"At Beau Rivage, chef Jean Claude Garzia, a winner of the coveted Meilleur Ouvrier de France, turns out perfect classical French cuisine at his restaurant on the grounds of Newstead Belmont Hills Golf Resort & Spa . Start with the foie gras served with a sauternes wine sauce and fig marmalade, move onto a bowl of creamy lobster bisque, then dig into the roasted lamb chops (served Provençal style, of course). Desserts are everything you’d expect—buttery, decadent, and yes, French—but the crème brûlée, apple tarte tatin, and daily homemade soufflé all take the, uh, cake." - David LaHuta

Yelp
This is not really a review but a suggestion. I have been going to the Beau for many years and have always been pleased with the casino, restaurants, rooms, etc., but I have noticed that the slot machines, many new in the last year or so, are just not as much fun to play as they were in years past. My group and I visited another Alabama casino this week and we walked away feeling that the variety of slots were better, and a little more fun to play. I'm wondering if the powers that be who purchase the gaming machines need to take a trip to one of these casinos and maybe get a feel of what people want??? Again, this is from observation from several slots players and is merely a suggestion.

Yelp
I have been here several times over the years and I always enjoy my time. The rooms were always nice but they are beautiful since the renovation. The restaurants are good and I always enjoy gambling here. They have a huge variety of slot machines. The pool area feels very serene. You can order drinks from your seat and there is plenty of poolside seating. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathtub is deep and I always say I will take a soak but never do...no time. Lol. They typically have good shows in their theater as well. My favorite place to stay on the gulf coast for sure!

Yelp
Well, we went to the Beau Rivage for a little getaway and to say I was appointment is a understatement. As soon as I got in bed something started biting me. These are just a few bites I have bite also on the back of my legs & arms. The best the front desk could do was to move me. I'm so sad because this place can & did so much better in the past. I hope things start getting better. I have a weekend booked for our anniversary but I think I am going to cancel it and try something new.

Yelp
Beau 9-12 May This experience was a disaster. You used to stand for elegance and professionalism. Your standards are gone, your staff are rude and condescending! Let's see my room not ready at 3:20pm told people still in it, moved from gulf view on 25th floor to HVAC view on the 6th. Just start of the nightmare. Staff Friendliness - If I'm late checking out I get the riot act, I guess that applies just to me. Put in a room I hated. View of the Gulf changed to a view of your AC units and roof. Keisha was all smiles to 2 previous guests, I walk up and there is no eye contact, no interaction, no smile or a please give me a minute. She just ignored me, let me stand there like an idiot and basically didn't like the fact that I was an older white man. Definitely felt discriminated and disrespected. I tried to interact, nothing! She wouldn't' give me one second of her time. So disrespectful and condescending. I went and got back in line and finally I got called the minute I did what she said. Again all about control. I tired to cancel a dinner reservation with her, again no smile, no positive vibes, nothing! Then I found out later she didn't cancel it either. I went to the managers office and waited a few minutes but she never looked up or got off the phone. Check-In Experience This was the first of 30 "I'm sorry's" I received from your staff. From broken elevators and 45 min wait (for 2 days), to cashier unable to checkin 1 guest for Lunch at your buffet in 15 minutes. Incompetence! Line of 50, no help if your Platinum or above. Being a diabetic I couldn't wait for a 2 hour check-in. Guest Room The bathroom shower was filthy. No attention to detail. Trim around shower base was yellow and it had been that way for months. Show some pride in your job. Keisha. I would fire her! I experience disrespect, ignorance and discrimination. She was condecending and probably a narcissist. A power trip with her and with any interaction. I've managed thousands of employees, people like her bring down your entire organization. A cancer within your VIP team Went to checkout this morning at 9:30 am, Sunday. Called for Bell help with my luggage, told there was no wait (9am). After 25 min, I just did it myself. Had my hands full with 4 bags. As a disabled veteran, it was uncomfortable and just another negative interaction with your staff. Went to VIP to checkout, asked about comp for my in-house restaurant meal I had, told they couldn't do it even though it had been done that way for past 8 months. Young man told me to go find a Casino Host, I asked so I'm expected to trudge thru the casino with my bags trying to find a host? He said yes, I have to find a casino host. I told him just take it out of my comps, charge my card. At this point I just don't care. Elevator broken again this morning, so I got on at 6, elevator went up to floor 15 and then stopped at every floor. Only 1 person got on. Also aggrieved with the elevators. Seemed to be the topic of every guest getting on elevator and extremely frustrated guests that couldn't get on because it was full.

