This was SUCH A GOOD FIND for our one night in Nashville. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were all great - friendly and helpful with suggestions. Everything we ordered was delicious, and I‘d highly recommend the aperitivo board as a start. It had just about everything we wanted, so we just ordered a couple more things (the basque cheesecake, for example - yum) to finish out the night. So glad we stumbled on this restaurant!

An exceptional experience! The tapas were bursting with authentic Spanish flavors, and every side dish was thoughtfully prepared. The warm, inviting ambience made the evening unforgettable, and the attentive seriv was flawless from start to finish. A true gem—highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier Spanish dining experience. Five stars!

This was my first time at Barcelona and we were treated to an engagement celebration at the table behind us. Very fun! Dress was from casual (us!) to fancy and the restaurant's atmosphere was able to make both feel right. We each ordered 2 tappas and they came out one at a time. My favorites were the vegetables, the cauliflower was the bomb! The carrots were delish and green beans were good. We enjoyed the potato tortilla as well, a new flavor for us. Some of the table enjoyed the meatballs, personally I found them just ok. But the biggest surprise was the pork belly, with the quality of all the other dishes we expected this to be amazing, but it was not. It was a disappointment, too much fat, and the meat that was there was tasteless and tough. 😔 Despite that set back, we will go again and I suggest you do too!

The interior, the vibe and the services were amazing. Everything seemed sophisticated and well managed including the bathroom. But the food was all over the place. Overall, the dishes were too salty even without the sauces. The chicken thigh was dry. The pork belly was great. The clam was way too sauced and salty. I couldn't taste the clams. My main complaint is too much saltiness. I look forward to coming back and trying again because the atmosphere is just beautiful.

We visited Barcelona Wine Bar last night for the first time and had an amazing experience! The service was great! Our server and her assistant were very attentive and helpful with the menu. I have food allergies and was impressed with how our server took special precautions in regards to that. We ordered 2-3 tapas items per person. It was the perfect amount of food for us. Our food was flavorful and delicious. We visited on a Saturday night so it was busy, but our food came out in a timely manner. Even though it was busy, it did not affect our experience at all! I definitely recommend Barcelona Wine Bar and look forward to dining here again soon!

We made a reservation and were seated almost instantly. We ordered only Tapas because the paella takes about an hour, but looks very good. The tapas came out very fast and we did not have many leftovers because our genuine waitress told us about how many plates we should get. Any shrimp dish they have is amazing and tastes very fresh with their mouthwatering sauce on it. If you like loud and compact spaces the indoor does a great job at that, but we enjoy a more peaceful and good time so we sat outside which was very nice. I would highly recommend getting a reservation because it gets very busy at night but the Tapas are worth it.

Elijah was the best waiter I’ve ever had! Such an amazing experience. Will be back again. Such great food and such great service. The wine was amazing as well.

My girlfriend and I came here for dinner and had a wonderful experience with our server Elijah! He was so personable and made sure to point out which food was gluten-free for my girlfriend. He went above and beyond to make our night amazing, and we can't wait to come back and hopefully have him again!

Super good and flavorful dishes and a big menu with a good variety of options! Its a tapas place so the plates are small but priced well for the quality and if you're going with a group its perfect for sharing! Good opportunity to try a bunch of different foods. Our waitress was fantastic - she gave me an extra long pour of white sangria since my friends took me out to celebrate getting married! We had the smallest issue with our meal and everyone up to management addressed it immediately and kindly. Extensive wine menu and the staff is very knowledgeable about the dishes and mindful of allergies! Would highly recommend for a girls night - glass of wine and yap!

Food: White sangria - ok, the finish was a bit bitter. Potatoes - too "much" going on... either the red sauce or the cheese, both was too much. Garlic Gambas - 2/3 of us liked them. Whipped sheep cheese - excellent. Must order. Spicy Beef Empanadas- great. Wish there were 3 per order. Chicken thigh - excellent. the sauce makes it. This sauce could be on a shoe and I would eat it. Skirt steak - under seasoned. Needed salt. Muscles - good. sauce is delicious. Pork belly - sauce is spicy, but if you like pork belly give it a try Cute place! Love the atmosphere. Server seemed to disappear for most of the meal. But the guy clearing the table did a great job.

