Bambū Desserts & Drinks

Second time here and won't be back (gave it another try). Staff was very friendly, but the drinks & dessert didn't win us over. Very underwhelming. The avocado mash had so much jelly/boba that it was disgusting. The Thai tea wasn't flavorful and the blended matcha had hardly any taste. The mochi donut was very very dry. Didn't finish the bulk of our goodies. :(

One of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in Las Vegas! The place has a super cute decor, perfect for spending time with friends and family while enjoying their drinks. I ordered the Bambu Special, Bambu Combo, and Awesome Trio. Their desserts always have the same great consistency as other Bambu locations in Seattle. They strike the perfect balance of sweetness, and they’re especially refreshing with ice on a hot day. Their service was quick. However, there was one time when the pandan jelly was a bit too hard, probably because it had been left in the fridge too long. Overall, this place is clean, has charming decor, and parking is never an issue whenever I visit.

Came to check this place out because they have a good Groupon! There was only one person working, and it was quite busy. We got drinks and a donut, ice cream mochi and a ube waffle( waffle was very burnt and was given back) place was soso not the best we have had but none the less a cute spot

This used to be one of my favorite places to stop for a treat but I’m not sure if management has changed or what but the atmosphere, food, and service has completely changed. It used to be a smaller menu and everything was good but now the menu is huge and nothing is good. Our go to’s have always been the pandan waffles and sesame balls but after the past few times we’ve tried them they aren’t good anymore. The waffle was thin, crunchy, no chew whatsoever, and burnt. Sesame balls were also dry and burnt. No one was around to help and the lady who rung us up just glared at us. Unfortunately after 7 years of being a loyal customer, my family will not be back.

Smelled like sewage and the mochi donuts I received smelled like cheese/feet. I had to throw them out. They also need to make more room at the singular entrance/exit because there is not enough room for people with mobility devices, such as a wheelchair.

I haven't tried this type of beverage anywhere (che), but if original ones are as good as this one's...OMG need to go to Vietnam to try them all. The drinks are refreshing and you fill full after one. You can eat soon sweet beens balls as well that are delicious. From the days I went, only one day there was a rude employee, I guess a bad day, because all the others they were super nice and even recommend things to eat.

Good mango smoothie after a hot day in Vegas, ok, ok we were there in January and wasn’t hot but it was still a good smoothie. But what’s extra fun was the pink set, sofa, ballon’s setup for a silly pic shoot.

I’ve been coming to bambu since they opened in Vegas, and this is my first time coming back after a while. I am honestly so disappointed. The decor is horrible, nothing matches and you can’t even walk through the door well because they have a couch right infront of it. There is also very limited places to sit compared to how it was before. This is no longer a spot to sit down and hang out because there is no room! They also charge for spoons and straws which is actually insane for any boba/ drink shop. I miss what this place used to be. Will not be coming back.

We got the Dragon Fruit Tea and Black Sugar Boba. Both were delicious and we loved the texture and flavor of the actual boba. Not only were the drinks good, but the store owner helped us get security footage of our car go through a hit and run in the parking lot. She was really helpful. Great drinks and excellent customer service!

Are you craving something sweet to drink and tasty? Well, Bambu has plenty of options and drink varieties to pick from. You can get things with fruit, jellies, and boba. Their menu is extensive and you might want to try a ton of different items. There are comfy seats to sit in and just hang out. Pretty cute spot for a drink after a meal. The parking lot here might be a little busy though. You can order from the kiosk or at the front there is a person who will take your order.

This place was popping on a Saturday night after the 'normal' dinner rush. The staff were all pleasant, moved quickly, and made us an awesome pandan waffle. I should have gotten more than one so I could have another for breakfast the next day!

Delicious Vietnamese dessert and drinks! Located in Spring Mountain! Small parking lot so be prepared to circle around the lot a couple times before finding a spot during prime rush hours! We ordered the #1 Bambu special -- lots of pandan jelly, basal seeds, coconut pieces in coconut water. I love how refreshing this dessert is. It's not too sweet and such a nice treat after a meal. The store itself is super cute! Lots of "bamboo" decor heh! There's also a back drop to take photos if you want!!

Many of the items are lacking just a bit of sweetness but the Ube ice cream on top gave it a perfect amount of sweetness. The service was quick and there was a very nice aesthetic.

Parking in this area could be tricky during peak hours. I ended up parking in another nearby lot and walking. In terms of the che, it's pretty pricey at about $8 each. I tried out the special che and fruit addict che. They were both pretty good. Both had tons of different items in them. It's pretty refreshing after a heavy meal.

If you're a fan of Drinkable dessert then this is the place. Super cute set-up to hang out with friends.