Yelp
This is the prettiest casino in Biloxi! The decor detail is beautiful! I visited BR 25 years ago when it first opened. It's as lovely now as it was then. The staff are all very friendly, the drink service is fast especially for a Saturday night, and there are plenty of games tables plus slots. They have several stores inside the lobby they were closed by time I arrived (9:30 pm). There are also several dining options. Restrooms are immaculate. Each individual sink has an automatic soap dispenser on the left, an auto water in the middle, and an auto dryer in the right. They also have paper towels for those who don't care for the dryers (myself). The all in one concept is so hi-tech. I've never seen one like that. Highly recommend this casino! This was our first pick for a place to stay, but they were booked.

Yelp
Hotel rooms at Bean Rivage are decent in size. And very Clean. Stayed here several times and haven't had a bad experience. We enjoy the location of this resort , it is convenient to many things and has beautiful ocean views. There are a good selection of restaurants and bars inside the resort which is very convenient for hotel guests. We also did a separate review for the buffet , and we found the buffet in the hotel. It is one of the best value and convenient dining place, especially if you come with family or a large group. Our overall experience with Beaurivage resort is very pleasant , and do recommend by @winedinenvacay

Yelp
Always putting out hollers for the Beau Rivage Biloxi Mississippi. It's Beautiful inviting! Club Eight Seven Five is so hands down a way to unwind. Trigger proof band is amazing!

Carmel D.

Yelp
We love this hotel. Always super clean, employees amazing so friendly Never stay anywhere else

Chris L.

Yelp
Nice resort, temporary buffet was very nice, surprising ! Italian restaurant was excellent and had fair prices too with good service. Good selection of table games and slots. Loses a star because of the poker room - in serious need of renovation!! Ripped carpeting, filthy table cloth, tape covering rips on the bumper, and televisions that are so dark and poor they're almost h watchable. Photos attached. Come on MGM, you can do better.

J G.

Yelp
I found this place to be extremely bias, also Jay & the poker room staff were beyond rude & lacked the understanding of basic customer service

Debbie G.

Yelp
My review is based solely on the casino. I just love the entrance. It is decorated so neat with lights, greenery and flowers. Very welcoming. The casino is big, clean and feels spacious. It has a fun vibe. I did not win anything huge but I was happy to get bonuses and play a long time. Friendly staff. It is one of my favorite casinos.

Chad G.

Yelp
I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this hotel! It's so welcoming and easily to find things. The dealers Tammy, Sean, Cindy, Nik, and the amazing bellhop whose name I unfortunately forgot, were all exceptional. They truly made my visit unforgettable by going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Judy F.

Yelp
*****response to Chris S***** You are wrong. I hit 4 handpays in one visit, 3 in another and many wins after. Maybe you can't afford to gamble.

Ginny S.

Yelp
Again love the Beau. I will admit one the second day we were there they had a hack and computers down. Could not use credit cards to pay so they had to use everything on paper. We just went down to hard rock which was not hacked. It finally was better the next day. BUT Beau made up to everyone in a BIG way. Giving everyone $100.00 in food credits. (4-$25.00 or 1-100.00) the food credit was PER PERSON! Thank goodness we had reservations at BR Prime so we could use it. They were only good for that day. So you can imagine how long the line was at the service desk as ALL KISOKs were down. So why did I give them a 5 and not a 1...they made it up to us for something out of their control.

