Great fabadas, cabrito y endive with Cabrales cheese. There staff, Flor in particular, was super friendly. Owner was a trip. Warmer reception than other places in town.
We went back and had eggs and house made chorizo for dinner the next night. We really enjoyed that meal as well. I read other's reviews. Keep in mind the logistics of getting the food and employees up the mountain. We just ordered what they recommended or provided and were happy. In Bilbao I would have different expectations.
Also - yes, flies in the restaurant. We rented the apartment next door and were warned that we'd get flies in the house if we left the doors open at all.