I like this chain a lot. Every time i go to any new city, I tend to stop by BAMBU. My favorite flavor is the avocado smash. It has boba and it taste so good. However it can be very filling. The taro one is good too. Service here is quick. Plenty of parking at the parking lot today. The decoration was an added bonus, however I forgot to take a picture of the decoration.

Got the signature coconut drink with add on toppings. The drink is good and refreshing. But I don't think it's impressive. I've had other better options before. So I think three star is a solid rating from my opinion. The place is not busy during weekend nights. Price is reasonable and on the lower side. Several seating tables are available. So good for small group hang out.

Decaffeinated tea is not available on their menu, and the overall ambiance of the establishment appears to be in need of improved cleanliness and a reduction in excessive decor elements. The presence of recurring written notices, such as the request not to unplug machinery and the notification of a malfunctioning aracari machine, has left an impression that may deter future visits to this establishment.

Watered down, light flavored ches. I thought maybe it was an off day but after many visits, no, it's pretty consistent tasting.

I really liked the ambiance and of course the drinks were really good. I like the retro aspect of the arcade machines! There was a cute photo op where I had pictures with my parents and baby taken, I love them! Highly recommend this place as the baristas are very kind!

I enjoyed bamboo deserts but recently I had three bad encounters all of which were bad spoiled beans on order number 3 They replaced two items but the third time they refunded the money and told me to go somewhere else This is not about the money issue that I wanted a refund. I told the girl I bring the spoiled bad drink back to them but she insisted I don't have too The owner should take a look at this photos that I threw them out and I even offered to take drinks back to them This is not coming from a difficult customer. This is Spoiled food can get someone really sick

I tried Bambu for the first time. It's one of my boyfriend's favorite drink places. We came at a relatively empty time, and there were just two other parties in the store. The parking here is usually so tight, so it's difficult to stop by here! We walked across the parking lot from the main Chinatown mall area. Drink: Bambu Special (1) Refreshing and light! If you like longan, coconut, basil seeds, other healthy toppings you'll definitely like this drink. It tastes like sugarcane juice with pandan flavoring, even though it has a coconut juice base. I would get it again if I'm in the area!! Tip: Ask for ice on the side. They will literally give you a snowball of ice in a plastic baggy that you can add to your liking. It definitely extended my drink... They also sell other goodies, like macarons, chips, melons ice cream and random snacks at the front They also have couch areas you can sit at. It's a cute place to go to for refreshing drinks. :)

We got the smashed avocado, the trio, and the fruit delight. We asked for less sweet so they put less condensed milk. We all loved what we got and it is definitely worth your money. There are plenty of beans, pandan, or fruit if it is in your drink. The only thing is that I wish they put napkins out for you to just grab. The staff was taking orders and didn't respond to us when we asked for napkins. The staff was generally nice though. Will definitely be back. Delicious and refreshing treat on any day!

I love boba tea and I know they do it well, but I decided to try #6 with different fruits plenty of lychee, pandan jelly, coconut jelly, and a few other things to coconut milk and super delicious. I also like the #2 with mung bean, red bean, pandan jelly with coconut milk and boba and some other crunchy jellies. You can't go wrong with smoothies and boba, milk teas, coffee etc! They even have a cute little Photo Booth! Service was just a bit odd. We ordered, but she didn't let us know our order was ready.

Back in July 2022, I had stopped in Las Vegas, NV, for one night stay. On my way out to head home, I swung on by Spring Mountain Plaza to pick up some Lee's Sandwiches. Well, BAMBU caught my eyes and I couldn't help myself to some dessert drinks so I walked over here to make a purchase LOL. I always enjoy their Bambu Special and Bambu Favorite. SO GOOD! There are a few others that I like as well... Awesome Trio, Logan Sunrise, etc. SO YUMMY! Actually I like them all LOL. I'm a sucker for dessert drinks... what can I say! I didn't buy all of them at the time, but I did walk out with 4 drinks though LOL. This BAMBU's interior decor is very cute and romantic... just makes you want to fall in love in here. Love the pink, lavender, and red decorations! Staff was pleasant. Prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, since COVID-19, many of the BAMBUs in So Cal have closed down. There may be one or two left. Hopefully, new ones will open. Otherwise, I may need to drive to Las Vegas to get my Vietnamese dessert drinks fix LOL. Anyway, do swing on by this BAMBU whenever you're in Las Vegas. Don't miss out on some delicious dessert drinks! Have an extra drink for me. Happy Bambu'ing!

