The Best Kosher Restaurants in NYC | Eater NY

"This contemporary wine bar mounts a menu of antipasti, pastas, and wood-fired pizzas, restricting itself to the dairy side of the kosher menu, with some fish dishes included as main courses. The open kitchen allows you to see pizzas being made, which include the usual margherita topped with fresh tomatoes, four cheeses, mushrooms, a novel Greek pizza topped with tzatziki and black olives, and white pizza with habanero chiles for the heat-lover." - Eater Staff

We had the most wonderful experience at Basil Pizza & Wine Bar!!! We went to dinner at Basil right after we got engaged and from start to finish, the evening was absolutely perfect. Our waitress, Grace, was so kind, thoughtful and attentive. She went above and beyond to make our night feel extra special, surprising us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco (which we were even able to take home!!🤩) and a free dessert to celebrate. 💛 To make things even more memorable, my parents called the restaurant to cover our bill as a surprise and the staff handled it so seamlessly and graciously. We felt so cared for and celebrated! This was actually our second visit—we first came on Valentine’s Day and had an incredible experience as well. Basil has quickly become one of our favorite spots and we can’t recommend it enough. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is very nice and the service is truly top-notch. Thank you, thank you to Grace and the whole team at Basil for making our night so special. We will absolutely be back! 😍

We had a good time here… my wife, our daughter, and myself. They selected the Wester Ross Salmon and I went with the Tagliatelle Bolognese plus Meatballs. The place was quiet, clean, pleasant, and classy without formality or arrogance… VERY nice! The food was very good. They each boxed leftovers, something I’m not very practiced at. We would most certainly do it again.

We have been visiting this establishment since they opened, and it has consistently been a hit or miss. Now it's just a MISS. Food quality and portions have gone drastically downhill. The last time we visited, I wanted the salmon dish. It came out with a piece of salmon on a bed of rice. Nothing else. No vegetable was available. We were informed by the waitress that the new chef removed the vegetables from the menu. What culinary school did this person attend?! Another time, I had also ordered a gluten-free margarita pizza that was supposed to have a self rising crust. The crust was so hard it was difficult to chew or bite into. A thin layer of sauce, a few globs of mozzerella, tomato, and a few leaves of basil. I'm attaching a picture. My husband ordered ravioli and litterally had 5 pieces of ravioli on his plate. The salads are horribly skimpy, and lettuce does not cost much! The only thing this restaurant has going for it anymore is the outdoor patio. I can not recommend this establishment . They need to seriously up their game regarding meals served.

The mimosa flight was so good, they had cherry as one of the juices which was fun to try something new. All of the brunch food was so good too. The hangover cure was delicious and delivered on its name! (Or maybe that was the mimosas)

It's been quite a long while since I have been to Basil, however when 4 cheese tortillleni calls, you must answer!!!! So glad to see the pancetta was added back to the tortillleni! The strawberry 🍓 fields salad is so addicting!!! I am obsessed. And the brussels???? Umm.... I could order a truckload if I could!! Lastly, Evan..... I CANNOT say enough great things about Evan!! Kind, helpful, and such a caring server!!! Delivered my food with gusto, and precision!! Made my night 10x better with the great attitude!!! Will 100% come back!!! Thank you so so much!! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🌈

We rented out the entire restaurant for our son’s rehearsal dinner. It could not have been more perfect!! I worked with Brittny for months to plan the event and she could not have been more friendly and helpful. Planning a large party in Ohio from Maryland can be quite stressful but Brittny handled everything like a pro!! The food was over the top delicious. The chef (who I believe is new) came and spoke to us several times to be sure everything was perfect, which it was. He is extremely professional, a talented chef and has a great future ahead of him!! All in all I highly recommend Basil for a nice dinner or for a large event and for everything in between!! It’s a great place!

Google
Absolutely disgusting and foul. How can you sit there and call this slop pizza? First of all both pizzas were cold but the pizza being hot wouldn’t have helped the quality either. The burg had no sauce on it and was dry and hard absolutely no moisture or flavor. The Margarita pizza was burnt on top. Also, do you know how to clean your grill? The bottom of the pizzas were black and leaving horrible residue on our hands. Can’t believe we spent time and money on this.

