Authentic and Delicious Vietnamese steamed rice rolls (bánh cuốn). Recommend getting the special Saigon bánh cuốn! Restaurant is located in Saigon West side of Eden Center.

Google
One of the most underrated spots in Eden Center. This place's a bit hidden from usual foot traffic as it's at the very end of an indoor shopping area. Crab & Conch Soup ($13) - Tomato Broth with Rice Noodle, Crab & Conch. This is their specialty & it's just amazing. The broth's more on a sweeter side & it blends so well with the crab meat. Possibly my favorite soup from Eden Center. Combination Steamed Rice Roll ($13) - Another popular dish from here. It's pretty enjoyable, especially if you like rice rolls.

Google
Their banh cuon is fresh, delicate, and full of flavor – just like what I grew up eating in Vietnam. The authenticity of the food made me miss Vietnam so much, and the warm, friendly atmosphere is an added bonus. If you want real Vietnamese food, this is the place to go!

I polished off a huge bowl of Bun Rieu Dac Biet (tomato broth noodle soup with crab meat, conch, shrimp, fish cake, and tofu for $16.50) but couldn't resist ordering the Banh Cuon Sai Gon too (shrimp in rice flour rolls, pork in rice flour rolls topped with pork sausage and crispy shrimp cake for $13.75). After all, the restaurant is named Banh Cuon Saigon. Both were delicious and a good size giving value for the price. The Bun Rieu tomato broth was slightly sweet, but that was perfectly balanced when I used a small sauce plate to mix the fermented shrimp paste and chili paste for dipping the noodles and toppings. The Banh Cuon was on point with warm rice rolls, slightly blanched sprouts, and topped with the sausage and shrimp cakes. It all came together when I mixed in the seasoned fish sauce. The two dishes are easily enough for two people. I'm only in the area about once a year, so I had to order both for myself, and look forward to returning when I can.

This restaurant has authentic Vietnamese food and is relatively clean. Our server, Huong, was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. The Bún bò Huế and Bún mắm were truly magnificent. I was particularly impressed by how well the soup and noodles complement each other. The pig trotter in the Bún bò Huế was tender, succulent and full of flavors, so we ordered extra. Please be aware they do not accept American Express, and we are truly grateful they made a one-off exception for us.

Google
I tried Vietnamese food for the first time here, and it was such a treat. The Bun Bo Hue is simply the best—flavorful and comforting. The staff is friendly, and the place feels cozy. I’ll definitely be back!

Google
This is probably one of the best banh cuon I’ve had around the area. The banh cuon Saigon was very good. The Bun Bo Hue was tasty and flavorful as well. The fruit lemonades are delicious and fresh. Service is friendly. It’s a cute, cozy restaurant with good music. It’s inside the corridor at the end of the hall.

Google
This is a great place to check out if you're in the mood for Vietnamese food aside from the usual pho. The fish head noodle soup, bun mam, is pretty good. The banh cuon said gon is really delicious. The fried fish cakes are a little over fried and might be reheated too much.

Yelp
Every time I walk by this place, it is packed. So I decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this is it. The banh cuon (their signature) is made fresh when you order. It is so soft and the toppings work so well with it. The bun rieu (crab noodle soup) has so many variations so it looks like they specialize in this dish too! It tastes great and I can taste the crabmeat (most places don't give you crabmeat). There was about a 20 minute wait after putting our name on the waitlist. You can just walk around and do some groceries shopping to pass the time. They do take a bit longer than other Vietnamese restaurants to bring out your food. Must be a small kitchen. Overall, I would go back.

Yelp
We had visited the Eden Center a few times when we were in the Washington area. This place is hidden inside one of the mall areas of the center and you might even miss it. The restaurant had about 8 tables to dine in and specialty is banh cuon. They also have other dishes like broken rice with grilled meat and rice vermicelli. Of course I had to order what they are known for which is the banh cuon. I ordered the specialty dish of banh cuon with the Vietnamese pork roll slices with fried dough shrimp. When it came out, I thought it was going to be alright but it was better than expected. The rice rolls had different fillings that included dried shrimp and pork meat. They also leave extra fish on every table if you want more sauce. My daughter who is 16 had the rice vermicelli and she said its the best egg rolls she tasted. According to my wife the rice dice was pleasantly good as well. Overall, if you are at the Eden Center give this place a try instead of the main ones on the strip to try something new. Its hidden inside the mall area but you will be able to locate it from yelp. My only issue is the price is high but the food is decent.