This place has horrible customer service. The person taking the order just has a stupid blank stare and when you ask any questions she has no real answers for you. I asked what's in the yogurt drink and if it was regular American yogurt or the yukult drink used in Asian drinks and she just said it's yogurt. Followed by the fact that it's just powder... They also heard our order incorrectly and was rude when we told them our order was wrong. We wanted the taro drink not the awesome trio. They said that these two drinks sound very different and blamed us. I can understand how they overheard taro as trio but I would expect them to fix the order. Instead another lady asked what we wanted instead which I told her 3 times already I wanted taro and they just kept making excuses. The Vietnamese coffee here is also the worst I've had. Customer service sucks. Just fix the drink. I usually come here every couple of weeks to get drinks for my whole family but I've had enough with their blank stares and bad service.

The drinks here are great and I really like the decorations that they displayed indoors, especially during the holidays. Drinks do tend to be very sweet and service does take long but definitely worth checking out when visiting Chinatown.

Horrible encounter. All 4 of our drinks were made wrong. When asked to correct them/exchange/or refund, we were told by the manager tough they were made and we accepted them. We were told that we can complain like all of the other unhappy customers but she doesn't have to do anything about it.

Needed something light and refreshing after a filling meal. This place didn't disappoint! Got the taro lover and it was flavorful! Easy to drink through the straw. One of my friends got the thousand eyes which is basil seed based and it was more herbal-tasting while another got a combination one with red beans. After trying all 3, the taro was the best. Ambiance definitely geared towards a younger crowd but beautifully decorated. Service was ver fast.

I have a favorite @ Bambu and there's coconut milk, pandan noodles, red crunchy tapioca to name a few ingredients! Served with shaved ice , this is an underappreciated treat !

A lot of water in my drink with not much flavor. It didn't really taste like much, hence the 3 stars. The inside is decorated cutely though and service is prompt.

This place is trash. Don't get a drink. It's all syrup. Don't attempt to speak to customer service, unless you like blank stares followed by terrible management who admits that customers typically don't like those types of drinks. And in terms of ambiance, it's so tacky! Avoid.

Before heading home, we needed to get our boba fix. I was skeptical trying boba drinks in BAMBU since I live near the SGV by Los Angeles so that is considered "boba land". However, the Oolong Milk Green Tea with Boba was actually pretty good. Tea and milk proportions were strong and the boba had honey and a great texture to it. The service was great and the interior decor looks amazing. Great place to stop by for boba or che before your road trip home or back to your gambling addictions :)

I can't stop thinking about this Bambu location. I don't understand why this place has such reviews. The Che I got here is INFINITELY better than many locations I've been to in California. I came for vacation and was craving Vietnamese desserts and stumbled upon this place and thank goodness I did because it changed my life. The portions are amazing and the ingredients are so fresh and delicious. I'm still dreaming about this Bambu location and when I'm back in Vegas I will definitely stop by for my fix!

Today I came in to order some waffles and a fruit addict around 8pm. May 11th. I used my points to redeem a free drink which got my fruit addict for free. My total for the 2 waffles was $8.13 total. I saw some yummy sesame balls on the counter for 89 cents each. I ordered 1 ball and the total came almost to $14!!! I asked her why that is and she said that's the total with taxes and she has no control on it. I said the original total was $8 something how did one ball sesame equal to $14 now. She talked and looked at me like I was stupid and was super rude to me as if I'm making her life inconvenient. She refused to correct or look into why that is and continue to say that's how it is and she can't do anything. So I cancelled my 1 sesame ball of 89 cents and the total went down to $8. I paid and got my receipt. I am completely flabbergasted that this lady was so disrespectful to me and how she was so condescending. This place isn't even busy and I can totally see why. They don't appreciate the customers that do come into this establishment to support their business. Now I'm scared to even eat the waffles she is making for me. I feel like she will mess with it out of spite. Whoever owns this place needs to reassess who they hire to run their business when they are not there. Or re train their employees to be more courteous & nice to their customers that comes here. Today I left in complete disappointment. This place needs to do better.

Great smoothie But boba was too crunchy not cooked all the way. The two kids working not very professional. They were worried on having more fun causing long wait times.

Went middle of the day after lunch at a nearby place. Drink was refreshing. I got the triple bean that I enjoyed..friend got the thousand eyes which had basil seed and had an herbal taste. There a photo op section. It a cute place that I suspect is popular for younger kids. Service was fast.

This place is super cute! I love their dessert drinks as well. Parking is a little difficult during peak hours (which can vary) but you'll be able to find a spot. Upon entering, I was wowed by the cute photo op they have for Valentine's Day. They have a little arcade but was out of order. They have some seating that are open. Their menu is on the very back wall and is a bit hard to see from where the cashier is at. I had to try to remember what I was getting and going back and forth to let the cashier know what I was ordering. Once I paid, that's when I noticed there's a little menu on their register. Lol Not sure why the cashier did inform me that in the first place. Lol I got some popular drinks. #1 Bambu Special, #10 Bambu Favorite and a Strawberry Smoothie. At first, when I saw my drinks, it didn't look so appealing and was watery. But after drinking it, I could not stop. I wanted more! All the dessert goodness was so good!! Definitely, coming back! Hopefully soon!