Set the alarm in the other night to date night. Been trying to take her to this restaurant for a moment. Every time that I did she wanted to go to Ann arbor instead. So start off with we didn't have reservations so I was worried that it was going to take a moment to be seated. While we were waiting to be seated they were able to get drinks so I started off with an amazing refreshing espresso shot with a little cream to go with it. For dinner started off with a hippie bowl that was refreshingly tasty and crunchy next to that was a mean cheese tray that had funky cheese creamy cheese and amazing Italian salami. While I was eating I forgot to order my dessert before getting my entree told myself that I would finish it so the waitress came over and recommended the seasonal cannoli filled with creamy light peanut butter and morsels of chocolate chips oh my goodness tasty you really need to try this place out in Perrysburg Ohio

Yelp
We love Basil! We love their pizza and their wine!!!! It's our favorite Friday night date we often sit at the bar. I love their meatballs and pasta too! Also if you haven't tried it their brunch is AMAZING! Biscuit and Gravy Pizza!!! Also for my vegan friends they have a great menu that caters to all! The servers are always really good and well trained. It's a great spot!

Yelp
My bad. I consider Mike P our Toledo pizza expert. I usually read his review before checking out pizza spots. Last minute type deal after the comedy show. I did make a reservation. We arrived early due to the show letting out earlier than expected. The hostess checked us in and invited us to check out the bar. Bar has like 6 seats so not much to check out but in direct sight of the hostess when our table is ready. Decent wine list $9-15 per glass and a few craft beers. So now the wait begins. Its about 10 minutes past our reservations. I go back to the hostess n she look like she never saw me before. Said something about maybe they gave the table to a similar name. I told her if there's another Summer in here I want to meet her lol. No apology or anything. She just looked confused? Server was nice n knowledgeable. Unfortunately the best thing I had was the charcuterie. Nice selection of cheeses but a little pricy at almost $20 for a small plate. We got the primo pizza. Pepperoni sausage n mushrooms. Floppy falling apart pizza. Need a fork n knife to eat it. Toppings n sauce completely forgettable. Warmed some up when I got home to cook a little more n still forgettable. Servers box up your food. I personally prefer to do it myself for sanitary reasons but he had already grabbed the pizza n started. Is that what makes this upscale pizza? Now the disappointment with the credit card fee to use a card. If this was mentioned on their website or on the door I would have brought cash. Good server but I tip based on cost of my items, not additional fees added. My man refuses to eat the leftovers so off to the trash. Toledo has so many good pizza places here. Nothing special to see here.

Yelp
When you want a pizza with a little upscale. Delicious drinks are on the menu. Great appetizers for sharing. Great pizza combos, although I wish they were baked longer for a crispy crust. Nice table service and a good vibe. Worth a try.

Yelp
We come here every year when we visit friends. I have to say this time was good and bad. Our food was good , but my husband ordered the Santa Fe soup and the waitress brought potato leak saying " she didn't know they where out of Santa Fe" we go the honey whipped feta for an appetizer which came with lots of whipped feta ( yummy) but only four small pieces of bread. We asked for more break and where told it would be a. Additional $4.50 ( okay that's fine because we had all that whipped feta). However, my husband ordered the meatballs and when they arrived, guess what? They had five pieces of the same bread!! Why the waitress didn't tell us " you can have more bread for $4.50 or wait for your meatballs which come with the same bread" ?! I got the strawberry field salad and that was very good. For dessert we ordered the flourless chocolate cake.... It took almost 20 min to bring it out. We ordered it to go because there was a storm rolling and we wanted to get back to the hotel before it dumped rain. We almost left without the cake bet it shouldn't have taken that long! Overall the food is good , pricey but good.

Yelp
I've been coming here for years and have always loved it. Visit after visit was consistently good. My husband and I had a reservation for Saturday at 6:30. I requested a half booth seat in the back. The hostess sat us at the worst table in the restaurant. I reminded her I requested a seat in the back and she replied "so did a lot of people". There were two empty seats where I requested. I shook it off thinking they were going to use it for a large party. So we sat at the worst table. Five minutes later they sat two women there. Then we ordered the whipped feta appetizer. They brought 4 minuscule pieces of bread. I asked for more bread. They never mentioned an upcharge. We also ordered Margherita pizza. It arrived undercooked. When the bill arrived there was a $4.50 upcharge for a few pieces of tiny bread. One insult after another. We will not be back.

