Excellent place and food. It was an affordable order of three 8-pieces wings to enjoy a futbol game (Commanders vs. Lions, Jan2025). Simply delicious. Furthermore, the boneless wings are pieces of muscles of the chicken wings and not ultra processed nuggets. The salsas were exquisite. The area is cozy and the environment really nice. I he people were really nice. Even though my receipt says DoorDash, I ordered directly from their website and the price was better than from Uber. Uber is pricey and they are becoming bad.

Google
I love these wings, I try to get every flavor. Wings of fire are pretty hot, not too too bad. Caribbean flavor is good and cheese dry rub is suuuuper fire. My favorite K wings around

Google
So good. Very friendly server and incredible Korean fried chicken and other goodies. Great price as well for the quality. We look forward to returning.

Google
What a treat! My family came for Christmas, and I was thrilled to find the restaurant open. I grabbed six varieties of chicken wings, and WOW—they were fantastic! Every flavor was spot on, from smoky BBQ to sweet honey glaze. We were a group of 9 yesterday from all different countries, and everyone loved it. Perfectly crispy, juicy, and absolutely delicious. This place made our holiday unforgettable! Highly recommend!

Google
My son’s favorite food is secret sauce boneless chicken. So I often to go here. The chicken is sweet and good!! Restaurant is clean and the managers so kind! Today I try the Gangjeong boneless. It is good too! The sweet and hot Korean pepper 🌶️ is very good 👍 yummy I recommend this restaurant. 👍

Google
I used to be a regular at Rockville BBQ under the previous ownership. The food and service quality declined, so I stopped ordering. However, I heard about the new management and decided to try takeout. It was a huge success! The fried chicken was delicious, and the service was excellent. I'm happy to be back as a customer and definitely recommend Rockville BBQ.

Google
I would say it's probably a little too pricy for the portion but the flavors we tried (Galbi, Gangnam Style) were very tasty and the chicken is very crispy. I also liked the complimentary radish.

Google
I've eaten BBQ chicken for many years. For the first time, honey garlic and soy garlic boneless chicken were both unbearably salty. We couldn't even eat it with rice because it was still too salty. We even had to wash the chicken pieces for the kids. I'll be ordering from the other MD location from now on.

Yelp
I love eating here!!! The portions are huge and the food is very delicious. The only thing I was not a fan of was the bulgogi rice bowl just because I thought there would be more. The portions was enough to make it up however! I would consider buying it again and adding egg or something different to complement the bulgogi. The chicken was sooo delicious, we had many left overs but it didn't taste as good as when it was fresh. Definitely better to eat at the place than reheated!

Yelp
Place was slammed on Super Bowl Sunday with pick up orders. Food was ready when they said it would be and it was hot and fresh & simply delicious! This place is a family favorite.

Bradley L.

Yelp
Simple Korean fried chicken spot. They offered a bunch of different sauces to choose from, but at their core, the chicken is solid here. No matter the sauce, we thought they tasted amazing. The flavor that surprised us the most was the cheese dust.

Carol K.

Yelp
This location is wayyy better than the other locations for some reason! The chicken is crispy and flavorful, and soo juicy. Most fried chicken places overcook the meat inside, but I never have to worry about that here! I'm so grateful to my friend who introduced this place to me. Even fantastic as takeout:)

Yelp
Have you ever had trouble deciding where to eat for a family dinner? Well, BBQ Chicken in Rockville is always a family favorite. We love their wings and they have quite a variety to choose from. My favorite is the honey-garlic wings, my son likes the galbi wings, and my daughter in law likes the original. No problem, we get a box of each. Their French fries are crisp and crunchy. They are the best. I am a huge fan of their coleslaw, which is delicious. We tried the sweet potato fries this time too. Personally, I like the regular fries better. They weren't as crisp. But, they were still good. The steamed rice is yummy too. The portions are large and everyone gets a doggie bag. Those wings are what dreams are made of. They are large, perfectly cooked, and seasoned. I have no idea how they get the coating to stay on so well. But, I am a fan. Easy ordering on the phone and as many times as I have ordered from there, they always get it right. Service is great. My order is always ready when I get there. The restaurant is cute, clean, and attractive. They have a large bar inside the restaurant. So, if you are looking for some Amazing Wings, head over to BBQ Chicken.