Maia B.

Yelp
last night was my first time staring at the beau and i absolutely loved it and will be coming back!! i was blown away by how nice the lobby is and how nice the shops are. the pool is super nice as well and the rooms are so relaxing!

Dennis M.

Yelp
Nice place on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Took an overnight to the coast and booked an ocean view King room. It was super spacious. No balcony on this one, but still a good view. Also had pool view, but being winter, that entire area was closed. We had a few drinks at the bar downstairs. Not bad prices. We were there before the bar severs we're working the tables m, so we had to go up to the bar and get served. The Casino tables were good. I sat at a $25 blackjack table. I pretty quickly win $400 and cashed out. We had breakfast the next am in the atrium lobby. Food was fast to arrive and was overall good. I recommend reservations if you plan on eating dinner at any of the casino restaurants. Good place.

Yelp
I stayed at the Beau during Thanksgiving week and enjoyed my time there. The exterior is grand. I don't use that word often but it's the first word that came to mind when I saw it. The Christmas decorations inside the lobby were gorgeous and a pleasant surprise. The hallway is brightly lit and smells pleasant. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bathroom had a shower and a bath tub. No fridge or microwave, but didn't expect those. I liked the street view overlooking the front entrance below. The casino floor was big enough and nicely laid out. I appreciated the non-smoking section. It helped but obviously you cannot avoid the smell completely. It would be nice if casinos had these sections close to the main entrance. I'm not an expert player nor a frequent one at that, but I had a fun time playing the slots. This MGM property has an awesome pool and spa, golf course, luxury shopping, and arcade. Dining includes steakhouse, Italian, Asian, cafes and buffet restaurants. Everything you need is on site. I would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
Outstanding Resort! Great Restaurants and very clean rooms! Can't wait to go back in June. Top class all around. Beau Rivage is tops in Mississippi.

Yelp
By far the best hotel to stay at with a dog!!! We were greets upon checkin by many staff wanting to greet Piper! She got a dog welcome gift bag that was soo sweet!! I was a bit nervous about being on the "dog floor", but man the carpet in the hallways and the room are shampooed so often that my dog never even stopped to sniff anything!! The floor we were on was super quiet and an no pet odors anywhere! Best hotel we have ever stayed at with a dog! Oh and the slots were very good to us!!! The breakfast buffet was incredible and soo nice inexpensive! I think it was $15 per person.

Diann C.

Yelp
We usually come for the gaming and bars, always a good experience. This time, we stayed for 2 nights. The room was fantastic - a panoramic view room - highly recommend unless you don't spend any time in your room! We enjoyed the buffet twice - breakfast and New Year's Day. Surprisingly good for a casino buffet. The best part were the regional offerings - crawfish etouffee, red beans and rice, and jambalaya to name a few. Carving station was nice during NYD. The breakfast buffet was definitely the better deal and had many delicious foods. The bars are always on point, albeit a bit costly, but that's to be expected. The service is awesome - everyone is friendly. Will certainly stay again.

Yelp
I came on the junket promotion for ft myers, it included $800 in free play, a free stay in a king bed room and airfare and transportation. This is a pretty sweet deal and I'm satisfied overall with how this played out, it was a full flight here as alot of people are taking advantage of it, you wont be alone as alot of people from your area will be here for the same reason. Gaming wise, This casino has everything you are looking for as far as games and square footage. it's just big enough. **Beware people sensitive to smoke** it's a smoke box will not up to par ventilation. It makes the place seen lower class than it should be. Employee interaction A sore spot, over zealous bartenders when need to see me push a button to get a drink. Ive spent thousands and they sweat my button push what a joke! The concierge lady with the braids is unprofessional, ratchet and low class. She is your go to for information and the face for area. She sucks at her job and has an entitled attitude. Finding ways to look busy instead of helping people. I wouldnt bat an eye if she was fired. I had confusion on my return flight as it says on my confirmation that I leave at 8 but turns out the info provided to me by mgmair is wrong. I asked what was arranged for me considering, she came back after a deep breath and eye rolling that i have to find my own transportation and instructed me to call mgmair. I did they sorted it quickly as it was their mistake. She didnt even attempt to do her job, I wonder how she has a job. for a marketed as premium experience this place falls short. Come with lowered expectation and it's an ok experience

