"Millers and Makers closed in Ridgewood, leaving a cinnamon roll-sized hole in the neighborhood for treats. Now, the Woodward Avenue spot is in the hands of Bakeri, which has two other locations in Brooklyn, which are known not only for standout baked goods but for creating incredibly charming spaces. It sells breads, croissants, muffins, sandwiches, tartines, salads, smoothies, and sweets, Wednesday through Sunday during the day." - Eater Staff, Melissa McCart

They always have lots of good savory VEGETARIAN options - quiche type veggie tartes, a breakfast focaccia, kale rolls, tomato sandwich. All of their locations are good and this one is standard. Very reliable brunch or breakfast spot for vegetarians.

Came in for an iced coffee and was awed at their selection of delicious looking pastries and breads. Coffee tasted fresh . Service was very friendly and helpful

The baked goods are fine but I've had so many weird experiences here in a short span of time. I went in once and their credit card system was down. Instead of informing me of this up front, the cashier took my order, boxed everything up, then asked me if I lived nearby (I thought she was making smalltalk), and THEN told me it wasn't working. I didn't have cash. She suggested I go home, get cash and come back (a 20 min round trip), which I politely declined and left. Another time I walked in and asked for a piece of focaccia. The cashier looked behind her, where there was a full loaf of focaccia, and said they were out. I said oh ok and left. And just today, I went in and got a baked good, and there was something very hard inside. I thought it was a nut at first, but I tried to cut it in half and could not even get a sharp knife through it. I have no idea what it is. I tried calling to inform them of this but their phone doesn't work, so here I am.

Went in today to this relatively new bakery in my neighborhood and loved it! Had a delicious raspberry pistachio muffin and a Skolebrod. SO many beautiful choices , I am going to have to go back to try everything and a coffee! They even had homemade treats for my dog. The best part about it was the friendly staff ! So glad to have them in the neighborhood!

I love Bakeri in Williamsburg, Greenpoint and now Ridgewood. Went to check out this location yesterday and it did not disappoint. The breakfast focaccia is to die for, the skolebrød delicious, the croissants sumptuous... so good!

We love Bakeri so much and come every chance we get! It was so hard to choose what to try when they first opened, and unfortunately it hasn’t gotten any easier because now I KNOW everything is delicious! Tarts, cookies, sandwiches, loaves of delicious bread, SKOLBREAD, and the list goes on. Whenever we have family in town it’s one of our favorite neighborhood spots to bring them. As a bonus, our dog is obsessed with their dog treats!

This staff is RUDE. Like weirdly hostile and snooty for absolutely no discernible reason. I have been in several times and am never met with a smile, in fact I feel as though I’m treated like a nuisance and an idiot for daring to patronize their establishment and give them money. Their baked goods are decent but the service is absolutely bizarre and unwelcoming. To echo what others have said, if you’re going to gentrify a block you can at least do it with a smile. I don’t even care that this is the only place you can get a coffee before 10 am around Forest Ave. I’m literally never coming back.

The staff here are unbelievably rude and patronizing. I’ve never been treated like this in a setting where I’m providing my earnings and choosing to support a business. I’m so pleased to see that I’m not alone in this, after seeing other people’s reviews. I really don’t understand why they’re like this, they seem very unhappy and on my days off I don’t want to be treated like a nuisance for supporting the business they work at. Hands down the rudest Bakeri of the 3 locations.