Yelp
The chicken was hot, crispy, flavorful, and fresh! I ordered the 8 pc gang-jeong bone-in wings and the 8 pc boneless cheesling wings. I loved both flavors, but my favorite was the gang-jeong wings. The sweetness and kick of the jalepenos went so well together. I savored every single bite. The wings even tasted great after being reheated the next day. The cheesling wings were delicious the day of, but they did not reheat well the next day. I 100% recommend bbq chicken and would definitely order from here again. Also, you can't go wrong with dining in or ordering to-go . The restaurant was clean and pretty spacious, and the staff were friendly!

Yelp
Impressive Korean Fried Chicken restaurant. I had their 8 piece small sized chicken wings. The soy garlic, although a bit heavy on the garlic, was delicious and crunchy. I was going to try just one while in the car and I ended up eating all of them in their parking lot. It was really crunchy and crispy and scrumptious. The online ordering process was simple and straightforward. They even have an online allergen menu that a person can download. If you need it, check the detailed version, because they lost all foods that could be a cross contamination as definitely having that ingredient in the simple menu, but in the details, they'll tell you whether it is intentionally added or just high potential for cross-contamination. Some of the items they claim are made with milk in the fast-view allergen section are actually them just worried that the cross contamination will cause problems and it's not an actual ingredient added in. The service guys were really nice to me on entry. I'm looking forward to coming back with friends.

Yelp
Korean fried chicken at its finest! Reasonable prices, convenient to go boxes, each chicken comes with its side of radish. Crisp, delicious chicken. Sauce coatings are not excessive but super tasty! Favorite flavors are definitely: spicy original (no sauce), spicy galbi (saucey).

Yelp
Why was this one bbq chicken chain in maryland the BEST kfc I've had in the States?? The location was pretty chill/quiet even on a Saturday night--all the more attention to fixate on the main character: the 치맥 (chicken + beer). We ordered their rose tteokbokgi first, which was insane. It was my first time trying rose---ate to the game, I know--and the creamy, slightly tangy sauce with generous heapings of tteok, odaeng (fish cake), and sliced boiled egg set the MOOD. For 치킨 we ordered half secret sauce, half classic golden original wings. Danmuji (pickled radish) of course came as a side to refresh the palate between bites. Oh man--the golden original was simply finger-lickin, and that's gotta be my hard rec. Never have I ever opted for plain korean fried chicken over yangnyum (sauced ones), but this place had the juiciest way of frying the chicken--it was practically bursting in my mouth. Which worked. And the texture of the skin was just fabulous. When we scooped it into the rose sauce? Game over. I'd go back and order the golden original + rose tteokbokgi, and maybe try the cheesling.

Yelp
This place was always our place to go for Korean chicken, authentic and full of flavors that reminded me of the gool old days. However, today, I am sad to say it was not what it has been for the past 4+ years. First off, our chicken was not fully cooked. Breast and thigh were still pink and slimey. We had to look multiple times to see if this was just one part but all pieces were the same. We tried to cook at home but it didn't taste the same afterwards. Skin/breading tasted stale and the secret sauce was not the same, we decided to throw the entire chicken away. Not sure if this was an isolated incident but we will try one more time in which case if the prob still persist, sad to say we'd have to find another place for Korean chicken.

Tee L.

Yelp
I ordered whole chicken and medium wings. I didn't get any pickled radish with the order. And for the whole chicken, there were large pieces of JUST skin that was fried passing off as if it was one of the chicken piece. Silver spring location is better. Too bad this location is being stingy and trying to save money.

Jeff L.

