Vietnamese Bambu Returns in a New Chinatown Location - Eater Vegas
"Temporarily closed during its move to Chinatown’s Center at Spring Mountain, Bambu is back in action and serving the house specialty of Vietnamese-inspired chè beverages, coffees, teas, and dessert drinks. Located close to Lee’s Sandwiches and Hot N Juicy Crawfish, Bambu originally launched five years ago, located almost a mile to the east in a retail hub coincidentally home to another Hot N Juicy Crawfish restaurant. Noted for its very colorful selections featuring ingredients such as fruit, pearls, and jelly, the counter-service space features indoor seating and a newly expanded menu. Among the large number of choices, lychee fruit yogurt, a smashed avocado creation with small bricks of jelly, combinations of green or red bean and taro, coconut water or milk combos and a wide collection of hot or cold, milk and coffee favorites." - Bradley Martin