Yelp
Located inside a small strip shopping area of Eden Center is a small restaurant serving specialty in banh cuon, Vietnamese rice noodles. Upon entering, you'll be seated by a staff. Everything listed on their menu sounds appealing . My husband and son got their speciality dish, banh cuon with cha lua (pork roll) and fried dough. My daughter got pork vermicelli with egg rolls. I got the rice dish - pork, quiche and fried egg. Our orders came out fairly quick and the presentation of each dish looks very good. We enjoyed lunch and my dish is delicious! I also sampled other dishes and they were all pretty tasty. I love how they leave Thai chili peppers as a condiment at each table and of course, the spice kicked my dish up another notch. Overall, very good eat. It's a bit overpriced but for the good food quality, it's worth it.

Yelp
Fresh, comforting, & delicious Vietnamese food in the Eden Center! My friend brought us here while we were visiting the DMV area, and this was my favorite stall out of all the ones we tried. I loved all the fresh herbs and they had a lot of dishes I enjoyed having while in Vietnam. We ordered the Bahn Xeo (pancake), Bahn Cuon Dac Biet (combination steamed rice rolls), Bahn Uot Thit Nuong (grilled pork rice rolls), and Bahn Cong (crispy shrimp cake). Everything comes with a sweet fish sauce dip that paired so nicely with all the dishes. My favorites were the grilled pork, bahn xeo, and shrimp cakes. I also wanted to try their homemade tofu but they ran out that day, so I'll have to come back one day! I would definitely come here often if I lived in the area :)

Yelp
Solid spot in Eden Center! I had a great time chowing down on the food here. I'd recommend coming here for some noodle dishes to anyone. I also enjoyed some of the other menu items as well such as the Cha. Service is quick and the small restaurant feels pretty homey.

Yelp
Excellent banh cuon here! The nuoc mam which they leave in a jar at the table is excellently prepared and makes the difference in the banh cuon dish. It's great when they put this on table so you can put as much as you want to your banh cuon. There is another banh cuon place at Eden that used to our regular but it has been bad the last few times so I'm glad we found this gem!

Yelp
My go-to spot for lunch or dinner at Eden Center! It's down the hall in the corner of the indoor shopping area and across from a hair salon. Like the other restaurants in the area, it's casual and not too big. There's always diners inside when I go, but I'm regularly able to get a seat when I walk in. I don't think I've ever had to wait for a table. The staff is very nice and quick to take your order. Usually it doesn't take me too long to figure out what I want. Although their menu has quite the variety, my usual order is the combination steamed rice rolls. It's a delicious and filling meal of rice rolls filled with steamed pork and shrimp. If I'm not feeling that, I always go for the soups, either the Bún bò Huế or Bún Mắm. Every meal I've had is a big portion. The food always comes out quickly. They do have a page of the menu for vegetarian dishes as well.

Yelp
It was a little hard to find but it's located in the mall in the back. Decent food but utensils felt dirty, and server was also not the most hygienic They have a variety of bun rieu, light tomato broth, and you can add shrimp paste to intensify the flavors The bahn cuon with grilled pork with the best compared to the ham; highly reco trying this Bo luc lac (shakin beef) was delicious but very small portion

Yelp
Banh Cuon Saigon is one of the food stalls located in the 6795 building; once you enter, just go straight to the exit area, and it's located to your right. I was looking for fresh rice rolls, or bánh cuốn, to include in a KBBQ meal; I checked some of the snack shops and the bakeries, but they didn't sell them; one kind lady told me about Banh Cuon Saigon and directed me there, as I would have luck with that restaurant. When I stepped in, there were other patrons who were deliciously slurping away some hearty soups. I spoke with the kind employee up at the cashier, and asked her if they sold fresh rice rolls without any of the fillings; she said, "Yes!" I was elated! I ordered the plain ones, and she asked if I would like veggies with it; since they already came with, she suggested to get these on the side, which would also come with hot sauce and fish sauce. Due to steaming, I waited for about 10 minutes or so; everything was packed nicely, and the whole experience was super easy. While the rice rolls themselves were more thinner than I expected, I was so glad to find fresh versions quickly! I am wanting to return to try their eats, such as their noodle soups or their signature bánh cuốn dishes. Thanks, Banh Cuon Saigon! +sells bánh cuốn by the pound +friendly service! +located in the 6795 building +parking in the Eden Center lot