Yelp
Loved the crust! The pizza is quite good. Also had the Calamari & a 4-cheese ravioli that was excellent. The place is very loud, but as it was very busy I suppose that is to be expected.
google avatar

Charlie S.

Yelp
I choose this place with high score by yelp for dinner. House was pretty full but they had high table for me alone. In addition of my beer I ordered a Fried calamari for appetizer and Margarita. Just different foods from what I usually eat. The Calamari came but on marinara sauce and mayo on the Calamari. I want sauce on the side and no mayo on the top. I want control how much sauce depends on taste of sauce. Mayo killed all flavors of food. The Margarita looked good but this dow taste so plain without wheat and yeast flavor. Tomato sauce probably house made but too sour. Thus, looking great pizza but taste not. Such a great place and services but sorry just half the star because of the foods.

Yelp
I LOVE this restaurant. It has an amazing wine selection, great appetizers (the whipped feta dip is to die for and the charcuterie board is fantastic), fantastic salads (the strawberry salad. . OMG) and wonderful pizzas! (KEVIN BACON!) They also happen to have the best patio in the area. It is well shaded and covered from the sun but has a fantastic breeze that hits just right. The patio is well decorated and looks lovely. That being said, I am not really a fan of their brunch. I got crab benedict and for as much as I paid for it, I got practically hard boiled eggs instead of poached. It was awful. I had to send back the eggs and the rest of the food was cold by the time I got the eggs back.

Yelp
Great food - various menu options - great service! (I ordered the "primo" pizza). The server was nice and offered wine suggestions. Also, my server was great at allowing me to "take my time" ordering. If I am in this area, I will definitely come to this place again!
google avatar

Dave W.

Yelp
First round of drinks came out wrong. Fine. Pizza was ok, but dry, not enough sauce. Chef just stands and stares into the dining room at everyone. If you're doing that everything should be perfect.
google avatar

Terry W.

Yelp
I was surprised!!!! Very surprised !! This restaurant is excellent. We made reservations, got there a little early and was seated right away. Great wine list , they also have beer and a few liquor speciality drinks. I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and my wife ordered a 4 Cheese Tortellini. We split the order....wow the Tortellini was great. I over ate and usually I do not do that. The Tortellini was so good. I also ordered a glass of Cataclysm . The attendant was great in making sure we were happy with the food and comfortable. She was quick and attentive in this busy time. I would recommend this restaurant.

Derek R.

Yelp
The Prices are very good, the service is great. There's outside dining aswell and it is a nice area to be outside. The food is really good, there are a lot of options for pizza and appetizers. I've tried 3 different pizzas and each one was excellent

Yelp
Yum! We stopped in on the way from Michigan back to central Ohio. It was a long stop for a trip but so worth it. The mimosa flight was so good. I really loved the Cherry mimosa. They don't have a kids' menu specifically, but they were more than happy to adjust an adult portion for us! And the chicken and waffles was delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
Basic girl brunch? Yes, that is me. I am her. Basil is wonderful for bougie brunch, but you need a reservation. It's always packed and waiting for a table isn't fun, so yeah, give them a call. As far as cocktails go, I'm always a yes for cocktails. Their mimosa is lovely, but they always have seasonally special drinks on menu, so I highly recommend ordering from there. I had a strawberry mule that made my whole week. My friend ordered the huevos rancheros pizza, and it was huge, for sure a two person meal, with perfectly runny egg and crispy prosciutto. If I had to make any change to this dish, it'd be nixing the red sauce and instead doing something refried bean or enchilada sauce based. The tomato sauce was good but not quite fitting. The crab Benedict was delicious. Two crab cakes with perfectly poached eggs and the most amazing salt bacon and potatoes. It was artistry, and I love me a good presentation. I could eat this all day.

Yelp
My husband and I sat down for dinner at Basil before heading to a comedy show and had a great experience. First, this is nowhere near fine dining. I saw some reviews saying it was, so I felt the need to clarify. This is an upscale brick oven pizza joint. We orders the Waygu meatballs for a appetizer and they came out fast, hot, and tasty. They were served in a red sauce with slices of a baguette brushed with oil and seasonings on the side. The pizzas here are thin and have crispy crust. We ordered two pizzas to share, one Tropic Thunder and one Truffle Shuffle. The server grated fresh Parmesan over them at the table and we enjoyed them both. Our only gripes were that we felt the toppings could have been distributed better across the whole pizza so every slice had a little bit of everything, and the pineapple chucks could have been diced a little smaller since the crust was so thin. It didn't stop us from enjoying it, though, and we had more than enough to share with a few slices leftovers. I also ordered a glass of wine and thought they had a decent variety of wine options at various price points. The service felt quick for how busy it was, and the waitstaff worked together well to assure our needs were met (e.g. running food, clearing appetizer plates and unused one glasses, refilling water, proactively bringing a carry out box, etc.) Our bill was about $55 before tip. Of the dining options in the area, we felt this one provided good value for the price and quality of the food.