Yelp
We have been regulars here for years but had a very disappointing experience with them. We called in an order at about 4:50 and were told it would be ready in an hour. Went by to pick it up and when we walked inside it was obvious that things were not going to be good. There were many angry customers standing there and I approached the register with trepidation. I inquired about our order to immediately be disappointed. I watched as our order was pulled from the middle of at least 40 backed up tickets. The attendant ran into the back and returned to say there were about 8 orders in front of us. We record not so much as an acknowledgment of the mess. With kids waiting for dinner we had to reset and find another option for dinner. The place is under new management and it seems there is a lot of disarray. Hopefully they get through the learning experiance...

Yelp
This place was recommended by a friend and boy oh boy did it deliver! Food was great! We ordered fried dumplings and wings. The soy garlic were packed with flavor and the dumplings were crispy and delicious. We went mid afternoon and there was no one else there. Service was great and servers helped to provide my husband with some guidance as to what to order (he was looking for super hot). Overall, I'd love to come back and try more from the menu.

Jolny J.

Yelp
I love the variety of flavours that bbq chicken offers, my personal favorite being the soy garlic and cheeseling, very similar to what you can find in Korea. The rose rice cakes are also a must try! I usually order delivery or to go, so I can't speak to ambiance and service, but food quality has been consistent the multiple times I ordered. Occasionally, some pieces are a little dry, which is my only suggestion.

Judith M.

Yelp
Tried to dine in at 8 considering their hours say they close at 9 but they said they only do takeout.. wasted 20 mins driving out so 40 min roundtrip of wasted time. Eaten here before on multiple occasions. Their Pickled radish is cut too small and they skimp. Chicken is soggy. Service is non-exceptional. Don't post hours if you can't serve.

Teddy W.

Yelp
Great wings! Wings are decently sized and the batter is very light and crispy. I had the Spicy Galbi wings. Flavor was excellent and had a mild bite. Others in my party had the boneless wings with secret sauce and they looked delicious. In comparison to Bonchon, the wings aren't as large, but the batter is noticeably lighter. I love Bonchon, but it's heavy and leaves you feeling that way. I felt satisfied but not bloated and gross after this meal. I had the Korean Apple soda with my meal and it was awesome. Definitely recommend giving the apple flavored soda a try. Patrick took good care of us and made the soda recommendation. Very nice guy and seemed to be managing the place well. We will come back to try more flavors!

泉

Yelp
The original chicken wing was good but the sweet potato fries were soggy and wet. I thought it would be crispy.

Puja L.

Yelp
Tried this for pickup based on a good friend's recommendation and it's fantastic! As with many other Korean chicken places, the spicy is going to burn - so be prepared. This one sticks with you too. Our friends recommend going sauceless and we absolutely loved it! Every Korean chicken place is a little different, but this was the perfect choice for crispy fried chicken and a couple of beers at home on a nice summer day.

Ben N.

Yelp
According to Wikipedia, the Koreans have been frying chicken for hundreds of years, at least since the Goryeo dynasty. Take that Colonel Sanders and Popeye!!! However, it didn't become popular until more recently and seems to only have become a thing in this country within the past decade. This is one of the first, if not the first, Korean fried chicken places I've been to. We ordered takeout and got the boneless Gangjeong and Galbi fried chicken. These two orders came with a delicious side of pickled white radish and we also ordered a separate side of corn salad which we both liked. The chicken orders were juicy and tasty, but I didn't notice too much of a taste difference between Galbi and Gangjeong. So, I would try more contrasting flavors in another visit, maybe like the cheesling and something more spicy. Prices were fair, if a touch higher than what you'd expect. But overall a decent value. Definitely worth a vist

Alessia G.

Yelp
I was craving Korean fried chicken and my husband and I decided to visit bbq chicken and mannnn was I happy we came!! The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken, bomb. The kimchi, so fresh and delicious, the radishes were my favorite. We also tried the ddeok-bokki, which I loved but my husband didn't. I think it was the fish cakes. I could've done without the fish cakes. It made everything taste WAY too fishy. Overall, 4 stars. Didn't give it 5 cause of the fish cakes and the bar seemed like it was closed? But I didn't really care about that. Would def come back again and again!