Yelp
1/22/23 Today I recieved a double surprise upon coming here. The Chinese New Year which is till going on outside and inside this mall. The second surprise is finding this restaurant when our number one choice of restaurant was closed due to how busy it is. The added bonus is Someone from Organic Nail Bar saw me and remember me. I believe Thano is her name. She is one of the owners of the nail shop and does outstanding work along with her sister Alex. This restaurant was very busy, but we were able to get in without having to wait. I was in the mood for the Golden Pancake and Spring Rolls. These are not the names the restaurant calls them, but they are easy names to remember and the server will most likely know what you are talking about. Both orders I received were stacked full of greens. Some greens I did not eat. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. The whole time we were eating, the sounds of the dancing dragons could be heard. The Dancing Dragons did ho into some of the shops where managers from other store stopped by to donate money and get their pictures taken. Some people I saw outside during the fireworks and dragon dance ended up stopping and grabbing a bite to eat. This includes the woman and her family honking her horn at me while waiting for a parking spot. As they say, "Its A Small World after all." Come back here will be in our foreseeable future.

Yelp
Get what they're known for: Banh cuon. We got the Banh cuon saigon and bun rieu dac biet. I typically don't get Banh cuon at restaurants, and it's usually not on the menu, but the Banh cuon here was good. It wasn't the freshest but still tasty. The bun rieu dac biet was decent, and satisfied my bun rieu craving. However, the meat was more egg than I wanted. The broth lacked some flavor because it was watered down a bit. Service was fast and they take card. The place itself is small so we had a short wait during lunch time.

Yelp
Long overdue review. Easily my go-to place to get some excellent Vietnamese crepes (banh cuon), which are one of my favorites. I have been going here for over 20 years. They now have new menus with photos which I love! My favorite entree is the Combination Steamed Rice Rolls (Banh Cuon Saigon). It will fill you up! The grilled pork is delicious! Try their drinks! The coconut juice is so fresh and Vietnamese iced coffee (cafe sua da) is a nice pick-me-up to get you through the day. The staff is always so friendly. Also great for to-go orders when you want something healthy. They also offer vegetarian options. The restaurant is small but bright and clean and renovated. It is hidden in the inside corridor of the Eden Center closest to Wilson Blvd and across from the seafood restaurant.

Yelp
Banh cuon is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes, so I knew I had to stop by Banh Cuon Saigon for some authentic flavors and textures. We ordered 2 banh cuon (one with crispy shrimp cakes and one without), a banh bot loc and one cha gio, along with 2 Vietnamese iced coffees. Everything was delicious, although I think the nuoc mam that accompanied the banh bot loc tasted better than the large jar of sauce sitting on the table. I subtracted one star for cleanliness, as the table was sticky and there was a trail of ants by the ledge of the wall.

Tam L.

Yelp
Bun rieu oc was so good! Drinks were okay. Banh cuon was pretty good too. Quick simple service!

Yelp
I decided to come home one more time before my semester started to spend time with family and get a good fix of Vietnamese food. I haven't been to Eden Center since before the pandemic, but I knew I wanted some good Bahn Cuon. Also, I wanted a different Vietnamese dish as the options near our house mainly consist of Pho, Bun, or Com Tam dishes. Bahn Cuon Saigon is literally a hidden gem. It's in the back of its building in Eden Center. It's very casual inside. But the food is authentic and so so good! It's been the go-to place for fresh Bahn Cuon in my family since before I was born. I came here with my mom who also has not been here in a few years. The owner still remembered her on our visit even though it's been a while-- there's something so charming about that which I love! We ordered the Banh Bot Lac (Chewy Pork and Shrimp Dumplings), Cha Gio (Vietnamese Crispy Egg Rolls), Bahn Cuon Dac Biet (Combination Steamed Rice Rolls), and Tra Da (Unsweetened Jasmine Iced Tea). The Banh Bot Lac was so yummy. The dumplings were super fresh and chewy, and the shrimp inside was nice and crunchy. The dish has a nice textural contrast. I drenched it in nuoc mam (fish sauce) and it tasted heavenly. The Cha Gio was good but not amazing. The egg rolls aren't the best I've ever had, and they were on the greasier side. However, I might be biased in saying this, but Vietnamese egg rolls are definitely the best egg rolls. For the most part, they're always good and you can't go wrong ordering them. The Bahn Cuon Dac Biet was delicious and fresh. It has a little bit of everything from their bahn cuon dishes. I also drenched it in the nuoc mam and it tasted heavenly. The Tra Da was also good. It's perfect for drinking with a Vietnamese meal on a hot summer day. Overall, Banh Cuon Saigon is a hidden gem in Eden Center. The food is tasty and authentic, and the prices are very affordable.

