David Chang’s Bāng Bar by Momofuku opens at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas this spring - Eater Vegas
"David Chang’s eagerly awaited Bāng Bar will soon begin its remodel of the shuttered Pok Pok Wing on the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ second floor. The venue promises a spring debut with an estimated $335,220 allocated for renovations. The menu offers flatbreads filled with rotisserie carved chicken, spicy eggplant, or pork, as well as the Office Bowl with rice, pickled onions, and cabbage.
