Yelp
It was good, but you might get burned.
The tables, floors, and windows were clean at first, but the floors became slippery as the night progressed. Our vent hood seemed to not work as it wasn't removing much smoke from our grill. The decor is minimal, most furniture is dark colored. The temperature of the restaurant was just right. The clientele consisted mainly of younger to slightly older adults; some families. The restaurant became crowded as the night went on. The parking lot is in good condition and spacious as it's located in a plaza; easy to navigate.
The staff was friendly but need to implement safer grill changing procedures. Twice we were almost burned. The first time they removed the grill plate, they almost dripped hot oil on us. The second time, one of the waiters was holding a hot grill plate in the walkway and I almost turned into it when getting out of my seat. All the staff wore face masks, were dressed appropriately, and had good hygiene. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us regularly. All staff had professional interactions with each other.
We ordered several types of pork belly, brisket, and baby octopus. My favorite was the cilantro pork belly. All meats were good quality, tasty, and plated well. The banchan were pretty good, the radish wasn't as tasty as other restaurants, but I did like that they supplied thick rice paper. The ice cream was fantastic, but it was unfortunate they only allowed one scoop per person.
Thank you BBQ Night. I look forward to our next visit.
