The 18 Best Restaurants In Burbank

"You’re not going to find a place serving a better American breakfast in Burbank than Bea Bea’s. Their waffles and french toast are solid, but we always go for the Green Tea Monster pancakes—three gigantic things topped with green tea mascarpone, whipped cream, and white chocolate chips. The 15 Best Kid-Friendly Restaurants in LA

"Bea Bea’s is a diner in Burbank with more than 150 items on the menu, including 60 different kinds of pancakes, waffles, french toast, and crepes. Needless to say, both you and your picky little monsters are going to love it here. It’s almost always packed, but the place is larger than it looks from the outside, so you’ll rarely wait too long for a table. Considering Bea Bea’s menu is filled with dishes like peanut-butter stuffed french toast to Oreo-topped waffles, a meal here is breakfast and a trip to the candy store all in one—and that’s called time management. Don’t leave without trying our favorite thing on the menu, the Green Tea Monster pancakes: matcha pancakes with green tea mascarpone and white chocolate chips." - brant cox

Google
I give it 3 stars because 1) the food is indeed really good and came out quick 2) they forgot to give toast to everyone who ordered food that came with it. I had to tell the guy that he forgot them and only brought them for me even though there were 6 more people that ordered toast as well and then 3) ordered country gravy but waiter never prefaced that it was $5 extra.. overall this place is like any other brunch place. Nothing special but has some solid food. Wish I had a better experience to give it 5 stars

This place was so good! The portions were big and the food was delicious! I forget the name of what I ordered, but it was on a croissant with strawberries, a cream cheese drizzle and whipped cream. Yum!!!!

Visited here today with my mom and sister. They drove 2 hours to try this place. I have heard a lot about it so I decided to come and try. I was first really annoyed with the feeling of being rushed. Immediately I got asked what I’d like to drink and I was like whoa I need a bit more time. Finally, as I wait for my family, I decided to order a matcha latte, she said that the latte machine wasn’t working or something like they were installing a new one. That was lame. I got the Lacinda Blush? I can’t remember the name correctly but it had French toast, bacon, eggs, and potatoes that I swapped for hasbrowns. The eggs, bacon, and hash, no problem. Decent. Hard to mess that up. The French toast though was super dry. It was on huge thick slice that definitely needed to be soaked in the custard batter more for sure. This was super disappointing but I decided to not complain. It was also annoying that I had to ASK for butter for my toast….??? Anyways, my sisters waffle was way better than the bland and dry French toast. Hers was HUGE too. My mom enjoyed her meal. I feel like it wasn’t really anything special but it could have been because we got pretty much basic breakfast options. I did notice the table next to us got a latte (🤔) and also a really yummy looking pancake! I think this place is good but I just think maybe I ordered too basic of a plate? Not really sure. The rushing, the blandness, and the fact that I couldn’t get a latte was really annoying. I’m a social media manger for small businesses and a waitress so I was hoping she would bring me a latte when it was available but nope. And we still tipped $20 🤣. Willing to try this place again, maybe. A bit pricey though, we paid $125 for 3 people for breakfast. Idk 🤷‍♀️. By the way, the place lotus and light across the way has some of the BEST pho in La, that’s how I came across this place. Hoping to visit again soon and try something different. Once again this was just my honest first impression, it wouldn’t be my first choice moving forward though

My friends and I got hungry and we went to this place for breakfast. Came in no waiting and service was quick. The server was fast and attentive except for just one lady server who was just a bit unfriendly. Other than that we love the food and it was good. I considered it big serving for me. If you’re in the area and wanted to have a heavy breakfast go try this place, for sure you’ll get satisfied 👍🏻

Google
Everything was good. Would recommend and will go back to try more dishes. The only gripe about the Early Bite Burrito is that there needs to be a salty element to balance the creamy rich flavor of the country gravy. A positive there is that the burrito was the freshest reason my breakfast burrito I've had in a while! Great taste!

Google
BEST brunch spot in Burbank! Very popular on weekends, so expect a wait, but the food is definitely worth it. If you go on a weekday, the wait is shorter. Not much ambiance, but the service is good, and the coffee is excellent. I highly recommend the Thai Tea Pancakes; splurge and get the eggs and sausage with it, but you will have to take half of it home with you!

