We visited around 7 PM on Sunday, and although the restaurant was almost full, we were lucky enough to be seated right away without waiting. They don’t take reservations, so depending on the time you may have to wait. For an all-you-can-eat place, the meat was surprisingly delicious. The portions per plate were quite large, but our attentive waiter kindly suggested ordering half portions, which was perfect for us since we don’t eat much. The fresh salad was so tasty that it made us want to eat more. Our waitress was very charming and friendly, which made the experience even better.

Google
It was all-you-can-eat, and I especially recommend the brisket. I tried a few slices of the pork belly, but they felt a bit tough. Still, the restaurant was lively and had a really nice atmosphere.

Google
The service was outstanding! The experience of grilling your meat at your table was just so cool! I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food, that was really where it is at! The beef brisket was thinly shaved. The teriyaki chicken had great flavor. I was surprised at how tasty the fish cakes were. My two most favorite items were the pork belly and the green tea iice cream. This all you can eat restaurant really offers great variety and value for the price per person.

The food was pretty good!! One of the best korean bbq spots! I would definitely recommend

Google
Tried Korean BBQ for the first time tonight. We relied heavily on our server for her guidance and recommendations to start off. We went with the garlic pork belly, brisket and teriyaki chicken to begin. Our 2nd round we ordered veggies (potato, sweet potato, onion and mushroom), marinated beef and more brisket. Truth be told we should probably have only ordered 1 more meat after what we'd started with it was so delicious! I really enjoyed the sides especially the Pickles and Cucumbers and glass noodles. Delicious and a great experience. Our server was great, and she kept checking in to ask if we needed refills on anything. Very attentive. We would definitely visit again, possibly with a larger group. I could see it being a fun time. Also the ice cream at the end was terrific! I had the green tea, and my husband had strawberry cheesecake. Mine was good but I lowkey wish I'd asked for that flavor too after trying his! So good.

Google
Great grills! Super delicious banchan! Good to great meat selection and quality! Friendly service! Lively atmosphere! I’m only withholding one star because staff is spread a little thin and it is pretty smoky. If you are planning to head out after dinner, just a heads up; you’ll smell like delicious meat all night.

Google
The service was excellent and the options are plentiful. The green onion salad goes very well with the beef belly and beef brisket. All of the side veggies are delicious with options other KBBQ places don’t always offer. Ice cream was included in the meal, though we passed on it this time. I highly recommend BBQ Night with friends or family.

Google
Wow!!! This place is great all around. The steaks are on point like that they have all the sides ready before you even sit down. The staff are awesome great team going on i applauded them for being quick and professional. Will definitely return and recommend this restaurant 👌

Yelp
Service quality varies. Soemtim3s we have good service, other times we're ignored or the server is distracted and never visits the tabke to replenish anything. With that said, you still come here for the food. So far, our favorite BBQ out of all the ones we go to nearby. Delicious, quality meats. They do a fairly good job at replacing the burnt grills during service which is fantastic. We always have a good time when we visit. I like they offer ice cream at the end too. Very cool. We recommend. 4.3/5

Yelp
This is an old neighborhood Korean BBQ place. It has that old feel to it and nothing really fancy. Reminds me of places that I use to go to with my buddies when I was in college. Definitely one of the better values out there. They pretty much have all the sides you want and many different cuts of meat to choose from. It's been my go to spot for many years now and the service is spot on most of the time. What's great is that they have ice cream for dessert too so all the kids love it.

Yelp
Hear me out. I've been going to the same kbbq spot for the past 5-7 years and it always satisfies my craving. Tried this place because I caught up with old friends and this is their go-to spot. I felt like I was cheating on my place just being there. It's a circular restaurant and I think it was an old Spires restaurant. IYKYK Typical busy atmosphere for a Saturday night. We ordered brisket and pork belly. I was studying the menu to see the other meat selections and it just didn't grab me. The meats we had tho were pretty good. We also ordered tofu soup. I thought they forgot about them but apparently they make it fresh so it takes a minute to get to your table. The soup was delicious. It had a good balance of spice and temperature heat to it. I enjoyed it very much. The pickled cucumbers were a little thick for my liking but they were still good. Great ending with ice cream. My friends ordered green tea and I ordered cookies and cream. Really good. Overall, 8/10. Will try again to order other meats.

