This bar is truly worth a visit when traveling to Taiwan. The hospitality is excellent — reservations are handled promptly and efficiently over the phone, with everything ready right on time. The drinks are well-crafted and particularly appealing to female guests. The Earl Grey cocktail is exceptionally well made and definitely the highlight of the menu. The bartenders are warm, attentive, and genuinely engaging with customers. I would highly recommend this place and sincerely hope to see it back in the Top 50 very soon

We came here twice during our stay in Taipei and it is one of the best bars we’ve ever been to. Every cocktail was delicious and so thoughtfully made. Vincent, Ella and Eric are such kind and fun hosts and they took great care of us both nights. They gave great recommendations and everything was delicious! The attention to detail and ambience are unmatched by any other bar we visited in Taipei. Will definitely be back!

Need to wait for food, but worth it definitely 1. I have tried 4 kinds of alcohol, every cup has its characteristics and very nice. 2. Roast beef is a must. The most expensive one I’ve eaten but the most delicious one too. Very impressive 3. 明太子 scallop spaghetti very nice 4. The overall vibe and music is good as well A bar I’d like to visit many times😋🤍

✨ Definitely one of the best in Asia 🙌 The customized service makes all the difference. After trying Ozone, Zest, MO, Ce La Vi, Ritz and Woo this one takes the crown 👑 my number 1 spot ❤️ Zuma is still my favorite ☺️ 👉 The dressing on the warm salad 🥗 is delicious too! Definitely a spot worth coming for dinner! #foodielifenini

I love this place. The menu is extremely comprehensive for drinks on top of the menu featuring pretty illustrations and descriptions. Could’ve been even better if they applied it to all order drinks. Food service was quick! Especially for cooked food like the yuzu roe pasta, I thought it would’ve taken much longer to prepare. That dish tasted delicious and exactly what I’d expected but better. The only drawback was the cheese plate. It didn’t feature any exotic ingredients and seemed to be dumbed down, considering the rest of the exquisite menu. Anyways, it was still decent for the price. The service is amazing. There are two bartenders and they’re always attentive of their guests in front of them, asking if the drinks are alright. I ordered 3 drinks and all of them were made in front of my eyes. The garnish was even cut up finely on a chopping board before being carefully placed onto the drink. Not only are the bartenders great, but also the other staff who make sure our water cups were refilled and everything’s in order. Make sure to have a reservation when you come and to at least order one drink. The minimum fee per person is 500NTD and one drink is about 450NTD excluding service charge.

Drinks: All were excellently executed. Highly recommend. Especially enjoyed the tastes of taiwan included in the drinks. We got the Chrysanthemum whisky drink, bittergourd drink, butter drink old fashion-like drink (forgot to take pics) Food: Steak skewers were super yum. Got the pumpkin risotto which was a bit bland (maybe needed more salt or meat) Vibes: staff are all super warm and welcoming. They also offered us a homemade gin shot (and had it with us) to wish us farewell as it was our last day in Taipei. Amazing hospitality A true Asia's top 50 bar. Would come back again for sure if I am in Taipei

Best of the best of the best signature menu ❤️ tried CALL OF GABRIEL (butter washed gin) soooo good candy and nice, Moody Mary (bloody mary) and SWEET OSMANYHUS BLOSSOM (sweet&sour), the spicy garlic pasta also 👌🏻 definitely recommended. But Mood Fashioned is a bit too sharp and strong for me, just not my style, ither than that ❤️❤️❤️

This bar is definitely worth a visit! The drinks here feature very interesting combinations, and everything is thoughtfully crafted. My personal favorite is the Sweet Osmanthus Blossom—it’s the perfect balance if you like your cocktails on the sweeter side. The ambiance is great, and it’s best to make a reservation as it can get busy. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, helping you discover unique drink options. I’ll definitely be back for more cocktails next time!

