Family Black owned restaurant. Food was absolutely amazing and delicious. The Creole mac n cheese has so much flavor. The ribs were juicy and fall off the rib. The shrimp and spinach rolls were delicious and unique. Antino made us feel so welcomed and made our experience 1000% better. Do not be nervous by the new look of the place (as of 5/2023) as they recently had their grand opening.

In town for a conference and found this gem while looking for seafood by the Hyatt Regency. This is a MUST to stop by for any visitors in NOLA!!! Beautifully plated food with excellent taste. If you like a little kick in your food, you have to try the potato salad. Freshly made and oh so delicious!!! Excellent customer service and amazing food! Don’t be fooled by google maps, this location on Poydras next to chick-fil-a is OPEN!

Found this place online before my trip to NOLA and staying at the Hyatt next door. Place looked like it was closed from the outside and it seemed deserted when I walked in. It was at least an hour before the place was scheduled to close so that was bizarre. Had the crawfish pasta that came with a catfish filet and it was delicious. Also ordered the praline cheesecake because they were out of bread pudding. Was kind of disappointed that they were out of bread pudding, but the praline dessert was pretty good. Seems they run out of items frequently which is bizarre… The only issue was that it came out along with the entree and melted before I could really enjoy it. Overall this place wasn’t bad, and I’d totally eat here again. All of my gripes are minor and I’d recommend this place to anybody staying at the Hyatt who can’t trek far for food.

Well i must say i enjoyed the fish. It was excellent. Perfectly seasoned. The potato salad was different than I'm accustomed to but when i ate it i loved that as well. Definitely come give it a try if you're in the area.

This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST jambalaya pasta I’ve ever had. It tasted like noodles and ketchup and they forgot the chicken. I’m not one to complain so I went with it. Our waitress Amanda was lovely and patient with our group. She was fast and efficient. We were there for Essence. I think we will not do this place again. Ever.

This place was lovely! It's intentionally and well decorated, jazz versions of popular songs play, the service is incredible, and the sweet tea is one to fight over! My family gave everything 5 Stars and I travel with a picky eater. The parmesan shrimp and fries is a must have appetizer! Only thing is the food is a little salty. I like salt, so I dkt mind, but if that doesn't suit you/your health definitely ask for light salt!

I came here for lunch. Was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I ordered the Barbecue Ribs with the Creole Mac&Cheese and bread pudding for desert. OMGGGG the ribs were falling off the bone, so tender and amazing flavor. Good amount of food for a lunch special and to top it off the bread pudding was probably one of the best I’ve ever tried. Definitely will be returning.