Yelp
Came here with my roommates on a whim! We had a craving for non-marinated meats and this place was closest to us and the most affordable so we swung by! We came to dine around 6:30p, a party of 3, and were seated in less than 5 minutes. Our waiter, Mike, was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive and kind, absolutely no notes for him! The restaurant itself was a bit loud with music for our taste, but i've come to expect that with most KBBQ places. The meats offered were very yummy, especially their cuts of brisket! To DIE for!! We tried out their cilantro pork belly, it was more of an herb-spiced pork belly rather than cilantro. It wasn't my cup of tea, but my roommates seemed to enjoy it a bit. It reminded me a lot of a salsa verde marinade. We ended our night with ice cream! 1 Cookies N' Cream and 2 Rainbow Sherbet. Best flavors they could have offered! I can definitely see myself coming back here, their food was delicious and their service was to a T.

Yelp
This place is alright. Quality of meat is so-so. But they were able to easily seat our larger party size of 10ppl. Service was also decent. Personally, I was not impressed. And with that, no plans of coming back. Stick to k-town for the good stuff!

Michelle L.

Yelp
Usually my favorite, but really disappointed with the service today. My boyfriend went up to the host to pay and told her we'd be leaving the tip on the table. While I was still finishing my meal, and he was up front, the host came over to me, leaned over my shoulder, and very aggressively asked, "Where's the tip?! He said the tip was here!" It was incredibly rude and uncomfortable. She also made us feel rushed by clearing nearby tables and asking if we were done while we were still eating. The service felt unprofessional and rude this time.

Yelp
BBQ Night is my go to Kbbq restaurant for many reasons. The place is always really clean and the workers move quickly. The meat never disappoints, none of that overly fat chewy stuff here. We always go with option A and find it perfect for our liking. We do a few rounds of brisket for good measure and love all the sides. You do need to ask for the non traditional sides like pickled radish -my favorite! Beer is always cold and even the Diet Coke is super crispy just how I like it. Super recommend to all!

Dan T.

Yelp
Great food, service was terrific and price was right! It's our go to place for Korean BBQ but I always eat too much! Hehe! Keep it up!

Robert T.

Yelp
Always a hit! Fast and attentive service. Always buzzing with people and the meats and very good. Love the streamed eggs I like that they keep it clean and constantly ask if they can replace the grill. I recommend this place to friends. Nice place. It's worth it!

Yelp
Great quality cuts and very good service. They are always on top of refills for side dishes, drinks, & more meet. Side dishes are always amazing as well. Usually pretty good size crowds inside towards the weekend but never more than an 30mins to an hour wait typically. Lots of seating. A good amount of noise so it may not be the best pick for an intimate dinner that's quiet. Love coming here every few months.
google avatar

Ghost G.

Yelp
This is the best KBBQ spot in the 562 by a landslide. The only thing I can tell you is to check it out for yourself.
google avatar

Erin M.

Yelp
This is our go to spot for Korean bbq. The service is what keeps us coming back. They round on you so frequently. It's a little bright in there but overall we love this place.
google avatar

Yelp
Came in on Christmas Day with my bf, our kids along with my sister and her bf. Everything we ordered was amazing and service was kind. Be careful when it comes to paying cause we gave a visa gift card loaded with $100 and told the lady there to charge the rest on another card which would've been $64.19. She ended up scamming us by charging the gift card and $164.19 on the credit card so $264.19 total.

