We went in last night after a devastating day, it was almost closing time but yet we were still greeted by a beautiful smiling young lady named Summer. She had no idea what the impact of her kind, and patient personality made on us in those moments. Was rarely go to chains due to the lack of customer service, and poor quality- this was a complete opposite experience. Thank you Summer for your top notch service, suggestions and as many samples as we wanted ;) My tropical and nutty coconut was divine, hubby didn't complain either. Don't lose that joy for anything you put your mind to!

Order a cake 2 days in advance only to receive a call 33 minutes before scheduled pick up letting me know nobody made my cake and they were out of the ice cream I ordered. They offered to make a cake with another flavor ice cream or give me a cake with the same ice cream flavor but not the same cake. Or the design I chose. It was the fact that I was told they have no cake decorator on Monday's and the Sunday decorator didn't make it.i did get a cake but will not order here again.

Disappointing experience. The employee’s shirt was soaked with sweat and had holes, which felt unsanitary. He stopped us mid-order to finish an online order, even though we were the only ones there. The ice cream looked like it was melting in the coolers. He apologized for being the only one working, but I wouldn’t return to this location.

The clerk whipped her hair and went in my Ice cream tried to get a refund and they didn’t know how. They didn’t even have a manager, please if your the owner reading this please get back to me I need a refund because your employees are not trained and not wearing hair nets.

They closed early i was there at 9:53 and the black haired girl and blond kid were prepping or something with shairs against the door...

Went to this location and got a banana royale only to get home to find out there was hardly any ice cream. I called to complain to the manager and was told you only get 2.5 ounces of ice cream with the banana royale for over $8 and prices are going up next week. I have been going to this location for years and never had this experience and will not be returning.

They have some amazing flavors and service was prompt and very helpful to let me sample some of the other flavors that they had to offer at this location. I think Dairy Queen has some pretty good competition on their hands 🙌

Open sign off at 9:30 on on September 16 th 2021. Had to go to brusters cream. You loose business when I feel uninvited and no one is in the building with an open sign off. 🙄 I have not had 31 Flavors in years .

Important to note that with almost all ice cream/frozen yogurt places, it's always much cheaper to get the take home options. For example, at this place sells 3 scoops for $8 but a take home quart is $10-$11. What I love about this place is that the manager said that we can put as many flavors as we wanted inside a fresh packed quart. Most places will be a lot more limiting in what you can take home. As such, I got to take home 3 different flavors from cherry, pumpkin cheesecake, and world class chocolate. What makes this place stand out is the vast amount of fun flavors they have. While most other places have 12 or less flavors to choose from, this has 28 flavors thus encouraging repeat visits. The service was amiable and attentive enough. Definitely come here if you're feeling adventurous with ice cream. My take home quart cost me $11.78. This is great considering another place charged me around $17 for similar quality ice cream.

I've worked right next door I've never had an experience like this in not upset that the ice is melted it's the fact that this is what it looks like with four pieces of banana I'm so shocked. I won't be ordering from here again.

Do not order a birthday cake from this location. I was supposed to get a pancake cake and this blob of garbage is what I got. I believe they have a child doing their cakes at this spot.

Came in the other day, bought a couple of cappy blast, they are still supposed to be on sale and was charged full price :( it's bad enough prices have gotten so high!! Please let your staff know to make sure sale items are at the correct price.

When I arrived, this location was pretty quiet. I liked that because that meant that I could get served promptly. There were many different ice cream flavor choices - so many it made it difficult for me to choose from. For those who want sorbets, they also had some sorbet flavors, which don't include milk. I like milk-based ice cream. Sometimes I go for their strawberry cheesecake, which has little pieces of cheesecake in it. This one is cheesecake flavored ice cream loaded with cheesecake pieces and tied up with a nice little ribbon of strawberry. This time I went for their gold medal ribbon flavor. As they say, Go for the Gold with this Baskin-Robbins original. They take creamy vanilla flavored and chocolate ice creams and swirl in a caramel ribbon. You win the prize with every mouthful! The service was quick and efficient. The ice cream was of course, delicious! Here are the ingredients if you are interested: Cream, Caramel Ribbon [Corn Syrup, Sweetened Condensed Whole Milk (Milk, Sugar), Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Butter (Cream, Salt), Propylene Glycol, Sodium Alginate, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Soy Lecithin, Baking Soda, Annatto (Color)], Nonfat Milk, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Whey, Chocolate Liquor and Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Stabilizer/Emulsifier Blend (Cellulose Gum, Mono and Diglycerides, Guar Gum, Carrageenan, Polysorbate 80), Natural and Artificial Flavor, Beta Carotene (Color).

