We had an amazing experience at Balance today. I have been eating here for years as they always serve a wonderful breakfasts and lunches. (And bakery selection) The (halal) breakfast we had today was of the usually exceptional standard. Every care was taken to accommodate all of the fussy replacements we asked for and they cooked all of eggs just how we wanted. The variety on the plate is second to none and the portions and very generous (avocado, spinach included for instance). I also come here for lunch and love the huge piles of tasty salad, the cauliflower with creamy dressing and crispy onions is like nothing I’ve had before. Finally amazing customer service from the manager and waiting staff and clearly very talented chefs who we thanked on this occasion too.

A very good start to the day with an excellent breakfast and high-quality food. The venue was extremely crowded, and small details, like having to search for sugar for the coffee, slightly disrupted the experience. Overall, still a pleasant stay with strong culinary offerings.

Balance – highly recommended Balance is a very pleasant place to stop by. The selection is surprisingly versatile: fresh toasties, smoothies, and quality coffee make choosing difficult – everything tastes great. The service is friendly and efficient, and the café itself is cozy and calm, making it suitable for both working and relaxed coffee breaks. Definitely a place worth visiting if you appreciate good food, good coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll happily return.

We saw this place by chance while walking, and the garden was absolutely delightful. They have an incredible variety of food options. We were happy to see Turkish items like sucuk (Turkish sausage) and çılbır (Turkish poached eggs). I personally chose the kashar cheese croissant toast, and it was delicious. Highly recommended!

I came in here to get some work done and the atmosphere is 10/10 for that. There are so many options in the menu, not enough to overwhelm you though. Service is 10/10, staff are so nice and accommodating and food was delicious, well priced for the portion too !

I had breakfast at Balance Coffee Shop about 3 or 4 times during the week I stayed in London. We had a discount for staying at the hotel. The English breakfast was delicious and kept me full for the rest of the morning, and the sandwiches looked great too. Not to mention the taste of the good coffee and fresh orange juice. Recommended.

The selection of dishes is varied and caters to vegetarians and vegans, with a selection of hot and cold foods. I had a mushroom quiche, warmed up at the till, with a pasta salad and Greek salad. The portions are generous and the taste was great, with the crunchy salads, and warm and soft quiche. I only took a star off for atmosphere, as the seating is a little austere, but the service is warm and efficient.

Very large menu for breakfast. French toast was star. Pancakes were ok and on small side for portion especially when compared to portion for other orders. Flat white really good. Iced and hot lattes just ok. Had great weather and able to sit outside for great people watching.
