Bar 167 is everything you love about Charleston food and drinks in one chill, intimate space. Leave the packed tourists at 167 Raw and book a reservation at this gem from the same team right around the corner. Excellent cocktails and wine pair with creative and delicious seafood dishes meant to share. Bar 167 masters the vibe factor that always narrowly eludes 167 Raw. Come thirsty and often. Best downtown spot for lunch, ‘bar’ none.

We initially headed to the sister restaurant around the corner, they were very busy so they referred us to Bar167. What a great place, excellent food and service. I would recommend ordering some focaccia with the wagyu carpaccio (so delicious). I really enjoyed the signature margarita.

Came here during restaurant week and got the 3 course meal for 40 dollars. This is the perfect “low key” restaurant tucked away off the Main Street. The atmosphere is super nice and the two levels give a good outdoor and indoor option. Although bar is in the name, the food was very good aswell as the drink selection. Great place for a date night or some snacks and drinks with friends on the upper level.

What an incredible spot. Last night I went to 167 Raw for seafood but I wanted a light lunch. Bar 167 is deliciousss! Darby was such a lovely waitress and she is so so kind. She always checked up on us. Hunter brought over the oysters and he had an amazing attitude and constantly smiling. Everyone here is so respectful and pleasant to be around. The restaurant has a Mediterranean flair and the food is very light which is great when you have to walk around the town all day. We ordered a few oysters which my boyfriend ranked a 10/10 and he eats oysters all the time. We also ordered the caesar salad with chicken and the tempura fried swordfish sandwich. Everything was so delicious and I can say that was the best caesar salad I have ever had. The swordfish sandwich was incredible. I have never had a fish sandwich be so creative and packed with flavor. This is definitely a spot to stop by if you’re in town. We hope to back soon! Thank you!

Stumbled across this gem on a Monday, mid-afternoon and what a delight! The atmosphere was very chill and our wonderful experience started from the warm welcome by the host & extended to the friendly server team at every interaction. It’s beautifully decorated inside, bright and lots of room at the table. We ordered the dozen shrimp & focaccia bread, both were outstanding! The shrimp tasted so fresh and are huge! The beer on tap was from a local brewer and the wine list was paired perfectly. Tried a white from Croatia and it delivered on everything the server said, we even got to try a sip first. Excellent food - amazing service - wonderful atmosphere. Will 100% be back & highly recommend.

The experience was beautiful, I was celebrating my birthday and everything we ordered was delicious!!!! I'm excited to go back to this gem soon!

Absolutely spectacular! Greg was both a wine wizard behind the bar and made excellent recommendations! A perfect Charleston spot to dine either alone or with friends!!

So, so good. Had Wagyu carppacio, mushroom appetizer, yellowfin and oysters on the half shell. Superb 🥰 also enjoyed a bottle of Rose. Can't wait to return.
