First time trying this spot,.think it's the fourth KFC (as in, Korean Fried Chicken) spot I've visited. The food is really great! The only thing I might complain about is the service time, they were not super busy but the wait staff took some time to seat us, a party of 3, while we awkwardly stood at the front next to an empty waitlist. I also might not have been specific enough, but they charged me for a sandwich and sweet potato fries outside the combo price (though also partially my fault for not noticing we were outside the time frame, I did mention combo and they did not correct me). Just something to be careful of next time!
Pictured are the food options we grabbed, definitely solid food choices. The spot was very clean and had tons of space to sit, the parking was also lucky for a Sunday early evening compared to usually around Convoy.
The family combo 2 is a bit restrictive in flavor choices (half has to be original, and the other half their secret sauce), but it's still plenty of food alone. We grabbed a ton more appetizers just to get a feel of the place. First time I've had kimchi rice and it didn't disappoint (I normally avoid kimchi, but I decided to give it a shot). Cheese balls are always good, the corn salad was certainly similar to esquites, and the corn cheese was an improvement over the kind you normally get at a kbbq.
I'd definitely give this spot a try if you happen to be nearby, but maybe try the other chicken dishes since you can pick their variety of flavors.