We stopped by Baskin for some quick ice cream. The shop was clean and plenty of yummy flavors of ice cream. They have an assortment of cones and different sundaes, shakes and specialty items to order. I really love they have 31 different flavors of ice cream which means the whole family finds a flavor they want. Generally we try to support small businesses first but Baskin is a good choice when needed. We got the flavor of the month which was Beach Day. It's blue salted vanilla with Carmel filled sea turtles and Graham cracker sand. Yum! The America's birthday cake was strawberry and cake flavored ice cream with cake pieces and blue whipped cream. The ice creams were great and everyone enjoyed!

Smelled delicious, fresh cones and friendly staff. With this heat, every time I leave the house I need to stop for a cold sweet treat. Strawberry ice cream in a waffle cone for the win!! It's also National Ice Cream Month, what are you waiting for?

Customer service was great last night! Got my order done quickly and employees were polite. Only problem I had--I got a scoop of Oreos n Cold Brew and could taste another flavor mixed in as if the scooper wasn't cleaned properly. I used to work here so I know the scoopers must be rinsed off in between orders. Other than that everything was great and I would visit again, thank you!!

Ordered a unicorn cake and it looked like the cake was a diy project, ugly colors not what the picture showed baker didn't come out made the kiddos working the register take the heat she should be given, the cake wasn't even ready on time. Will not be ordering cakes here anymore.

My family arrived approximately 6:15 on Labor Day. There were three groups ahead of us and the people kept coming in after we arrived. There was one person behind the counter and she was busting her butt to get everyone their ice cream. She was friendly but we could tell she was under a bit of stress being the only one there. Let me also mention that a young lady shouldn't be in a store alone and shame on the owner for putting her in this position having to work the counter alone and also for safety reasons. Tatum is an amazing employee and look forward to seeing her the next time we visit.

Yummy ice cream and so many flavors it's so hard to choose but I'm so happy I went with my Jamoca and Pistachio. This location is very clean and everyone is so sweet! I do want to say I think because the ice cream is really fresh it does melt extremely fast! Maybe it's also just the Arizona heat! I also love that they have fresh cakes for any special occasion.

I was greeted by the two sweetest and helpful ladies this evening! HALLE & MIKAHALYA. The service was astounding and such a pleasurable experience! Thanks ladies! Oh, and the ice cream was delicious!

I always look forward to a set down with my favorite ice cream after a long day at work. Elijah and Abigail are very quick on my order and make it fast and as how was my day. The shop is always clean and organized. I love have my ice cream, because I can!

Their big advertisement is "Custom Cakes in 24 hours!". Not! The absolute minimum they give you is 48 hours, and you're extremely lucky if they don't cancel it on you.

For some reason, it's one of our favorite place to eat ice cream. So many options to chose and go for other varieties. Shakes are our favorite here.

I've went to this place for years. Went and there seems to be new owners. I always get the hand packed quart if world class chocolate. They usually put it on the scale to make sure the weight is correct. This time what seems to be the dad told what seems to be his son something in a different language while his was packing it. The son never put it on the scale one time. Sad cause this was the good baskin Robbins. Wont be going back there again. husbands was filled less but he already started eating it before I could get a picture

Dropped by this Baskin-Robbins on a weekday around 3:00 pm. There were a few people inside, but not much of a rush~ Yay for short lines! I tried out a couple of samples, but ended up grabbing a small chocolate milkshake because I was just in the mood for a nice ice creamy drink. The employees behind the counter were really helpful and had some great suggestions/recommendations. My shake came out great and my friend's Snickers ice cream was delicious as well. Overall, a great place to drop by if you want some ice cream to be the heat~

Tried calling to talk about an order from a California number late the night before pick up. The message wasn't clear about why they couldn't figure out the order. Get there and got the wrong size cake handed to me without writing on it. When I told them it was the wrong size and there is no message they seemed very confused about the order. Miss spelled congrats with congraats then miss spelled foreman with forman. Tried to leave off the last line saying it wouldn't fit.

This location used to be our "go to" ice cream place. But the inconsistency of the new staff and how small the scoops are have changed our minds. We now go to their other store.

Love taking our girls here, all the assortment of flavors. This place has been here for years. It's nice to have a good ice cream place near by...can't go wrong with ice cream...well maybe lol

Ice Ice Cream baby! This place is clean and although the line was long, our wait wasn't too bad. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I had the banana royale sundae and the banana was perfect and he was quick to put it together and cut up the fruit. This sweet treat is probably a good size for two, but who wants to share...not me! I'll be back soon!

