B.B. SAAR is located inside a mini-shopping mall. The prices are good with one big exception, there entirely misleading... Hookah is $21.50 and refills are $6.50. Upon receiving the bill, hookah was $26.50 and refill was $7.95. I asked the server why there was almost a six dollar increase in the prices and this was not reflected on the menu and the response (the owner does not want to print new menu) was priceless... Pizza was actually very good and for $12.95, very good deal. The Turkish coffee ($3.95) was super strong and tasted great. The table service was great as well. I would suggest if you want to avoid an additional 18% gratuity fee do not come with a party of six (6) or more. Overall experience, 3/10.

I ordered a sandwich, it took them almost 1 hour to prepare my sandwich, after when I'm ready to pay, they tell me if your order is under $25.00 we only accept cash. They said it's written in the fine print of the menu. Really??? Who will read the small fine print under the menu?? Overall not very satisfied with the service. Food it self was ok.

the two stars are for the pizza I had here the first time I came with my family. the second and last time I went to this hookah place was a disaster, they did not have more than half of the stuff on their menu and they just apologized for it. how is it that you do not have the food listed on the menu on a Saturday night! also the waiters are very unorganized waiters and super rude. The whole crew is made of people who do not care about new people who come to there so called restaurant for the first time, they only care about their regulars who smoke hookah and people they know. It reminded me of poor service in restaurants in Iran! I have never gotten such terrible service here in the United States, I am just glad I did not bring my non Persian friends here, that would have been embarrassing. on top of all this the baklava that was served was very old and made my friend very sick. I never should have come back here after I saw all the terrible reviews.

The service was awful. We waited 40 minutes to get our foods. The place was so hot. I think there is no air conditioning-no AC in the restaurant. We went with couple of friends and asked the waiter to separate the bill. He said we can’t do it for you! It seems a rocket science to them!

Food was OK. Service was very slow and waitress was very rude.😕Asked for minimum 20$ ordering per person after waiting for 30 min to just get the menu and 15% service charge on the bill for only 2 persons not even a group!! Took us 3 hours to eat one pizza and get out of there 👎

If you want to get the right bill, write down your own order, and get them to sign it. And don't even think about using their bathroom, just hold it in, you'll be sorry if you don't. 😥 Our experience: We ordered a hotdog, a pizza, and a hookah. They brought the hotdog relatively on time, almost an hour later, they brought the pizza, and it took another hour for the hooka and that wasn't the worst of it. When we asked for the bill, we were charged two of each. When we complained, the waitress accused us of lying and said "I brought them out myself but that's fine if you don't want to pay" 😲😲😲

Poor service, No respect to customer. Waitress is out world. Food quality is very very bad. When you paid more than 55 $$ for Persian food just two people === you need receive best dish but Everything is Fair

I really wish there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars! If you want to have a good time, absolutely and at all costs AVOID this place! Complete waste of time! On average it takes them an hour to prepare a sandwich and you can count on your order getting mixed up meaning you could order a hotdog sandwich and after an hour they will bring you a tongue sandwich! AND do NOT be surprised if you are told they cannot take the WRONG sandwich back. I have been to places where the service is poor, but this place has taken bad service to a whole new level!
