It’s a beautiful Venice bacaro right next to Sr Marks square that is not touristy enough to make you uncomfortable and gives you imaginative tapas options and a very good set of wines by the glass.
The cicchetti were great no mater whether it was just sheep’s cheese with pear mostarda, sausage with pesto or some crazy vegan concoction of dried, cooked and raw vegetables or Gorgonzola and anchovies.
The wine was certainly good and quite reasonably priced with both classical and natural options to entertain almost every kind of a customer.
The people running the show are young, cheerful, helpful and caring.
I will come here at least once on my every visit to Venice.