Google
I've gone here a handful of times and have been underwhelmed. Everything has been cooked fine but everything lacks seasoning. It's basic breakfast food for a high price. The last time I visited I was very disappointed and will probably never return. I ordered the eggs benedict with a side of corned beef hash. -There was way too much sauce, which made everything soggy. -The ham was tough to chew. -The potatoes had absolutely no flavor and were dry. -AND I found a weird tendon or?! something weird in my corned beef hash. How was this missed and served to a customer?! It was larger than a quarter 🤢

One of my favorite breakfast restaurants in the valley, which is saying something because there’s a ton of great ones. Bea Bea’s is not a diner, more of a casual California breakfast restaurant. We had to wait for about 20 minutes for a party of two for a 10 AM Sunday brunch, but the wait was worth it. The menu on the inside is quite large and they have a ton of great and classic options. Our server was really polite and everything we ordered came out quickly. I would say the pricing is fair and they don’t skimp on the portion sizes. Parking is extremely easy because it’s located in a shopping center. We were able to find a space right out front. They had a lot of options that I wanted to order on the menu so it took me some time to choose what I wanted to get. We shared the Red Raspberry Pancakes and I especially liked the cream cheese sauce on top, but the pancakes were slightly cakier than I like, I prefer them a bit fluffier, but that’s personal preference. We also ordered the Crab Cake Benedict and I thought it was truly great. The crab cake had a lot of great seafood flavor and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I also liked the crispy hashbrowns and overall really liked the dish. We also ordered the Volcano Scramble and thought it was a real stand out. It’s a true Mexican inspired scramble with a lot of great southern flavors. Overall, a great breakfast option in Burbank and I plan to be back many times in the future.

Yelp
This was my second time here and it was a Friday morning so it was much less packed and without a wait as it had been the last time. The Thai tea pancakes were moist with a subtle Thai tea flavor. The cream they add to the top was the icing on the (pan)cake. Because I couldn't decide on what to get (savory vs sweet) I ordered a second entree. I also enjoyed a very cheesy omelet with sub dried tomato and crispy potato's on the side. Finally, I tried the house late which was excellent. I appreciated the subtle hint of hunny but it was not too sweet at all.

Yelp
Wish the workers would acknowledge ppl more when standing outside waiting to be seated if you pass by at least a hi or something goes a long way . Food was good . Loved the pancakes and sandwich . Their lattes are kind of strong instead of sweet if that's ur preference. Prices are kind of high .

Yelp
I'm not sure why people speak so highly of this place. Maybe I'm just too demanding, but let me tell you a bit about it. In my opinion, this place is unjustifiably popular, likely due to the lack of competitors nearby. The atmosphere inside is depressing and reminiscent of the cheapest eateries in Southeast Asia. The tables are sticky and chipped in places, and the chairs are uncomfortable. On top of that, the air conditioner either doesn't work at all or isn't doing its job because it was really hot inside, even though I was eating in the morning. I'm not sure if I should make this comment about all American food or just this particular place. But honestly, it's impossible to eat this without sauces. I'd say the food is on par with TGI Fridays and Denny's.

Yelp
Crab benedict is always my favorite. If this is on the menu I tend to skip everything else. This is where my family took me for my birthday/Mother's Day. The wait time was a little long because we watched on the sidelines waiting for the chaos to unfold. The hostess had so many people waiting and she messed up and had new arrivals get tables quicker than us waiting around for almost an hour. To be honest, I kind of felt bad for her. She looked super overwhelmed because the other people were getting mad, anyway once everything was squared away we ended up waiting for a little over an hour for a table. When we were finally seated the place was a full house. It seems like a very popular spot. Even though it was busy, all the staff were working together and they all looked like they were all doing their part to keep the restaurant moving. The crab benedict that I ordered was definitely a 5 star experience because crab is one of my favorites. Overall I think this is such a delicious place to have brunch at. I think they could probably throw in one more scoop of potatoes in there since brunch here is on the pricier side or a whole tomato instead of a few slices. I'm not complaining, just wishing. I enjoyed my birthday/Mother's Day brunch here. Staff wasn't too friendly, but I think it's because it was Mother's Day and it was super busy so they didn't have time to chit chat or give smiles or even say Happy Mother's Day. If ever I'm in the neighborhood again I would definitely see myself coming back. They have great options and next time I wanna try their pancakes because they had a lot of delicious items on their menu.