Yelp
This was one of my favorite bars on my prior visit to Taipei, and I was glad to revisit it! We were able to walk-in on a Friday after midnight. If you want food, go earlier in the night before the kitchen closes and make a reservation at least days in advance. Cocktails were excellent as expected. I enjoyed the unique savoriness of a fried shallot rum cocktail. And their popular earl grey tea gin cocktail was also amazing. Service was great--they speak fairly good English and make excellent recommendations. The vibe is sleek and fun. The music is on the louder side, but you can still carry a conversation.

Yelp
Cool little bar in the da a district in Taipei. We came here twice during our week stay. The bartenders are all cool. They have two different places right across the street from each other -- same menu but the decor is a little different. Second time we went we had a reservation so we went to the main area. It happened to a workers birthday so someone bought everyone in the bar (half) a shot so that was cool! Haha Drinks are unique and tasteful. They incorporate a lot of local flavors into the drinks and goes well with the liquor. Toilet area is fancy- bidet and amenities for you

Yelp
Out of all the bars we visited during our trip to Taipei, Bar Mood was my favorite. We almost axed this from our itinerary since our schedule was so packed, but I'm so glad we didn't! They have well-thought-out drinks with a beautiful, intricate menu. I had so much fun just flipping through their drink menu and even reading about drinks I knew I wouldn't order. For their main series, each drink has artwork of the main ingredient and the drink itself, as well as short blurbs about the main ingredient and inspiration for the drink. There is also a list of ingredients as well as a flavor profile. Their staff is super knowledgeable. We were having some trouble figuring out what to order, and our server was able to give us personalized recommendations based on our desired flavor profile. There is a minimum spend which pretty much comes out to 2 drinks per person, but a few of us only wanted one drink, so we added on some snacks to get to the minimum spend. Overall, highly recommend for any cocktail bar lovers. Would like to come back if possible the next time I'm in Taiwan!

Yelp
Bar Mood was recommended by my friend's friend. The atmosphere was chill and not overly loud. By biggest con is that the music could be a little louder. They were playing the oldies, Usher, Sisqo, Backstreet Boys. On a Saturday night at 11 pm it was crowded and only standing room only. They had a guest bartender from the Phillipines since it was their birthday for the bar. They had 4 special drinks curated by him for an hour. I got the sweet lover and it was way too sweet. All of the staff were great, they were pouring free drinks most of the night to celebrate. Definitely was weird to not have a designated men's restroom. There was only a woman's and shared restroom.

Yelp
It's packed here for good reason. Make a reservation on line no matter what. It's not so hard and they are absolutely required. Save yourself the hassle and just do it. Ambiance is on point, great spot for dates or with friends. Drinks are great and comparatively reasonably priced.

Yelp
Amazing bar in taipei! The atmosphere was super nice and their menu is huge! There are people dining and also people simply drinking. The menu itself was super detailed. It showed pictures of how fruity, sour, sweet the drink may taste to you to help you determine what to get. Moreover, they have really special drinks! There are ones with coriander, pistachios, and just a lot of random things you would not expect to see in cocktails. I ordered a blueberry drink and a seasonal mango one. I loved both a lot and would highly recommend. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting taipei!

Yelp
Bar Mood is hands down one of our favorite bars in Taipei now. Thanks to my hubby's research, we hit up Bar Mood for some cocktails & appies before dinner and it was wonderful. Cocktails were strong and distinct, appies were tasty (especially the truffle garlic fries), and the mood? Well, there's a reason why it's in their name... the mood was perfect. Great bartenders, awesome service and super chill r&b. What more can you ask for? We will definitely be hitting up Bar Mood whenever we come to Taipei. They have checked off everything on our list that we look for in a bar. Highly recommended if you live in the area or are just visiting Taipei. You won't regret it!

Yelp
Walked by here by pure chance only because I saw a row of whiskey displayed against the wall. The section facing the street is a much more casual set up, standing-only bar. The ambiance behind the doors is completely different, definitely good to try it both. Food is good, drinks are great. Clean and right in the center of the East District. Ask for Kyle or Corrine, the staff is awesome!

Yelp
Came here for a drink the other day. It has a minimum order policy of two drinks (roughly 400-450 per drink) otherwise, if you're just getting one drink, you would have to stand in the outside area where there are high tables. The drink itself was decent.
