"Between the stunning dining room and the expertly executed French classics, Batifol has become a fast favorite in Kendall Square. Such a cute French Cafe with delicious food! Everything we ordered was superb! The cocktails were not great, though.

Google
Had high expectations, maybe too high? The cocktails were good, muscles were salty, chicken was bland, and we found a piece of foil on the potato gratin. The gratin was replaced although the replacement took 30 mins to be served. The basque cheesecake is worth a try. Atmosphere and interior is lovely.

Me & a friend came in on a Sunday (06/23/24) for the unlimited steak & frites. I got the Femme Fatal cocktail as well. Steak was amazing; we were asked how we would like it cooked (we both did medium rare); good portions. Our main male waiter was kinda rude/indifferent, but the other male & the two female waitresses were good. We got frequent water reviews, adequate frites refills, & the steak refills came frequently enough at request. The secret sauce really enhanced the steak. Friend & I left stuffed. We would return for this experience.

Popped in here for lunch, solid meal. French onion soup was interesting, the onions almost seemed sweet. Wasn’t a bad thing, just was different or it could have just been that batch of soup. Got the burrata sandwich, very good combo of flavors, was served warm which I was not expecting, big fan.

Glad I finally tried this great French restaurant in Cambridge. Loved the vibe of the room, and many dishes were well executed and delicious, although a bit under salted. Escargots were garlicky and fresh with parsley but had to sprinkle with some salt. Monkfish over polenta was a nice entree, and my son's steak frites were cooked perfectly. Definitely try the cheesecake and creme brulee. The service was a bit slow with our apps and entrees coming out at the same time. Room was filled so it was a very busy night. I would go back another time with some friends to try some other dishes.

We had our wedding at Batifol, with ceremony next door at the bakery. It was literally the most amazing experience. The Batifol team was extremely responsive, organized, and executed everything perfectly. The food was amazing - all of our guests said their Salmon and steak were cooked perfectly! And they allowed dietary changes for guests with all different kinds of restrictions (vegan, gluten free allergies). 100% recommend any day of the week. I also love their brunch and dinner menus. And If you want to have an intimate event, their event coordinators are out of this world!!! Thank you all for making out day so perfect!

Google
The atmosphere of this restaurant will transport you to a trendy Parisian Cafe. They have done a great job decorating this restaurant and even the seating makes you feel like you are people watching on Paris. The food was very good and the French onion soup is unique and very tasty. I would recommend getting it. We had a croque Monsieur which was good as well. The fries are very crispy too. I wish they would have included some kind of dipping sauce and when we requested some from the waiter, it never arrived.

We decided to try Batifol for the first time since they have advertised 'Bottomless Steak and Frites' on Easter Sunday. So I figured it should be good since this event is not the first time they have done it. I ordered a dozen oysters ($1.00 each), and that was good. The drink was not bad as well. The steak and the service that really end up getting 1 star. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing or didn't have a clue that the event is Bottomless Steak. I expected the steak to keep coming. They delivered the steak in small batches with an average 15-20 minutes in between. They bring the Frites no problem. After 2 hours, we gave up and ended up leaving, even not being full. Not satisfied at all with the service.

Yelp
Outstanding service and delicious food. Our server was so helpful with our dietary restrictions. She was funny and just lovely! I'll be back when I'm in Cambridge next.

Yelp
A cozy, French restaurant nestled outside of Kendall square. Very family friendly. We came for the 2nd all you can eat steak frites Sunday. It was packed, we arrived 15 minutes before our reservation but were seated right away. For the unlimited steak frites, you pick the temperature of your steak and it comes with fries and herby mayo sauce. Fries and herb mayo were delicious. The fries were abundant and were coming out hot from the kitchen. Perfectly salted and fried. The herb mayo/aioli thing was delicious, unfortunately it was not as free flowing as the fries, we only had some for our first round of steak and never saw it again. The first round of steak was not cooked to the temperature we requested and the cuts had a lot of fat/gristle. My husband and I asked for medium well, it was undercooked. Our 6 year old asked for well and it was burnt. The second round however was perfect, perfectly cooked, beautiful tender cuts. But, not a drop of the herb sauce. Dessert was phenomenal. The prices seemed a little steep, but the portion was huge, 3 people could easily share the crème brûlée, definitely worth the price. Order it, you won't be sorry! There were a few hiccups with service but I think this was due to being only the 2nd time they did this and the fact that it was a full house. Our server was lovely and so kind, attentive with our child. Overall, the experience was well worth the $37 per person (excluding dessert). I know once they work out the kinks, it will be phenomenal. I didn't get any pics because we were enjoying the ambiance and experience. Absolutely recommend.