Yelp
We celebrated my sister and her husband's conjoined bachelor-bachelorette party here. We had a group of 19 people. My husband and I stayed in a deluxe king room with our 6lbs yorkie. The room was large and clean. The staff was super friendly at check in and my dog received a goodie bag! The hotel lobby has Saly & Ivy along with the Buffet. Most of the other restaurants are located in the casino which is straight toward the back from the front entrance. The casino is my favorite in Biloxi, it is very well kept and lots of tables and machines to choose from. The pool area could use more seating in my opinion. There were not enough chairs so we had to sit away from the pool facing the bay which seemed way out of the way.

Steven L.

Yelp
Casino-As a long time customer this place continues to decline in both service and the guest experience. We felt like we were walking into a smoke chamber in the casino last night. Even at dinner it was terrible and the employees were complaining about the poor ventilation. Dining-Ate at Jia , the Asian concept venue, food was way over priced but good. Server was professional and non intrusive.150.00 for a lobster dinner for one with no sides was out of line in my opinion. In room dining is still being served with disposable plates and utensils with over an hour wait this morning. Food was cold upon arrival.Covid is long over but this property still has not reverted back to real dinnerware which is ridiculous considering the amount they charge. Breakfast for two was almost 70.00 and the amount of plastic packaging was ridiculous. Given MGM corporate emphasis on "Green" initiatives like encouraging multiple uses of towels and bed linen this certainly doesn't make any sense and is disingenuous at best. Gaming- mostly electronic machines which are tight the majority of the time. Pool- nicely renovated decking but you have to rent if you want an umbrella. 70.00 for two chairs with the umbrella on a Saturday. I can spend money on airfare and receive a way better experience and comps with the same amount of play elsewhere and in Las Vegas.

Steve R.

Yelp
Mgm property A bit dated but what do you expect? Nice staff and very friendly Was here for a work conference and it was well run and food service was really solid. Rooms all smell abut Smokey which is a turn off but the rooms are clean overall and decent Not my first choice but not the worst choice either!

Bobby J.

Yelp
The BR knocks another HomeRun! This place (or palace) is everything I'm looking for: CLEAN, good selection of games, lots of "mechanical" slots, CLEAN, personable staff, easy access restaurants, CLEAN, good sized rooms 400sf, pool, in-room refrigerator and CLEAN. A special shout out to Debbie (cocktail waitress), Jon (BlackJack dealer), and the housekeeping staff: all very friendly and genuinely concerned about my visit and quality of entertainment. I will definitely be back and recommend this Casino/Hotel above all others. My only request is to provide more ashtrays around the slot machines: seems like the current allotment is 1per 8-10 slot machines.

Georgia P.

Yelp
Gorgeous place and great location. There should be more eating options open throughout the day to accommodate guests.

Angela T.

Yelp
Been there 22 yrs ago . But got better deal at another location... they don't care 4 people who spent there honeymoon there yrs ago

Yelp
I booked a charter trip to Beau Rivage that ended up cancelling after 2 days of leaving us sitting at airport for over 5 hours while they were deciding wether or not they could get a plane, I found alternate travel to Biloxi arrived and checked into room. They had to make adjustments to the room dates which I was thankful for but come Tuesday I went to desk for another issue and was told I was checked out. I explained to the manager that the supervisor I spoke to on Sunday had extended room till Wednesday and she informed me that they have a charge, I am usually very patient with this stuff but she was so condescending rolling her eyes at me just kept saying the cancellation of trip was not their fault which was never anything I blamed them for , just rude rude rude all except for the 1 st lady that actually tried to help me. I will never deal with this hotel again

