Bamboo

I love Bamboo. Everyone who works there is so kind. They offer their own delivery (much cheaper than food delivery apps). The food is delicious/ well-portioned, and they are my favorite Chinese restaurant around. It should be noted that they have the best crab Rangoons I’ve ever had. Every other restaurant’s are disappointing by comparison.

The food was hot and delicious. I had the egg foo young and my daughter had the tso’s chicken. Reasonable prices and one of the best Asian restaurants in the area.

Probably some of the worst Chinese food ever. I thought it was the place up the road a little bit but when my gps took me there I thought ok maybe it will be good, NOPE. Horrible, everything was bad

They had Kung pao triple delight. I usually get Kung pao chicken/shrimp at other Chinese restaurants and thought it would be good here too but it was okay. Had too much sauce than what would normally be in Kung pao dishes. Maybe they have other food that makes it their specialties, but I’ll go to another place for my Kung pao fix. Service could be better, took a couple of minutes for me to get attended. If you’re gonna order via phone verify the price because some prices have increased

I have been going to bamboo for years and I noticed a difference in the food recently. I think they changed management. It’s not the same. It sucks when you find a good spot and they switch up the food and taste.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years (10+) the food is delicious and reasonably priced. My favorites are the fried chicken wings, curry shrimp, shrimp egg foo young, crab rangoons, basically everything is good, especially the sugar donuts and half and half tea. The young lady taking the orders is always pleasant and accurate. Bamboo is the go to spot.

The food was ok…Eggroll and moo shu shrimp. I’ve had better. The cabbage was overcooked. I’m just looking for a local quality Asian Restaurant.

Everything tasted like it was old and out of a can. Wings were the best thing we ordered. Ribs were really tough to chew, fried dumplings were cold and doughy in the middle, chicken and snow peas and beef and broccoli tasted a week old, Gen Tso chicken and fried rice were ok at best. Will not be going back.

This place has become our default Chinese-American delivery restaurant. The classics are all great here (rangoon, sesame chicken, steamed dumplings). Portions are solid, prices are good, and delivery is fast. You can order online and the delivery folks are always nice. Two thumbs up!

We had green Beans and shrimps, eggs drop soup, with shrimp toasts, fried dumplings. It was awesome after my Cervical surgery

Solid Chinese-American takeout. The noodle dishes (such as beef chow fun) are always a hit. Large portions for a great price. Skip the sushi (bad fish to rice ratio, fish not the freshest), and stick with the Chinese dishes. The husband likes the crab rangoons, which are massive, and the beef with broccoli. Very good option if you don't feel like cooking.

My family and I eat here ALL of the time! Love the atmosphere and friendly staff. They have gotten to know us over the years so they definitely give a family feel whenever we order.

Actually really good, I love their pepper steak w onions. On point good food. Not too expensive. The place is clean and staff is friendly. Most importantly the food dish was served fast, sometimes they have a backlog. This is a repeat visit and it didn't disappoint. I would recommend it to anyone else who is up for Chinese takeout. Enjoy!

Everything I've had from this place is pretty good. I enjoy their sushi and their service is very fast and friendly.

They charged me $.75 for one extra cup of dipping sauce for the dumplings. I am a good customer and no I'm not a customer enjoy your experience with them. I even called back to say I was a customer they still charge me $.75 for one teeny tiny cup a fucking dipping sauce.

Got home to find out they gave me shrimp instead of broccoli. When came back to exchange they just removed the shrimp and added chicken to the same bowl and gave me the same rice. When I got back home food was cold after all the exchanging. So cheap and not clean practice. Any good restaurant would immediately trash food that comes back to their place.

Ordered today; boyfriend ordered Chicken and Broccoli (LC7), he got instantly ill after about 5 bites. After first bite he said man this has a weird taste. He says it was extremely bland, no flavor and he is now suffering a stomach ache with nausea. I ordered Vegetable Fried Rice with an egg added to it. You don't think that could be messed up but they managed to burn the eggs and even the peas in it were burnt. Tasted very bland as well. Shrimp egg rolls, yes bland also and the shrimp tasted mushy. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM!! $44.26 was the bill total and I could've gotten McDonalds and it would've been better.

I was in a hotel for a night for work and I decided to try this place by having it delivered by Uber Eats. Ubereats was great but the meal I received was awful. I ordered Szechuan beef. I get it, Szechuan beef has a lot of onions in it. But that is why I asked for no onions. I received my Szechuan beef with more onions than beef. To be fair, what I received was not onions but scallions. But, as you can see from the pictures the pile of scallions quote-unquote was larger than the beef in my dish. Obviously, bamboo carryout decided they didn't want to give me a lot of beef so they through handfuls of scallions in this dish. I called and asked why there was so many onions in my food when I ask for no onions. The response was, those aren't onions those are green onions. I said, can you please tell me the word after green that you just said? She said, onion. I said exactly, you guys filled my dish with green onion. She said that is not onion, it is green onion. Sigh. After I pushed the issue more she then changed her story to, no, those are scallions. So, aside from that they also did not include a fork or napkins in my order. When I asked why there was no fork or napkin in my order, the woman on the phone said you have to talk to Uber Eats about that. I said, this is a to-go order from you guys. You guys should be including the fork and napkins in the order. She then said, you need to talk to your hotel about that they probably have Forks. What a joke. $14 for this dish.