Yelp
Food was excellent and very fast service. I highly recommend any of the pasta dishes!!

Yelp
Nice ambiance pizza was good . Waitress was kind and attentive. In shopping area so tends to be busy .

Yelp
This was my first visit to Basil! I'll definitely come back. Vegan options were clearly marked, and the service was absolutely incredible! I had the vegan sliders off of the brunch menu as well as a strawberry mimosa mule.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch. The gnocchi was excellent, even if the portion size was a little small. The service was great, too, and the place was immaculate. they have no taps, but the bottled-beer selection is pretty good. I'd definitely return. On par with Rosie's Italian Grill, but probably better, as it has a more creative menu and more veggie/vegan options.
google avatar

Yelp
Great atmosphere and service! All is top notch. You can't beet Thierry wine bottle specials. Now I've only ever eaten the pizza and have never had a bad pie from here. I l honestly couldn't tell you how any of the other offerings are. They are always busy and packed wall to wall. I've never had bad service here and what you get is worth the price.
google avatar

Kent M.

Yelp
Really nice place and upscale atmosphere. A sparkly water and white moscato drink is sure good. Athena Pizza is beautiful..and amazing good. Hope I remember to return.

G S.

Yelp
They added a new credit card service charge. There is no notification prior to receiving the bill. This used to be my favorite restaurant and now I'll never return and neither should you.

Paul H.

Yelp
First of all long wait time after being seated, The staff guys and girls but mostly a skinny guy with a beard who was on his cell phone most the time. when ever i asked a question its like he snapped at me. so 30 mins goes by they finally bring us our drinks. i asked for ice in one of them didn't get it. ordered the food yand about 45 mins later it gets to us. toppings were scarce. bland taste no original spices i would have been better off getting a DiGiorno or Freschetta than over pay for pizza drink and to top it off rude ass service.
google avatar

Kelly S.

Yelp
After a long day we didn't really want to go out for dinner so I placed an online pick up order. Super easy placing it, took about 20 minutes. Located right in Levis Commons, just outside our hotel. I ordered the bruschetta, perfectly toasted garlic bread with a side dish of pickled heirloom tomatoes, balsamic vinegar ( nothing was soggy) side Caesar salad, with pumpernickel croutons, shaved Asiago. Everything was delicious. My mom got the spaghetti and meatballs, she said it was very good.
google avatar

Alexandra B.

Yelp
We went for Sunday brunch and had a great time. Food was good, as well as the service and drinks. However, we also ordered a pizza and it was pretty disappointing. Lack of flavor in both the crust and sauce, toppings were scarce, and size was small. The combination of these issues don't warrant the price of the pies. Would recommend trying their other stuff and steering clear of the pizzas!
google avatar

Susan W.

Yelp
My friend and I ate here twice during our stay for the Solheim Cup! Both times the meals were superb! First night we both had the scallops and sweet corn risotto! Words cannot describe this dish. The scallops were seared to perfection and the risotto was cooked great! Our server Steven was very friendly and answered our questions with professionalism. Mike the manager/sommelier was gracious and spent a few minutes talking with us. Second time we each had a salad and a pizza. My wedge salad was awesome! Friend had the Field of Greens, very good also. Pizza was Ace of Spades. Nice thin crust and cooked perfectly. I doubt I'll ever be back since I live in California but I highly recommend Basil Pizza and Wine!
google avatar

Richelle S.

Yelp
Nice ambiance and popular place. Was quite busy but service was still good. We had some wine, enjoyed the option for the wine flight. We got the gnocchi and a pizza. The gnocchi was a red sauce with vegan sausage cut up and pepperoni. It was good, nothing fabulous. The pizza we got was a mushroom pizza with vegan cheese and truffle oil. This has great flavor,l and loved the crust. Only issue was the pizza was seriously drenched in oil. Yes the oil was delicious but it was dripping, soaked in oil, and a puddle was left behind.

