"Diners don’t have to blow the bank at Momofuku Meat & Fish to check out one of David Chang’s restaurants. Head to fast-casual Bang Bar inside the Cosmopolitan and try the U Wrap, a freshly made, flaky flatbread stuffed with a choice of teriyaki chicken, spicy pork, or spicy eggplant." - Janna Karel
"Bāng Bar, the latest restaurant by chef David Chang, opens on April 1 at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. It replaces the former Pok Pok Wing space and features spit-roasted meats, flatbreads, and an array of sides. The restaurant allocated $335,220 in construction costs. Menu items include U wraps, fold-up wraps, and rice bowls with various fillings." - Susan Stapleton
"David Chang’s eagerly awaited Bāng Bar will soon begin its remodel of the shuttered Pok Pok Wing on the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ second floor. The venue promises a spring debut with an estimated $335,220 allocated for renovations. The menu offers flatbreads filled with rotisserie carved chicken, spicy eggplant, or pork, as well as the Office Bowl with rice, pickled onions, and cabbage. Unique-to-Vegas menu items are also expected." - Bradley Martin
"Bāng Bar’s menu focuses on spit-roasted meats wrapped in griddled Korean bāng bread for lunch and dinner." - Susan Stapleton
"Like The Fulton, Bar Wayo is located on Pier 17, just a few steps from where ticket lines form for the concert venue upstairs, and it’s also from a famous restaurant group (Momofuku). But where The Fulton is a special occasion spot to celebrate receiving a promotion or a copy of your significant other’s apartment key, Bar Wayo is a casual cocktail bar that serves drinks in mugs shaped like fish. They also serve shareable bar food, like peppery fried squid with yuzu mayo and a wagyu cheeseburger that you dip in jus like a French dip sandwich. We generally like the food, especially the burger and the beef tartare, but this is really more of a bar, so you don’t need to come here for a full dinner. Instead, have some drinks at the wraparound marble bar after work or before a show, or with a group at a picnic table out front." - Matt Tervooren
