Bay View is an exquisite Michelin-starred restaurant nestled inside the President Wilson Hotel, offering a sophisticated and elegant dining experience. The interior is stunning, and if you're lucky enough to be seated by the window, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding scenery. The food is beautifully presented, but for me, the highlight of the tasting menu was the selection of candies at the end. Sweet, fruity, and almost melting in your mouth, these confections left such a lasting impression that I've searched all over Europe for something similar--yet nothing has quite matched the experience.

I had an really amazing experience at the Bayview. The food was really good and the service was amazing. The table had an excellent view outside on the lake and the chair was so cozy. I can only recommend this restaurant. Update: My second visit was even better!!! The food was amazing like last time and the service even better. The price is really fair for such an amazing experience. Mr Kazhar even talked with every table personally which was a really nice experience. Can definitely recommend.

Google
Great restaurant. The staff and service were perfect - very friendly, knowledgable and professional. The view and ambience were also great. The food was mostly delicious - the crab dish impeccable and the chef's signature "cappuccino" was amazing! However I was slightly disappointed with the lake fish dish as it lacked any real flavour. The "pick your own" cheeses and chocolates was brilliant!

Google
A restaurant that instantly made us feel like at home. Very kind and professional staff, changing menus or going for special wishes, they cover it up! The dishes were beautiful and of course delicious. It was a real delight spending 3 hours at the table. Thank you so much. Cheers

Google
The Bayview is absolutely exceptional! I’ve been twice for a tasting menu and planing a third time soon. The food is fanstastic, very tasty, balanced, beautiful and creative. The service is perfect, everyone is so caring. We always spend an incredible moment. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Google
It was excellent experience with Bayview restaurant. We selected a different 3 course lunch from the menu for me and my wife, so we can share part of it. We spent 2 hours for lunch, we both liked rainbow trout the most, it was juicy and tasty, while I was little disappointed with my Jussy pork rib on barbecue, the middle part was chewy and no flavor. The service was courteous and awesome, waitpersons not only cleaned plates and table cloth between courses, they also explained every course, I liked this part.

We came here for brunch on a Sunday and had an excellent meal. The restaurant overlooks the lake and has an excellent view of the lake. We ordered from the set menu and every dish was well presented and tasted excellent.

Yelp
Gorgeous modern hotel right on Lake Geneva. The staff was incredibly helpful and were able to check me in super early right after my flight in. They have Hermes toiletries and some of the softest sheets you can sleep on. Really want to take the pillows home with me because I will always sleep through the night with these. Would recommend. Great experience. The pictures do more justice than my jet-lagged review ;)

Yelp
I expected better given price and location. The rooms were nothing special. Had a second floor room overlooking apartment building across the street despite booking a lake view and having platinum status. Positives were the mezzanine pool with a good crowd for Sunday brunch. Negative were the lackadaisical service. I had stopped by the pool for a night cap at 10pm and took a table. Waited 20 mins without being approached for a drink despite only three other tables being occupied.

Yelp
Very strategically located- has all the comforts of Starwood with the extra local touch- excellent service- Kevin Haddad at the front desk made sure the hiccup in our reservation was fixed- They have a excellent Lebanese restaurant- and the service all around is fantastic.

Yelp
Quality hotel that delivered for the price. Had a nice sized room that overlooked the pool and the lake. It was well appointed, but not opulent. A very friendly staff and concierge were always there to help. Turn-down service worked pretty well. The location is great if you want to be on the lake, if you want to constantly be going into town it is a LITTLE far but not a bad walk. Overall while I wasn't blown away by this hotel, I was impressed - it is a quality place that while expensive, won't break the bank.

Yelp
Beautiful and expensive hotel right in the bank of Lake Geneva. Fantastic lobby with a very high-end bar. Watch out: drinks are incredibly expensive! Beers are $15. Martinis are $25. Champagne $35. Eeeek! On our second visit, we went up to the rooftop for the fancy Japanese and sushi restaurant. Food is equivalent to a Nobu. Very high quality seafood dishes and sushi. We tried a variety. Everything was exceptional. And service was top notch. One critique: menu was a bit limited. While they advertise in being a sushi restaurant, their sushi options are very short. Possibly a total of 10 sushi items to order. Two or three roll options and a handful of nigiri. BUT, the amazing quality makes up for the limited menu. Reasons for less than 5 stars at the hotel: 1. A bit empty each time we visited. 2. Drinks are super expensive.

Yelp
- This is a review of their Sunday brunch - Excellent brunch with a vast array of dishes and also an a-la-carte menu with about 7 dishes you can order as much as you want of. There is sushi, Lebanese cuisine, cold appetisers, soup, and too many desserts to count. A-la-carte dishes are superb and beautifully presented. Portions are small so you're able to try all of them. Great view over the lake and optimal for people watching. Drinks are considerably expensive at 24 francs for a mimosa, 14 for an orange juice, and 12 for a Coke. Would love to come have brunch here again one day.

Yelp
Amazing luxury hotel on the Geneva lake. Exceptional service and elegant atmosphere. Pros: luxury is in the details everywhere. Fresh flowers in my room everyday, Hermes bath products, luxurious linens. Also love the lobby two fireplaces Cons: very small gym and the pool - while nice - isnt really built for swimming

Herman H.

Yelp
Great location, overlooking lake Geneva, Arabesque restaurant serves Lebanese food, very authentic ,fresh ingredients. Salads & tabbouleh is fresh. Need to reserve early, but if they are full, you can order from the menu & they will serve you in the lobby lounge. Rooms are spacious (within Geneva standards). Gym is a bit small, good equipment, yet camped. I've been staying here every year for the past 11 years, very consistent. Looking forward to stay again.