Yelp
Bea Bea's in Burbank is an absolute gem! The food here is incredible--every dish is packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. There's no shortage of amazing breakfast items. Whether you're in the mood for their famous green tea pancakes or a hearty omelet, you won't be disappointed. My personal favorite is the Pacific Island pancakes, which has bananas, pineapple, coconut and caramelized walnuts. The close seating and long wait times on weekends are a testament to just how popular this place is, but trust me, the food is worth every minute of the wait. If you're not a fan of waiting, try visiting on a weekday when the wait times are much shorter. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making every visit a delight. Despite the busy atmosphere, the quality of the food never wavers. Bea Bea's is a must-visit for anyone who loves delicious breakfast and brunch options.

Yelp
Great experience! Bea Bea's has been a Burbank institution as long as I can remember and have been aware of it for decades, yet never been. I finally got the opportunity last weekend to meet a buddy of mine and it was a great experience as busy as it was. Parking is easy since Bea Bea's is essentially, part of a strip mall and as I waited for my friend, I gave my name to the hostess (I didn't make a reservation). They won't seat parties unless everyone's present. As my friend arrived, the hostess was great: she called my name and let us choose from the empty tables inside by the front door. Our own faux pas talking is that we didn't notice the menu's QR code on the table! We got paper menus which I prefer because the menu is absolutely massive! The choices are endless and us foodies love that! Liz got the Pooh's Sunshine with a peach crepe, two scrambled eggs and Bacon. It was amazing! I similarly got the Kin's Sunshine with the pancakes, poached eggs and two sausage with a drip coffee with cream. It was SO delicious! I wish I could have finished the pancakes, as much as I craved them! Service was attentive, polite and efficient. The ambience is one of that of a strip mall diner but that's fine by me. You'll see families, retirees, girlfriends catching up and the like all enjoying brunch inside or out on the patio. Just be aware they close in the middle of the afternoon, but I'll definitely be back for more!

Yelp
I loved their pancakes enough to come back, but terrible service ranks over one good dish. My husband and I came here after returning from a short vacation. It was a long drive and I didn't want to have to cook. It was pretty crowded there, which was surprising for a Monday morning. The dish guy sat us at a 2-top right by the entrance. We asked him if we could take a different table but he said no. So my husband (kind of a big guy, so a 2-top is quite uncomfortable for him) asked the waitress if we could move, and she said yes. We took a look at their ridiculous menu (too many "specials" that make nothing special). Overpriced. Then we ordered. Over 30 minutes later, I told my husband we should just leave. He asks the waitress how much longer it would be. She says they're still making my pancakes. I asked if anything was ready, and apparently, my husband's omelet had been sitting there. So she brought that out. A good 10 minutes later, out come my pancakes. We waited about 45 minutes for an omelet and pancakes. Next time, we will know better and keep this in mind.

Yelp
Finally made my way to Bea Beas! Service is very quick here. Place was jam packed but we were greeted and seated rather quickly. I went with the recommendation and tried the French Toast with bananas. It was heavenly! It didn't take long for us to get our order either. Overall, food and service were spectacular!

Yelp
Bea Bea's would be the perfect brunch spot if only they had mimosas or breakfast cocktails on the menu - they still do not offer alcoholic beverages. The French press coffee is great, however. I love their buttermilk pancakes with raspberry compote and cream cheese sauce. It's always packed - they don't take reservations, so it's best to get there early.

Yelp
Was excited to have found a breakfast place so close to where I was staying and with so many great, unique options. I had a hard time deciding what to get. I opted for the green tea pancakes, as it's not something I've seen offered anywhere else. It also showed up in a lot of pics, so it must be good if it's so popular, right? Well, I was not impressed. I didn't really taste green tea at all in the pancakes; only tasted it in the whipped cream. I liked the white chocolate chips, wish they would sprinkle some on top as well. Kids waffle was a bit stingy with the toppings. My partner said the spicy steak omlette was nothing special. Prices are a bit steep imo. $7 for OJ?! It was good, but not that good. Kids meals for $15?? I got my kids a kids meal from a ramen place last night that had ramen, a rice bowl, orange slice, candy and ice cream scoop for $11! Overall, it was $70 for an omlette, pancakes, kids waffle, and drink. It was more than dinner last night where we got 3 adults meals and a kids meal.. it's def overpriced. Service was minimal. They don't come by often, had to flag them down more than once.

