"Bar Not Found is a bar with a playful personality. This venue answers the age-old question: “If colors have tastes, what would they taste like?” Each cocktail here is indeed named after a color, and according to them, sapphire tastes like mint, cacao, and wine. Coral has strong passionfruit and cranberry notes. Turquoise is all niam leaf and kombu. The Changphuak area is a little beyond the usual bar-hopping routes (around a five-minute bike ride from Nimman or Si Phum), but it’s definitely worth the trip. Just make sure you open the right door—there are four to choose from, but you want to go for the third one from the left. The mysterious entryway and bauhaus-style decor, featuring shapes and primary colors, make this both a great spot to show off to first-timers, and a horrible spot to visit if you’re already tipsy." - Vichayuth Chantan