Yelp
Fine dining presentation, vibe, and price I'm pretty satisfied with all the dishes, drink, and overall experience. I want to come back during happy hour

Yelp
A nice very nice place for a lunch meeting. We went on a Thursday and didn't have problems to reserve a table and when we arrived a few minutes early, were seated immediately. It was nice that the sound level made a conversation possible. A strong contrast to the want-to-be trendy places. French lunch has to start with Pernod. We both chose steak and frits. My friend medium and I medium rare. What we got was more on the well side, but still okay. Despite the meat, we opted for a bottle of muscadet. Very yummy. My desert, Basque cheesecake was delicious and required an espresso. Our cordial choice was Calvados, which made the rest of the day a little less productive. I definitely will return to assess the kitchen again.

Aditi D.

Yelp
I went here with my coworkers for lunch and got the Croque Monsieur which comes with an Oven roasted ham & cheese sandwich with bechamel and you can add a fried egg. It's a French bistro in Kendall square and it was on my list ever since I've tried other restaurants owned by the same group. I went to PRB Boulangerie to try the trending "crookie" and Marseille a famous brunch spot in South End!

Adam C.

Yelp
Overall, Batifol is a very pleasant French cafe to have dinner. Really enjoyed the outside seating but the decor inside is quite nice also. I had the lamb shoulder which was tender but lacking in flavor. However, I enjoyed the polenta that came with the meat. Staff provided quick service and the manager made room for the many outside requests on a beautiful day. The bread at the beginning of the meal was very fresh.

Joanie L.

Yelp
It was pretty good overall. Service would fluctuate a bit between attentive and forgetting about us but we did appreciate being told that oyster happy hour was still on. The gin cocktail was nice but I feel like the pretty rose shaped ice cube both made it hard to consume and took away some actual drink cuz it was added so much weight. The roast chicken was delicious along with the mashed and garlicky spinach. Prices are ok, maybe a couple bucks too high. A hot baguette would have been nice but no one likes to give bread anymore. I'd prob come back but not rushing.

Bridget L.

Yelp
Came for brunch. The waitress recommended the croque monsieur and I was like "ok sounds good." She proceeded to bring out this prosciutto croissant, to which I was like "uhhhh that's not what I ordered." And she was so confused even though she literally told me what to get. But this looked tasty so I just ate it anyway, and indeed it was very tasty (thanks waitress for the mistake!). The croissant was nicely toasted, and you really can't go wrong with prosciutto + burrata. The fries were like McDonald's fries, neither good nor bad imo. I came back for dinner a while after. The dinner menu is way overpriced, and everything is lacking flavor. The coconut curry daurade was hard to finish, as it was just a huge slab of uninteresting fish.

Hasan K.

Yelp
Four of us went for brunch - the first time for three of us. Each person ordered different dishes: Salad Nicosia (good), steak tartare (a small serving and somewhat unexpectedly not mixed), Croque Monsieur (reasonably good), a salmon eggs Benedict (probably the best dish of the lot) and French fries. The place is well designed and comfortable. Our server was pleasant and efficient. I would come back to try the dinner menu which looks good.

Julie P.

Yelp
We came here for HH oysters and they were nice and cold, delicious, and tasted super fresh. I believe the limit is 20 oysters pp. We also tried their drinks and my favorite was the passionfruit mimosa. Its $18 but you also get a side car of champagne! Will definitely come again next time I'm in boston. Staff was also super friendly even though our group ordered sooo many oysters

JacksonTyler G.