Yelp
Upon pulling up to this beautiful hotel we were very welcomed as the valets took care of everything....very smooth.... great start...... Entering the promenade so well decorated for Christmas. It was like being in the middle of Christmas wonderland. The lights, trees were everywhere. Nicely done ! Not to mention all the shops, with eye catching displays to draw you in. Such a beautiful well taken care of hotel. Everything was amazing including my morning view of the gulf. Sun beaming in the window helped warm up the chilly spell we were experiencing at this time. Rooms were spacious with a large, bathrooms had a soaking tubs if that's something you favor. We ordered room service twice once later in the evening and then the next morning, coffees and bagels. Each came quickly, hot and with more than needed at the time. I didn't feel it was over priced or expensive either. (been to some where it's a total rip-off, I assure you this wasn't) I was anxious to get back to the casino... As I had plenty of chips from the night before, after playing my favorite casino game CRAPS....Dealers , pit bosses and the cocktail hosts were all very friendly- helping my first time experience here an awesome one !! Thank you to all it was pleasure... I will definitely be back

Robbin S.

Yelp
Lauren at the high limit bar has now ruined our trips to Biloxi. She is so rude and this is the third time we have had the unfortunate luck to come across her. My husband is a platinum card holder and went to the high limit bar to wait for me to come down from the room. He sat at the bar and waited for Lauren to acknowledge him. After 8 people came and were promptly served, he stated all he wants was a beer. She then asked to see his card (did not ask anyone else) then waited on a couple more people. He was finally served and she held onto the beer when handing it to him. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and not an isolated case. The furniture is also in need of replacement, as it used to be a nice place for groups to gather together for a drink. For such a nice casino, this once highlighted bar is a real scar to the overall experience.

Manny G.

Yelp
All around a great entertainment resort. The staff is extremely courteous & there is something for everyone. From the Vegas style casino to the theater, lounges & even an arcade.

The Woomen S.

Yelp
We ordered breakfast in bed and this is what was sent to our room for $80.00. No cart, no place to set the food and everything in it tasted exactly like something out of a plastic bag. I didn't eat any of the food and basically threw money in the trash. We went to the buffet yesterday, and it was another pitiful experience. It looked like we were eating leftovers from a conference meeting. Extremely disappointing.

David P.

Yelp
The staff at check in was friendly. It was very strange that it was 11pm and our rooms were not yet ready and took an hour before we could get in them. Horrible experience after a long travel day. Then upon getting into the room, I found there was no desk. I called the front desk and asked for a room with a desk as I was going to be needing to do work, and was told that there were no rooms with desks. Absolutely appalling. The stay was fine, ocean view was nice, the service was fine considering I didn't interact with anyone else.

Crystal V.

Yelp
I absolutely love the Beau Rivage! I have noticed a lot of the reviews are based on people not winning at the casino as well as some of the restaurants. I understand that these entities are also a representation of the Beau but I feel like the casino and restaurants should be reviewed separately and not have a negative impact on the Beau itself. As we all know, when it comes to slot machines and gaming in general, it's the luck of the draw. I booked this trip for my husbands birthday weekend. I was a bit disappointed that we weren't able to get a suite. However, they're in the process of renovating their rooms and we got a beautiful renovated room on the 25th floor. The room we got is an ocean view king. There's a coffee maker but no microwave or refrigerator. After speaking with guest services, they did provide us with a refrigerator. The room was very clean, unlike some other hotels I have stayed in. The bed is so comfortable and cozy, we had a great nights rest which is so important. We're locals but love everything the Beau has to offer and will be back for another visit soon!

Briana S.