Have you been for brunch? It the answer is no, change that this upcoming weekend. The food was phenomenal. I went for a brunch with a group of women and we ordered quite a few dishes and nothing disappointed. A good surprise: the dates A classic: the potatoes!

Barcelona Wine Bar not only has great food but delivers a great experience of service and surprise! We came with a group of 10 and our waiter kindly recommended we do the $35/person tapas option. The servers brought out a surprise from the tapas list of 8 items! I was nervous it wouldn't be enough but all of us were very full after and there was leftovers! They brought 3 plates of each dish to our table to share. The food was soo good, my favorite was the potatoes bravas! I also got the sangria which was very floral and light unlike a typical sangria but I enjoyed. The wine list is great with variety of options for 3 or 6 oz. This was one of the highlights of my Nashville trip!

This is an amazing spot for all occasions! I would recommend making a reservation as it is usually booked up, but if you don't mind you can usually grab a seat outside or at the bar. The menu has a great selection of tapas, wine, and a few larger plates. Everything we tried was absolutely delish!! The food came out hot, fresh, and well timed. Unfortunately, we were so stuffed we couldn't make it to dessert, but the olive oil cake looked really yummy. We had excellent service from the staff throughout the meal who went above and beyond to make our experience special.

I can't say enough good things about this place! All the food is absolutely delicious! The Jamon and manchego croquetas are a must! My whole table devoured them! The bacon wrapped dates are also a personal favorite. The seafood pallea was delicious and had a good crisp to the rice! All the food came out pretty quickly and the booth seating was very nice and comfortable. All the wine selections I had were also very good. I would Highly recommend this place to someone who wants good tapas.

You might want get reservations if you are planning to eat here. Walking up you could see and hear the cool vibe. Outside dining was full, walked inside the bar was full! This place is Tapas style food, small plates meant to be shared. I like places like this so you can try several types for food. But first we started off with drinks. I had a Dos Peninsulas very good, and then a Bourbon Spice Rack also very good. Ok there were 5 of us, we asked the waitress to recommend 2 charcuterie & cheese boards. I forgot which ones she ordered, both were very good! For the small plates Asparagus, Hummus, Flank Steak, Albondigas, Spiced Beef Empanadas, Patatas Bravas, croquettes and Paella Mariscos for our big dish. I think we nailed it! Plenty of food. The Paella Mariscos had amazing flavor, a must have!!! Also they serve great bread!

Food 5/5 Lamb ordered medium - perfectly seasoned Ed and tender. Cauliflower was nestled ontop on a red sauce and very flavorful. Mussels were juicy and just right! Sangria (red) added a nice touch to our meal. Service 4/5 With reservations we still waited over 20 minutes for seating. This is high volume restaurant and everyone loves to dine here. Waitress Jennifer was nice. Ambiance 4/5 They could use a larger space. Waiting area is tight with high volume of patrons waiting for seating. Dim lighting makes it sexy and fun. I enjoy the vibe.

What a great vibe, with great food and drinks to match. The happy hour deals, especially the 50% off sparkling wine are undeniably great! My fiancé is vegetarian, and we had no trouble finding him satisfying options, including the cauliflower, asparagus, and patatas bravas, all of which were hits. I had the chicken thigh which was a HUGE hit for me, I need to know how to make that green sauce. The bikini was also fun and yummy! Even the crusty bread and olive oil hit the spot. Since we were celebrating my birthday, they brought out olive oil cake on a wooden plank with "happy birthday" written in chocolate. The personalized touch was very sweet and appreciated- we'll definitely be back for more celebrations!