Jessica E.

Yelp
HIGH-QUALITY, FRESH, CRISPY, EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT I THINK! I always get the spicy with no sauce because it's delicious, crunchy, and really showcases the freshness and high quality and flavor of the wings themselves. So good you don't need sauce. I usually never eat wings without at least a sauce on the side. But these simply don't require it. Not great for big groups because they're expensive and you simply won't want to share : ) No matter which location I go to, they cook it only once I order and it's fresh and delicious, consistently good quality. I've been to a few locations in Maryland and also one in Los Angeles, CA. I Just can't give them 5 stars because of the cost, but again they're so good, I do treat myself from time to time despite the hit to my wallet!

Stephen D.

Yelp
The black pepper wings and kimchi fried rice were great. Also, very good service. I'll be back.

Jaleece D.

Yelp
I would love to leave a review but I never received my food. We ordered online and when the actual website said the food was ready we walked over. The server said there was a mistake with our order (and i assume the mistake was they hadn't started making it) so itll be 10 minutes. So we went across the street picked up a pizza for the rest of our party then back to the restaurant. We waited 30 more minutes by then the pizza was cold and we were over it. They kept saying 5 minutes...We asked for a manager but apparently there wasnt one duty, so we got a refund and left.... so DONT ORDER PICK UP! you may waste an hour of your time like we did

Steve K.

Yelp
This place isn't great because the young cashiers pressure ppl to tip. The food is way too salty!! The drink selection is a joke. The decor is boring and the tables are often sticky or wobbly. This location isn't the best one.

Mark N.

Yelp
Had to get wings for the Super Bowl! Ordered early online, to pick up about 3 hours later. Ordered medium Spicy Galbi Wings and Cheeseling Wings. Both I would say are my favorite flavors. The wings are tasty and delicious, also very filling. Ordered Tteokbokki as well, which was amazing with the fish fish cakes. Service was quick, for takeout, but I've eaten there in person and the servers are nice and responsive. There are a lot of seating with some fun games throughout the store. The ambiance was typical of a place that serves wings. I would say bbq chicken definitely has my favorite Korean fried chicken.

Jeff T.

Yelp
Recently tried BBQ Chicken for the first time and it was really good. Actually my first time having Koran BBQ! The wings were crisp & juicy. I had the soy garlic = yummm. Happy they serve cold beer too!

Aileen L.

Yelp
No pictures today because the Best of the Best Quality Chicken was quickly devoured upon opening the boxes. As I was trying to place an order through pick up (either the Uber eats from their website or via Yelp), I realized the prices are much higher than listed on their printed menus. I understand it is probably because of the third party server, but since I didn't want to pay at least $10 extra, I called in the order. The person who picked up the phone was very unenthused, very different from the service I get when visiting in person. I got hung up on before I could get confirmation of the order. I called back again and still got hung up on before I could thank the person. Since the order was to feed mostly children, there were two small boneless orders: original golden olive and maple crunch. In real life, the maple crunch pieces looked more like the other pieces of boneless chicken; not sure why the online photo of the chicken depicted them as rounded triangles. The maple crunch scent filled the car with a sweet scent. Even with the sauce the chicken had a pleasant crunch on the outside and the meat inside was very juicy. The sauce did leave a silky feel that I associate with maple butter. The youngest child said it was slightly "spicy" but I would say the spice level was very mild or almost nonexistent to me. In fact the original golden olive had more of a spiciness to it. Would definitely come back for the food, just one star off because I kept getting hung up on.

Micah C.

Yelp
Updating this review with a photo. This place is sooo good--if you haven't tried it yet, you must. The chicken always comes out fresh. I like how it's seasoned throughout. One thing to keep in mind is that they usually only have one or two servers who are dealing with tables and pick-up orders, so sometimes the service can be slow.