Yelp
Love this place for a quick breakfast/lunch. The menu has almost everything you can think of (except chilaquiles, which is shocking). Portions are large and yummy. We got a dish that was like chilaquiles, but it wasn't my favorite. The bagel & lox are great, as is the tuna wrap. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
Great spot for brunch!! Wait line went by quick. Inside and outdoor seating. Unfortunately there was no changing table for babies. So momma's/poppas change your babies diapers in your car or walk over to Vons.

Yelp
We've been coming here for at least 15 years. Might want to avoid high traffic times on weekends, but if you're in the area on a weekday the wait is not long, if any. Plenty of parking but might have to walk a little if busy. We have not ordered something we didn't like. My favorite items are the French toast, lemon ricotta pancakes and the green tea pancakes. The stacks are shareable or get a combo! Enjoy!
google avatar

Yelp
Visiting friends in Burbank and couldn't have dreamed of a better breakfast spot. This is our 2nd time here and just as delicious as we remembered. Always busy but they are quick getting everyone seated. We always enjoy a plate of pancakes to share with the table and with the portions they give there is always enough to share and take home. The matcha is moist and delicious with or without syrup or sauce. Their scrambles have plenty of meat with crispy delicious potatoes. My hubby had the loco moco and had to order an extra side of the gravy. Definitely a must when in the area never disappoints

Yelp
My second time coming back and the food was just as good as I had the first time. KEEP IN MIND: plenty of parking since it shares a lot with a Von's and other stores but depending on how busy it gets, you might have to park a little further and walk. No reservations in advance, you'll have to get your name taken down by the hostess. The first time I came, we went earlier in the morning so we didn't wait at all. But this last time, I came with a party of 5 and we had to wait about 30 mins when we got there around noon. Knocked down a star since we waited quite a bit before our order was taken but the food came out very quickly. I personally don't have a problem with the price since I think the portions are very large for what you pay but to each their own. We had pancakes galore, an order of crepes, and their Hawaii Five-O French toast but I think their waffles are superior. These potatoes are my dream potatoes: the perfect size, perfect cook, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I forgot to take a picture of our iced lattes but they came in cups that were bigger than the water cups so you definitely get your caffeine fix. All in all, I'm looking forward to my next brunch visit to Bea Bea's!

Yelp
Ambiance: the brunch restaurant is located in a busy plaza shared with a lot of other places, parking could be tough during peak hours, the tables are overly packed inside, especially in the middle row, you almost sit right next to other tables Service: very fast and not so patient with questions Food: numerous items on the menu, unfortunately, terrible food quality and not so clear, which caused food poisoning for the party afterwards Pooh's Sunrise - *** Choice between pancakes, waffle, French toast or crepes served with two eggs any style and bacon, average Green Tea Monster - **** Matcha green tea pancakes, green tea mascarpone, white chocolate chips & whipped cream, very sweet and creamy, recommend Lox Benedict - *** Poached eggs, lox, avocado on English muffin topped with hollandaise sauceserved with breakfast potatoes, average taste Hash Browns - * probably the most one I've had, undercooked and very mussy texture Price: moderate portions and overpriced for its quality, not worth about $30 per person for brunch
google avatar

Yelp
Called about 15 minutes before arriving for a party of 7. I was informed that they do not reserve tables but there was no wait. We headed over and realized they did save a table for us, so sweet! There are both indoor and outdoor seating available. I just wished it was a little bigger inside, it felt a bit crowded. The menu is huge! It's so hard to choose what to get. We got a variety of items from benedicts to french toasts to loco mocos. Everything came out fairly quickly and altogether which was nice. I've been to the Glendale location and I can confidently say the food taste is very consistent! We all had a great experience. There was no wait but the restaurant was full the entire time we were there. Although it was busy, all the servers were attentive and made sure our coffees were filled up and hot!! It's located in a big plaza so there were a lot parking spots available.

Keilab A.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday at 9am and it was bustling. Luckily it was only me and a friend, so a table for 2 was wide open. The menu is extensive and there were an overwhelming amount of options to choose from. At first I thought the prices were excessive, but the portions are generous. I ended up sharing the Sweet Heart waffles and it came with four squares topped with strawberries, banana, and macadamia nuts. The waffles were perfectly crisp with a good chew. If you are notorious for having leftovers, I would recommend sharing. I thought the service and ambience were average, nothing special.
google avatar

Feliza C.

