"Opening Thursday, April 29, a trailer bar outside La Cosecha market in the Union Market district will serve spritzes full of Latin twists designed by Andra Johnson, the beverage director and managing partner at Serenata cocktail bar. The fizzy cocktails ($11–$15) lean on South American ingredients — the “Marielle,” for instance, mixes Brazilian cachaça with St. Germain, papaya, coconut basil syrup, green chartreuse, fresh basil, and sparkling wine — and Johnson says the project is meant to build on representing Latin culture through cocktails.
