This place is incredible. World class hospitality and such a homey ambience. As a tourist, they made me feel like a regular. I was greeted with a welcome handshake immediately walking into the restaurant and although it was a packed house. Excellent food all around. Ordered the burrata and the chicken parmigiana with the vodka sauce. Would recommend the vodka sauce upgrade - really elevated the dish. One the best parms I’ve ever had. This is a place that hits on all fronts and will deliver a memorable night with the food and the company you share the night with.

We had such an incredible experience at Baldoria and cannot wait to go back! We came in for a Saturday night date night, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for—lively, energetic, and full of a more mature crowd that was clearly there to enjoy good food and good company. It’s definitely not a place for kids or for a quiet dinner, but if you’re looking for a fun, vibrant night out, this is absolutely the spot. Our server, Lisa, was phenomenal. She was so friendly, so accommodating, and genuinely elevated our entire experience. We ordered the special lamb ragu over gnocchi with truffle and burrata—truly out of this world. One of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. At the end of the meal, our dessert was accidentally delayed, and without us even asking, Lisa comped it. Totally unnecessary, but such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of her going above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing night. Baldoria exceeded every expectation—food, service, and vibe. We’ll absolutely be back!

Headline: Fresh seafood, great atmosphere, and food made with care — Baldoria is a Long Beach treasure! Review: My wife and I tried Baldoria in Long Beach, NY, and were really impressed. She had the shrimp Parmesan, I had the chicken Parmesan — both were excellent. The seafood is phenomenal; the calamari was the freshest I’ve had in 20 years, tender and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is warm, the service friendly, and you can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they do. I’m already planning to come back Sunday for the baked clams and short rib ravioli. A true Long Beach seafood and Italian gem!

I had an excellent steak, we also had a chicken dish and a seafood dish which were all excellent. We closed out our meal with an ice cream dessert which was plenty for all. Cocktails and wine are very very good. The atmosphere and service were excellent.

I came here a few times with my boss. The staff are very accommodating. The food is absolutely excellent. I can recommend all the foods we try to be delicious. We started with the special appetitezers of the day, so good the bake oysters, burrata cheese, and calamari. The main courses we have are veal chop, Pollo marsala, and bolognese pasta. Desserts they gave us 3 different kinds, and out of all the three, I won't forget how smooth and perfect the napoleon cake is. Plus, we have the cappuccino. So good. It is one of the best diner we have in an Italian restaurant. The reason being I gave 4 stars is that I didn't feel warm with other staff, and i noticed the eyes of other customers. I ignore them since I am also a customer. Who cares with them, but I couldn't stop noticing that I am the only different skin color that night. I hope to bring my friends and family here since the food is great. Me and my boss will surely come back. Hope that time is not as intimidating as the ambiance is.

This place excels on all fronts. From the creative options (so many specials) to the service (our server, Lisa, was terrific!) to the ambience, quality and taste- I'm shocked this place doesn't have a Michelin star (but then it would be too tough to get a reservation so, happy this is our little secret). Seems great for special occasions, but not so stuffy that it couldn't be a regular spot.

I thought I wrote a review on Baldoria the first time we went - but I guess I didn't! My bad! We rarely go out for Italian food; a hazard of growing up with an Italian mother and grandparents who came here from Italy. However, every dish we have had on our multiple visits are elevated versions of classics that Nana made! Service is congenial, mature and very professional. And, the cocktails are "chef's kiss" too! Follow them on Instagram - they really showcase the food and vibe really well. (never get rid of the person handling your Instagram - they are gold!)

Went to long beach a few weeks ago & ate at Baldoria! The food & service was great as well as the sidewalk tables. The restaurant was packed for a Friday night but the weather was beautiful & we truly enjoyed our meal outdoors. We had the meatballs as an entree, some moscato & pesto gnocchi!

Excellent menu and drink choices...warm, inviting ambiance with fireplace. Great service. Delicious entrees and desserts. Highly recommend this fine dining experience.

We really enjoyed this restaurant! The staff is very friendly and when you're there they make you feel like family. Food was good too. The fried calamari was cooked well and I loved the spicy sauce it came with. The best dishes we had were the shrimp Melissa and shrimp parm. Both excellent. Portions are pretty big, come hungry.

Ron and I had a fabulous dinner last night at Baldoria. The food was delicious. The holiday decorations, done tastefully and beautifully by Sal's mom, Maureen, were warm and festive. The service was exemplary as usual. The entertainment provided by the great Joe Piano was wonderful. The cocktails, prepared by handsome Robbie were delightful. And best of all, we felt the love from the super staff. We just love Baldoria so much. 5-star experience all the way!