Yelp
Love this place and the service ! Have been coming here for years now and it's always great and good. Our fav spot as we've tried others and we always come back. Stephen and James are the best, best service and ambient :)

Yelp
This place was great. I had a last minute planning for group of 1 people and where able to get seated right away at 5ish. We got their B menu that included beef tongue and boneless short ribs which were my favorite. They also come with steamed egg and soup. The steamed egg was a bit too dry and burnt. I hope they can improve it in the future. Otherwise, service was amazing! Our waitress was super attentive and helpful. They also have ice cream for dessert that included strawberry, cookie and cream, green tea, and a rainbow color one. Parking was easy. Inside is very spacious. However, it was a bit smokey inside. Overall, I was very happy we found a kbbq place for the birthday celebration.
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
They hit the spot for my KBBQ needs! I only made it through one round of meat ordering (the pandemic has not allowed me to keep up my usual ability to eat more than one round!), but still enjoyed the cuts of beef and pork I ordered. Ice cream for dessert is included, so that's a big plus! I met with my friend for a late lunch at 3 pm on a Saturday and the wait was reasonable, though not as empty as I would think in between the lunch and dinner rush. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

Yelp
Had the best experience I've had here in over 6 years!!! The quality of food and service dropped for a while, but tonight they exceeded every expectation I had -- HONESTLY! This is the only place very close to me, so I used to only come here for convenience, but tonight their quality really shined. Beef Belly, Beef Rib Finger, Large Intestine, and Pork Belly were great -- even the banchan and salad. The steamed egg was deeelish. They finish with a perfect serving of ice cream too! The prices seem to raise every time I'm here, but to have good food so close to my home -- I'm willing to pay a premium. If it gets to over $35pp ($31 right now), I would reconsider as the meats aren't very high tier. Our initial soju glasses were cracked and dirty, but we asked for new ones no problem. We had a young man as our main server, and he was incredibly attentive and great at remembering everything we ordered -- all of the servers at the time though were great (came on a chill, calm Thurs Night). They had sports playing on TVs and good throwback music, but not too loud so it was just the right setting. I don't usually write such long posts, but they really did deserve it. Can call this place a reliable go-to for me and my family/friends.

Yelp
December 2023 The restaurant offers two menu options A&B. B just had a few more options on it then A but A selection offered a variety of marinated and non marinated meats/traditional dishes (tofu soup/steamed egg). Our party was able to order 3 meats at a time. We opted for the Chadol, marinated beef, chicken, pork belly. The portions for the meats were consistent each round. Some restaurant try to give smaller portions after the first round but this place kept the portions consistent. Our server was great at checkin in with the table while restocking the side dishes.

Yelp
Visited here for the first time two weeks ago on a Sunday for lunch. Surprisingly, it wasn't busy which was a plus! When we came in, we waited a few mins to get seated. The restaurant looks tiny to me from the outside, but they had plenty of tables. Ayce kbbq and we chose A which was $30 bucks. The servers were attentive specially with the grill changes. The quality of the meat was decent. I'd come back if I was in the area.
google avatar

Colette C.

Yelp
This place isn't what it used to be for some reason. I did appreciate the 5 minute wait time tho.
google avatar

Eric M.

Yelp
Damn this was THE SPOT before... now it's below mid... I'm sooo disappointed. Came in with our normal expectations of past experiences. We use to come here at least once a week but we moved and haven't been able to come for a few months. The marinated meats are flavorless, the brisket is all fat and chewy. And their new hotsauce is The service is still A+ so that's good... now I understand why there wasn't a wait like there use to be.

Joy C.

Yelp
James is the real MVP! He was so attentive , on point and quick like flash! The rest of the crew are pros. The meat is good quality. I will definitely comeback here. They are so underrated. I highly recommend this place. Thank you James!

Yelp
Overall BBQ Night is a solid choice, excelling in customer service with the only major downside being the meat is served frozen. Our appointed server did a great job, but it was nice to see their team work in a well organized manner. The timing on our grill changes were spot on and we weren't left needing or wanting anything for extended periods of time. I'm slightly bummed that a high volume KBBQ that charges $30 for the minimal tier serves frozen meat. It impacts the meat quality and you can totally taste it in the texture and flavor. I liked the variety in side dishes provided and the salad is really good. The tofu soup doesn't have a lot of depth to it, in fact it's only flavor note is spice, even though it's not spicy. It gets the job done though and it's not bad.

