"Art, check. Cocktails, check. Good tunes, check. The Sovereign Nation of Bar was recently founded on 5th Avenue just south of the Stone and north of RCKTWN. Make this sleek reclaimed wood lounge your gastropub away from gastropub while in town. Your taste buds and chill time will thank you. Make sure to check your ego at the door. This isn't the place for cool dudes/dudettes but for cool drinks. Out of every bar on the list, this one ranks numero uno in my book. Blah-blah-blah, they have a fireplace and a bear rug.
