A Mobile Bar Opening Outside La Cosecha Market Sells Spritzes With a Latin Twist | Eater DC

"Opening Thursday, April 29, a trailer bar outside La Cosecha market in the Union Market district will serve spritzes full of Latin twists designed by Andra Johnson, the beverage director and managing partner at Serenata cocktail bar. The fizzy cocktails ($11–$15) lean on South American ingredients — the “Marielle,” for instance, mixes Brazilian cachaça with St. Germain, papaya, coconut basil syrup, green chartreuse, fresh basil, and sparkling wine — and Johnson says the project is meant to build on representing Latin culture through cocktails. The trailer also offers beers ($7–$12) and wines by the bottle ($30–$120), includes an accompanying patio, and will operate Thursday to Sunday until 10 p.m., opening at 4 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays and at 11 a.m. on weekends." - Tierney Plumb

Great place!!!! The Cultural Department of the Embassy of Chile to the United States did an exhibit on Mapuche textiles at the Balcón. The place is amazing, the exhibit looked perfect, with enough space for people to look at the pieces. Highly recommended to showcase the culture of your country.