Kyle A.

Yelp
I had coleslaw, dumplings and spicy boneless chicken. The coleslaw was good. Mayonnaise based but a thin sauce and was fresh. The dumplings were excellent and had a dipping sauce like a teriyaki type sauce. They were fried and crispy but soft at same time with a great filling. The chicken had a weird texture and the sauce wasn't that hot for hot chicken - I was thinking maybe got wrong sauce? The texture didn't taste like I was picturing - really soft and kind of slimy so I didn't finish it which is unusual for me. Maybe it was thighs not breast meat - I don't really know - I wouldnt eat here again or would order something else.

Patrick M.

Yelp
I ordered this on Uber Eats and it took a good 40 minutes to arrive. When I opened the box and took a bite I was absolutely stoked when I found that the fried chicken was still warm, crispy, and bussin. This is a first for me. 4.7/10

Yelp
Been meaning to try this place since it opened but heard mixed reviews from friends so haven't had the chance until today. I was visiting a family at Shadygrove Hospital and needed to buy lunch so I decided to call and order their lunch special combo. The trip was around 5-7 mins drive from the hospital which is perfect for those who wants a quick meal while visiting patients. I got the spicy chicken combo. It came with a very good portion of chicken and fries, several packets of ketchup and a soda can. I was surprised by the quantity because since it was a lunch special, I expected lesser amount than what I go. Anyways, the chicken was very juicy yet crunchy on the outside. This was a boneless chicken (perhaps this is why it was so filling or seemed like the amount was so large). It was very good. I didn't love the spicy sauce though - reminded me of chinese sweet sour sauce mix with korean sauce. I should have gotten the soy garlic since it was their popular sauce. Anyways, I'm definitely coming back to try more flavors. The fries was standard. Not the best but the quantity makes up for it. My favorite part of the order was their to-go box. It was a special cardboard box with different areas for heat to escape which is probably why the chicken stayed crispy. This to-go-box system is #1 compared to choogman and bonchon. Definitely try this place! They said it will take about 20 mins to prepare my order which was perfect bc by the time i leave the hospital, use the restroom and drive over there to pick up, it was already ready.

Peiling C.

Yelp
Simply put, the best fried chicken. Get the original, it is insanely crispy and perfectly flavored. If you want to try a saucier option get the Gangnam style for a bit of a kick.

Gabriele N.

Yelp
I used to LOVE this place. The chicken pieces were large with minimal breading. And the chicken was moist and soft. Yesterday's order was so different. Every single piece was 1/2 the size. The chicken was stringy and tough. And I mean, every single piece. It was nowhere near its former quality. You're going to go out of business unless you fix this.

Sarah B.

Yelp
Last time we went, we ordered 30 pcs of chicken, lots of $$! They messed up our order (wrong flavor) so they had to fix it which took a while. Then, they charged us for the extra chicken (40 pcs) even though we ordered 30 and the 10 messed up wasn't our fault...

George P.

Yelp
One of the best fried chicken spots in Rockville. Definitely recommend they're more spicier options. Ask for pickled radish!

Lasanthi F.

Yelp
It's yummy but you're getting ripped off. I ordered the mala tteokboki and there were 6 rice cakes in the container...the rest was sauce & fish cakes.

Mike B.