Yelp
The food was good and the service was great no shortage of water. The all you can eat steak was good but I wasn't a big fan of the sauce. The ambiance was not great though there were two people who worked there playing with a tennis ball and disrupting the ambiance. The music was basically your average scrolling through TikTok sounds and was not authentic French at all.

Kevin L.

Yelp
I'm hovering between 3 and 4 stars for this place. Mostly I really like the staff and the drinks, but I've had a few occassions where the food was not up to snuff. I'd say Batifol is one of the better places in Kendall to visit. The bartenders are all really knowledgable and it's one of the few places I've seen with such a wide array of French aperitifs and liqueurs, such as Suze, Green and Yellow chartreuse, Pastis, etc. They also carry a ton of Italian stuff, like Cocchi Americano if you want a proper Vesper. Pierre's one of the most approachable and friendly bartenders I've met, and makes an excellent cocktail. I just wish that they would incorporate more of these unique liqueurs into their main menu. They do have a clientele to cater to, but something like a classic french cocktail menu would be nice as a reference. I can only memorize so many without it being my day job. Then there's the food, which is why it's dinged about 1 star. The bread is great, dollar oysters are a great way to get people out, but some of the mains are disappointing. Granted the prices are quite fair, but the portions are rather small..... if you walk across the bridge to Beacon Hill, Ma Maison would blow the beouf bourguignon out of the water. The duck confit was also truly awful. It was anemic... all of the life in that duck leg was gone, and left was a crispy, shell of what could have been a nice dish. It was super dry, which I have no idea how the heck you do that with duck confit. The other dishes I've had, the moules frites were okay, and the salad nicoise was fine as well. For now, I'd say it's a nice place for casual drinks, but I'd skip it for any mains. Still would be a staple and go-to place for me around Kendall though.

Yelp
Cool new French restaurant in Kendall square! We went for Saturday brunch around 2pm and was fairly empty. It's a really nice large space, great interior decor, and also a decent sized outdoor seating. Hubs ordered the cat's meow IPA which he thought was alright. For food, I ordered the onion soup (without cheese) and it was delicious. The hubs ordered the ratatouille and burrata croissant - it came with fries and a salad. He enjoyed it. Service was attentive, waters were filled adequately, food came in a reasonable time and staff was friendly. Will definitely be back to try out some other dishes on the menu!

Andy N.

Yelp
I came here for their happy hour on oysters which are only a $1 everyday from 4-6pm. The service was great, aesthetic was upscale, and food was delicious. For such cheap oysters, they were full, juicy, and satisfied my cravings. Other than the oysters, they have a wide menu with reasonable prices. I will be back for their happy hour and to try their other items

Joe S.

Yelp
Great spot with a Parisian metro walls, a mix of modern & vintage style! We stop here frequently for lunch and we always enjoy the freshness and the flavors in the dishes! Highly recommend the Beef tartare and the Steak Frites! Devine with a glass of wine!

Angelina Z.

Yelp
Amazing ambiance and food. I came here for a late dinner with my friend, and we agreed this would be a great date spot. The lighting isn't too dim, music is soft, and tables are not too close together. I got the mussels with fries, which were super flavorful. The broth was super rich, and also had a strong sausage flavor. Fries were crispy and well-seasoned. Would definitely come back!

Rachel S.

Yelp
Quality food, but new restaurant that's still working things out. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 mains and they were both fantastic! Having eaten this kind of French food before, their dishes are on par or better quality than others in the area. My favorite was the coq au vin with its tender chicken, rich and complex sauce, and chewy noodles. However, service was not as good as desired. We went on a Saturday night and they did not interact with us unless we flagged them down or when they were bringing our food. It took them 10+ minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink and they were clearly serving tables next to us. Besides the service, food, price, and ambience were great and portion sizes were large! I would love to come back later when they've worked out the new restaurant kinks.

Quynh P.