Yelp
This has been the spot to go for a few years now! They never fail me with the quality if the food, the mac salad is always a plus! And they always finish my night with a delightful ice cream

Yelp
Another Friday dinner in Hawaiian Gardens. The crave for Korean BBQ led me to this ayce restaurant. The last time I was here maybe 8 years ago and never left a review for them. The host gave us an honest wait time, which is a good start for a dinner night out already. The menu came with two options A & B. We chose the option A ($30.99), with a good amount of selections which I will be attaching photos with this review for all to look at the updated menu. For tonight, we chose the brisket, beef fingers, Cajun chicken, spicy calamari, soft tofu soups, and steamed eggs. I have to say the meat quality was alright, but the customer service was superb. Our server kindly greeted us and often came by our table to make sure if we need refills for our side dishes, water, and more rounds of meat. I appreciate the sincere service and honesty in letting customers know the true estimated wait time

Yelp
Me and my friends went to BBQ Night the other day and everything was so delicious! Our waiter was helpful and friendly, brought out everything we asked for and checked in on our table frequently. They also serve ice cream at the end, make sure to get it! Overall, nice and clean restaurant. Awesome staff and great selection/quality on the meats.

Yelp
It's always been great every-time me and my girl eat in BBQ Night we like it here better than other Korean AYCE service is fast and great all the time that's why this is our go to place
google avatar

Yelp
Our family go-to for AYCE KBBQ. Lots of options and a plus that there's tofu soup included in the options. Can't forget the ice cream!

Yelp
My family and I were here this past weekend when we had the worst service ever! After we had put in our 1st order of beef, I personally saw the owner tell the actual helpful workers that were clearing dirty plates to put the bill on our table. It felt as though they were trying to get us to leave to accommodate the crowd that was gathering by the entrance. I mentioned that we hadn't asked for the bill, and it was eventually taken back. The service was abysmal, we were having to flag our server to get any refills and to place any orders. We then placed another order and by the time I was cooking the last piece of beef I saw the owner speaking to our server and the bill was placed on our table again by our server, who I had just placed an order with not 2 minutes ago! I tell the server we were still waiting on refills and more meat, why was he putting a check on our table if I had just placed an order with him?! If you are dining with younger children, BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILL, THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE FULL PRICE FOR CHILDREN!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THERE ARE TONS OF MUCH BETTER KBBQ RESTAURANTS OUT THERE TO BE GIVING THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS!! Safe to say we will never be back here ever again, learn from our mistake and never come here.

Yelp
We came here for Mother's Day. It was actually a quick 10 minute wait. We got the B option at $33.99 to give mom more options to look at. -Brisket. Favorite when hungry since it cooks quickly. 4.5/5 -Top sirloin. 4/5 -Marinated short rib. My MIL loved it. 4.5/5 -Spicy pork bbq. Always a favorite but takes forever to cook since it's pork. 4.5/5 -Beef belly. I did not like this one today 3/5 -Boneless short rib. 4/5 -Beef bulgogi. 4/5 Proactive with grill changes. Attentive with our needs. They didn't have any good ice cream flavors, so I was sad. Other than that, it was another good experience. Would recommend!

Yelp
My first visit (late August) to this restaurant based on recommendation from family that live in the area. Here are the highlights of my review: Service: Party of 7. Arrived around 5pm on a Friday. Suprisingly, we were seated within 5 minutes upon our arrival then noticed upon entering the place was only about 50% capacity at the time so I assumed we arrived early enough to beat the KBBQ crowd. The waiters that served us were kind and the order turnaround, plate swaps was above average. Tables were clean and not greasy. A visually clean looking establishment for such a fast pace restaurant. (My final rating for this will be noted in my "Overall:"). Food: You have either two choices here for AYCE: $29.99 or $33.99. I didn't take any pictures of what was included per choice but I'm sure you can review the pictures of their Yelp page. The $29.99 menu had what I normally order and I assume most customers would order the same. Just an additional 8 more items should you choose the $33.99. The food at this AYCE was not bad but didn't stand out either. 4/5 stars Overall: Being that it's an AYCE BBQ joint, what I observed throughout my stay was that the ventilation wasn't the greatest. I felt that the smoke just circulated around the restaurant, and at minimal, venting out (you will reek KBBQ more than usual when you leave). Also, another turnoff was my party was advised to leave so they can start seating others. Mind you, we were only there a little past the hour (max is 2 hours stay), but since we were served and had finished our ice cream (yes, you do receive a scoop of ice cream after your meal - choices were bday cake, vanilla, strawberry), that it was ok to push us out to accomodate others rather than having us leave on our own. We just needed an additional 5-7 mins to muster the strength to stand up after our meals. 2/5 stars I would still give this place another chance should I return to the area, but for now, you are a 3/5 (maybe 3.5) in my book.

