"A 12,000-square-foot outpost of Barcade, the bar and arcade that first opened in Williamsburg in 2004, is coming to Tribeca. A liquor license application has been filed for 110-112 Cortlandt Street, at Church Street, which formerly housed the shopping center Century 21, according to Tribeca Citizen." - Emma Orlow

Had a fantastic first-time experience at this location. I brought my dad here to celebrate his birthday and he loved it. Classic games and pinball machines that he grew up on, as well as games I loved as a kid. $20 in tokens nearly gets you at least 1-2 plays (or more) on everything they have. The bartender (dude with the long hair)is super nice and accommodating. Overall great time! Highly RECOMMENDED!!

Google
Barcade is always a great time. Great selection of games. They have Crazy Taxi there which I'm not gonna lie, almost made me cry because I grew up on that game. The pinball machines are great, I wish they didn't cost 3 tokens though. They have ATMs there to pull out cash to exchange into tokens. The drinks are great and reasonably priced. Great place to hang out and play some games

Google
It's a good place in a very good location. One issue I'd say is the arcades could have had more time per token range, would hold the crowd in and make it even more lively. I'm saying that cause Some places have full on free arcades with drinks in the neighborhood, so good competition is there 👍🏽

Google
Chain bar with arcade games. Checks all the boxes with classic games and good pinball selections. It's weird how a place like this could seem corporate, but it doesn't seem to have any real soul to it. Loved the craft beer selection, but if they wanted to go authentic. Needed to pump in cigarette smoke and make the floors sticky to capture the 80s correctly. Maybe a random 3$ beers would seal the deal.

Google
Amazing bar with the best bartenders, and a ton of fun arcade games! Can get very crowded on the weekend, but that’s to be expected. I also respect that they’re environmentally conscious (no cans, only drafts, and they are fully wind-powered). Don’t sleep on the picklebacks, they’re delicious!

Google
So fun and the bartenders were so nice and great! We loved Joe and Garrett!! The blonde bar back was pretty mean and dismissive to us, I think she misheard what I said but it did not warrant her rude response. I hope she has a better night and learns to not take her anger out on others. If you avoid her the bar is AMAZING!! 😍

Google
If you love video games and are over 21 this is the spot. You must have a valid ID, they do not accept NYCID I’ve tried. Perfect place for a first date or group of friends as they have plenty of games to play. If you want to get to play till you’re bored weekdays and Sunday nights it’s your best bet as Saturday is packed with people.

Google
Great experience. They have an awesome selection of beers on tap, and a great selection of retro games. The games range in price from one token ($.25) to 3 tokens ($.75). My partner and I went there and with $20 between us for games, spent like over 5 hours there (by the end it was us just wasting tokens on the more expensive games, because there are no refunds on tokens).

Yelp
No cover at the door, its dirty grungy and just the way I like it. Barcade is supposed to give a dive bar feeling, otherwise youre in the wrong place. i loved the full wall of pinball machines to choose from. and they had a few of my favorite games Ms. Pacman and the 4player Pacman tabletop, dugout, donkeykong, street fighter and They even had Crazy Taxi !!? Which I havent seen in a LONG TIME. I'll always come back here again and again. Bigger and nicer then St. Marks, not as big as chelsea but a much friendlier atmosphere. Everytime I go to Chelsea Barcade the staff is so nasty and the security is an a**hole no matter the time of day, the type of crowd etc. I've never had a positive experience at the barcade in chelsea

Yelp
Massive selection of beers and an extensive range of arcade games. Very chill place to pass some time, no frills, casual and reasonably priced. Friendly and prompt bartender. Range of seating at the bar as well as at the entrance but don't come to stand around, enjoy some games!