Yelp
Service was good, super vibey restaurant with really pretty interior but I wish the food lived up to the vibes. HH $1 oysters were mediocre: not really meaty and the oysters weren't that sweet (I think there are better spots for $1 oysters in Boston). The dinner menu was alright: we tried lamb shank (which needed more sauce and seasonings - my favorite thing in this whole dish was the crispy brussel sprouts). The fettuccine was very al dente and just very rich. Actually really liked the arancini - it had some drizzle of honey on top but not worth the price. The escargot was eh. Overall very very mid experience at $65/person

Megha U.

Yelp
I have been here for both dinner and brunch- and this place is amazing for both. Great service, great attention to detail and great food Drinks are great as well. Pricier than others but love it!

Adina S.

Yelp
I visited Batifol on a Thursday night at 8pm for drinks. It was fairly busy, but there was plenty of room at the bar. Happy to see they were doing well, especially since it's a relatively new spot. Shortly after sitting down, one of the bartenders came up to my party and said he made two extra drinks and offered them up to us, free of charge. I can safely say this isn't something that I've seen often, so it was a pleasant surprise! I sampled the Barbès and Bastille, both of which I enjoyed. The Barbès was your fairly classic bourbon drink, which I'm not usually a huge fan of, but it was pretty decent. The Bastille had a strong mezcal flavor, which I enjoyed. Major props to the Batifol staff for serving us the drinks, rather than letting them go to waste! While we didn't try any of the food, everything being brought out looked pretty delicious. I'd go back for the great ambiance and service!

Kirtana S.

Yelp
Love this cute little wine bar. Pierre was a fabulous server all afternoon. My friend and I were there for happy hour and got the oysters deal. The ones from Duxbury were amazing.

Joy G.

Yelp
Not bad, not great either. I'll preface this review by saying we went for brunch; the dinner menu may be better. My mushroom and chive omelette was extremely dry. Like a sponge sitting in the sun dry. I doused it in no less than three sauces to even out the texture and add some much-needed moisture (hot sauce, some sort of purplish aioli, and ketchup). In true French fashion, they brought out the sauces in these teeny tiny thimbles - did I feel barbaric in consuming all the ketchup in two bites? Yes. The best part of the dish were the French fries, though there were definitely a soggy few in the bunch. Should have gone with my friend's ratatouille and burrata croissant. We also got the pastry basket, with plain croissant, chocolate croissant, and brioche. I had a bite of the plain and it was also dry (not stale exactly, just lacked the crackly crust and chewy innards that I associate with an excellent croissant), but this was fixed by the accompanying fig jam and butter. Lots of seating inside, as well as a beautiful outdoor area (now that it's nice and warm out, I'm sure that outdoor area is going to get plenty of foot traffic). The parking around this part of Kendall Square isn't bad. I nabbed a spot a little further away on Roger Street but there were more than a handful of open spots.

Sandra N.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant, great food! Not a fan of their smaller circle tables though. Be aware that some things on the menu are in French and may or may not have meat. They were not translated in English in the description accurately.

Jason G.

Yelp
My cousin and I tried out Batifol for a Friday dinner, and overall, the food was quite good, but the service was substandard. (We originally heard about the restaurant through an online list of "hottest restaurants in Boston for January 2023.") We were able to snag a reservation 10 minutes before we got there, and we're seated at a hightop near the windows. Unfortunately, I think these were more like orphan tables, because they seem to not be in anyone's section. We had a dinner full of appetizers, which was very tasty. The beef tartare was a very large portion, and it came with a quail egg on the side, as well as a lot of other condiments to mix in. The escargot was also delicious, and the snails came outside of the shell in a very nice butter sauce. The wild mushroom. Vol-au-vent was tasty, but in a different preparation with the pastry that I am used to and it kind of got a bit soggy. The sides of haricots verts and roasted mushrooms were both huge portions, and served basically plain. (We had a funny/interesting exchange with the server when we asked what the "red perch" fish was like -- I asked if it was like a snapper, and she said, "Yes, but without the claws!" Did she think a snapper was a lobster?) For drinks, they had a fair selection of wines by the bottle. We opted for a half bottle of wine, and there is a few options from which to choose. The wine with serve way too cold and kept in an ice bucket. But because no one ever came around, we just had to go to the ice bucket ourselves and take it out. Service was very haphazard, and it seems like we saw every single person in the restaurant once and never again.  The restaurant is very convivial, and the lights are kept them. People seem like they were having a good time and the food was tasty.