Yelp
May 25, 2024 aprox 6:45pm We were seated and fire turned on. Except there was no fire. The GAS was leaking for 5-10 mnts!! Meanwhile I was trying to get someone's attention the gas is smelling stronger and stronger. I even had a slight headache Extremely careless in part of the girl that was serving us. (Jenny) What a horrible and dangerous experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Yelp
Saturday was busy so go early! Pros 1. Great service - how did our server remember all our requests? 2. Good quality beef tongue Price was very fair and reasonable 3. The manager / owner seated us sooner than expected - line was our the door! Cons 1. Sides were not the best...like the soups. Our server was elite! Kudos to him! His name was Paul!

Yelp
It was good, but you might get burned. The tables, floors, and windows were clean at first, but the floors became slippery as the night progressed. Our vent hood seemed to not work as it wasn't removing much smoke from our grill. The decor is minimal, most furniture is dark colored. The temperature of the restaurant was just right. The clientele consisted mainly of younger to slightly older adults; some families. The restaurant became crowded as the night went on. The parking lot is in good condition and spacious as it's located in a plaza; easy to navigate. The staff was friendly but need to implement safer grill changing procedures. Twice we were almost burned. The first time they removed the grill plate, they almost dripped hot oil on us. The second time, one of the waiters was holding a hot grill plate in the walkway and I almost turned into it when getting out of my seat. All the staff wore face masks, were dressed appropriately, and had good hygiene. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us regularly. All staff had professional interactions with each other. We ordered several types of pork belly, brisket, and baby octopus. My favorite was the cilantro pork belly. All meats were good quality, tasty, and plated well. The banchan were pretty good, the radish wasn't as tasty as other restaurants, but I did like that they supplied thick rice paper. The ice cream was fantastic, but it was unfortunate they only allowed one scoop per person. Thank you BBQ Night. I look forward to our next visit.

Yelp
My partner and I loved this place so much that this will be our new go to spot from now on. Loved all the freshness of the meats and side dishes. On top of that the service was good. -1 star because when service started picking up it felt like we were ignored, however I think the owner came and informed us there's a button that we can press to have someone come but we did not know of this. So for future reference if you guys are trying to get the workers attention there's a little black button on the table to press whenever you need something.

Yelp
Meat wasn't bad for an AYCE spot! And service was great!!! Their very quick to get everything you need! Their soups tasted awesome and I loved their steam egg it was so yummy!
google avatar

Claudine R.

Yelp
I've been here 2 times and I really like it. The meat is usually good and fresh. The last time I came I noticed the fat on the bulgogi looked really yellow so I just picked it off. Service is usually fast. I would make a reservation cuz it can get busy. Or I would suggest to come in when they open. I think what makes this place good is the extra menu items for the AYCE. They have cheese corn, veggies, tofu soup, etc...I think it's worth a try
google avatar

Yelp
This place was recommended to me by a friend. I am sure glad I made the drive to try this hidden Gem. The line was long but worth the wait. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The food and flavor on the meat was delicious. The person that made this just an amazing experience was Ember like the Fire. She was very very attentive. She kept coming back often to check in on our table and change our grille. She was very friendly and communicative she recommended a few meats and way to eat the meat and I'm glad she did very good. The dessert ice cream was sooooo good she recommended the chocolate and I had to have seconds. Point blank Ember made it such a great experience that I am willing to drive from Perris California to this establishment and will ask for Ember to assist me again.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite Korean BBQ spots. The staff is very courteous and I love that you don't have to ask to have the hot plate changed. They are proactive and every waiter is ready to serve wheather You're at their table or not. I would definitely recommend this place. I love all the different tipping sauces they have and the sides. I do miss the old radish paper. I'm not a fan of the new flavor. But other than that it's my number one pick for Korean BBQ.
google avatar

Kathia C.

