"Breweries may be a big trend in Waco now, but this is the one that started it — it is the longest-running brewery in town. Bare Arms introduces new brews regularly, so what’s on tap varies, but there are always IPAs, lagers, Pilsners, and ales with cool, unexpected flavor profiles." - Courtney E. Smith

"Right near the Gainses’ Magnolia Table restaurant find Bare Arms Brewing, a spot that bills itself as Waco’s first brewpub. Sip the Creekside, a super drinkable American lager, or perhaps the Nebulous Tart, a cherry-flavored Berliner Weisse. Be on the lookout for seasonal brews, too, like the Umbra, a brand new black lager." - Amy McCarthy

This was the best brewery we stopped at in Waco. Their flight gave us an opportunity to try several of their vast menu of varieties. Even their seltzer was great. The bartenders were friendly and helpful, and the tables were a comfortable place to chat over drinks. We stopped by twice in two days and will definitely come again the next time we're in Waco. The storefront has a large parking lot adjoining two main streets.

Bare Arms Brewing is the place to be in Waco! With a large selection of brews, plenty of seating, games to play and delicious grilled food, you can't go wrong. We started with a flight to find our favorites, ordered some food and then just sat back the rest of the night and enjoyed all the company of locals and visitors. The flights are generous so no problems finding a favorite. We also enjoyed a tour of the brewery where the owner gave us an in depth overview of the brewing process. With excellent service, food and brew, Bare Arms will always be at the top of our list of Waco hot spots!

Great brewery! Good selection and really nice staff! I'm not a seltzer fan, but they had a yummy one! (It was pink, I think their margaritas one? It didn't taste like margaritas, I promise!)

We walked in at 10:02 the cook was kind to us and cooked appetizers even though they stopped cooking at 10. We ordered a flight of beer to share between two people. The Arnold Palmer seltzer was my favorite! We had an impromptu tour of the brewery by the owner. It was neat to hear how he operates his brewery.

We landed on Bare Arms traveling through Waco and saw the excellent reviews. They did not let us down! With so many choices and diversity on tap my husband and I both loved our choices. We got the Brisket Mac’n Cheese, wonderful choice as well, which was so big we could have split it. Being the oldest brewery in Waco, we can see why they are still in business. They even gave us a collapsible bowl for our pups water! If they served breakfast we would be back in the morning 😂

Ever had a world class micro brew with the people who made it? Kevin, Jill and the entire staff at Bare Arms Brewing are a delight. I fell in love with the 35 Special, a Kölsch style lager. Lots of other choices if that style isn't your favorite. Ask the knowledgeable staff for help in determining your likely favorite. The food is outstanding too. Easy to find and should be a regular stop on all your Waco visits.

A great brewery offering good beer options as well as choices for non beer drinkers, like wine and non alcoholic beverages. A casual atmosphere with plenty of seating and a shelf of games to play. Can't decide? Get a flight!

Good brews and knowledgeable staff. Food sounded good, but as we'd recently ate, we didn't partake. I am interested in stopping again to try more of their beers and some food.