Rose Q.

Yelp
I cannot be more disappointed by the food. The Profiterole is two slices of bread with store-bought ice cream inside and regular chocolate glaze. The pastry part was so hard, I try to cut it with the little spoon and my friend's spoon flew away because of how hard to cut it was. The fries were so soggy, I picked it up and it banded over. Tasted like socked in oil for two days. Over salted mushroom risotto. The salad's green was so bitter my friend couldn't take a third bite and took it home to make soup instead. The only thing that tasted good was the appetizer tiny plate of pasta. The price was not reasonable for how bad the food was. The service was very friendly. But the restaurant was so crowded, they try to fit in as many tables as possible in a small space. Servers constantly bumped into our chairs, same as other customers. And the acoustic is the worst, it was so loud I cannot hear anything my friends said during the dinner unless they scream. It was a very cold day but they still give people tables outside. Seeing people suffering in cold and sipping on icy cocktails is so unpleasant.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I decided to come to Batifol for NYE dinner. It was $92 pp with $35 pp if you wanted to do the wine pairing, which I did. In the beginning, service was prompt. We sat, looked over menus, ordered drinks and received some comp bread, then we chose what we wanted from the prix fix menu. All is well at this point. The amuse bouche arrived with the apps and the food was amazing. However, after that first course that's when things started going downhill. We finished our first course and left the plates at the side of the table, and they did not get picked up until after we finished we second course, so by that time we had about 6 plates plus 2 bowls just hanging around our table, and it was only cleared because when the entrees came out they had to place to put them. The wine pairings came late, one came after I finished the course and another came mid course, and we also had to ask for things multiple times, such as water refills, new utensils. When we did receive service though it was very friendly, however the hard part was receiving it in the first place. This was our 2nd time coming to Batifol, and the first time we were so impressed thus prompting us to patron this place for a special dinner, unfortunately the service, or lack thereof was just a poor experience.

Kara G.

Yelp
Food is French frigging FABULOUS! No really. The service is spectacular. I get what they tell me to and haven't been disappointed, in fact always impressed!

Allegra P.

Yelp
Wish I had come here sooner. I went for the oyster happy hour special with my friend and we also got some food for dinner. We split a bottle of Pinot grigio for $40. We got two dozen oysters for $24. We got the escargo appetizer and the duck entree. Everything was so good. The dining room is very clean and intimate feeling and the lighting is so nice. The menu for the drinks was extensive and we found a great bottle for us. The bread that they served on the table was delicious and it had these nice sunflower seeds in it. The waiter was very very nice and they were very helpful because we ordered so much that it was hard to keep it all on our little table. The oysters were great. Only a few of them had some shell so they were pretty well shucked. It was really nice to split all of that and really go all out with a friend. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. I absolutely would come back here I wish I had come here sooner The mignonette served with the oysters had a sweet berry like a raspberry juice inside of it. It was very good. The escargo was served on top of brioche so all the garlic butter really soft in to the piece of sweet bread and it was so so good. I mean I took a piece of snail and it just melted in my mouth. The duck was salty and a little crunchy on the outside. I really liked it and it was very juicy on the inside and it was very nice of the kitchen to split it into two plates for us. The beans and carrots were also very nice and I liked the pear that they put on top of the laminated piece of potato thing. It was like a potato dish that was sliced and baked and then cut into wedges. Absolutely succulent meal all around. It was not cheap but it also wasn't outrageously expensive and I feel like I could come back here

Yelp
Driving into Cambridge n was dinner time and we were hungry. As always turned to Yelp n found Batifol in Cambridge. Nice clean restaurant n found parking across which was v convenient. Friendly staff. We ordered the wild mushroom Vol au vent n the salad frisée. The mushroom Vol au vent was so delicious w generous portions of mushrooms. And the salad was good too. For entrees we had the mushroom risotto n cashew crusted perch. The fish had a thai red sauce w bok Choi. They were so delicious n just the right portions with not one morsel left. And we topped it off with the crème brûlée and chocolate mousse. The deserts were to die for. The choc mousse just melts in your mouth. Thank u Batifol for a great dinner. Will certainly come back when we r in the area .