Love the speedy service. Ice cream is delicious. The place is always clean. Workers are very friendly.

Seeing some negative reviews and that surprises me as we go at least a month to this location for many years and the kids working always seem so very friendly, recognizing customers when they come in the door and always very pleasant.

We went in here thinking we were just going to order 1 scoop of ice cream on a cone and go home. We placed our order and the woman in line in front of us moved and there was a sign posted about Ice cream sandwiches. I asked the girl behind the counter is it too late to change my order? She said No. and I asked her about these Ice cream sandwiches and she said they just started making them today it was on Sunday Night. So my cousin and I ordered Dark Chocolate chip cookie sandwich with Mint and chip ice cream. Oh my god.... You all have to try these sandwiches! They warm the cookie and place the ice cream in between and it so delicious. I been thinking of it ever since I want another one! The place was clean, The Ice cream was stocked and the staff is friendly cant complain!

The young lady Mariah was extremely helpful after going to a previous store and having an extremely stressful and disrespectful interaction. Mariah was very nice and willing to take the time to help myself find the perfect cake for my birthday! I even asked if she could write on the cake and she did a wonderful job and I am excited to enjoy this beautiful cake!!

Me and my boyfriend went to this store tonight and I were very disappointed. We Didn't have a masks so we were going to ask if they had any disposable ones, but before we could even do that the girl working there told us we needed to put on a mask. So my boyfriend walked to the car and searched for a mask and only found one so I stood outside. In the mean time 2 other customers walked in with no masks and she didn't say anything to them. I am completely understanding of the masks, but you can't confront just one person you have to confront everyone. My boyfriend mentioned that to the employee and she said "well they only got one thing" even though both of those customers were in there for like 5 minutes. Anyways after that while they were making our order they were talking bad about us loud enough so we could here them. Very poor customer service and We won't be going back.

So we ended up at this location because the 76th Avenue location had no chocolate mint chip. I paid and extra $1.10 to have it hand packed because the containers in the freezer were all frosted over. The people at this location were more courteous. I swear every time my family and I go into a store that is empty or nearly empty, it's full by the time we leave......why is that!

Sunday afternoon, around 3pm, "rush hour" the staff of 2 did a great job of keeping everyone moving and not rushing through tasting/samples. Friendly smiles and quick work made this a pleasant experience. We like to sit outside on the iron tables to enjoy our treat. Not super comfortable, but that keeps you from lingering. It's a good place to walk to with your dog, as you can just tie them to the post outside and still have complete view of them from the long clean windows that surround the space. Go get yourself a treat! This is a good place to do it!

My husband and I live in the nearby neighborhood. We went in with no masks at 6:20pm, the only customers there. The high school age girl told us we needed masks. I told her we are following CDC guidelines that state no masks for vaccinated people. She said that it is owner request and would not serve us. We left without incident and will not return.

We went on July 31st for their special price. Great service even though they were swamped, and of course it tasted great! Steve

The worker wouldn't take my order because she said they were closed 10 minutes before they actually closed!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And by the way she had her AirPods in when she was serving customers!!

Craving our favorite ice-cream, we came to get our usual. I love their Jamocha on sugar cones. My eldest got her Daiquiri Ice. Number 2 got her Wild and Reckless. Hubby got his Rainbow sherbert. My son tried the Patriotic Pop which had the colors of the USA flag or a Bomb Pop. We all tried a lick, and the sherbert was delicious. Way to go B-R for creating a special flavor to celebrate our Independence Day!

I will never understand the general yelper. Rate accordingly. The workers are paid minimum wage and the prices are fairly inexpensive. Remember that as you go into an establishment that's filled with kids. I don't expect 5 star pizza and an intimate setting by going to Peter piper pizza and I wouldn't expect that here. I expect average ice cream for a decent price. If you want a super clean gourmet gelato go to "The Grateful Spoon". It's the best gelato I've ever had but you're gonna pay a little more.

Good service even with their limited capacity. Generous servings. Courteous staff. Glad they have dairy free choices as well, since not all shops do. Made for a nice family ice cream treat.

Asked for a milkshake and I made sure to tell her I like a thicker consistency. It was very runny. They re-made it and it was the same. Both occasions I made sure to explain that I like more texture in my milkshakes. Ended up getting a refund. Crystal was super nice and helpful. The other girl that made both milkshakes seemed upset at the situation. The solution was simple just don't blend the milkshake for that long! Frustrating.