Yelp
They have a location in Glendale but this location is nostalgic for me, plus since it's in the same plaza as Vons - there's tons of parking! Came in on a Saturday around 11 to find no wait. Hostess was very welcoming and got us seated right away. Though the restaurant is small, there's ample seating inside and outside. It's been a couple years since my last visit but this spot never misses! Food is still just as good as when I was coming here years ago! We ordered green tea pancakes, loco moco and substituted the patty with corned beef, and corned beef benedict with seasoned fries, delicious! Hands down my favorite breakfast/ brunch spot in Burbank!!
google avatar

Jason C.

Yelp
Nothing too special, considering we waited like 45 minutes. Honestly not worth the wait but they did have unique pancakes which were cool! The quesadilla wasn't great so you can skip on that. For 3 people you can definitely share 2 plates!
google avatar

Quinn H.

Yelp
Such a cute little breakfast or lunch spot! We sat down at 10am on a Tuesday and were able to get service right away. Loved the tuna melt and country Benedict special!
google avatar

Lauren T.

Yelp
Came here on a weekday morning and it was very busy. I had ordered the breakfast with sausage, eggs and pancakes, and it was delicious. The waffles I had on the side were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The cornbread pancake that my husband had- was out of this world and I highly recommend that to anybody that likes cornbread. It was light and fluffy but the, savory taste that you leaves you wanting more. My husband had the steak and eggs and it was excellent. It was cooked perfectly and I'm pretty sure it was a rib eye. Our server was kind and attending, there was another server (short brunette guy with light eyes,) who was a little bit off and seemed a bit angry, but I think that was his personality. Don't let that stop you from coming here! We will head back here on our next Universal Studios vacation!!
google avatar

Julienne T.

Yelp
Beabea's is the best brunch place there is! The volcano scramble was so good and it comes with a side of salsa. They make their own cornbeef and it was delicious. We also got an iced mocha and a vanilla latte which was a perfect pairing. The ambiance is very relaxing, and the service is quick and super helpful. If you are ever in the area you must try this place!!!

Yelp
I cannot wait to come back here for breakfast. So many daily specials to choose from and I cannot say enough about their hotcakes. Definitely a local spot and a fan favorite.

Yelp
March 2024 - Party of three on a Sunday around 10a.m., 15 mins wait. After we were seated, there was a long line to get a table. Food/Pricing - I was looking forward to getting a drink but when I saw the prices I changed my mind. Spicy Crispy Chicken Wrap - $17.95 (per the receipt but just noticed that on their menu it says $17.94). Easy fix. Regardless, the wrap was really good. It had avocado and cheese in it as well as chicken. I chose fries but wish I tried the sweet potato fries. The regular fries were good though, nice and crispy. Love the pickle and banana pepper that came with it. Service/Ambiance - Service was quick and attentive. The place was packed so the staff weren't super friendly but they were prompt. Parking - Plenty of parking in the plaza.

Yelp
First time at BeaBea's Breakfast Is Everything but definitely not the last. Fast service, friendly staff and excellent food. Prices may be a tad steep but I imagine it is because of the rising food costs and the quality of the ingredients used in the food. I had a creamy Vanilla Latte and my sister had a Chai Latte. Both were great. We ordered the Strawberry Nutella French Toast, corned beef hash side, 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Everything was really good. Food came out hot and relatively quickly. The portions are pretty big so we definitely could have shared one of the pancake or french toast entrees instead of getting both. I'll be back and put this into my regular LA Brunch rotation.

Yelp
I've been supporting this place for years as the food is always good. As a restaurant owner, there's no way this acceptable, no matter what the economy and inflation is looking like. $28 for Poohs Sunrise + $7 for hash browns , bill came out to $39 for eggs , turkey bacon , pancakes and a side of hash browns. Only reason I continued with my purchase is because I promised my son Bea Beas. We are talking breakfast food at a family owned business, how are we supposed to support local family owned business with outrageous prices like this. This is fine dining prices , as much I want to continue supporting this place this might be my last visit just can't wrap my head around it. If we're charging these kind of prices the customer service has to be immaculate and very welcoming, most the servers look like they don't enjoy what they do.