Yelp
I'm so happy that there's a place in the DMV serving one of my favorite Vietnamese foods: bánh cuốn! Soft, silky fermented rice rolls filled with minced pork, minced wood ear mushroom, and onions. Top it with fried shallots, herbs, and fish sauce for the perfect bite! Banh Cuon Saigon really exceeded my expectations and reminds me of the ones from Vietnam
google avatar

Trang H.

Yelp
This is definitely my favorite Vietnamese restaurant at Eden Center. Every dish I order has been delicious. The price is reasonable. Clean place and fast services. I highly recommend. Also, check out their menu at the door. It's beautiful!

Stephanie T.

Yelp
After having been to Vietnam and having banh cuon prepped fresh from pan to mouth, no other place stateside could live up to expectations. However, hunger and cravings do strike and often. How big of a rush I'm in determines where I get my banh cuon from. If looking for a small meal to go, I'll grab a pre-wrapped batch from one of the local cafes. If looking for a bigger portion, I'd head to Thanh Son Tofu. When I'm looking to dine in, it's at Banh Cuon Saigon. What sets them a part is that this is their speciality. No other business in Eden AFAIK caters to this dish like they do. You can find a variety of options, with changing filling and toppings. Nuoc mam required though. The place is very no frills, but card is accepted. A bit of a forewarning: the banh cuon is served chilled/room temp, which knocks off a star for me.
google avatar

Jen W.

Yelp
Best Banh Cuon ever!!! It's simple but filling and delicious. I always get the combination. Great for take out as well but shrimp cakes are best fresh. It's a small hole-in-the-wall but authentic and comforting.

Yelp
February 2021 - COVID Review: I've grown up going to Banh Cuon Saigon so this will always be my go-to spot for all things banh cuon! Recently had a chance to take the hubby here and we got a few dishes to share: banh cuon dac biet (combination banh cuon), banh xeo, and bo kho. I usually only ever get banh cuon here so it was nice to be able to try some of their other dishes. The bo kho was super flavorful. They used to be cash only but have now started to accept card!

Eunseo L.

Yelp
Had the bun cha and banh cuon saigon both were very delicious. The fish sauce was especially good!
google avatar

Doug B.

Yelp
Solid choice for Eden Center dining. The inside is the standard look for the rows of indoor dining at Eden Center. So, the seating area is a bit smaller. Amazing 5star service. The Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef soup) was very good. Lots of different meaty options in addition to the very good beef. There were bits of pork blood. Although I'm not a fan, I understand this adds to the domestic Vietnamese specialty. Great flavor of the soup. It was spicy but not too spicy. Watch out for the pork bones! Ha. They take credit card. They also do Uber for delivery. With so many choices at the Eden Center, this is one to keep on the rotation. Give them a try.
google avatar

Lucy V.

Yelp
Delish food, good service, casual ambiance. I appreciated how the menu had pictures of all the food items. Everything we ordered was delicious (bun thit nuong, banh cuon, cha gio, and bun rieu). I enjoyed the cha gio (fried egg rolls) and classic bun rieu (tomato based pork and seafood soup) the most. The bun rieu is a little lighter/sweeter than I usually like, but I added some of the spicy shrimp paste to my liking and that fixed that. It also liked that they didn't or skimp on the meatballs and noodles. The service was pleasant, patient, and friendly. They accept credit card. Glad I gave this place a try and will definitely be back!

Blazers And Bubbly J.

Yelp
disappointed. noodles are weirdly fat, no veggies with the vegetarian option.. mint instead of basil.

Yelp
An Eden Center staple. I love this spot, consistent, quality and awesome eats. Been coming here for the Banh Cuon with my parents and good friends for many years.

Yelp
Delicious! I ordered the Nam Vang Rice Noodle Soup (Hu Tieu Nam Vang) and vermicelli with grilled pork and fried egg rolls. The noodle soup was exceptional. Lots of fresh ingredients, and good flavors. Two thumbs up!

Yelp
lovely little authentic vietnamese spot, tucked inside this plaza! service is fast, friendly and food is delicious!

