The girls and I visited Bazart—a spot we’d been eyeing for its dreamy, Tulum-inspired vibes. We originally planned to come in the evening to soak in the ambiance, but brunch didn’t disappoint. The decor was absolutely stunning, and even though the weather was a bit chilly, the staff made sure we were comfortable with heaters and cozy blankets. Our waitress was so warm and welcoming—she walked us through the brunch menu and recommended a few standout dishes.
We had their brunch menu which includes pastries platter - Croissants, chocolate croissants, halloumi, Greek yogurt, homemade jam and mixed berries. For our main course, we ordered their egg soufflé & ravioli.
The pastries platter was freshly baked and beautifully balanced with both sweet and savoury options. The croissants were a standout — perfectly golden, buttery, and delicately flaky with each bite. We also tried the house-made ravioli, which was rich and satisfying. Stuffed with creamy ricotta and topped with a vibrant blend of homemade pesto, pine nuts, candied ail, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil, the dish packed a punch. While the pesto added depth, it slightly overpowered the more delicate flavours. The egg soufflé, on the other hand, was a dream — airy, pillowy, and cooked just right, with a soft center that melted in your mouth.