Last evening at Baldoria, we enjoyed dinner and cocktails. The atmosphere was lively, we were loving Mark Dante who entertained us with wonderful music, and the service was, as usual, unsurpassed. Of special note, our favorite bartender, Robbie, was on vacay, but Peter masterfully handled a very busy bar. He smiled, kept his cool, and made fabulous cocktails. All in all, it was a very lovely evening. We love Baldoria!

Service was on point. Our server was way too dramatic. Ambience was lovely, however the food was nothing special. " You can't eat atmosphere" Not planning a return trip.

Baldoria is THE best restaurant in Long Beach. Elegant dining. Great food and service and often music. Great place for a small celebration. On the expensive side but worth it.

Wevwe just here last week, and found the place to be lovly. The food and service was excellent but the only problem was the High Prices. That might keep us from returning.

Food was delicious. Very fresh. Lisa our server was outstanding. The ambiance is great for special occasions. We went for Valentine's Day and my birthday. Looking forward to eating at this restaurant again.

Elegant Italian restaurant in Long Beach that I wish I tried sooner ! Upscale environment for a date night or family dinner. I would recommended making a reservation because it was pretty full when I arrived. Food was delicious and my service was 10/10. White Sangria was absolutely perfect. I woke up this morning still thinking about the creme brûlée. I will be back and this is a must try !

Amazing food, amazing service and amazing drinks! Doesn't get much better. The specials are always top notch. Food is fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is vibrant. Great bar too. Never disappointed.

I rarely write about service because all I care about is the food but wow, this spot has great food AND you're treated like royalty. With such respect and care and attention to detail. And it doesn't feel forced or put-on. Our waiter Frank and his team of servers were so kind to us as we feasted on an incredible Caesar salad, baked clams (the must-get), creamy pesto gnocchi, and more. They have two tables outside so grab em if you can. What a warm, welcome place. 5 stars!!!!

This is the LOUDEST restaurant I have ever been to. It was so loud we couldn't hear our waitress who was quite uninterested in making us feel welcome. She would only tell us the specials if we really wanted to know. Otherwise she said it would take too long. The food was OK although the servings were large. Altogether an unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.

Baldoria, in my opinion, is the best Italian restaurant in Long Beach. It has ambience, the service is very good and professional, and the food is excellent in quality, flavor and presentation. The menu has something for everyone and we have never been disappointed by our food. Whatever you choose will be delicious and served with a smile.

I've has some delicious meals, including luscious desserts and experienced a wonderful atmosphere at Baldoria, since the very first time I went there on a Blind Date, to the times in between when I went with friends for Birthday celebrations, and even when I popped in Solo for a drink and meal at the bar. I most often ordered food a fish dish, Sea Bass being one of my favorites, is always cooked to perfection, with just the right seasoning and accented vegetable selections.

I am a foodie for certain and have enjoyed dishes at hundreds of restaurants on Long Island. This place, omg, this place has the best tasting food I've ever had. EVER. The menu isn't saturated with dozens of choices like a novel. Just one simple page of the best tasting dishes you will ever have. We stumbled upon the place by accident one evening and have been there twice in the past 3 weeks. It's my new favorite place and it upsets me because I'm moving to Arizona in 4 months and I will surely miss this place.

Fabulous dining experience overall. The service was wonderful. Professional and attentive. Our server Frank was a major reason our experience was so memorable. The food was top notch. All 5 of us were so impressed. The atmosphere was great, every employee we came across was truly happy to see us. Would highly recommend Baldoria.

Food was amazing The clams and artichoke appetizer were terrific. Pasta seafood special was delish. I have to say the whole experience was great especially because we had an amazing waiter. Def ask for Frank!

Ok, nice place with nice service, EXCEPT.... the prices are much to high, and the selection is to sparse.

Ordered eggplant parm for takeout and received about 6-8 thick chunks of eggplant (like 2" sections of eggplant) with mozzarella baked on top with sauce. It was a hardy dish but not what I was expecting or wanting. This dish came with a side of pasta and bread. I was expecting the typical: "thin layers of breaded eggplant slices" which I have always gotten whenever I have ordered it anywhere else, all over the US. I didn't realize I had to ask how do they prepare their eggplant parm dish. Service was friendly, but won't be ordering this dish again. Place was busy on a Wednesday around 5:30 but able to find parking right near restaurant.

To start, the place was beautifully setup, appetizers calamari was great, salad with beets was delicious, burrata stuffed ravioli was out of this world! I will be back!

We enjoyed the best table in the house... the round in the alcove. The food was excellent... most tender octopus we have ever eaten, as was the pork chop and the delicious asparagus, not to mention the heavenly gnocchi... all from someone who cooks, bakes and is not easily impressed. The specials are always so mouth watering. We also appreciate that portions are a good size. Our server and the support staff were all very professional. A great evening... we're repeat customers and we will be back.