Yelp
Ordered #6: shrimp rice rolls with sliced pork -- this didn't have actual shrimp or dried shrimp of any kind, it was just very bright orange color, it didn't have any shrimp flavor, it just looked like shredded carrots but it was still tasty, the sliced pork was ok Ordered #21: pork hock udon noodle soup -- good, authentic, deep flavored broth Good customer service, food came quickly, there's condiments on the table, including the fish sauce. Credit cards accepted.
google avatar

nguyen d.

Yelp
We had rice steamed roll with Vietnamese bbq pork and ham and the dried noodle soup with seafood. They are both actually really good. Will definitely recommend to any folks who goes to Eden Center. The staff and owner are nice and friendly too. 5 stars no doubt.

Lina P.

Yelp
The menu looks very nice and organized which makes easy to read and order the food!! I ordered the crab meat with conch noodle soup as for recommendation from the server, and it tastes really deliciousI think this is only place and best place to order this soup in Eden center.
google avatar

Rachel Y.

Yelp
This was kind of hard to find in Eden center, you have to walk inside to find the restaurant! It's very good! I'm used to the banh cuon having the meat rolled up inside, but they place the meat over and you just eat it together. The grilled pork (thit nuong) has a lot of flavor and honestly probably the best one I've had. I would recommend any of the dishes that come with it. The bun rieu is also good! Very small restaurant so you might have to wait for a little bit if you come during a busy time/lunch, but the food is so good. We've come here several times.
google avatar

Din N.

Yelp
Came here to try out their banh cuon since it's been on my list. Got here when it was around 1:30pm on a Saturday, small space inside the building, so you have about 6ish tables. We got lucky and was able to get one pretty immediately. I got the banh cuon saigon. The banh cuon offers two fillings (combination) shrimp & pork, and it comes with a few banh cong (fried mung bean cake), bean sprouts, cha lua, and herbs. I doused my plate with nuoc mam by the jar at the table and lots of chilie paste. Initial taste it's cold, rather than warm, so they probably prep this ahead of time. The flavor of the nuoc mam was not bad but could use a bit more flavor. The banh cuon was lacking some flavor as well. Banh cong was room tempt and kinda hard. Overall: I think it's pretty average, I wouldn't go out of my way to get it but will satisfy your cravings especially if your mom isn't making it for you. Not a banh cuon connoisseur but grew up eating it in Viet Nam and eating it at home probably give me some say right?
google avatar

Michelle E.

Yelp
This is my favorite Banh Cuon place on the east coast. The meat to roll ratio is just right (an issue with many other places is having too little meat). Their Nuoc Mam (dipping sauce) is mixed perfectly. In recent years, they have added Banh Bot Loc to the menu and I haven't found a better place for it here in the east coast either. What I absolutely love more about this place is that they give plenty of nuoc nam with the To-Go order - which is super awesome for someone like me who downs nuoc mam like it's water when eating these dishes. I can't speak to the rest of the menu since I haven't tried them but I would assume that they are all pretty good, too. Now, if only they added Banh Beo to their menu then I'll be moving to and living there!
google avatar

Helen N Nelson Y.

Yelp
We ordered Bánh cuốn, Gỏi khô bò, and Bún riêu. Bánh cuốn is very authentic and close to what I ate in Sai Gon. Bún riêu is not as good and has a lot of MSG. Gỏi khô bò is not even close to what I ate growing up. Overall, the restaurant is well-decorated and very pleasant to hang out with friends and family. Everyone should try bánh cuốn with iced tea (trà đá). I can only recommend bánh cuốn. Other dishes on the menu are not as good. If they cut down the MSG, I would highly recommend
google avatar

Su T.

Yelp
This tiny restaurant still makes the authentic cha gio (aka, Vietnamese fried spring rolls), and they are freshly prepared, so yummy, definitely not the pre-made refried lumpia disguised as cha gio that many other Vietnamese places now serve, sadly). Broken rice (or middlins) is also authentic at Banh Cuon Saigon, not like other places that serve normal rice and call it "com tam". Of course, banh cuon is amazing here, with steamed bean sprouts and chopped herbs toppings.
google avatar

Priscilla T.

Yelp
In search for Bun Rieu as good as my aunt's, I stumbled upon this place. It is ALMOST as good here! I will take it since my aunt doesn't live in the area. Still super flavorful and as crabby and tomato-y lol. I do wish it had more noodles and less toppings. The Bun Xeo was pretty good. A little too much bean sprouts for my liking, but other than that, it was crispy and delicious!
google avatar

Bob N.