Karl F.

Yelp
Excellent food and cocktails. The Naan/ goat cheese appetizer is excellent. There pizzas are tasty and there's a wide variety.
google avatar

Minerva S.

Yelp
This place is amazing. Great food, wonderful service, and an inviting ambiance. My mother and I tried several items on the menu and they were all 5 stars: cheese pizza, charcuterie board, bruschetta, and baked Brie. Evie was our server...best server there. Paid attention to allergies and requests and an overall extremely kind and mindful individual.

Taylor S.

Yelp
AMAZING FOOD. Truly out of body experience when eating the four cheese tortellini and the Athena Pizza
google avatar

Yelp
This was not my first time at Basil Pizza & Wine Bar, but ya'll I've sleeping on their pizza! We decided to do pizza and apps for dinner and we loved the pizza! Specifically, the Kevon Bacon pizza. I think I'm spoiled now on other pizza places after having this delicious piece Of heaven. Our other apps were the small charcuterie board and the bruschetta. Dessert was strawberry shortcake and tiramisu. Excellent all the way around! The service was perfect too!
google avatar

Sharina J.

Yelp
Stopped here because we were literally passing by and it did not disappoint. I love the minestrone soup and salad I ordered. I tasted my mom's pizza and it was not my favorite because it was very salty. However I would give the pizza another chance. The wait was long for outside because it was a beautiful day but we were sat inside right away. The waitress had so many tables but her service was still good. I suggest stopping in if you're in the area.

Gena B.

Yelp
Was a great find.. and service was superb.. highly recommend and I will be going again soon. We had the tortellini and the Kevin Bacon pizza.. we thought the pizza could of used a little more sauce, but next time will ask for more sauce. But still really good.. our waitress was very attentive and the patio seating was perfect with a glass Of wine. The only thing lacking was a nice bread basket with these dishes.

Mishael T.

Yelp
Came here for dinner and loved it! Got two different pizzas and a starter and they were all great. Took home the extras which I rarely do. Will be back !

Yelp
Home for the holiday weekend, and my first time home in over three years, I met my best friend for lunch and she recommended Basil Pizza and Wine Bar. Located at the back of Levi's Commons, there is ample parking. We were seated right away at a high-top and I was surprised to see how busy the restaurant was. We each started with a glass of their delicious strawberry rhubarb sangria - so yummy! And for an appetizer we shared the baked Brie - again, so good. Melty Brie encased in delicate, flakey dough, topped with the most delicious, subtly sweet jam/spread. It was the perfect balance of sweet, salt, and savory. For our entrees, we both ordered the hippie bowl with chicken; quinoa, corn, kale, cabbage blend, avocado, tomato, (and much more), and chicken with a tangy vinaigrette. So fresh and delicious! Everything on the menu looked amazing - definitely a great place to grab a bite to eat, a drink, and enjoy your company and conversation.
google avatar

Mrs C.

Yelp
Sat outside on a beautiful Sunday morning for brunch. Great service and wonderful food. I ordered the sangria flight. It was $20 for 4 and fantastic value for money. I had a breakfast pizza - it was really delicious. Husband had a breakfast plate with bacon, cinnamon pancakes, eggs, and potatoes. All great but the potatoes were a bit gritty. Everything else 100%!

David L.

Yelp
My wife and I sent food back to the kitchen three times within an hour for food that was not cooked to a safe temperature. The kitchen appeared to be in disarray and the kitchen staff was more interested in their phones than sending out food that was properly prepared. I
google avatar

Cindi R.

Yelp
Kaleb was our server and he was excellent. We had some pizza with a gluten free crust. It was amazing!!! Typically you find gluten free or cauliflower crust brought in and frozen. This was HOMEMADE. We ordered the pepperoni but added sausage. I don't think anything here is "processed". My son goes to BGSU and this will definitely be on our go to list. Also love their humor! Sign for the bathrooms: men go to the left and women are always right!!!

Rosalind J.