Yelp
Barcade is a fun spot to hang with friends in Williamsburg. My friend and I finished dinner in the area and it was cold and raining outside, so instead of walking along the waterfront we decided to come here instead. We arrived Friday night around 8:30 pm and it wasn't too crowded. Many of the games were available especially if you just waited for a couple minutes. We exchanged 10 bucks into tokens and tried out a variety of games. The most expensive were the pinball machines which required 3 tokens (75 cents), but most of the other games only required 1-2 tokens. We had a blast trying a bunch of different games, but my favorites were Donkey Kong and the shooting game Galaga right next to it.

Lisa W.

Yelp
I've been to better Barcades but this one is not too bad. There's limited games compared to other barcades I've been too. Like missing some of those oldies like Dance Dance revolution or some games with shooting zombies. The games itself are pretty cheap, requiring one or 2 quarters. The bar is in the middle and has plenty of seating. It didn't really get full but we left around 11pm. No cover when we came, not sure if there normally is.

Nancy A.

Yelp
Came here with a friend and I knew it was going to be loud and crowded. It is very dark and lights are dimly lit when you are inside. Once inside, we went straight to the bar to get IPAs first and the wait for a bartender to come get our order was way too long because of the amount of people there. The bar also has their own selection of beer and drinks which you can see off of the menu. Make sure to tip! So we just ended up looking for an empty arcade game to go to since most of them were taken. My friend was so thirsty and addicted to alcohol that he started randomly taking any random drink off of the table he can find. You can place your unfinished or finished drink anywhere in this place so anyone can randomly grab anything that is not finished. When he did that, I'm like wtf man, "you're not scared of catching some disease" and tried to take the random drink out of his hand but he refuses too give it to me and snaps at me, "yahhh" and I'm like wtf. Anyways I wander off mad to an empty game and then knowing that it was weird I went back to him. We had $20 to waste and played a couple of games like street fighter and pinball games and there were also other cool games that are very addicting but sadly we ran out of money and had to go home. Overall this place is very fun for anyone who cannot think of anything to do and around the area! Good thing about it is they opened till very late! Just make sure you bring a lot of change!

Yelp
I love Barcade, and it's a good spot to have a little fun on a late night. Service is pretty decent... they will definitely make sure you got a good drink. The bartender may have a heavy hand so, if you're a little weight 1-2 drinks are good while you play some vintage arcade games. I love this place after a good dinner or a night of dancing. It's a chill spot. Good people. Live, laugh, and love -Sha

Yelp
This is the original bar arcade, Barcade for short. There is a nice selection of arcade games and special buzzy drinks that will put you in the mood to play Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Gunblade NY, Daytona USA , NBA Jam: Tournament Edition, and Teenager Mutant Ninja Turtles. Whenever I am in New York City, Philadelphia, or Newark I stop into a Barcade for some fun arcade gaming and alcoholic beverages to forget the rest of the world.

Kelsey A.

Yelp
Honestly, 10/10. Such a blast. I went here on a date after dinner. We initially got $5 worth of tokens and then ended up doing $20 more. It was such a blast. Excellent for a date night or with friends. The highlights were the Godzilla pinball game and the Toy Story 4 game.

Barney C.

Yelp
Nostalgic arcade games and craft beer. A solid combination. Barcade is an awesome place to hang with friends to enjoy good times, have a date or to crush your enemy in NBA Jams. This place is awesome whatever your vibe is - given you love old school arcade games and craft beer! If you do, you're in store for an awesome evening. They've got all the classics - TMNT, Rampage, Mike Tyson Punch Out, etc. I highly recommend this place as it's one of my favorite places in Williamsburg.

David B.

Yelp
Not a bad spot to go to calm and spacious. this is a new one that i went to outside of the city and pretty calm. Def a place to keep coming to just wish i could get more food but there are some snacks at least. Some of the snacks range from beer nuts, to pretzels, chips and jerky. There are plenty of game options but my current favor one is in the back left corner that can take 4 people. dont know the name of it but its spacious loud and got a big clear screen.

Vanessa H.