Yelp
Best lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes EVER! Strawberry crepe with mascarpone is to die for!

Yelp
There's a ton of people waiting outside, which lead us to believe it would be really good. We waited about 20 minutes, which was not bad at all. The ambiance is fast paced, and cramped. I ordered one of the Benedict's, it had chicken and chipotle sauce, it was a little dry, and the potatoes were just salted. I'm thinking people come here for the pancakes? The pancake variety was pretty long. Overall 3/5.

Yelp
This is my second visit and never disappoints. Great brunch spot. We had the green tea pancakes, volcano scramble, chai latte and matcha latte - so many choices but the ones we had were winners! Service was excellent and plenty of free parking!

Yelp
Small restaurant with plenty of parking (huge plus in Los Angeles but I guess it's not really "in" LA). There was no line when we went (~10am) but I can imagine it being busy during peak hours. Ambiance: Good for casual meet ups, NOT dates (it can get loud especially if busy though it gives off a diner feel). Service is quick and the people are nice. Food: Their pancakes (especially the Green Monster Matcha - very fluffy and fresh/warm - the whip cream melts) are the star of the show. They have so many different kinds and it's very unique flavors. Everything else is as expected. Careful if you get the french toast because it's very dense/almost like a cake and will make you full easily. Also overall on the pricier side (like 19 bucks for some pancakes??). A strong 3.5 but I guess I will round to a 4 because of the service.

Yelp
One of the few unique brunch spots that does a little bit of everything RIGHT with a twist. I'm a big fan of the green tea monster, volcano scramble, and French toast! Probably what I always come here to go for. They also have an Ube pancake here that I really enjoyed as well! Ambiance wise this place can get LOUD and busy. So if you want to have a nice chat with somewhere quiet and peaceful I would not come here. But for bigger groups and family occasions this is a must for every breakfast/brunch time

Yelp
Bea Bea's - Where Breakfast is Everything!! My friend and I were in the Burbank area of Los Angeles and had a few hours to kill, so what do we do? We go eat! A quick Yelp Search and we ended up at Bea Bea's. They are a family owned restaurant with a focus on American Breakfast Comforts and Hearty Lunches (SERVED ALL DAY). I tried their: - Green Tea Monster Pancakes - Nitro Cold Brew My friend tried their Uh Oh Oreo Pancakes. YUMMY. DELICIOUS. MUST TRY if you haven't already!!

Yelp
The food seems good ..I'll let you know soon.... Update is coming... I will comment on everything before the food... Here goes.. The service though hectic seems to work , though a lil unorganized it got us in and ordered within 10 minutes after sitting down. This place is busy and loud but it's because the food is exceptional and there is a great variety of things to choose from. We settled Green Tea Monster, the Began wrap the California Omelet and the Peaches and Crunch French toast. Though there are plenty of options some things seem way too complicated for my simple palette. I literally eat a protein and rice for BLD. That's it I come out to eat once a week therefore my reviews suffer because of it.

Yelp
My friend was visiting from out of town and we wanted to meet half way to each of us for breakfast. We had originally planned on another place-both of us unfamiliar with good breakfast places in the Glendale area, but that place ended up having a C rating for food. So we then did another last minute search and Bea Bea's came up this time! We are so happy it did! The food was pretty legit. They're known for their waffle and pancakes combos I believe-we both were in more of a savory mood so we went for eggs but those were great, also! Ambiance is very casual. Kind of feels like an old diner in a corporate office building. There weren't a ton of people there yet when we got there so it was quiet and easy going. Service was good, they disappeared for long periods of time which made it difficult to get things like butter for our toast when it arrived, but it was t a huge thing.

Yelp
I live like 2 miles away from Bea Bea's so I'd been here many, many times even before I started yelping, and before the whole world discovered this place. I had always been in the company of family and friends when I dined here, mostly during brunch so I have already tried so many items from the menu. There's always a line when I came here but it didn't take long to be seated as they have lots of inside and patio seating. Staff is very attentive and provide excellent service. I find the place pretty good. However, I can't get fast how loud it is inside the restaurant. I find it too loud and noisy so I don't recommend it for intimate dining.