This place is very cute! Their drinks and che are delicious, no complaints there! Everything and anything you choose is always yummy! The service is genuinely friendly and the decor is just very cute. Come by and grab something and hang out for a bit! You won't regret it

I think your store should check the ingredients: milk, boba, jelly. We ordered bo dam & che, bo dam made us so sick. Stomachache and fever. Especially you located in famous city, a lot of people travel there. Please don't make people sick, it's ruining their trip

I tried the dessert, and I have to be honest, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The desserts were on the pricier side, and unfortunately, they didn't offer anything particularly special or unique. It left me wanting more for the cost.

This little hole in the wall is a must try. You can choose from a variety of simple to the most complex drink with different textures and flavors. I tend to go with the Bambu combo because that one has just about everything and I'm a texture person. If you want something simpler you can't go wrong with the coconut combo. The ladies at the front are so sweet. They make sure to explain it all if you have any questions.

The drinks are delicious and always great service. A cute place to hang out with friends.

I asked for an extra cup & was told it was $1.50. I thought it was ridiculous but I said ok and proceeded to pay with my card. Nvm, they can't accept credit card for payments under $5 (I only had my card on me.) Then I asked for an extra straw & she told me they charge for extra straws! Hahaha seriously?! This is the MOST ridiculous thing I've ever heard when visiting any shops. You charge for straws!? Are you going to charge for napkins, too? Management shouldn't be so stingy charging for these items. I come here to purchase desserts & drinks. NOT STRAWS! Btw, worker was kind about it, no complaint about her. This complaint is towards management. I understand charging for cups but straws spoons and bags, too? You should be ashamed.

Cute little boba, milk tea, and snack place. I love how they decorated the place (see pics). There's lots of choices to choose from and they have snacks you can buy as well.

I ordered the Honeydew Smoothie and I was very disappointed. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but I normally love Honeydew and it's my go to flavor at other tea shops in Las Vegas. However, the Honeydew Smoothie from this location tasted like artificial flavoring. I saw a sign inside that said real fruit so I was assuming I was receiving a smoothie with real fruit. It did not taste that way. I would definitely not order this flavor again. The boba pearls were good though and chewy. I am bummed about the honeydew taste. I wish I could have left a better review because I had high hopes for this flavor.

Cute little shop outside of the strip! We ordered the green tea drink with pandan and it was...really green. If I was here on St. Patrick's Day, this would be the most festive order. I can't believe I didn't snag a pic! Bambu drinks more resemble a dessert than a drink with all the toppings and add ons in there! As expected, the drink was pretty sweet even at 50% sweetness level. It was very refreshing for a mid-day snack!

Listen, I love Bambu. When all of the local locations closed near me I was devastated. Anyway, we finished our yummy sushi and I spotted Bambu on the way back to the hotel. I was stoked! I ordered the usual (bambu special). It took less than 2 minutes to receive my drink, which was surprisingly fast. Nope, not it. I'm so sad as I sip this Bambu special. It tastes like artificial coconut mixed with water. I know this is a franchise, but what happened??!?

I always love me some Asian desserts. The number 4 is my go to and has been for over 10 years. If you don't like mungbean go with the others. My wife loves the number 1 since it has no coconut milk. They also have boba and other desserts here as well so check it out and be surprised that the desserts that are done here are one of a kind.

Lovely place - met Santy the owner and she takes pride in her shop. :) Also, the flavors are different and taste super yummy. Wish they also had aloe, but still give this place 5****!!!

I love me some Bambu! Especially in Vegas where it gets to be 115 on some days, it's the perfect cold refreshing dessert! They are now located in a very busy plaza in Chinatown and parking can be a little tough, especially on a weekend night. The inside has lots of seating and it's never busy when I'm there. My favorites are the fruit addict and the bambu favorite. I'm probably craving Bambu at least once a month. Recommend trying it out if you've never tried this type of Vietnamese dessert!

Good service, delicious vegan mochi! Stoked to see a great selection too...we tried lychee, passionfruit, and mango. Mmmm.

After eating out in Chinatown, we were craving some boba as one does. At this point, it's a tradition. They must have a really bad day when we visited or something: they had a bunch of technicians over, the bathroom was dirty and was packed with broken appliances and the staff was arguing with each other. But, the bathroom did work so that's a positive. We got a classic Thai tea which ended up tasting very watered down and lacked any real flavor. It honestly seemed like they took their current batch of Thai tea and watered it down throughout the way if it got to a certain point. They may have gotten better and/or figured out their processes a lot better, but my initial experience was quite something else. At least I have fun stories to tell!