Yelp
I put in a fairly large order here as I was treating some friends because they helped me out with some major grunt work in my move.... during a pandemic. But as it was a pandemic, we didn't really share any food... so I didn't get to taste all that much. A few complications: They had accidentally made part of our first order bone in chicken vs the boneless that we ordered, and quickly offered to right the ship which was nice. They didn't have Sierra Mist so they gave me sprite. I just wish she would have told me that before I left. And I requested a side of one of the sauces, but unfortunately she said they weren't able to do that. Understandable, I'm assuming it must be a sauce they dip the chicken into when it's raw or something. I got to taste the olive oil chicken. It's VERY good. Super crispy, great bold flavor, perfectly cooked. Would 100 percent order again. Didn't really feel that way about the corn salad. And also not the dumplings that we got. They weren't bad, but they were not standout, and the filling was almost indistinguishable. We all kept guessing at what meat it had inside, until I pulled up the menu, and ... realized it didn't say either hahah. It just said meat dumplings. Seems like they we're very prepared for Covid. There are tables in the front blocking off the dining area. They have spots for the Uber eats, grub hub, etc drivers. They are actually even selling masks. Would definitely order from there again. I wish they had the full menu on the platform I ordered, I think it was Ubereats. When I went in to pick up my food there was like something I believe called Galbi chicken. And honey something chicken. I probably would have ordered one of those if I had saw it. But the Olive oil chicken which is their base was fantastic, so ya know what, things worked out pretty well! Definitely understand why they have such a great star rating. I'd just focus on the chicken going back, and maybe try one of their Korean dishes.

Mimi C.

Yelp
We w so exciting to try the food. Once we ordered till we got our food.. was 45 minutes later! Some people came after us and dine in. Even they've done eating and left. We were still not getting ours. The worker didn't even come to us and let us know.. "might" running slow or late. Once we got the food and got home. We were just 5-10 minutes away. The food was warm/cold. Of course, the chicken wouldn't be hot as eating in store, but, still... cool off that quick? Paying 50+ for "not wow" food and 45 minutes wait... really not worthy in my opinion.

Paul S.

Yelp
I love the different sauces they have here for KFC. Got the gangnam style and soy garlic wings, along with fries, cole slaw, and dumplings. They ran out of radish and they asked if we wanted a batch that hasn't fully marinated yet. We said yes and you could tell they were a few days from being full flavor; still refreshing though. The gangnam wings were kinda hot, but I loved the peppers they toss with the wings. Their double-fried fries are probably their best side dish; we didn't try any of their Korean dishes, perhaps next time.

William M.

Yelp
Every time I visit Maryland my family orders food from this restaurant. It never disappoints. The food is always amazing.

Cham K.

Yelp
This place is a famous chain in Korea (featured in k-dramas). I've always wondered how it would hold up to the other Korean Fried Chicken spots in the DMV. Of course their most famous flavors are their Soy Garlic or Honey BBQ which is usually my first choice. I tried their other flavors and I'd say stick to the famous flavors. Their original took me by surprise as it was one of my favorite choices that night. They fry their chicken in olive oil which gives it a lighter taste; the skin wasn't too thick so there was a nice balance of breaded skin and chicken. Very impressed! I also had the pleasure of trying their Soju Beer tower which is nice to have if you're out enjoying a night with your friends. A solid KFC joint if you're looking for chicken, beer, and a good time.

Chris S.

Yelp
Took my friend out for his birthday here, we have been looking forward to it for a year since last he came to see me. This has been the most exceptional experience I have seen down in Maryland yet. The server is attentive and pleasant, the atmosphere is pleasant, inviting and truly makes you happy to dive in to the delicious chicken. I've been sitting here loving the chicken, as have all 3 of my guests, it is a unique place offering Asian items as well as the American classic of Fried Chicken with Asian flavors infused throughout. If you are looking for a well priced meal, and a hell of a bang for your buck, this is your place. I will give fair warning, there are insects hovering in the restaurant that certainly interrupt the dining experience. The food is worth it, and is the only thing keeping this review at 4 stars.

Thomas N.

Yelp
I would give this place is 4.5 they had a grand opening and in my opinion the chicken is super tasty. It was crispy and sauced up to my liking. I went here with a friend the other day and got the secret spicy chicken. It was more on the sweet side than spicy side which is good. Only reason I didn't give this place a 5 is because of the slow service. When we went in there was barely anyone in the store and the waiter took like 15 mins to take our order. It was only pouring rain outside so it was pretty slow for the service given to us. Never even got water till almost our food came out. I would def come back again. Also, I recommend getting the chicken with sauce bc it's just plain chicken if you get the olive garlic one. It's still tasty tho but I prefer sauce on it.

