The 18 Best Restaurants In Asbury Park - Jersey Shore - The Infatuation

"Bradley Beach is among the most underrated towns for dining down the Shore, and Thai spot Bamboo Leaf is its star restaurant. We really like the curry options—order the duck penang or the spicy green vegetables—as well as classic starters and entrees like pad see ew. The restaurant is BYOB, but everything travels well if you just want to chill, eat, and drink on your front porch." - michael sinatra

Best Restaurants on the Jersey Shore | Eater NY

"When I’m done with red sauce and seafood, this small BYOB on Bradley Beach’s main drag delivers dependable Thai classics — from som tum salad to flavorful curries — and I recommend the roasted duck with its sweet-spicy tamarind sauce for a bigger splurge." - Marion Brewer

Bamboo Leaf Thai Eatery Review - Bradley Beach - Philadelphia - The Infatuation

"Bradley Beach is among the most underrated towns for dining down the Shore, and Bamboo Leaf is its star restaurant. After being takeout-only for a few years, indoor dining is back open which is great for making sure your basil chili softshell crabs arrive hot and crispy. Don’t forget a couple of curries (we like the duck penang and the spicy green vegetable), whether you’re eating at the restaurant or at home, chilling on the front porch. " - Michael Sinatra

This was our first visit to Bamboo Leaf Thai in Bradley Beach, and it definitely won’t be the last! The food was full of flavor — we tried the Drunken Noodles and Red Curry, and both were absolutely delicious. You can really taste the freshness and authentic Thai spices in every bite. There was a wait listed at 30 minutes, but we were pleasantly surprised to be seated in just 10. It’s definitely worth staying close by and waiting your turn — the area is nice to walk around, and the restaurant is BYOB, which is a great bonus. Parking was easy — free street parking after 5 PM, just a block or two away with parallel spots. And after dinner, we took a relaxing stroll along the Bradley Beach boardwalk — a perfect end to the evening. Highly recommend this spot for flavorful Thai food in a laid-back beach town setting!

Best of the best, if you've never been here you're missing out. Street parking is plentiful, place is BYOB so stop by BBP for a 4 pack to have with your meal or there's a liquor store a block away. Place is small so prepare for a wait, the news is out already on how good this place is. Been coming here for a decade and always excited to see these guys going strong, pumping out quality cuisine with amazing flavor for reasonable prices. We started with the Papaya salad and Fried tofu, both of which were delicious. For mains we split drunken noodles and red curry. I've honestly been a curry guy every time I go here, but the drunken noodles knocked my socks off. Insanely flavorful with a slight char, it's everything you want in a dish. Overall 10/10 meal I've never been disappointed here and always leave happy. GO HERE

Let me start off by saying I am probably the most critical thai food eater there is. I have tried so many thai places in the united states, none of them live up to par to authentic thai food I have had. This was absolutely phenomenal, if you want straight up authentic thai food that isnt westernised this is it. Everything was so good, you can immediately tell with the curry that it is made authentically with so much love and time!! Thank you thank you!

We had an amazing dining experience at this wonderful Thai restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and truly authentic, bringing the rich flavors of Thailand right to the table. Every dish we had was full of vibrant spices and fresh ingredients, making it a memorable meal. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for quality, authentic Thai cuisine.

We went in 1/31 around 8. We had the curry dumplings, and shrimp rolls to start. The shrimp rolls were great, the curry dumplings were ok, I thought they’d be steamed not fried. I had a combination drunken noodles, and my sister had a combination pad Thai. The entrees were delicious. Probably one of the best drunken noodles I’ve ever had! We ordered it medium spicy thinking it would be enough but next time I’ll order spicy so it can really come through. Service was good. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars only because it’s a small place and once packed it’s hard to hear yourselves at your own table, so I recommend going in the beginning of a rush for a more intimate meal.

Bamboo Leaf is a real gem. It is tiny and crowded but the Thai food it serves is authentic and delicious.

Great Thai Food, Just Watch the Prices Had a really tasty meal at Bamboo Leaf recently! The food was awesome—super flavorful and felt authentic. We ordered Pad Thai, some soups, and the seafood curry, and everything hit the spot. The place itself has a cozy vibe with nice decor, and overall it felt welcoming. There were a couple of things that stood out, though. They charge a $4 fee if you pay with a credit card, which is odd these days, who still uses cash Also, when I ordered soup with both tofu and chicken, it ended up being double the price of just tofu, even though the portion size seemed the same. Next time, I’ll probably just stick with one protein to avoid the extra charge. Despite those small issues, I’d still recommend Bamboo Leaf. The food’s great and the atmosphere is solid—just keep an eye on the bill!

One of our absolute favorite restaurants down the shore. The food never disappoints. They ask your preferred spice level which is always nice :). The service is always so kind and it’s a family-run restaurant so you always see familiar faces. Great veggie and meat options. It is very popular and a small place so there can definitely be a wait at peak times and seasons. If you go at 4/5pm for an early dinner you will definitely get a table (especially for 2 ppl.) Can’t recommend enough.
