Animales’ pork ribs are all smoky, tender meat that falls right off the bone. A new item, the pork and beans bowl, uses Bauhaus pilsner in the pork stock, providing a salty and savory base for the sweet pork belly, rich ham hocks, and a more easygoing fried garlic garnish. "Bauhaus Brewing’s Tetra THC seltzer line offers a few options: For a mellow choice, go for the lemon-lime, cucumber-melon, raspberry-ginger, and prickly pear-lemongrass seltzers with concentrations of five milligrams of THC and 15 milligrams of CBD. The “Tetra Juiced” options, available in pineapple-mango or blackberry apricot, are made with 10 milligrams of THC; while the “Tetra Highbrau” is a nonalcoholic light brew with 5 milligrams of THC and 15 milligrams of CBD.