Yelp
The meat selection wasn't so great! I've been to many KBBQ places and this one is by far the middest /: no variety of bulgogi and the seasonings were very bland. Definitely not worth the $30/person.
google avatar

Letrecia A.

Yelp
Upon arrivals requested a table for 10 and we did not have a reservation, but we were still accommodated with no problems at all. All of us ordered the 33.00 per person plates which pretty much made you feel like you had v.i.p. access to everything. Our waiter Paul was very understanding and helpful. We worked Paul to death lol, but at the end he was still a great sport. Each table was allowed to order 3 different trays of meat at a time. Selections were octopus, short ribs, chicken, shrips, steak and veggies. All of the meats were accompanied by plenty of sides. This helps you truly explore your taste palette. We had a total of 3 birthdays in our group and everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks so much for your awsome hospitality. We will definitely come back to support.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Great service too! Good quality meats and all you can eat!!! Ice cream to end it too.

Yelp
I've heard good things about this place (and the reviews looked good). Had a hard time choosing a dinner place to celebrate some birthdays, but we decided to come here on a Monday night and glad we ended up choosing this spot! I didn't realize this place was only open for a few hours on weeknights, but there were still a good amount of people. Groups were seated in a way so there was some space between tables (until it got busier), and it never felt crowded or too loud. We got seated fairly quickly, and the servers were really attentive. They'd come by every few minutes to check on us and see if we needed anything else. For the most part, meat and sides came out pretty quickly, although there were a few times things didn't come out until we placed another order for it. The meat quality was pretty good overall. Brisket is always a staple - quick to cook and yummy. My favorite by far was the pork jowl. It's a hit or miss depending on the location, but this place had good jowl! Our least favorite was probably the spicy pork belly - it didn't have much flavor. The side dishes were also good, especially the japchae (glass noodles). This is a solid spot for KBBQ in the area. Prices are comparable to some of the more expensive K-Town KBBQ places, although I'd say the meat here isn't as good as those places. Still, the service here was pretty great, and it made for a pleasant dining experience. Would come back here if I was ever in the area and craving KBBQ!

Cameron B.

Yelp
My Go-to kbbq! I love this spot, even when it's crazy crowded, service always great :)) they're also very attentive & very prompt with your orders and table. love it!
google avatar

Thidah U.

Yelp
This was my first time here to celebrate my niece getting into UC Irvine. She selected this spot because it's her favorite- we tried to take her to a nice steak dinner somewhere, but she craved kkbq. Plus this is her favorite spot..idk. I've heard mixed reviews from different people, so I was nervous because we have specific spots to go for kkbq. Well...service was good and the meats were on point! I loved they had pork jowl - that's my absolute favorite!! It was busy for a weekday, so get there with your whole party on time because they will not seat you until everyone's there. Also, not a lot of places have Cass beer- I was so happy that it was on the menu! Delish! Definitely will go back soon!

Yelp
Okay I was looking for a good Korean bbq spot, I'm not from the area and this place stood out the most, so we decided to try it. It did not disappoint , we got there during their rush and within 25 min we were seated ! Customer service was truly on point every individual that approached our table was kind, uplifting, and amazing !! Especially our server Paul ! He gave us great recommendation's such as grilling our Kimchi ( will never eat kimchi the same). Had an overall amazing night!!

Yelp
Food was ok. Service was a little slow. Inside is your typical AYCE bbq place. Extra star for the good ice cream.
google avatar

Steph C.

Yelp
Pretty good Korean bbq! They came up with the idea of setting up outdoors, and giving each table a portable stove/grill to have the bbq experience. Service was good. They are doing a great job at keeping tables and area clean/safe and make sure it's ready for the next party. Side dishes are yummy and they have a variety of meats. Price is $24.99 per person. Overall, it was nice eating outdoors while enjoying their food.

Had dinner here for the first time last weekend, was surprised by how quickly our large party was seated, the food was great and our waiter Max was very attentive making our experience lovely. Will definitely be back soon