Went in on a busy Saturday night. Our server was amazing. She was clearly super busy, but was sure to check in on us frequently and thank us for our patience (we did not have to wait long at all for service so really no patience needed). We started with the white sangria was was very light, but too sweet for me. There were two of us and we each got 2.5-3 glasses. The shrimp was amazing. I loved the garlicky oil they came in. Even dipped my bread in it. The bacon-wrapped dates were also incredible. They came on top of bleu cheese which I was nervous about, but it added the perfect touch to the sweetness of the bacon and dates. Also get the brussel sprouts! The sauce it comes in is amazing! Tangy and perfect with the sprouts. The meatballs were par for the course. The meat was spiced well and the sauce seemed to be a normal red sauce. The patatas bravas were classic, but a little dry for me. I liked the garlic sauce on top, but didn't like the red sauce it came on top of. At this point too I was pretty full, so the potatoes seemed really heavy. This would be a great place for a larger group, birthday, event, bachelorette/bachelor party.

First time and will be back. The selections of wine for the Sunday half bottle are so good. Our server made the whole experience worth the drive from Mt Juliet. She was personable and gave us amazing suggestions. Posting some of the pics.

I'm not sure you could go wrong with this place. Of course, they serve tapas (small plates). So order up the menu and split and share amongst your party. The drinks are really good and have 0 complaints about the food. Service here is very prompt. Everyone is very knowledgeable of the menu enough to give you good recommendations. Emphasis on GOOD. The manager here is super friendly and accommodating. Out of the several times I've visited I have yet to be disappointed. Grab your people and check it out.

Trendy tapas restaurant with a modern interior and more laid pack outdoor patio. I love the small bites tapas offers and this spot did not dissapoint! Service was great from start to finish and our waitress was super patient and kind in explaining things. We ordered: Patatas bravas Gambas Paella (seafood) Steak Asparagas salad Burrata Apertivo board Croquetas Honestly, everything was super tasty although I could have done without the steak (overcooked), burrata, and asparagus salad and tried something else. My favorites where the patatas bravas, seafood paella, gambas, and croquetas. A solid spot to go to dinner with friends, date night, or even solo dine at the massive bar. I want to try the happy hour and breakfast/brunch menu next!

Stopped in for some late night bites after visiting the coolest speak easy ever! We have a Barcelona back in Miami so we knew the type of food they offered. The ambiance was super cute and made for a perfect lounge night. The place is huge!!! Plenty of bar, indoor and outdoor seating. Service was great, but I didn't love our food. Maybe cause I'm comparing the quality to the one in Miami but it just seemed underwhelming for the cost. We ordered croquetas (which are really cheese balls), they were a bit watery not gonna lie, we also got a couple other tapas and the pork belly, which was very tasty! Probably my favorite dish. Plenty of wine bottle specials too. If you're in the mood for a night cap and tapas, stop in!

Went for a birthday dinner with a group of six and we had a really good time. My friends said it was their favorite dinner we had on our trip to Nashville. The service and food were both great. I was interested in the option of having our tapas chosen by the chef and our server, but some of my friends are particular about their food so we ordered our own tapas. If I go back I would order the sheep's cheese, apertivo board, crispy sweet potatoes, gambas, and olive oil cake. My friends also had the chicken thigh and said it was very good.

We opted to just grab tapas and didn't get a larger plate, but we were thrilled with the flavor in these. My favorite was the chicken thigh with aji verde sauce. It reminds me of a flavor I had when staying in Nicaragua. Service was incredible- server checked in with us regularly to talk about how we were feeling each dish, and they provided complimentary bread and olive oil. Restaurant is located in a cute area and the vibe inside is intimate and cozy. I'd return here. The price is really reasonable compared to other tapas restaurants I have gone to.

Recently came back here for a birthday dinner. Once you are seated and order food, it always comes out quickly. We loved the patatas bravas, meatballs, whipped sheep's cheese and so much more. We sat on the patio on a gorgeous day. Even with a reservation I usually have always had to wait 10-20 minutes after that time.