Yelp
Always a good time when I go to Barcade. I've been to Jersey City and Newark (which is now closed) so I was excited to checkout the original location. My friend and I weren't drinking, we were there mainly for the games and conversation. After sitting at the bar for about 2 hours just talking, I can appreciate the bartender didn't pressure us to order alcohol. 5 stars bc I love that this location allows you to bring outside food (unlike the JC location that serves food) I will add this location is more handicap accessible bc it does not have stairs to access cetrain games. This could be a big deal for anyone with mobility concerns. Street parking available.

Lexi M.

Yelp
Awesome spot to pop in for some local beer and some great arcade games. It's in a great area to walk around and pop in-and-out of different bars! They don't serve food, but they offer chips and wrapped snacks for you to purchase.

Clari B.

Yelp
Thought I reviewed this place years ago, I guess not. I love this barcade and have never had any issues with guest, workers or the games. Well the games do have issues at times but the bartenders are quick to get them checked out and give you a few coins reimbursed. And guest eating tend to filthy up the machines... But It's a great place for a quick stop or for hours of fun. I do wish it had more games (less ping pong that's new, to me seeing as Jacks bar is the place for that). I visit about every other year or so since it can get boring. This time around although I had a blast and everything was going well with the bartender tending to me they seemed to have gotten overwhelmed toward the end of the night and took it out on me. They yelled at me on my last order. I was with a group (family) and we were by the bar so I ordered and walked away to play with another in my party. When I came back and asked my fam if they had my drink they said they didn't see it. I saw a cup far away with another group (of dudes). When I asked the tender if that was mine they said yes and tried to hand it to me but I requested a new one. They got red hot mad immediately saying I keep walking away leaving my drink. We were all shocked because not only was that 100% false, but my fam are there with me and can, and do, watch my drink (why put it with a different group??). Seeing as I don't like to interact with unreasonable hot headed folk I said I'd like a new one and for some odd reason they only kept repeating one phrase like a madman, "you still have to pay". To which I replied once it's already paid for I'd just like a fresh cup. Anyhow that was odd seeing as one of us knew them (well a friend does). Hopefully that interaction gets back to them in a less hectic space to help them see how wrong they were. Terribly sorry for the long rant and I do not mean for it to deter you just as an fyi don't fret if they get overwhelmed and lash out. Just lighten up and have fun.

Yelp
After having brunch near by we decided to pop in here for a few got some coins , since Ms Pacman was taken we gave Ninja turtles a spin I mean it was fun to just hang for a few playing the game was fun. Decent size location, there's a bar & seating are not bad, music playing .. it was cool for an hour or so.

Sean F.

Yelp
Pinball games are in good shape and a BIG Thank You to whoever makes the playlists here. Every single visit I hear something where I'm like Who on Earth was thinking of this song? Today it was Saxon Princess of the Dawn, in the past it was Prong and most impressive Saigon Kicks "On and On". All the Barcades (TM) are fun but the BK location always seems to be the perfect stop off for a few beers and A few hours of mindless fun!

Fredrika C.

Yelp
Came here for a friend's birthday and had a nice time. I was under the impression that they may have bar food but they didn't, so I was slightly disappointed until finding a taco truck nearby. Anyway! I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of games they had and felt the pricing for the games were reasonable. It's a nice spot to hang for a bit with friends or maybe even a date if this is your vibe. I'd stop in for a few if passing by but don't think I'd go out if my way to visit again.

Brianna D.

Yelp
I love their selection of craft beers, variety of games for low prices, and location in the heart of Williamsburg. Great any time of year with a group of friends or date. Friendly bartenders.

Madeline E.

Yelp
Drinks were tasty, games were fun, definitely want to go back!! I went during halloweekend and had a blast absolutely dominated the Q*bert leaderboard but did horribly at asteroids and Donkey Kong, regardless, great vibes great time

Amira A.