Yelp
I've tried the Combo banh cuon. Very skimpy on the meat filling. Nothing remarkable that makes me want to return. I guess the Banh cuon Togo at Kim Phung still offers more bang for the buck.
google avatar

Han L.

Yelp
Not at all overrated! If you are a fan of banh cuon or would like to be a fan of it, this place is legit. Banh cuon is steamed thick rice noodles generally served with Vietnamese herbs, bean sprouts, and "ham". The version I ordered also came with other goodies such as deep fried breaded mung beans. Of course you'll have to douse your dish with fish sauce to complete the meal. This shop is located inside the halls of the shopping center so you won't see the store front from the outside. The space is very limited but the service is fast and friendly.
google avatar

Meagan N.

Yelp
Satisfied my Vietnamese food craving. The banh cuon was pretty good. The presentation was nice but I guess I expected more from the dac biet. As for the bun bo hue, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. I thought the portion was generous. Only complaint is that I wasn't fond of the texture of the porks blood. I've definitely had better.
google avatar

Jason G.

Yelp
Walked in and felt welcomed. Super clean inside and friendly service. Banh cuon was good. Texture was spot on, ingredients were fresh and flavors were there. Bo Kho was pretty good. Not the best but good. The base is definitely for more of a noodle soup versus a dipping for the bread. Broth was not as concentrated as I would like it. Fresh tasting and depth in flavor was there. Vermicelli bowl with everything was probably my favorite. The nam nung was packed with flavor, spring rolls were hitting and the bbq pork was bomb. Great variety of fresh ingredients and different textures going on. Payments are advanced in tech which was cool. Probably our favorite dine in restaurant during our visit. Boom!
google avatar

Melanie T.

Yelp
The place is called Banh Cuon so that's what I recommend getting. It's delicious. My parents always order a ton because we go through it pretty quickly. We order ones with meat and another with just the noodles. This is seriously one of the best locations I've been to since my favorite one in Cali closed down. There are lots of options and variety to get here as well. My parents buy the fried onion and the fish sauce. It's prepared and ready for you to go. There's a dish wrapped in tiny banana leaves with shrimp in the middle. It's located in the frozen and it can be quite pricey. But you can taste the handmade love.
google avatar

Shannon E.

Yelp
So yummy and friendly service! We usually only eat Vietnamese food my husband's family makes at home so we're used to a certain quality. Their food tasted just like home cooking!
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
I ate here during covid! It was indoor seating, and all of the staff had masks and all of the patrons as well. The atmosphere was a typical local Asian restaurant that one would expect, especially in Eden Center. The service was good. They served us right away and food came out in a timely manner immediately (not as a group). I ordered the Spring Rolls and the Beef Stew Rice Noodle Soup. The Spring Rolls were great! They came out out hot and crunchy and totally met all expectations for a good Spring Roll! The Beef Stew Rice Noodle Soup was super tasty! A nice thick broth with good chunks of meat and satisfying noodles. I'd totally recommend this restaurant! Everything was great and it was very affordable. A solid pick if you were wondering which restaurant you wanted to eat at at Eden Center.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants in Eden Center! The place is located in the corner of Saigon West--it's a tiny place--nothing fancy--has about 10 tables inside. The food here is definitely worth coming to eat. My top favorites here are the Bun Cha Ha Noi ($12 grilled pork with noodles) and the Banh Cuon Saigon ($10 combination rice-flour crepes). They flavor their broths and ingredients very well, and their portions are pretty generous--I can never finish a dish by myself. The service here is fairly quick unlike some of the other restaurants in Eden that take forever for your food to come out. One thing to note, it only accepts cash here.

Yelp
Solid spot for banh cuon! I've been going here since the late 1990s. The owner still recognizes me, because I try to stop by each time I'm back in town. The rice crepes aren't always fresh as I would like, but this is probably as good as it gets for this area. The only time I've had freshly steamed banh cuon was in Vietnam. I usually go for the banh uot cha lua here or the banh cuon Saigon - of course, always large. I do wish that there were more meat or shrimp filling for the banh cuon though. Nevertheless, I always leave with a happy stomach. Also, banh cuon is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes lol.

Yelp
Good authentic bun bo Hue. All the right ingredients. The price needs to be changed on the menu.

Yelp
Small place, but fast service and friendly staff. Me and my husband stop here for Vietnamese foods. Yummy and tasty Viet food.