How does one screw up an ice cream eating experience? Well, this store certainly did. We went to the store on Monday, March 16th at about 7:00. The place was absolutely filthy and the teenage staff did not seem to care. The floor had at least 20 ice cream spills that had been walked over for a long period of time. We did not touch the tables when we sat down because all of them had ice cream globs and dribbles. The windows were littered with splatters and overall nastiness. Gross. The outside sign was not lit, making the place harder to find, but that could be because the owner was renaming store to Baskin-Robbins 25 flavors since at least 6 flavors were not in the freezer. I asked the male worker what flavors were dairy free and he had no clue. On a positive note, the Gold Medal Ribbon flavor was excellent. Regardless, we will never visit this location again.

I love this. Been going here since I was 3. Great ice cream place. But the one problem I have is my server Isabella. She had terrible service. She would walk away as I was taking my order and in the end she messed up my order. If you ever happen to go here, avoid getting Isabella.

While we finished our 2 scoops, Victoria and Hannah served about 20 patrons nonstop, efficiently and pleasantly. Bravo young ladies!

My wife and I used to go to this store regularly and decided to try it again last night (10/3/19). We went into the store which had no customers and two workers. Each of the two girls prepared our order: my wife ordered a banana Royale and I ordered a three scoop sundae. When we received the treats, we were both surprised how small each of them were, with neither one coming to the top of the cup in which it was contained. This disappointment became even deeper when we left the store and realized that the hollow scoops we were served were now melting and barely filled the bottom of the cup. While we understand the importance of portion control in order to ensure adequate profit margins, the undersized servings we received during this visit were disappointing, to say the least. We love Baskin-Robbins and we go to stores everywhere we travel, but we have never received service as terrible as this. We will not visit this store again and we recommend no one else does, either.

Ice cream is ice cream in my opinion no matter where you go, so when I want an ice cream break while at work I'll make a stop here. Only problem is the customer service is so-so and the employees definitely like to take their sweet time serving you (no pun intended).

Unacceptable. No restroom for PAYING customers. Or maybe just not for customers that look like me. We usually go to a different Baskin-Robbins, and it allows customers to use the restrooms. Staff told me to walk all the way across the parking lot to Padre Murphy's. Really? Is that where THEY go to the bathroom? Why would I go there when I'm a PAYING customer at Baskin-Robbins?!!!

Not very efficient staff. I called to order a birthday cake for my autistic daughter. I had to call 3 times in a period of an hour. Then got cake ordered. I ordered a princess cake but later that evening another employee called to make sure that the previous employee had taken order correctly and she had not! So he corrected it. Next day I go in with the very unclear email for their Birthday club and because I didn't print it off the employee wouldn't take $3.00 off the $42 cake nor would she give my autistic daughter a free birthday cone. Really?? It was her birthday. I'll never be back. Poor attitude and kept putting things off on the manager that wasn't there.

Clean, friendly, and always has my favorite flavor! The staff is super nice and accommodating.

It has always been a good experience coming to this BR. Always great service and ice cream!! We have come on multiple occasions, and it's been the same great service and ice cream!

Very expensive ice cream, if you are looking for a full scoop this is not the place to go. The parking lot is always full because there is a bar and gym in the same area. The staff is a bunch of young kids who could really care less about the customer. I used to love coming here since it's been there forever. The self serve yogurt places are going to put the old school places out of business someday.

No public restroom for a 6 year old that had to go super bad and no high chairs! We will definitely go to our normal baskin Robbins at 78th and bell in the future. This one was closer from where we were coming from....but, big mistake!

I'm a big fan on baskin Robbins so when I moved up to phoenix I was in love that there was one so close to me. I love the staff here, always so kind and patient - not just with me but with other customers mainly haha

As often as I have been here, I have only checked in couple of times and I have never written a review. Interesting. The staff are always super friendly and the ice cream is great. I mean it is Baskin-Robbins, how can you go wrong. I do wish it wasn't so expensive to get ice cream these days. I mean really, $2+ for one scoop? It just isn't like it use to be back in the day. Oh well, it will not deter me when I have a need, a need for some jamoca almond fudge ice cream! lol!

I like this store but some of the staff are a little unhelpful or confused. I have been overcharged and apparently they charge extra for cones if they are "on the side." Really? They do have good flavors at this location but avoid it on the 31st of any month. I was overcharged somehow and ended up paying way more than $1.31 per scoop tonight. Get your act together guys...