Yelp
I hate the drinks here but I still always end up having a really good time. I tried three different beers and two different cocktails. Both cocktails were extremely bitter. The vanilla scoop beer wasn't too bad but I didn't order it again. I love the concept of this place which keeps me coming back. The retro pinball machines mixed with some games I've never seen before keep me entertained. My favorite games are the beer tap game and that massive spaceship game in the corner. The spaceship game ate all of my tokens QUICK and I had a lot to begin with lol.

Ryan J.

Yelp
They take your ID when you start a tab which is ridiculous. I accidentally left without closing my tab - it took 5 phone calls to the manager the next day to get my card & ID back.

Risa S.

Yelp
So much fun! Came here with friends on a Thursday night. A good crowd of people but not to the point where we couldn't find a seat. The bartender was nice and attentive the whole time we were there. The security people were nice too. My friends and I had such a blast! There's really never going wrong with arcade and booze. So barcade def hits the spot. Also, you can bring in outside food. Which is great. So my friends and I ordered a full pie to feed our tummies.

Shaji K.

Yelp
Super late Saturday night, one of the few bars still open and with plenty available machines. Got carded at the door and quickly got a drink at the central bar before heading to the games. Beers range between $7-9 mostly at a nice selection as well. As for the games, they run mostly on 1-2 tokens each, with each token being $0.25. Some Pros: -Good selection of classics such as NBA Jam, Frogger, Tetris, Mortal Kombat -Small stands or cupholders between consoles in order to place drinks without spilling. Cons: -Since the space isn't too big, there aren't as many driving games or larger format games to try out. -Didn't see much or any cleaning of machines between use, so be warned if adverse during this time A good standby for something to do while sipping on a drink late at night.

Tyler L.

Yelp
This is the third Barcade location that I have been to. Though it is the original location, I had been to the St. Mark's and Chelsea ones before this one. For me, this one is the worst one of the three. The main negative is unlike the others, they do not serve food here and just offer a few snacks like pretzels and chips. In terms of games, they do have a larger game selection than the St. Mark's location (but smaller than the Chelsea location). I saw a few machines that I did not see at the other locations. These included Captain Commando, Dariusburst, and Rampage.

Jordan W.

Yelp
Came here for a second date last night. I thought this spot was really cool. I wish I was better at frogged though. Pretty good selection of beers. Wish they had a few more whiskeys but that's not the kinda spot it is

Kim L.

Yelp
Perfect date night even for 50 year olds! Drinks, games & fun atmosphere. Parking wasn't so bad either.

Bianca W.

Yelp
This was my first time at any Barcade and it was a cool experience. This location in particular does not serve food, but does allow for outside food and drinks (if the drinks are unopened). If you love the nostalgia of old school arcade games, you'll love it here. You can use quarters or go to one of their token machines and exchange for tokens. It's very chill and simple, especially for a date night.

Matthew L.

