"The air-conditioned room may be tempting, but the al fresco seating by the open kitchen promises the most authentic experience. For over seven decades, regulars have been returning for its huge Vietnamese signature crêpes stuffed with mung beans, bean sprouts, pork and shrimp. Pair with pulled chicken salad, as well as chargrilled meat and seafood, among which pork, beef, squid and prawns. Be sure to arrive well before closing time." - Michelin Inspector

This was an incredible dinner spot with great atmosphere, very tasty food and fast service. We ordered regular Banh Xeo, Fried spring rolls, fried squid, and everything was very very good. We paired this with a few beers. The service was quick and good, always responsive even though they were very full!

Tasty local spot for Banh Xeo and spring rolls! The Banh Xeo was really good — crispy outside, soft inside, and full of shrimp and pork. It goes perfectly with the dipping sauce and a generous plate of fresh herbs and lettuce. The spring rolls were just okay for me. A fried one is a bit tough on the wrapper but still nice with the sauce. Overall, fresh ingredients and big portions.

Eat with the locals! The bang xeo is full of shrimps and vegetables. The egg is crunchy and tasty, while everything inside is cooked and hot. The sauce complements really well with the banh xeo. Friendly staff, no problem to communicate. Love the street location as well

This place specializes in banh xeo so be sure to come here for that. I ordered the ‘extra’ which came with big prawns, egg and more meat. It was massive. I would recommend sharing it with another person. Also ordered the spring rolls which were actually so good as well. Lots of flavour. The banh xeo took some time to come out but once it did it was sizzling with goodness. It was perfect and had the crunchy crispy edges as you would expect. Great tasting banh xeo. First time to try it here and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

If you’re looking for a really great Bánh Xèo, this is the place to go. I wanted to see if it was overhyped—but the Bánh Xèo is excellent. The crepe is large, hot, and crispy, filled with shrimp, pork, and plenty of fresh vegetables, giving it the perfect balance of texture and flavor. The outdoor setting can be a bit warm and humid, but it adds to the authentic experience. Service is decent, and the food easily makes up for any minor drawbacks. Highly recommended if you’re a fan of Bánh Xèo or want to try one of the best versions around.

I went with a Vietnamese family group to eat Ban Xeo and we loved it! We had a full plate of crunchy and well stuffed Ban Xeo, some of us had to take away because we couldn't finish! 🤣 I definitely recommend this spot as the team is great 😊

The pancake was huge. I wasn’t even sure how to eat it at first. Luckily, I was seated next to a Vietnamese lady and just followed how she ate hers. The place was hot and sweaty, and the hygiene was poor. There were flies around, and I even saw a cockroach crawling up to the counter. Eventually, the cockroach flew and dropped onto the floor, a staff member noticed and stepped on it. Good food, but not worth it with that level of cleanliness.

Idk why the ratings are so low - this place is seriously good! Hands down the best pancake I’ve had: thin, crispy, and generously filled. Just a couple of things to note: they only accept cash, so make sure you bring some. Also, the AC area isn’t open during the morning, so be prepared for that if you’re visiting early. Menu is based on Aug 2025 prices. 180k for large prawns.