Yelp
Traveling from Michigan, we chose to have dinner last night (our first time here) where we ordered salads: the Strawberry Fields and another salad that was not on the menu, but offered: it had mixed greens, diced apples, goat cheese, maybe raisins with a balsamic dressing; anyways both were really good. We ordered the Kevin Bacon Pizza (well done) that was extra delicious along with cocktails that topped it off! My husband as very picky with the salad selections and our server, Ashley, suggested it. She was both very pleasant and attentive. The manager, Hallie, stopped to ask about our dining experience and there was no word that would appropriately fit other than "Exceptional"! We ended our dinner with the Flourless Chocolate Cake [warm, gooey goodness topped with whipped cream]. Short wait time, nice ambiance, quiet, timely service, fair price, and worth the experience . Definitely will return. Thank you for helping to make our rare evening out very lovely!
google avatar

Dave M.

Yelp
Bright, clean, and open atmosphere. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Very creative and appealing pizzas. The Truffle Shuffle was the star with a wonderful umami flavor. The Four on the Flour was was also nice, but it could have used more goat cheese. All the pizzas have a healthy dose of basil, which gives a fresh herbal note.
google avatar

Anthony R.

Yelp
Visiting family in the area and they picked out this spot. Good social distancing at tables inside where we sat. Staff all had masks. Now to the food! Wow, the pizza was excellent! Being a Chicago native, the parents and I have high pizza standards. Everything was fresh and made in house; you can tell when you eat there. The gluten free pizza was superb!! Would go back again!!

Giovanni L.

Yelp
This is textbook "fine dining" that in reality is such poor quality. Spaghetti and meatballs has to be one of the easiest things to make and they seriously under cooked my meatballs. Also the portion size of the spaghetti was able to fit in the palm of my hand I am not even joking. Even the pomodoro was extremely mid, terrible tangy taste. I am amazed they messed up SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS, how on earth. Lastly and most braindead thing was to not tell me there is pork and lamb in the meatballs. Do they realize some people can't eat that stuff? Whatever I'm never coming back here.
google avatar

Marco R.

Yelp
Pizza, pizza, pizza we all know I love pizza this is your fancy still restaurant with delicious types of wine. Great servers and good food. The pizza for me is a bit on the greasy side but the flavor was there. Wine of course couldn't go wrong with the the Decoy. Definitely try this place and let me what you think.

Mary S.

Yelp
Food is always high quality. Staff is friendly and efficient. Always busy but worth a short wait.
google avatar

Rachna P.

Yelp
Great spot for date night or even a girls night out! Came here with a friend and we were seated immediately! The inside was absolutely beautiful and if the day is nice they also had outdoor seating (wish i had gotten pictures to share). Lots of different options from pizza to salad to pasta to full entrees. I got the truffle shuffle pizza and it was delicious! My mouth is still watering! While the food is amazing, i would say it doesn't taste the same when you get it to go, especially the pizza. Would definitely recommend going to dine in over take out!
google avatar

Yelp
This is my first time here but the people I went with swear by this place and now I see why! The overall ambience was smart casual and when you walked in the whole place smells very fresh and has an inviting seating layout. We waited 45 minutes for our table of four people with an outside table. So we sat at the bar and had a drink. I chose to get the raspberry fizz cocktail, it was delicious being that it combined it raspberries and Prosecco and was not too sweet for a fruit drink. I had the Siracusa pizza for dinner and added some chicken. This was a good savory pizza that was filled with flavor. Overall this was a great dining experience and I would recommend anyone to go there.

Chris Q.

Yelp
The first two times we went to Basil's pizza & Wine the food was outstanding, the service was good. This time the pizza was garbage. The crust was puffy and burnt on the edges. The center of the pizza dough was raw. The amount of cheese covered 50% of pizza. The margarita pizza was so bad I should have sent it back. The sauce was so scarce it only made it half way from the center to the crust and was baked dry. Again super small amounts of cheese and 6 individual pieces of topping on 8 slices (how pathetic can they get?). The appetizers were decent. The service was just ok. I never got a refill on my Coke or water and the drinks sat at the bar a while before they made it to the table. There are a lot of good pizza places around Basil's is not one of them anymore. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO BASIL'S. So sad it was special before.
google avatar

Nicole O.

Yelp
MUST STOP!!!! if you are a fan of wood fired pizza, this place is amazing! We were in from out of town and reviews lead us to Basil! We had a mushroom pizza, salad and the meatball appetizer. The flavor in the pizza was spectacular and the atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming!

Yelp
Cute spot for Sunday brunch. They had live music. Thought the food was pretty good. The portions aren't huge- but it's perfect for a brunch sized meal.