Yelp
Barcade is a craft beer bar and classic video arcade that opened in Brooklyn, New York in October 2004. It was founded by business partners Paul Kermizian, Pete Langway, and brothers Kevin & Scott Beard. All of them had attended Syracuse University together. Prior to opening Barcade, Kermizian was working in the film/TV industry and had just completed and directed a documentary called "American Beer" in which he and some friends had a road trip across the country visiting different craft breweries. The Beard Brothers were working in graphic design while Langway was working in advertising. Together they often spent time drinking craft beer and playing classic 1980s arcade games which lined the walls of Kermizian's loft. Inspired to open a bar which focused on both things, they all promptly quit their day jobs, maxed out their credit cards, and began turning their dream into a reality. They acquired a former metal shop in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood and soon transformed it into Barcade. After opening, it was met with immediate acclaim. The partners soon trademarked the name 'Barcade' and additional locations would open in Chelsea and St. Mark's Place (both Manhattan), Jersey City, Philadelphia, New Haven, Newark, Los Angeles, and most recently in Detroit. Each location features 40 to 75 arcade cabinets and pinball machines as well as 25 to 30 craft beers on draught. More and more craft beer arcades are opening around the country, but Barcade was the originator of the concept. I recently stopped in at Barcade while I was on a cycling trip in NYC. I had been here once before and overall I've been to five of Barcade's nine locations. I started out with a draught pour of Zero Gravity Craft Brewery's "Little Wolf" (Pale Ale). Brewed with Horizon, Citra and Mosaic hops, it was very refreshing for such a low ABV beer. It paired well with a few rounds of 'Dig Dug' and then later I beat the high score at 'Galaga'. Up next was Shmaltz Brewing's "Exodus 2021" (Barleywine). This was one of the last beers brewed before the Jewish-themed brewery sadly decided to shut down. It had delicious notes of figs, dates, pomegranates and grapes and paired well with a few rounds of 'Tapper'. The last beer I tried before leaving was Pipeworks Brewing's "Ninja vs. Unicorn" (Double IPA). It had excellent notes of orange and peach and went well with a few rounds of 'Donkey Kong'. Barcade is such a cool place to visit with friends! I've never had a bad experience there and I could spend hours there.

Austin S.

Yelp
Had a fun time at Barcade with friends. Fun to grab a drink and play the games. It got a bit crowded so just something to think about.

Cee G.

Yelp
Barcade is a cool spot! Get drink and play classics arcade games. They have beer on tap. They make an amazing lemon drop. Their bathroom is what you expect an bar arcade bathroom to look like. Writings all over the walls , stalls and mirrors giving dingy vintage vibes but cool. The security is nice and the people are chill.

Grace K.

Yelp
This is a fun place to grab a beer and play arcade games, with a good variety of machines.

Reshard R.

Yelp
Yes, yes your inner 12 year old is in love with this place. Its rows filled with old school arcade games that make you talk to yourself in public. Loudly. I see you gods of Centipede.... I see you.

Chris B.

Yelp
went here for the arcade games and the drinks. The drinks are really good, a little bit over priced though. They had a nice selection of arcade games to play and the tokens to actually play the games were cheap. I had a great time and the service was nice.

Lance E.

Yelp
I don't always have alcohol but when I do, there are video games nearby. As someone who loves this visit the arcade, Barcade Brooklyn is nice and mellow play to play some arcade games, check out the pinball machines or grab an adult beverage, this place is for you. When it comes to drinks, Barcade has a selection a variety of craft beers ready to pour ( I prefer cider, actually). When it comes games there are numerous stand-up arcade cabinets pinball games you can re-live your younger years. If you are looking for food, however, there is not much besides chips and pretzels. Try Barcade Chelsea or Barcade St. Marks for better food options.

Meghan P.

Yelp
The manager was an absolute AHole the bartender was a sweetheart. The first one. I'm 30 years old i lost my license i had an expired ID and a picture of my passport. The manager made an example of letting me in to proceed to pressure me into tipping the bartender because he "let me in". I had no idea paying for drinks as an adult was such a problem. Absolute disgrace thankful for the bartender we tipped heavily but the manager can suck everyone's d***. And the bartender we dealt with at the end had the same ideal of seeing us as problem patrons. This bar is an absolute joke. Disgusting, looking down at their patrons service.

Ariel G.

Yelp
Great place to revisit your childhood if you are an 80's baby. Also just a great place just to go and have fun with your friends or have a first or 2nd date. Great ambience extremely relaxed vibe. Not to packed of course on its off peak hours. Great selection of beers and quick service. Highly recommended if your are just making plans to go or if you just happen to be in the neighborhood and pop in.

Andrew H.

