A Downtown Cajun Favorite Is Closing After 33 Years - Eater Denver

"Bayou Bob’s is a longstanding Denver favorite known for serving New Orleans-style food including shrimp etoufee, gumbo, and fresh crawfish. The restaurant began in a food court on Stout Street in 1986 and moved to its current location in 1995. It will be closing its doors this weekend after 33 years in business." - Paul Albani-Burgio
