"Bar Not Found is a bar with a playful personality. This venue answers the age-old question: “If colors have tastes, what would they taste like?” Each cocktail here is indeed named after a color, and according to them, sapphire tastes like mint, cacao, and wine. Coral has strong passionfruit and cranberry notes. Turquoise is all niam leaf and kombu. The Changphuak area is a little beyond the usual bar-hopping routes (around a five-minute bike ride from Nimman or Si Phum), but it’s definitely worth the trip. Just make sure you open the right door—there are four to choose from, but you want to go for the third one from the left. The mysterious entryway and bauhaus-style decor, featuring shapes and primary colors, make this both a great spot to show off to first-timers, and a horrible spot to visit if you’re already tipsy." - Vichayuth Chantan

This was a random find on Google Maps & turned out to be one of the best finds on my Chiang Mai trip! Starting from the entrance into the bar which was such a fun experience, you are immediately greeted with a super cozy atmosphere inside with soft light from the lamps & eclectic furniture! The cocktails taste amazing & the bartenders were super friendly as well. Inviting us to the bar tables for conversations & sharing about life in Chiang Mai & even the drink making process. I would highly recommend this bar for anyone visiting & I can’t wait to be back again myself!

From the moment you step through the fun and unexpected entrance, you know you’re in for something special. The space is beautifully designed — stylish yet comfortable, with a calm atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing and taking your time. The cocktail menu is packed with creative, well-thought-out drinks, and after working my way through several options, I can honestly say every drink was excellent — not a single miss. You can really feel the care and imagination that goes into each one. The bartenders are welcoming, knowledgeable, and make the whole experience even better with their passion and great conversation.

Nice experience and good cocktails selection. Salmon blush is very sweet for sweet lovers only. The mustard yellow amazingly tastes the nicer.

Enjoyed a lot in this bar. There were four doors with different colours when you get upstairs - only one of them is the door of the bar. The bar shows a very chill vibe, with good music and decorations. The bartender was very welcoming, explaining the cocktails detailedly and sharing the good spots/bars in Chiangmai. I had two glasses of cocktails, and both of them were well-balanced. Even the coaster served was matched with the colour of the cocktails :) I’d definitely visit again during my next visit in Chiangmai!!

We LOVED the bar’s eclectic interior design and choice of funky decorative items. Great vibes and playlist. Ordered the negroni, watermelon, beetroot. One of us almost teared at how good the negroni was 🥰

I really wanted to like this place, the ambiance is decent and the concept is solid. But compared to some of the great cocktail bars I’ve been to in Chiang Mai and elsewhere, this one fell short and that’s saying something, because I’ve given pretty much every other cocktail bar in Chiang Mai a 4-star review or higher. The bartenders spent more time chatting among themselves than engaging with customers, which is a big deal for me. At the best bars, the bartenders make you feel welcome and part of the experience. Here, I felt the opposite. The guy who made my cocktail was cold and distant, like I wasn’t worth his time. And with only a few guests at the bar, the rest of the staff barely acknowledged me. All in all, I felt out of place and left with a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve got a passion for speakeasy and have visited them all around the world. While I initially thought this place had some potential I was disappointed quickly. Not only could they only make 2 of their 4 signature drinks that’s the ONLY drinks they could make and at a price of ridiculous price of 480 baht ($14.75 currently). Additionally the drinks were also very small but tasted alright though not remarkable. The only redeeming part of the night was the DJ they had playing was awesome!