Yelp
Every hip city (or city that wants to be known as being hip) now has a place like this: old school (and sometimes some modern, too) arcade cabinets, good beers on tap, and a chill (dare I say "hipster", is that still a thing? I'm in my upper 30's now and all I see is yuppies that wish they were hippies, but are not.) atmosphere. Because this is New York, I'm assuming this is one of the originals. Beer: 2 dozen beers on tap, all craft, mostly local and regional. Good stuff. Arcade games: heavy focus on "the classics". I wish there was a wider selection of modern-ish games. Most of these are from the 80's to mid-90's. Favorites: Mortal Kombat II, Alien vs. Predator Food: they've got a binder where you can order food from neighboring spots and eat it here. I love places with a DIY setup like this. Great place to stop in if you find yourself in Brooklyn!

Dariel R.

Yelp
One of my favorite bars in Brooklyn. Came here on a Saturday night with friends and we had a ball. A wide variety of games as well as drinks. A huge recommendation to pregame with friends (a good meetup spot) or date spot. As for the drinks they average cost is from $7-10 which isn't bad for New York City, and a wide selection of games.

Norma R.

Yelp
This place is just fun all around! Loved it. They had so many games from the past I literally felt like a kid who was allowed to drink because my parents were away for the weekend! That pretty much sums up the joy I felt while being here and beating my hubby's behind in quite a few games. The bartender we had was awesome, super friendly and very attentive; I wish I would've gotten her name, but she was the bomb. Definitely looking forward to stopping by again for another few rounds of street fighter!

dana P.

Yelp
Great place for happy hour and some video game fun. Food is good and staff is super friendly.

Dwayne R.

Yelp
Tonight I was racially profiled, stereo-typed, and asked to leave this establishment under the false accusation of ingesting cocaine. Please keep in that I work in primary education and the use of drugs is solely prohibited and is not tolerated. Myself and fellow African-American were asked to leave after using Pure Peppermint Oil to get rid of the aftertaste of food previously ingested. After showing proof that it was indeed Pure Peppermint Oil the manager on duty he responded "yeah, that's cocaine. There's a camera right there, and you have to leave". If you are a fellow person of color I highly recommend avoiding this establishment for you may be subjected to racism, stereo-typical behaviors, and false accusations as I have. Keep in mind, this is not my first time at visiting Barcade. This was the place of choice for a school outing. I wish I could rate my experience even lower.

Draytin F.

Yelp
The bartender with the patchy facial hair and reseeding hairline needs to be trained not to physically assault their customers. The bar was packed tonight and I was trying to close my tab. The only open space was the corner of the bar towards the back of the space where my partner and I were standing. We waited a solid 15 min before asking politely to close out (which was met with the ugliest side eye imaginable) he brings the check while simultaneously grabbing my arm and pushing backwards and slaming the bar partition hitting both me and my partners hands. I would understand this kind of reaction if I was some slobbery sloppy drunk but I was literally just there to play some games. As someone with physical sensory issues this completely ruined my night. Never put your hands on someone. All they had to do was ask politely for me to take one step to my right and I would have. There's no sign indicating not to stand there, it looked like any other corner of a bar . If you don't like your job then leave. You never have the right to touch somebody else.

Caitlin M.

Yelp
My friends and I ended up at this bar after it had been recommended! We ended up here in the late afternoon on a Saturday and there were a surprising number of people already there - we got lucky and got the last set of seats at the bar and it was well before the typical "bar rush" time. They have a fairly thorough drink selection when it comes to beer, but their liquors are a bit scanter, so don't expect any fancy drinks, but that really isn't the vibe that this bar seems to be going for. The bartender was happy to offer my pickier friends some suggestions for drinks and was more than happy to wait while we decided. The price of the drinks was par for the course for drinks in the city, no great deal, but definitely no rip-off, either. The arcade consists of a bunch of classic games. There are some pinball machines, the old TMNT game, and even Crazy Taxi. There were games for all levels of "gamers" in our group. The prices for the machines were definitely fair, too. I definitely will make my way here the next time in the neighborhood and will recommend it to all my friends for the laid back vibes and games this place offers!