Yelp
Great service and wonderful food. Outdoor seating available. Metered Parking on street in front but if you go there at 8am you get 1 hr free because street parking doesn't start until 9am. Plenty of clean tables and also bar seating. There are plenty of options for all taste buds.

Yelp
OMG, there's this really handsome eye candy with tattoos! The food was decent. It wasn't bad, but also not the best food I've ever had. My friend said to mention that the Juevos Rancheros do not taste good. According to him, it was off. They replaced the food with something else. Crab cake Benedict and the burritos were ok. Easy plaza parking.

Yelp
The waffles here are so good! They also tend to have different specials going on which are also good. The service is pretty good, the waiters are nice but sometimes I feel like the wait is a bit long. It's a cute restaurant but it is small and pretty busy all the time so you may have to wait a while depending on what time yo

Yelp
My family stopped at Bea Bea's for breakfast before catching a flight out of Burbank. The waitress was nice and my favorite part of my breakfast was the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes which were crazy good. The rest of my breakfast was fine nothing special. My family felt the same way about what they ordered. We spent around $30 per person which seemed unreasonable and I would not return. I feel like the new norm is getting less a paying way more and it's going to destroy many restaurants.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday around 11:50 and the wait for two people was about 20 minutes. Got the crab cakes Benedict and it is slightly on the pricier side compared to other places. The crab cakes were a little dry and not as juicy as I would them to be but overall it was pretty solid! The first time I came here we got the green tea monster pancake to share and I remember it was really good! Maybe I'll stick to the French toast / pancakes next time! There are indoor and outdoor seating. There are a couple parking structures nearby that are free for the first 90 minutes and there are street parking too. Overall a pretty solid brunch place if you are in the area!

Yelp
Bea Bea's is an absolute gem in Glendale! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is chick modern with concrete walls and high ceilings and inviting, it is very crowded on Saturdays so be aware of waiting in line for a bit, but it is a perfect place for a morning meal. We started with their famous French toasts, which were a divine combination of fluffy perfection and sweet indulgence. The build-your-own omelette option allowed us to customize our breakfast exactly to our liking, and each bite was packed with flavor and freshness, I added chicken breast, green peppers and avocados to my omelette, but now let's talk about the huevos rancheros - a true taste of Mexico right here in California! The eggs were cooked to perfection, the beans were savory, and the salsa added just the right amount of kick. The portions were generous, and every dish was presented beautifully. The service was fast and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. Only down side is that was the noise and the crowded fast pace eat-in spot. But...If you're in Glendale and craving a delicious breakfast, Bea Bea's is an absolute must-visit. Five stars all the way! Bon appetite!

Yelp
I am obsessed with the breakfast here! My favorite has to be the Thai tea pancakes. They are so fluffy and good. The service is always quick so you're in and out. And the ambience just reminds you of a cute LA breakfast sort of feel. Certainly a favorite!

Yelp
So much money and quality has plummeted! Ham steak tasted like bologna. Bacon had no taste at all. Hash browns very disappointing. Gluten free pancakes were wonderful as usual.

Yelp
The matcha pancakes were SO GOOD. Bea Bea serves your traditional breakfast/brunch foods, but it's their unique pancake flavors that makes them stand out in my opinion. That place is packed on a Saturday morning. So be warned of a wait! But the food is worth it.

Yelp
First, I honestly didn't know where to began when it came to which pancakes to get. I wanted them all. From the thai tea pancakes to the Green Tea Monster pancake. How did you all come up with such amazing ideas for pancakes? I ended up going with the Green Tea Monster Pancake and I'll love myself for it everyday of my life. The pancake had the perfect texture of fluffy but kind of crispy edges. It was a very inclusive pancake checking all the boxes of preference. Yes, it can get a bit pricey - especially for brunch so brace yourself for that aspect but it was indeed very good where you don't feel super guilty about spending a pretty penny on pancakes. For protein, I had to see what the corn beef hash was about and that hit the spot. I love when you can tell that the corn beef hash is fresh and quality. Added bonus - the customer service was quick and attentive, so that is always good. I can't wait to visit again!

Yelp
This place is a great choice for breakfast! It is super packed on weekends, so expect around a 45-minute wait, especially during peak hours. I highly recommend the matcha pancakes, Thai tea pancakes, and corned beef hash Benedict. The pancakes are exceptionally fluffy, portions are generous, and the service is consistently welcoming.
