Bamboo Terrace

This is my new go to in columbia for best chinese food and service. I have tried generals, orange, red curry chicken, Mongolian chicken, and chicken lo mein. All are fresh and amazing. The crab Rangoon has a yellow curry in it that is very subtle and delicious. Pot stickers. Hot and sour soup is awesome. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The new location is very convenient for students as it is situated in downtown. I only saw three people working, but they made our food in under 15 minutes. The authentic Chinese dishes were good except that they had a little too much salt. I was not a fan of the plating as it made the portions look small. The lady cashier, possibly the owner, was very friendly and was open to feedback.

Food was tasty. The Malaysian chicken curry hot pot was coconutty and had lots of meat. Fried rice and Lo mein were also good. The atmosphere was fine and service was good.

Bamboo Terrace is my FAVORITE restaurant in Columbia. My go-to dish is their Chicken Udon Noodles. If you like thick udon noodles, this is the place to go. I also don't typically care for crab rangoon, but theirs is so delicious I can't get enough of it. On top of the great food, the staff is very kind and friendly. They have a chill atmosphere that I love.

For those seeking an authentically rendered and exceptionally flavorful Chinese culinary experience, this restaurant is highly recommended. My appreciation for genuine cuisine leads me to commend their commitment to time-honored recipes and the consistently delicious results they achieve.

We’ve been searching for a good Mongolian beef in Columbia MO and we’ve found this great spot ran by 2 Very Exquisite individuals at the, (Bamboo Terrace) Downtown Columbia mo Always a pleasure to eat at your establishment or takeout, the food is always fresh, delicious and tender!! THANK YOU!!

The pork egg rolls were large, hot and very good. Little short staffed but tried very hard and were very pleasant. Food came quickly and was very fresh and hot. I will definitely eat their again. Have a good variety.

My plate of duck udon noodles was delicious and my partner loved his General Tao’s chicken. The staff was so warm and welcoming. For how busy they were (Friday an hour before close), we really appreciated the service. Definitely making this a regular spot