Genie M.

Yelp
Great selection of beers. You can taste before purchasing. Great games! So chill! So relaxed! No stress! No problems!

Kathy Z.

Yelp
A bar with retro arcade games! Its a nice spacious bar filled with games lined up against the walls. The bartenders were nice and never made us wait long even when it was busy. When you enter, you will be required to scan your ID and they will proceed to ask if you are vaccinated. Not sure if they only allow vaccinated people to enter, but be prepared that no one will be wearing their face mask in this establishment (except for employees and customers who wishes to keep their face masks on). Even though everyone had their face masks off, the doors were kept open for ventilation. Games were really cheap, (1-2 tokens per game), and the bartenders are really generous with the alcohol ratio within each drink. I would definitely come back!

James I.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. My first time visiting was in 2011 for my birthday & I've tried to go back as much as possible since then. I cannot say anything negative about this place. I will go as far as saying that it's my favorite place to hang out. I've been to two of the other locations St. Marks & Chelsea and I don't love them as much as I love the Brooklyn location. Don't get me wrong they are great as well, but Brooklyn just seems like home. They have a large selection of retro games. They have a large selection of craft beers. Other liquor & snacks as well. They also sell T-shirt's & hoodies (which of course I own one) Every time I go to Barcade I have a great time and can't wait to go back. If you are in the Brooklyn area & love arcades & beer this is a MUST!

Anthony A.

Yelp
I've been coming to this place for 3 going on 4 years. I love the games and the staff. It's honestly the best bar in New York. I try to come here every weekend in the summer always wearing the PAC MAN hoodie I have. A+ Love every minute I go.

Yelp
To give background, I have been to 5 Barcade locations: 2 in Lower Manhattan, One in Jersey City, One in Newark and this location in Williamsburg. I have gone about 10 total times and have played every single arcade game and pinball machine in all 5 locations, which were about 50 arcade games per location and 10 Pinball machines per location on average. My point being, I am a good customer of these Barcade locations. That being said, I arrived at this location on Friday night, May 27th at 7:20PM. The bouncer glared at me in a confrontational way for an extended period of time, until I finally asked him if I needed to show my I.D. He mumbled a greeting under his breath (in a condescending way), which was barely audible. I have never been greeted in such a hostile manner in any of the other 10 or so times i have been to these 5 different Barcade locations in the past. I do not deserve this type of treatment, I am a good customer. It is a shame because I have no other negative feelings about the rest of the arcade games or pinball machines or business inside the establishment. I do not deserve to be glared at in a confrontational way, and overall treated with such hostility when I show up at the door of this location. I will take my business elsewhere. By the way, this is the third time i have been to this location in Williamsburg, and the previous 2 times, I have never had an issue.

Yelp
Great games, great staff, great drinks! Huge fan of this barcade. My favorite, "must play" games in here are 4 player Pac-Man, Crazy Taxi, and a very unique light gun game they keep tucked away near the bathroom. With a mixture of classic arcade games, sports games, and a selection of pinball, there's a little something for everyone. I found myself bouncing from machine to machine like a kid in a candy store all night. My friends and I had a lot of fun and really enjoyed that they were a number of multiplayer games available. They also sell really cool shirts and hoodies as merch! When I went, the staff were friendly and nice. The bouncer was funny and upbeat. The barkeep was very helpful and I really liked that I could put tokens on my tab! I've been to barcades where this was not an option, so I thought this was a great move. This is definitely the place to go in the city with friends. It's not so big that you feel lost or it feels impersonal, but it's not so small that you feel like you run out of things to do. Highly recommended! My only suggestions to the owner would be to change out some of the less popular games to add more multiplayer games, and maybe add a few snacks? Neither of those two were impactful enough to reduce this below a five star, just my two cents.

Yelp
One of the most nostalgic places I've visited. Had an awesome time here playing with machines that I use to play with in the 80's. Definitely coming back
