will deff order from here again

I stopped by baked cravings yesterday afternoon to pick up a cupcake in a jar and a brownie and I was greatly disappointed by both treats. A regular cupcake is around $3.50 while a cupcake in a small container (not even a mason jar) was $7? I don't understand how and to top it off, the brownie did not taste like chocolate whatsoever.

This is a review of the online ordering experience: I purchase an order of 5 cupcakes in a jar from them because I have been craving cupcakes and I want to support small businesses with my purchases. I paid extra for priority shipping but UPS, being unreliable as they always are, did not deliver it on Friday and was scheduled to deliver my package after the weekend, on Monday instead. I reached out to Craig for help (I was worried they would go bad by then) and he immediately sent out another package to me. In this uncertain time period, I didn't expect such wonderful and kind customer service. Now onto the baked goods: they are sooo sooo delicious. I ate a whole cupcake in a jar in one sitting. The ratio of cake to frosting is perfect, and the cake is soft and moist. The cupcake isn't too sweet, which I really appreciate (a lot of cupcakes are way too sweet). Overall, wonderful company and delicious cupcakes. Will be ordering again soon!

I got custom photo cookies for my Uncle's birthday and it was fantastic! Some of the print rubbed off and it might have been because I kept them in the bag for a few days prior to his birthday, but it still had the same effect as I expected: surprise, surprise, surprise! The customizing is done online through their website and the print looked exactly as requested. I had a question and the manager was quick to respond and was super helpful! For a little over a dollar a piece for a batch of 20, these were well worth the hit it was for the excitement it generated. Perfect prank or celebratory intentions! As for the location, boy do I wish they were closer to midtown. The place was also a lot smaller than I thought it'd be. I'd make my way back there to try a cupcake!

Fast shipping, beautifully packaged but moreover, the most delicious sweets! The cupcakes in a jar are super good! Thoroughly enjoyed by kids and adults alike! We will be back to order more soon!

Walked in and smelled the most amazing deserts. I wanted to order everything. The staff was gracious and service was magnificent. The deserts were NOT too sweet. The perfect amount of sugar...I'd go back...and I actually don't really enjoy sweets like that. Well worth the trip.

I stopped by Baked Cravings for their grand opening this past Saturday expecting just another NYC cupcake joint. Wow was I pleasantly surprised. I had the chocolate/ chocolate cupcake - the cake was moist and the icing just sweet enough. After devouring it I decided to take another half dozen home including banana, red velvet and yet more chocolate. My family went crazy and ate them in short order and loved them as well The store is immaculately clean with friendly staff. If you are on the Upper East Side you really should give it a try