Abegail A.

Yelp
Located at the Traville Village Shopping Center across from Cava Mezze, BBQ Chicken & Beer occupies the previous Quench spot. From the name, you'll think they serve traditional barbecue chicken. However, BBQ means Best of the Best Quality. Besides Korean fried chicken (whole, half, wings, boneless), they serve ramen, rice bowls, sandwiches, and various appetizers/sides. Came on a Friday evening and was surprised to find the restaurant empty. While we were there, patrons came in and out, but mainly to order food to go. Since we couldn't decide on the type of wing flavor to order, we ended up with a medium order of the wings of fire and a medium order of the Gangnam style wings. Also decided on the bulgogi chicken nachos as an appetizer. The nachos were huge. Definitely good for sharing or as a meal on it's own. The chicken had great flavor to it. Also enjoyed the avocado cream sauce. Out of the two wing flavors ordered, I prefered the wings of fire. I was expecting my mouth to be on fire after eating a wing, but this wasn't the case. The wings were drizzled with the sauce rather than tossed. Would have preferred more sauce for sure to give the wings more heat. The Gangname style wings were just okay. Left an odd aftertaste in my mouth. Don't think I'd order these again. The wings ay BBQ Chicken & Beer were good, but not double fried as I'm used to. Not a bad thing. Just not what I was expecting. It wss HH when we came, so couldn't resist ordering a cocktail. The rum punch was strong! For $6.50, this drink was definitely a steal. Service was good and parking was easy to find in the lot behind the restaurant. I plan on returning, especially during their HH (daily 2-6pm).

Yelp
Wow!!! All I can say is why have I not heard of this place sooner!!! Seriously?!! Their fried chicken and their wings? Are to die for!! I have not had Korean food before but if Korean food taste this good? I'm going to have to come here more often on my "cheat meal days " lol I ordered the cheeselings fried boneless chicken and it was so juicy and flavorful!! The powder cheese that they put on top is awesome! Also the Gangdam style wings?!!! Crunchy and tasty!!! Their bulgogi rice? Is soooo good! And the amount they give you is great! The wings come with pickled radishes and coleslaw. The coleslaw? Is soooo freakin good!!! I hate coleslaw but when I tried it? It was a rap!! And all gone before my wings were touched lol!! The radishes are good, but some may think it's nasty. It's an acquired taste honestly. Customer service? Was superb!!! Jay and Arthur?!! We're super cool with helping me select the best options off the menu and were always asking if I needed anything and if My food was good! Great service and lastly?!! They service alcohol here. I believe just beer and wine! Which is a plus!!!! Parking is easily setup in the back of the restaurant and the location is great for you to just pick up the food and go home as well!!! I will definitely be returning here!!!

Yelp
YUM! I wish I didn't love fried chicken, but I do. I can't lie, I love good fried chicken and this place does it well! I have tried a couple of different Korean fried chicken places, mostly in VA, and they have been edible, but nothing great. This BBQ chicken place, however, gets it right. I tried their fresh olive bone in chicken and it was perfect! I live about 50 minutes away from here, but it's worth the trip. I love their golden olive chicken! If you like simple, but good fried chicken, then you will love this!

Yelp
The food is great and the restaurant is fresh and clean. I appreciate that they spray and wipe down not only the table but the seats. However, I feel that the service needs a bit more experience. Our order was wrong when it came out. However, it was quickly fixed. We got the Gangnam wings which tasted like the salt and pepper fried pork chop you normally get at Chinese restaurants, with an additional kick. We also got the Honey Garlic wings, these were more like bonchon as far as how they were prepared. I love this flavor better than bonchons soy garlic. The sweet option was a favorite with my family. We also got the dduk bokki, it was great. I wish I got it with cheese and could have sworn I told the waitress but didn't hear me. I recommend this nice addition to the Travilah neighborhood Update----- Came back and have to say that this place is so much better than bonchon. The service has really improved as well!