Yelp
The Hotel President Wilson sits on the shores of Lake Geneva. Extensively used for conference business this is an excellent 5* hotel that is hard to beat. It doesn't rely on that bland, formulaic business model that one finds with the Hiltons of this world, preferring to remain independent and individual. Service is first class and food and beverage service, even to tight conference schedules, cannot be faulted. The hotel is ideally placed for Geneva with the main town being under 10 minutes walk away. As such, if you can afford the prices it still makes a great base for the tourist. Nothing beats the lake view from the windows first thing in the morning! This is a modern, yet traditional hotel, weaving high art with gentleman's comfort. It's cutting edge whilst maintaining a degree of familiarity. A swim in the outdoor pool with its views of the lake is a must on a sunny day and, on cooler days, the spa offers the perfect retreat. Finally, of all the eateries, if you are into Lebanese food (or just wonder what it is all about) then a visit to Arabesque is a must.

Yelp
This definitely one of the best hotels in Geneva. As one would expect the service is exceptional, the rooms are fairly large by European standards as is the bed. The bathroom is also quite large and the amenities include Hermes products. Most rooms have a lake view which makes it all the better. The breakfast is very expensive and offers very little in terms of buffet items, the service though is very good. My only dislike was that the location is a bit out of the way when walking to the centre - albeit much closer than the Intercontinental.

Yelp
It was as trash as mr beast. I went there and they had such horrible service, horrible food, and I have been to a one star hotel which was better than this!

Yelp
Lovely hotel, though pricey. Some rooms have Nespresso machines. Rack rate for cheapest rooms are almost 800CHF. You'll do better booking online or through another route than direct with the hotel. There are other equally nice hotels in the area that are far cheaper, but the Wilson is somewhat of a local institution. It's a starwood hotel.

Yelp
Lovely hotel that is very pricey. But the furnishings are worth it and the soap smells wonderful. The room service is exorbitant for americans, e.g. $100 burger meal. That said, everything about it went flawlessly, including a quick turnaround and shower from the airport (they "get" it, business travellers). Check in and check out was quick and not fussy. The neighborhood is more residential, so if you like that, it is fine. It's only a quick cab or stroll to the center of town

Yelp
Very friendly hotel staff. If you stay a while housekeeping sets up the room to really accommodate your preferences. Love the French Toast always sooo good. Served with crust cutoff, a plus for me! Really comfy bed & perfect pillows. Excellent view of Lake Geneva

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Incredible hotel. Service was top notch. Hermes bathing products. Beautiful views from room even if you're not facing the lake. Just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Geneva.

Yelp
Beautiful modernly sleek hotel located right on Lake Geneva. I arrived on a red eye in the morning and they let me check right on in even though I was early. The rooms here are small, but comfortable and the bed was heavenly. With your room, a full buffet breakfast is included with a wide selection of pastries, fruit, eggs, yogurts, and breakfast meat. Breakfast comes with your choice of coffee, espresso drink, or tea and a selection of fresh fruit juices. My favorite part of this hotel was the festivity as decorated around Christmas. They really go all out. The pool is closed in wintertime.

Yelp
The hotel staff and physical plant were above average and provided an enjoyable stay, except check in. A note for Starwood preferred guests expecting an upgrade As a platinum, I am used to the terms and conditions of the Starwood Preferred Guest program, which state a platinum guest will be upgraded to the best room available, including select standard suites. I booked a classic room. I stayed at another property the night before, and went to the HPW to see about an upgrade for my stay the next day. The property said they would consider my request, and when I arrived I was told I was upgraded to a suite. It was actually a "Grand Superior" large, city view room. I asked about a lake view suite, and was told there were lake view suites, but one had not been made available to me because the room was not ready at 1315. After less than three minutes, I was told a lake view suite was available. I went to the room, but it was not a suite, nor a junior suite, it was simply a lake view Grand Superior room, though the front desk called it a suite. I asked about booking a suite and was told I could pay for one. I was told the Hotel President Wilson had more than seven junior suites and more than four suites available for the single night I was staying. The front desk manager contacted the next level of authority as I started to open a case file with Starwood corporate, before I could finish the casefile I was told I would be allowed to check into a junior suite, which is still below the terms and conditions of the SPG program. It was stated that they would do that since I was only staying one night, so I could have the upgrade in this one time exception. I did not push for a suite, as the hotel said they have recently reclassified rooms, and junior suites and all other suites are now "Select Specialty Suites" so Junior suites are no longer eligible for upgrade, as they are defined by the hotel to be "Select Specialty Suites." Checking in and trying to receive the benefits that are expected should not be so much effort. Thankfully my girlfriend arrived much later by train, as I spent my first hour trying to get an upgrade and had time to relax before I picked her up. If the hotel has " Recently reclassified rooms so that Junior suites and above are specialty suites," they should have contacted me and let me know. I would have stayed elsewhere. I cancelled my next 7 nights with Starwood as a means of voting with my pocket book. This is just one persons experience. YMMV.

Yelp
Rooms with all amenities you could ever need, even shoe polish in the closet! Nice and clean, you can tell this is one of Geneva's better hotel. Not cheap, our room was regular price over 700 francs, check the Internet and get 40% off. Only negative point is in the bathroom, there's no way any one can use the bided as too close to the wall. Not sure the architect ever tried it!

Yelp
One of the top places of you have tonstay in geneva. I have been to almost all Hotels Four Stars plus in geneva and this is still my favourite for its Design, cleanliness and the smell of acqua Di. Parma. Courtesy in every bathroom. The Location by the Lake is nice but the Mandarin Oriental Takes Top spot for Location. Pool Parties at the Wilson are nice and visited by the locals and the View from the breakfast room is unmet. When did you last Watch Water skiers while having breakfast?