Payal M.

Yelp
Great atmosphere! The French onion soup is amazing! Surprisingly for a French restaurant, this place is relatively vegetarian friendly. Staff is warm and welcoming. It's perfect for a date night or group events. They have a separate bakery next door which completes the experience of dining out at a Parisian cafe and finishing at a boulangerie.

Carolina M.

Yelp
Delicious cuisine and impeccable service! The atmosphere exudes Parisian charm, drawing inspiration from the iconic metro stations of Paris.

Yelp
The food here is extremely good. When I have been in the dining room is crowded with large groups of people and the noise level is beyond energetic. The tables are very small. The space between tables is uncomfortably small. There is a constant reshuffling of tables. The service is kind but overwhelmed. It's easy for them to lose requests. I don't think I will come back as a diner in a group of 2 or 4. Server had a bobble with a stack of used dishes and spilled food down my coat, which I noticed after leaving. This is just to illustrate how tight it is between tables. Anyone can make a mistake but I feel like the service team is being set up for failure because the dining room is too crowded.

X M.

Yelp
I wished I found this place sooner! I came with a group of friends for dinner. It was on a weekday night but the restaurant was full with some waiting at the door! It kind of shows how popular it is! The menu has many choices. Anything under The French classics is amazingly delicious. I tried beef bourguignon and it was soft, juicy, and full of flavor! I loved the mushroom coming with it the best. All in all, it is best beef bourguignon I've had so far. Their French fries are extraordinary. It is crunchy with special seasoning which makes it outstanding. I am usually not a French fries person but cannot help to eat quite some! The drinks and deserts are good too and served quickly. But please note this is not a spacious restaurant. We were assigned to a few lines up tiny round tables for group seating, which was not big enough space for plates and drinks. I wished we had a bigger table to dine. In summary, we had excellent experience here and will definitely come back again.

Jackie C.

Yelp
$8 for a tiny cup of orange juice with no refills. That pretty much sums up this place + ambience + food was pretty good (omelette, fries, watercress salad) - - was extremely expensive even for boston

JZ S.

Yelp
We came for dinner & for the $1 oysters (4-6pm everyday) and because we live around the corner. Ambiance = 5 Service = 5 Food = 4 (Beef Bourguignon excellent, chicken dry, mushroom risotto decent, french onion soup mid, desserts outstanding, wine overpriced) Oysters = 3 (shockingly, they were kind of bland, small, and they didn't tell us where they were from. But heck, they were cheap and that's a plus!)

Jeremy L.

Yelp
Solid French cuisine at a reasonable price point. The ambience was far too loud; tables were very close together and music/environment felt more fast casual than proper French dining. We sat at a table of 6 arranged lengthwise and I had great trouble hearing across the table. Service was also not the best. Dishes were generally hit or miss. Hits: - The French onion soup was delicious with a good amount of cheese on top and great flavor - The beef tartare was well seasoned and served with a crostini and some mustard like sauce Miss: - The bourbon and tea cocktail was a huge miss - I expected something interesting and complex but it just tasted like a normal whisky sour - there was no taste of tea nor amaro nonino - The demi poulet roti (chicken dish) was unimpressive - chicken wasn't particularly juicy and the mashed potatoes were quite grainy and bland In between: - The mushroom risotto was tasty with fresh ingredients but the risotto was slightly undercooked, a bit before the al dente mark. - The atlantic salmon was overcooked - we ordered medium rare but got medium well instead. The accompanying sides paired well with the salmon however - The mushroom vol au vent tasted exactly like the risotto but with a pastry exterior instead - the puff pastry could've been more buttery and flaky - The duck dish had fairly well cooked duck but could've used more protein and the potatoes that came with it weren't great Overall, it feels like the right ideas are there, but the execution falls short depending which dish you order. The improper ambience, service issues, and inconsistent execution are what docks it 2 stars for this review, but I would definitely come back since there is good potential.

