"Located inside Mills Market, Bánh Mì Boy brings a Vietnamese look, feel, and flavor to this food hall. As the name suggests, bánh mì, or sandwiches, are indeed the focus (try the crispy pork belly with roasted garlic mayo and house patė on French bread for a deeply savory and satisfying meal). It's not just about the classics, though, and fusion finds include a French dip with a side of pho broth, as well as a Vietnamese-style cheesesteak. The create-your-own summer roll option is undoubtedly one of their most appealing options, with the ability to pick from a variety of proteins (think pork belly and lemongrass chicken) to vegetables, spices, and sauces. Iced coffee or fresh sugar cane juice round out this spot-on meal." - Michelin Inspector

14 New Restaurants Get Added to Florida’s Competitive Michelin Guide | Eater Miami

"A Vietnamese eatery in Orlando, this place was named among 14 restaurants newly added to the Florida Michelin Guide and will be listed as “recommended” by the tire-company-backed guide, including on the Michelin website. The Michelin announcement notes that details on star awards and Bib Gourmand designations are still forthcoming (and that some of the newly listed restaurants may ultimately earn those nods), with Florida’s Michelin Guide ceremony scheduled for April 17 at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at the Walt Disney World Resort as coverage expands to new regions." - Missy Frederick

A Michelin star Banh Mi! In a typical crowded tight space mini food market. Its hella worth it tho. After you’re exhausted fighting for a parking space you need to recharge. As soon as you walk in to the building you’re greeted with multiple delish food smells. When you get to Banh Mi Boy cashier you hear those crunchy breads being cut. This is where I lost it and mesmerized watching them prep the food while my tummy screaming “FEED ME!!”. Upon unwrapping my pork belly sandwich, my caveman instinct kicked in and start gobbling it like its my last meal on this Earth. That crunchiness that I heard while they’re prepping it? I hear it again on every bite that I took. This time tho, the feel of that bread softness beyond that crunchiness. And thought if this is going to be my last meal on this planet? I’m good….

Came here on a whim as we were walking around. This is tucked in a cute mini market with several dining options. I ordered the cheesesteak banh mi and my husband ordered the char siu pork banh mi. We also ordered a BYO tofu summer roll. Our banh mi sandwiches were delicious, had great texture, and the ingredients were so fresh! The summer roll was great and so fresh, the tofu's texture was a bit too mushy... Otherwise everything else was great. Edit: The Thai Tea was also delicious! I want to try the green tea next time.

Another gem hidden away inside the Mills Market. The Bánh Mi w/ Pork Belly is so good! The bread is crispy outside but soft in the middle, the veggies are fresh & flavorful, & the pork belly is crispy yet tender. I just had to have another Passionfruit juice cuz it's so good!

This place blew my socks off. I am not well versed in the art of banh mi but this far surpassed any expectations i could have had. The crunch of the bread. The sweet tanginess of the lemongrass sauce. The heat from the jalapeño, it all combined to a flavor and texture symphony of pleasure in my mouth. So good i had to get a second one.

Ridiculously good bahn mi. The baguette is perfectly crispy on the outside and beautifully tender inside. Awesome vibe of the food court only improve the dining experience. I paired my specialty bahn mi boy special with Vietnamese iced coffee. It was a perfect meal and I will be coming back very soon.

No longer a grocery store. A bit confusing. Checkout for som is to the side some at the booth. Food is on point! Seating is scarce. The crispy spring roll was perfect. Basic banh mi was good spicy. Would try something else next time. The pork lomein was very tasty. The dumplings are delicious. I got spicy sauce on the side just in case it was too much - nope. It was good too. I just watched the guy handle money and receipts and dishes wearing gloves. But did t change them when he started making the snow. Gross.

Perfect combination between authentic and creative. I like what they did with the Pho French Dip, you can dip you Banh Mi in a Pho. The bread is perfectly crispy, which is an important thing in a sandwich, in my opinion. I also love the market atmosphere, you can try different things, but it might be a little difficult to find a seat or table.

As someone Vietnamese who grew up with authentic bánh mì, I was a bit skeptical about the Michelin Guide mention. The sandwiches here are excellent, the baguette is fresh and crunchy with flavorful fillings and plenty of herbs. The sesame coffee is unique and well-balanced, and the sugarcane juice tastes fresh and refreshing.
