​I'm writing to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible stay I had at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated to an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. ​The level of service was truly outstanding. Every member of your staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. The concierge was particularly helpful with their fantastic recommendations, and the restaurant staff made every meal a delightful occasion. ​My room was a perfect sanctuary of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail, from the pristine cleanliness to the plush furnishings, was remarkable. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view from my window, and the incredibly comfortable bed. ​Thank you for creating such a memorable and relaxing environment. You have set a new standard for luxury hospitality, and I look forward to visit this hotel again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The food, service, and overall ambiance were amazing and we would like to give a special thanks to Sanjay for attending to our every need. The staff are all very kind and welcoming and we would definitely come back again.

We spend an amazing afternoon at Banyan tree. We enjoy the day pass with access to the pools, outdoor and indoor and the sauna facilities. Everything was very luxury, great views and friendly staff. We enjoy the afternoon on outdoor pool, and beginning of the evening on the indoor one. Very spacious and the shower facilities were clean and complete. Definitely will be back, has a great value.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & No Respect for Loyal Guests I have stayed at Banyan Tree twice before and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, my third stay was completely different due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager Ribin and the receptionist Elan. I drove 7 hours to get here for some rest and to enjoy my vacation, only to be told upon arrival that there is ongoing construction – the same construction that has been going on for 3 years since my first visit. In my previous stay, when I raised this issue, they moved me to a quiet room immediately. This time, however, they told me, “If you don’t want, we can cancel your booking.” They didn’t even consider the fact that I had traveled such a long distance and was here to relax. The receptionist claimed the construction notice was written on the booking, but when I checked, it was not mentioned. In fact, the message about “possible noise” was sent only after I booked and after the amount was deducted from my account. The message even promised they would ensure I had the best experience – yet they made no effort to resolve the issue this time. They ruined my vacation mood and showed no respect for a loyal guest. This is completely unprofessional. I will not be booking here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before staying – they clearly do not value returning customers.

Arrived very late at night and was instantly amazed by the foyer. It was colourful and grand. On arrival, was told of building works that were happening during our stay. We barely heard them so it didn’t impact us. The room was sensational. We had a deal through Qatar airways. Not only did we get a discount but the room was ours until we checked out late, on the day we departed. A huge bonus! |Breakfast was just delightful. The lovely Soukeyna greeted us each morning and along with everyone one else, including Om, and so many (whose names I forget) made breakfast a real highlight. |We visited the outside pool. Beautiful but too hot outdoors. The inside pool was spectacular and we enjoyed swimming and relaxing there! |I was a little unwell one of the days and the staff at the front desk sent up an extra fruit bowl and a get better card. Incredibly thoughtful! |I didn’t realise how close to the gulf, the hotel was until we took a tour of the city. Would have walked to other places had we known but I’m certainly not disappointed to have stayed at this wonderful hotel!

Banyan Tree Doha is probably the best place to enjoy an opulent comfortable stay either short term or long term. We have lived there for a year now and can confidently say the experience has been truly luxurious and comforting and very pampering. You don't feel you are in a hotel. You feel at home and that for me is truly the deal breaker. Look no further 😃

full experience, from reception, attention during the stay, the facilities, the room came as a complete very positive feel and experience. While it was both leisure and business, we felt the hotel and the room as home and even while the visit was in full summer, this was never a problem, with the wide range of facilities, the pools, the spa, the gyms, the kids club, the restaurants and the connection to the Oasis mall.

Thank you to all staff of Banyan Tree who helped our staycation be great. I would like to mention Kervin whom we met at the outside pool and had a nice good chat with him, also his colleague Ahmad, they were both very entertaining during our visit to the pool. We also visited the in door pool on the top floor and we had really an excellent time as we had the pool to ourselves, and the gentleman who was there behind the bar was excellent but can’t remember his name. Also we paid a visit to the bar at the 28th floor, Vertigo, what a place, fantastic, and again my apologies that I can’t remember the names of the people who served us the drinks and lovely snacks we had.
