Bayou Bob's

Good fried catfish, blackened catfish, and stuffed mushrooms. Good service and friendly attentive staff. Food is full of flavor and has a nice spice. I will only come here for good seasoned catfish. Has half priced apps on Tuesdays.

We love coming here when we’re downtown for a bite. The staff are always friendly and the food is very good. The fried gator bites are especially delicious. We came on a weekday evening and were seated right away. Our server was attentive without being pushy and our food came out quickly without it seeming like it had been rushed or thrown together. We went during happy hour as well and loved the seasonal lager they were serving. Great food!

After a lot of negative reviews I read about this place, I was skeptical. But I have such a fond place in my heart for NOLA, and was seeing a show next door, I had to give it a run, and very happy I did! Bomb happy hour and the food, drinks and service are all legit. I had 3 courses cuz I wanted to try so many things. The gumbo is good, not great, but very good. Everyone knows the secret to a po boy is the bread. Bob's is, again, very good, not great. After those 2 I had a small order of NOLA style barbecue shrimp. THEY were great!!! For NOLA style in Denver, this place does it all very well. It would be good on Poydras or Bienville, but it's GREAT in downtown Denver!

Absolutely delicious!!! On a cold day, the Shrimp Etoufee with a side of slaw hit the spot. Along with an order of the Seafood plate, the meal was perfect. Just off 16th street in Downtown Denver, a quaint spot for a meal or drink. The Hurricane was amazing too!

Drove all the way into the downtown just for the gumbo! Definatly was not dissapointed. Full of flavor and taste. Loaded with shrimp and the andouille sausage was delicious. The service was quick and efficient. Everyone was very friendly. Would love to return when back in town for business.

Been wanting to come here for a while and finnaly got to. I had the catfish poboy and it was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Not sure why he got the negative hits cause the food is authentic, maybe they just don't like cajun.. Well be back for sure.

Everything was delicious. I ordered the cajun combo and received a decent sized portion of each item. The hushpuppies are a delightful treat. Will definitely be back.

Very nice cajun food! I ordered the gumbo and enjoyed it. The service is really good. The environment is cozy and comfortble for us 4 people chating around.