Always a good time at Barcelona! We love both the patio and the bar area vibes. The menu has seasonal changes and classic favorites, so it's both fresh and consistent. Our server Rachel was a breath of fresh air - providing suggestions that were spot on and making our night with kindness. The whipped sheep's cheese and skirt steak is a must order. The vegetable paella is great to share- order first! And so many fun beverage options. The management usually stops by to check on us. Nate let us know more about the restaurant and was helpful and charming. If you need a good girls night out or date spot- Barcelona has all the fun of downtown Nashville without the hassles. Plus- complimentary valet parking!!

amazing food and drinks but we made a reservation for 8:15pm and didn't get sat until 9:15pm. they said they couldn't do anything about it. wouldn't recommend if you don't have time to wait

Updating because I did finally get the full experience. YUM! This place was packed on a Monday night at 7:30. I thought it would be less packed and more open but it just shows that you always need a reservation here and thankfully we had one. All of our tapas were great. I especially loved the chorizo and fig dish - wow. Sweet and savory combo wins again. Some of the items were quite salty like the delicate squash and patatas bravas but I still enjoyed it, just needed to not eat as much. Wine selection is huge, but of course the two wines we wanted were out. I'll see that as a good sign and we were given two others to taste and ended up with a lovely bottle of red from the waitresses recommendation. Waitress was very patient and kind & also spoke Spanish with my date which was great (I don't speak it so this was awesome). The place is quite loud, and certain tables are so close together it's like you're in someone's dish if you try to sit/go to the bathroom, but other than that it's a lively spot.

I come back here every time I'm in town for a work trip. It's best to come with a group of people as there are so many tapas you MUST try them all. My favorite are the bacon wrapped dates, the brussel sprouts, and Jamon Manchego balls. We tried 10+ items and our least favorite was the shrimp as it was extremely salty, but everything else slapped. Service is quick and located on a cute little street!

I went to Barcelona recently for a birthday dinner with a group of 6 and had an alright time. To start off with the positive aspects, the restaurant is gorgeous and beautifully decorated with plants and nice dish ware used for serving. The servers were very nice and knowledgeable as well. On the other hand, we made a reservation ahead of time for dinner and still waited around 15 minutes for a table. Also, I think the food is very overpriced. They encourage you to get a bunch of tapas to share as a table (around 10 for our small group) and each small dish is around $10, plus they encourage getting the charcuterie board which is around $21 for 3 things on the board... The food was tasty and service was fast, but not worth the money at all in my opinion. Our favorites were the Patatas bravas and whipped goat cheese. Overall: nicer upscale place in Nashville but wouldn't recommend for big groups as it gets pretty expensive and overall the prices don't seem worth it to me.

It's rare to find a good tapas place. We came here on a date night and it was very elegant and delicious food. We had a friendly waiter who made the experience splendid. It gets pretty busy so be sure to make a reservation! Not much parking but it's in a residential area so you can park on the street. I've also seen valet out there as well!

Been here a couple times and always great ambiance and service. To make it even better, the food is always good too. I always think of this place for a birthday, date night or to grab some casual dinner. Love this place! There is a lot for parking across the street or some street parking if you're lucky.

Went here with a couple of coworkers for Happy Hour. I am not really a big drinker but I did have the Espresso Martini with Baileys. I would order it again. We had multiple different tapas , and a charcuterie board and it was all very good. It was nice to have a variety of options and not feel "stuffed" but satisfied. I'm home now searching for a place near me that may offer some of the same options. I'm definitely going to come back here next time I am in town Service was great, I don't remember the name of our waitress but there were at least 4 different people that had come to the table, to either refill drinks, clear plates, bring plates and see how our service was!!! You definitely won't be neglected in Service here! They were on top of it. We sat outside and it was looking like rain but it cleared up. They opened up the awnings and we enjoyed the atmosphere

This is my go to place for when friends are in town, when I want to celebrate an event or birthday or when I just want to treat myself! All the tapas are amazing, I especially love the seasonal shellfish and shrimp dishes but you MUST order the pork belly and empanadas and some Jamón to complete the experience! Amazing wine list and cocktails! Love this place!