I order the honey sesame shrimp dish, which was fried shrimp (in the same batter they use for their chicken) with a general tso type sauce with sesame seeds sprinkled over it. It was ready when I came to pick it up. When eating the shrimp, I noticed it was just very soggy and unappetizing so I cut open the fried shrimp to see it was clumps of tiny shrimp put together to form a shrimp ball......... What? No. Wait. Where is the large shrimp? I don't even want to know what the shrimp and broccoli looks like. If your giving me a shrimp cake, at least make it crispy. I threw it out, I will not be back.

Not great. Ordered a few times now hoping my first couple were just bad luck. Same dishes come out different even with specialty requests on them. Got moo shu chicken and you can't even see the chicken in it, the pancakes were dry and broken up and the cabbage seemed raw still even after asking for it well done. First time I ordered it there was hardly any sauce in it, second time I asked for extra on the side and it looked like soup and didn't need the extra after all. Shrimp egg roll had 1 shrimp in the entire thing, the won ton soup is okay, the cheese won tons were plain. I give up and am moving on. I wouldn't waste my money or time. Happy Garden 2 miles up the road is better.

They are my "Go To" Chinese Take out place for sure. My husband only ever had Crab Rangoon from somewhere else, and when he heard me order it for the first time he wouldn't shut up about how gross they were. I made him try them and BAM. Can't get enough of them. Neither of us. Perfect crab to cream cheese ratio and not to sweet like some places. Delivery is always fast and they are very polite. Love um!

Amazing! I just ordered about 20 minutes before close after class. It was one of the few places open a little later on Monday nights. The location is on the border of Linthicum. Sushi was GREAT. I used to go to Fortune Cooky for my sushi/chinese fix but this place has replaced it and exceeded my expectation. The sushi- a shrimp tempura roll was fantastic. Not overloaded with rice and topped with an excellent sauce. My entree was tofu with vegetables in a brown sauce. I asked for spicy (it could have been a tad spicer) but it had a kick. More so than I usually get when I ask for spicy. The only reason they loose a star is because they charge for hot oil. Some places do charge for it (I tend to avoid those places.) I will return. The prices are reasonable and the food is worth it! Not an elegant place but it is so good. This place is a gem! Best Chinese place in Glen Burnie IMHO. I'd get take out there before Hunan L'Rose!

Wife and I moved near here from Jessup, and found this store cuz it was so near by, tried the place and have been ordering from them at least once a week. Price is good and food is great

We order from Bamboo at least 3-5 times a month. They have the best fried rice and spring rolls because their grease is never old and doesn't burn them. They also have the best General Tso's Tofu. They are very kind and make sure my food stays vegan for me. They also have sushi and I get the avocado rolls and they are always fresh. Very nice people. Fast delivery. We love their food. Highly recommend!

I was at this carry out that I have been going to for over a year and all of this time my bill was over $40, while ordering food this past Saturday my order was around $42 dollar so I paid and waited for my food the next customer was a white man who ordered was about $39 when the lady behind the counter gave the man a coupon for free food that stated for orders over $40 you get this for free I have never been offered the free food and ever time I visit my order is over $40 I will never buy from them again!!!

Bit into something that looked like a staple with pointy ends, but wasn't as hard as a staple. I don't know exactly what it is. But what I do know is that it is metal, hard, and can pierce or cut yours/my tongue and/or gums. This is my first review EVER on yelp. I had to write this because this is disturbing. The dish ordered was pork fried rice. (see pictures) I wish I didn't have to write this review, nor have this experience.

Yummy vegetarian mock meat dishes. My kids love the wonton soup and shrimp egg rolls too.

Best Chinese food I've found in this area. Yummy crab Rangoons. Shrimp with cashews had generous size and quantity of both. Delivery was great for Saturday night. Recommended!

I pity the people who ordered from this restaurant . I get laid off because I tried to discard some chicken which was tainted by someone's snot. The guy took it back and mixed with other chicken.

This place is horrible! I placed the order @ 5:50 and did not receive it until 7:30! After waiting for an hour, I called the restaurant she told me that they do not deliver to our neighborhood which was a complete lie! I told her that the neighborhood Facebook page showed that they do deliver to our community. She then proceeded with more excuses saying that they are very busy, keep in mind that it was a Wednesday when I placed the order..and that the driver was on her way. She was very rude and did not even apologize for the delay. 15 minutes later the driver calls asking for our address! By the time we received our food it was warm. I ordered the chicken with rice soup, which the broth was completely soaked by the rice. On top was a few dice of chicken! I also ordered the shrimp Lo mein which had the tiniest golf shrimp and absolutely no flavor! My husband ordered the general tsos which was warm and chewy. It's such a shame that not only was the food horrible but the customer service added to it as well! I will never recommend nor order from this place again!

Sushi is really good .. The alaska roll and spicy tuna are good ... Probably order out from bamboo once a week ... House rice is really good as well

Great customer service, good prices, and good food. Definitely some of the better sushi that is available in the immediate area. The delivery guys are always fast and super nice.