Yelp
I haven't been to very many casino/hotels but I feel like this one was a great start. The room was nice and spacious, so was the bathroom. It's very secure when it come to access to the other floors. The casino was fun. The restaurants there were great but VERY expensive. If you're looking for cheap food, you might want to travel off the grounds. Overall it was a great experience.

George H.

Yelp
The resort is nice and elegant, the views from the rooms are amazing. Bartenders and waitresses are very nice, they're good people. On the negative side, we had to wait three hours to get our room upon checking in. And, the first room we got wasn't even ready when we went up to the 25th floor so we had to go back down to the check in counter to request for another room. The room we got had a noisy ventilation system all the time. Even when I turned off the air conditioning, the annoying noise was still there and made it virtually impossible to get some good sleep.

Ian R.

Yelp
The Beau Rivage is well appointed from the huge lobby and rooms to the overall great atmosphere. The property independently could stand its own in Vegas. Food was good when I ate at Salt and Ivy twice. The pool had a DJ most of the day that provided a fun atmosphere. Biloxi, on the isle, is a mix of excitement and southern charm. It has earned the Vegas of the south in my view. Stay away from any "continuous shuffle" blackjack it's not worth it (this would be any blackjack table where the dealer feeds the cards back into a shuffling machine after a few hands). All of the casinos in Biloxi that I visited had $.25 video poker at the bars, and swaths of slots. At Palace, Golden Nugget and Boomtown I found $10 craps, $5 blackjack with 3:2 odds could be found at Boomtown, all on a Tuesday afternoon/early evening.

Victoria E.

Yelp
Nice hotel and casino. Rooms have been renovated and some nice updates. Casino is large with a non smoking area.

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
The new and improved Buffet... anything but new and improved. The salad bar used to be a highlight... now it's tiny, hard to get to the various items, not so fresh items. The food, with the exception of the boiled shrimp, was mediocre. The soups are in the middle of the dessert bar - what the heck - by the time I made it to dessert, I was past the soup urge. The shrimp were very good. But what IS actually spectacular is the new carpet. Perhaps that's where their touted million dollars or so remodel was spent.

Andrea R.

Yelp
I was really really impressed with this hotel. Super nice super clean great service hands-down completely not what I expected for Biloxi Mississippi. I will definitely be back.

Ct S.

Yelp
I visited the Beau Rivage last week primarily to enjoy the resort and amenities but not so much the casino floor. The food was incredible as it always is. The shopping was fantastic, and the coffee from The Roasted Bean was a lifesaver. We spent two full days at the pool, and my wife and I were very impressed by our bartender Morganne. She balanced friendliness and attentiveness with productivity and accuracy. In my opinion, it was the perfect recipe for customer service. It made an enjoyable trip even better. We look forward to our next big adventure in Biloxi. We will certainly be back to the Beau Rivage.

Anne D.

Yelp
I've been a regular at Beau Rivage for decades and eagerly anticipated the revamp of the buffet (one of my favorites on the coast). They did a really nice job with the new color scheme and decor, but they made some terrible decisions with the layout and menu. Huge self-serve fountain drink machines are prominently located, which completely ruin the otherwise fairly upscale ambiance. There are TWO of them in the main dining area. What were they thinking?? At times, they are extremely noisy. I wouldn't want to sit anywhere near them. They have been located where tables used to be. To make room for tables they eliminated their fabulous salad bar!! OMG. Gone is the assortment of lettuce, grated parmesan cheese, croutons, and other things that I loved so much! It's also too hard to reach salad dressings and other items. Pizza was undercooked. Their fried chicken used to be the best. It's GONE. In its place are chicken tenders which tasted salty and weren't nearly as tender as the whole pieces of chicken on the old menu. It seemed like they were probably frozen and pre-made. So many items are gone, like the delicious fried pork chops, brussel sprouts, and other vegetables. They added dried up potato skins which were terrible. The quality of the roast beef was not good. Desserts were mostly awful -- dried up cakes getting stale which don't even seem made in house. Rice Krispies are gone! Most of my lunch went in the garbage, and I hardly ate anything. People were discarding food at every table. No one in my group thought this menu was an improvement. I went from rating this buffet an 8 out of 10 to a 2 out of 10. I simply could not have been more disappointed in the food, menu choices, and new layout. In addition, the casino removed my favorite slot machines (Quick Hits Volcano). I don't care for the current selection of slot machines. This is all disappointing, because Beau Rivage used to be one of my favorite regular destinations.