Baldoria is an incredible place serves authentic Italian food with an atmosphere that is second to none and truly caters to your every request. I strongly recommend it when in Long Beach. all the waiters will address your concerns I highly recommend this place for any meal. truly one of the best in Long Beach!!!!

First time at Baldoria and it was very good. Great special options so we ordered all specials. Excellent pastas with delicious sauces. The highlight was the tortellini stuffed with ossobuco with a champagne dill sauce. Outstanding service by Lisa. Very nice ambiance.

Everything was terrific. Hostess very sweet. Ambiance great. Live music was perfect and not too much. Freddy our server was beyond incredible and the food and drinks were just great. It's not cheap, but value for the $$$ was really great.... Really enjoyed.

I hate sand. I am the worst person to go to the beach with because I will do everything in my power not to touch sand. And may Ganesh help you if you put me through wet sand! So I didn't want to go to Long Beach, but I was lured there with the promise of beach blankets, wine, friends, more wine--and I forget the rest because I stopped listening after wine. I suffered through the horrendous walks through sand--including the obligatory romantic stroll by the shoreline--and subsisted on wine and fruit until we were ready to call it a day. That's how we wound up at Baldoria, where we were welcomed like the long-missed relatives of the world's friendliest Italian family. As the first guests of the evening, we were treated to off-menu tasties like freshly shucked oysters on the half shell. The unique Insalata Frutti di Mare is based in tomato sauce, and the Burrata and Meatball Skillet were both great. For entrees, we did a family-style share of the Special: Squid Ink Fettucine with Seafood, the Pappardelle Bolognese, and the Grilled Branzino. Everything was quality, but the Special was next-level delicious, with perfectly al dente pasta and super fresh seafood. After imbibing several bottles of wine, Sal--our new friend and co-owner of the restaurant--offered us complimentary Italian Rainbow Cake and Tiramisu. Why? Because when you're here, you're family. Oh, and they were delicious too. Nothing tastes better than free.

Came on a date last Saturday. We were very happy with the food and service. I started with the beef and barley soup, which was one of the specials. Large bowl of soup, tasted good. My date ordered the squid ink pasta with seafood in a few Diablo sauce,, also one of the specials. The sauce was delicious with a nice kick. Came with lobster, clams and muscles. All were good and cooked well. I had the tuna rare with a balsamic reduction. Cooked perfectly rare. Overall, an excellent meal. Our server was great and took good care of us. My only complaint is the place is a bit pricey. The pasta special was 48$ and the bowl of soup 16$. I live in NYC and those are the prices I get there.

Very attractive restaurant. Pleasant enough service, albeit somewhat slow. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming. I had the eggplant parmesan dish with penne. The eggplant was baked, which I do enjoy, but it lacked seasoning and the rubbery, bitter eggplant skin was left intact, making the dish unpalatable. The penne pasta tomato sauce also lacked oomph and was too acidic. My partner also said the chicken marsala he ordered was "bland." I think the food could use some tweaking.

Good gluten free options. I had takeout from here before and decided to dine in. I had the penne romana (gluten free) and my husband grabbed the special. We shared roasted potatoes. Both dishes were delicious! We were there to celebrate my birthday that had already passed (since both of us were sick during it). The ambiance was my favorite part of eating here; the hostess and waiter were kind and checked in with us at appropriate gaps. I will definitely return.

We live around the corner from the restaurant and frequently stop by for drinks and apps at the bar. This Xmas eve we had a dinner with the whole family and it was great . The food was great . Specials were amazing and it was a lot of sea food options. My daughters loved it. Our server Lisa was great ! The only thing was that they need to train some (not all ) bartenders make a better drinks.. Still 5 stars . Thank you for wonderful evening.

5 Stars for this winning Italian restaurant. Great service by a very friendly staff, and the Chef gets 5 Stars as well Though a little pricey we still love it here. No sur charge for the use of credit card only adds to the class of this fine place.

Service was excellent in the beginning, but I think they were short staffed and so it started to suffer as the meal went on. My husband enjoyed his food but I was not happy with mine. Stuffed artichoke with a broth was not tasty.... The short ribs weren't tasty and they were not softthe way I like them. Actually they were a special and they were overdone. Maybe they were a special because they were left over from Saturday night..? We did get a tartuffo for dessert and they did not put a candle in for my birthday. My husband booked online and they asked if we were celebrating something...he wrote my wife's birthday....we were disappointed in no candle but we probably should have reminded them. Pretty and comfortable ambiance though
