Bauer's by Sazon por Tradicion

I have been a big fan of Bauer’s by Sazon for a long time and enjoy going here. Last night was the first time I ordered to go (and so I give a bit of a pass) but it was so disappointing. I got the Dirty South - something I looooove normally and it’s clearly lower quality now. You can see what it used to look like in the Google photos and compare it to what I got. The chicken was super thin with breading that barely stayed on, the slaw was super wet and barely there - I’m assuming they’re using canned peaches even though it’s the height of peach season (end of July hello), the bun that it was on was meh and a downgrade from the ciabatta roll that it used to be. (Wish I would have taken a better picture) I’ll give them one more chance in person to see if it was a delivery issue but I don’t think the quality is going to increase by sitting in person, only the temperature and sogginess of the fries. Super disappointed.

Food was good, liked that they had vegan options and drinks were good as well. Had a flight of Mimosas

Great experience! Food was so good with unique items on the menu. Big selection of drink flavors and even flights (mules, mimosas, & margaritas). Service was top notch and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Exquisite brunch menu; excellent food, vibes, bottomless mimosas and patio dining! Our first visit and certainly not our last. We were Out riding bikes on a Sunday afternoon with friends when we ran into this treasure in our hometown👏🏼 My lox plate was perfect, the Monte Cristo was Amazing, and the two chef specials were intriguing and delightful to say the least. From presentation to service and great vibes this place is an all around Hit!

This review is primarily for the hours. I wish they would update the hours at this place. It has been twice now where we have come and they've been closed. So unfortunate as it is a bit of a drive for us. When I have had their food it was excellent. Service as well was impeccable. Workers are really friendly and attentive. They have some board games for entertainment as well. The vegan desserts leave a bit to be desired.

The food was pretty good. Had the pesto chicken sandwich and salad. Fries were delicious! Service was good. However.......I don't like gnats in my food. Especially ones that crawl in and stay in...also we were not told there would be a 4% charge for using a card. On an $80 that was over $3. I don't know that we will be returning anytime soon.

Stopped here at 1 pm on a Friday during a road trip since it was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and had a warm, welcoming smile. The food was soooooo good, we already made plans to stop in during our next drive down south.

Experience wasn’t just disappointing it was dangerous. Wings came out undercooked. My son took 1 bite and the next day became violently ill. Watermelon margarita had no ice no salt on the rim, just a cup of room temp juice. Staff is garbage don’t go here.