Eric And Tarah C.

Yelp
This casino and resort has many shops and restaurants inside which makes it convenient where you don't have to go anywhere if you didn't want to. We loved the pool area and workout facility was nice. The service by the casino was also good. The waiter in the Buffalo area was fast with drink service. The area is nice because if you want to venture outside of the hotel to eat there are places to go in walking distance. The room was well maintained and comfortable. It didn't feel old or outdated.

Dianna B.

Yelp
I wanted to give this higher, but I'm really not impressed. Yes the resort is lovely, but the room, was no better than the room I just spent the night in at Drury Inn, and there we got a lot of extras. I'll take the heat, I didn't research, if I had, I wouldn't have stayed, but I wanted to end my mother's trip on a high note, in luxury. We got a 2 bed room, on the 8th floor The best thing about the room was the bathroom, which had both a shower and a soaking tub. I used that to ease the aches of driving. The Ac seemed to be impacted and I found out how so when I came out of the bath and continued to sweat. The room was 78*. They did send a maintenance guy up and he reset the unit, but it never dropped below 73. I'm menopausal, that's not a good temp. Lol. We found hair on the bathroom floor, and there were glasses from room service outside our room when we checked in, so we were confused by the level of service the room received. The buffet was not open on Tuesday and everything including the 24 cafe was on a reservation status. We wouldn't have known about that, except I asked about the restaurants at check in. I'm sure it's a COVID effect, but honestly to have a resort and not offer those 2 options each day is rather meh. Those are generally your signatures. If I come back to Biloxi, I won't stay at the Beau Rivage. It just wasn't my idea of fun.

Lynn P.

Yelp
Best server ever! Nicole Skipper came over to our table and she was so charismatic! We tried these cocktails and loved them! She's amazing, and I'd come back just so she could be my server!

Harry I.

Yelp
I only came in for roulette. This is a great casino and resort. It's very spacious and they do a great job of holiday decorating. Only knock is the cigarette smoke is very strong. I did not actually stay at this hotel, but if I come back to Biloxi, MS, I will stay here.

Steve L.

Yelp
The rooms are great. The food is really good. The blackjack is awful. If you like continuous shuffle machines that weirdly seem like it programs the decks. One round dealer had 3 aces come out in a row. The very next hand someone got two aces and doubled and a third ace was the card. Again, three aces in a row. What are the statistical odds of that? The Palace was sold out tonight. They actually have a few tables with dealer shuffle. There was not a table that looked like anyone was winning tonight. Now craps, one table has a roller. I wish I had taken my bankroll straight to craps. I won't play black Jack at this casino again.

John B.

Yelp
The rooms are beautiful, particularly those with a gulf view. Bathrooms are sumptuous with acres of marble (but water pressure in shower is weak). Casino is enormous with enough slots and table games to satisfy anyone. Bear in mind this is an enormous hotel(can accommodate 10,000 people) and plan accordingly. Drop your bags off with the bellhop at the entrance as it is a hike from the garage to the rooms. Unless out of convenience don't eat in the hotel, there are better restaurants within walking distance

Yelp
Modern rooms and very comfortable bedding. Typical casino with poker, slots, roulette, blackjack, etc. Small non-smoking slot area. I would stay here again.

Yelp
The staff was helpful , but not extremely knowledgeable about the area. We spent part of the second day in the spa. The facility was nice, but I will not go back . The massage therapist was rushing. I asked him to slow down, but he did not. I had bruises the next day .