I wish i could give No STARS. The first time I order the food was ok but the service was shitty. So I decided to give it another try. I WILL NOT ever order from this place again. I ordered delivery, the lady who answer the phone was so rude. I placed my order before I could finish she said bye bye hung up the phone and forgot to take my C.Card number. So I call back I'm like you forgot to take my card number, this lady said oh we don't ask for you C. Card #'S. I said, do you guys have a portable c.card machine, she cut me off and said go head. Now I could have been rude and let the delivery guy come out and send his ass back because I didn't have cash. I canceled my order. This place isn't even worth the rudeness I can see if there food was at lease good.

I like the food here. Haven't had a bad experience yet. They generally have my food ready to go in less then 15 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything that was ordered was void of all flavor, which was extremely disappointing. Sushi rolls consisted of 5 pieces, and the egg drop soup was a brownish yellow. The soup tasted like what I imagine dirty dishwater would, delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes. I'm NEVER patronizing this place again. Stay far away!

Ordered Orange Chicken extra spicy and fried wontons for delivery. The delivery took about 50 minutes when the order online said 30-40. Not that big of a deal to me though. The delivery driver was super nice!! The food delicious and the price reasonable. Finally found a good Chinese place around here :)

I got the sesame chicken dinner which came with fried rice and an egg roll which was pretty good. Wasn't the best I've ever had but was good. Also had the California roll which was below average. Poorly made and only came with 6 pieces when most places give 8. Egg drop soup was delicious. Had a lot of flavor and tons of egg. I would recommend eating at this place.

Working on Sunday morning decided to order lunch for me and a co worker. I found a metal wire in my General To's chicken. When I called to alert the restaurant and spoke with Jaing. Jaing wanted to know if I wanted them to make me another one. I THINK NOT! I told them that we will be throwing out the lunch, we certainly do NOT want anything else from there. And when I asked a refund they acted surprised! Even wanted to give me cash back instead of reversing the credit charges.

This place is my go to Chinese place when I'm in Baltimore. It's fresh and delicious. Doesn't feel greasy and full of sodium like some other places. Delivery is fast and the food comes hot.

i ordered at 10:15pm on a sunday. They still took my order and even offered to deliver it! the prices were average or lower than average which was awesome! the sushi wasn't the best i've ever had, but everything else i ordered was amazing. and very hot! the miso soup was the best i've ever had and i've had many many miso soups. the delivery man came pretty quickly and the girl at the restaurant that i placed the order with was very thorough and very polite! i appreciate the good service, will definitely order again!

Love this place! I always order the same thing , steamed dumplings and Hunan chicken and it is more than enough for both of us! We have been ordering from here since they opened!

Decent quality and good value for what you pay. Delivery is usually pretty quick. This place is better than most other local Chinese food delivery places.

I've been getting take-out for lunch for a couple years and have always had a good experience. The cashier is very nice, the food is always served very hot, fresh, and comes in a generous portion. I have had better tasting Chinese food elsewhere, but for the price the quality is good. The lunch specials come with either fried or white rice, and a choice between an egg roll, soup or a soda. I don't care for their egg rolls, so I usually get the soup or a soda instead.

No stars. I was eating fried rice that came with my meal and there was something in it that at first I thought was some weird kind of vegetable or seasoning. When I lifted it up and looked at it , I could see it was some kind of insect leg. It was a couple of inches long. I threw it right away and wouldn't let myself think about it for a few days. Then finally I got up the courage to look online and lo and behold, it was a cockroach leg. It had to be a big cockroach.

I tried this place because my daughter raves about it. I ordered the chicken chow mien dinner with a side of shrimp toast. After having to drain the shrimp toast of its massive amount of oil, I was able to try it. Inside was gooey and had no taste of shrimp. It went down the garbage disposal. On to the egg roll, not much taste. The chow mien was watery and very bland. The only positive thing I can say is the place looked clean. As for the food, maybe they had a bad night. Will I try it again? Not in this lifetime!

I was pleasantly surprised. My 3 year old daughter loves their California Rolls. I also ordered and would recommend the fried dumplings- big hit with the family. The rest of the meal was fresh and cooked perfectly. The prices are great also.

Was a huge fan of bamboo. Ive been eating here for a long while now and sorry tosay over the last 3 to 5 months the food has taken a big nose dive. I normally order anything gen tsos i stopped eating the chicken as they over cook it way to often. There shrimp are huge but for some reason its still over cooked. The customer service sucks since the normal girl is out takimg care of her new baby. Since she left its only been downhill.

I order from bamboo regularly. Never again. Food is ok but delivery is getting slowere and slowere and I will only wait so long. I called after waiting an hour and the person who answered spoke English badly and had no idea if the food was on its way. 20 minutes later the food arrives and the driver was rude

Do not eat here, this place is absolutely disgusting. I ordered delivery with a group of coworkers one time and the chicken curry I got tasted slimy. Several of my coworkers said the food did not agree with them, and one had to go home sick after eating.

Best in the area! The Chow Mei Fun is yum-yum good!