Rachael M.

Yelp
Beautiful bar and restaurant with great ambiance. The service is good. The food has been consistently delicious! Daily raw oysters happy hour that we can't resist!!

Stephanie C.

Yelp
i was amazed by their vegetarian dish - Gratin Dauphinois i've never had potatoes cooked like that before, it was exquisite and the presentation was great! onion soup was also solid

Haley C.

Yelp
Great ambiance! It feels really chic. The service is great, the location is great. I loved the outside seating area, even the outdoor heaters are pretty.

Linda D.

Yelp
The place is small and tight but a great causal atmosphere. The duck special was great and would recommend the tartar. The waitstaff is friendly and doesn't rush you. Although when it's busy, you could still wait an hour after your reservation time.

L L.

Yelp
We had our food delivered, so I can't speak to the service or ambiance. The French onion soup was excellent. Lots of gooey cheese on top of the rich soup and bread made it delicious and satisfying. The boeuf bourguignon had a luscious gravy, lots of mushrooms and onions, and lay on delicious mashed potatoes. I had the wild mushroom vol au vent as an appetizer. The pastry was buttery and had the perfect light consistency. The mushrooms were so tasty. I would love to come to this restaurant in person. I highly recommend the restaurant.

Yelp
Gorgeous restaurant, amazing cocktails. We didn't eat but if they pay as much attention to detail in their food as they do their cocktails, I'm sure everything is exceptional. Fairly small restaurant so probably not good for huge parties but will definitely come back. Pierre behind the bar was so accommodating and friendly and will definitely be part of the reason we come back again.

Yelp
Servers were friendly. But there was not really anything tasty. Very disappointed. Plain taste. The bread is smooshy like soaked sponge in the Escargots de Bourgogne dish. Coconut Curry Daurade has only a very tiny thin filet with lots of potatoes - with $39 price tag I would expect a much better quality than this. Bacon Mushroom Friand tastes just like the Campbell's cream of mushroom soup. What was more surprising was that my final bill was charged with a higher tip than what I signed off.

Yelp
Went with coworkers from France and they really enjoyed the food. The crème brûlée is a must have at the end of a wonderful dinner experience. Merci!

Yelp
Love, love, love the food here every time. For dessert go to Tuscanninis around the corner for ice cream. This restaurant makes me want to try to make their food, but I know my homemade food will never be as good

Yelp
Enjoyed dinner, cocktails and dessert. Salad nicouse was a nice healthy option of entree. Cream brûlée was delicious!

Yelp
Came here for a celebratory lunch with my husband and one year old daughter. Service and food were good. I am very annoyed that there wasn't a changing table in the men's room. (Not sure about women's room.) I had to change my daughter's diaper on a small nightstand-esque piece of furniture which she barely fit on and caused me to fumble with all my stuff. I ended up having to place her on the bathroom floor which is just gross. Why have high chairs for little ones when you can't accommodate for them in the bathroom?

Yelp
the service was lagging bc we sat inside while most everyone was outside but overall the food was amazing and the drinks as well.

Yelp
If I could give this restaurant no stars, I would. Despite appearances, I don't think any part of this review is an exaggeration. I did a tasting event there a couple of weeks ago- I have not, in recent memory, had such a depressing meal. "Risotto" was completely tasteless mush. "Beef Bourguignon" was bland pot roast with out-of-the-jar demiglace. "Nutella dessert" they didn't bother to name, because it was low quality, grainy milk chocolate blobbed onto a plate with packages cookie crumbs on top. The "wine pairing" for a 5 course menu was 4 half pours of really really bad wine, 2 of which were the same. To top it off, I had to listen to the chef talk about the food... I don't know how he kept a straight face. It was.... like bad wedding catering from 2002. I can't imagine that the restaurant experience would be any better.