We visited for the second time on Friday to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Vanderbilt. Carmen was our server and was so much fun! The food was excellent, as were the drinks. Thanks for a great celebration!

Perfect girl dinner spot. I love this for a get together with girlfriends to chat over small plates and drinks. Their sangria is amazing I've been twice so far and I love the food. Highly recommend. The bar is open seating so go at your own risk to try to snag some first come first serve seating.

We came to Barcelona last Sunday, for Mother's Day dinner, and the service was HORRIBLE! The atmosphere is beautiful, the food was good but Jake, our server, was very slow and didn't seem to care to be there. I noticed other tables seemed unhappy with his service too. When we go out, and pay A LOT for food, we expect decent service. I asked Jake over 4 times for more water, and another napkin. He was very slow to bring our food and drinks out, and it wasn't that busy. I've heard others complain about the service at this place so it's getting a bad rep ... too bad because it definitely has potential.

Cool place to pop into for wine and tapas. Not my first time there but first time to just belly up to the bar. Good cocktails and food as well enjoyable. The service wasn't as good as at a table which is different than normal. Wasn't very busy but did get that way soon after our arrival. I would pop in again if asked.

Barcelona wine bar is a go-to for my friends and I whenever we have birthdays or group dinners. It's so fun to go with a group. Not the most ideal for a party of two but still fun! Classic tapas and an extensive wine list- luckily your waitress or waiter will be pros when it comes to choosing a bottle of wine.

The restaurant was great, plenty of seating inside and out. The service was great as well. I love the tapas style - we ordered up to 7 dishes for 3 people and we were satisfied. We got the Brussels sprouts, the chicken thigh, whipped Sheep's cheese, patatas bravos, empanadas, kale salad, croquetas. We would order everything again except the kale salad. Definitely a great place for a large group so you can try lots of different things!

Barcelona Wine Bar is a restaurant & wine bar with multiple locations across the US. They offer a wide selection of wines, cocktails, small plates, entrees, and desserts. I visited the Nashville location while visiting friends today. It was super packed and the restaurant called for a 2-3 hour wait if you did not have a reservation so I would definitely book a reservation in advance especially if you want to come on a weekday. I ordered the street summer sling which was a vodka based cocktail that had lemon and grapefruit in it. It was super fresh and so good that I got 2 of them! We ordered a ton of small plates! Everyone came and got eaten quickly so I was unable to take any photos but we ordered the calamari, cauliflower, shrimp, chocolate cake, flan, pork belly, mushrooms, and a charcuterie board. For being so busy, everything came out quickly and was all relatively tasty! I enjoyed this restaurant and like the idea of a bunch of small plates to share. I'd totally come back and had a great time today!

One of the best wine bars in Nashville! They have a great wine list and great tapas. A big full service bar is a great option on busy nights, but they do take reservations which I would encourage on any night Thursday-Saturday. Service isn't always 5 star but the food and vibes make up for it.

Barcelona Wine Bar absolutely blew me away. Came in for dinner with my partner on a Monday evening and was really surprised they had reservations open. Our server told us that with football happening, and there being no tv's playing the game, less people have been coming in. Good for anyone trying to get seats here. The ambiance is dark, chic and industrial. The open kitchen gives you glimpses of the magic happening inside. The smell is incredible. Parking is easy either for free in any of the neighborhoods or there's paid parking in front (but I hear that they're real sticklers for parking time limits). The food here is so phenomenal. My personal favorite was the chorizo. It was so full of flavor and pro tip, save some bread to sop up all the various sauces that come on your dishes.

One of the worst restaurants in the city. Strictly made for white girls who want to post instagram stories and who subscribe to ozempic. If you spend $250 here, you will leave hungry. Any wannabe instagram influencers, this is the place for you! Not only was the food infilling, but our reservation was 45 minutes late!
