We purchased Nuna Exec car seat for our baby from Bebeang Baby online. The customer service was very prompt and kind. They were very insightful and helped us choosing the best car seat for our baby. The car seat was also delivered on time and in good condition. This wasn’t the first time we purchased baby products from them and we will continue shopping from Bebamg Baby.

Highly recommend for premium brand Staffs are very welcoming and have patience with all customers. Very impressed with this place. I will definitely go back and buy stuff here

Brian is very knowledgeable. I did not know anything about strollers nor did my wife! He took the time to explain everything very clearly including pros and cons of each combination of strollers and the differences between the models. He is not pushing for any immediate sales. Highly recommend!! It’s like a car dealer for strollers. On the internet you can’t compare or understand how each one works. Brian explains everything step by step.

This store is exactly what I was looking for. Even though I don't live in the area with the store, I could inquire about what I needed and received detailed answers. They promptly shipped the items I ordered and everything arrived safely without any issues. Excited to use the products for my baby. I'll definitely buy from here again if I need anything in the future!

AVOID!!! I am extremely disappointed with this store's customer service. My order was marked as "delivered," but I never received it. The carrier failed to deliver it to the correct package room. I reached out multiple times via email and only received one response--with no follow-up or resolution. Since then, I have been completely ignored regardless how MMA any times I followed up with them. It is so frustrating to be left without my order and without any real support. A single reply is not enough when your delivery process fails. I will not order again.

Extremely knowledgeable about all the latest baby equipment that modern parents want and care about. Prices can also be discounted off MSRP- so consider Bebeang first before just ordering online at bigger chains. Bebang may have the same item for much cheaper.

Bebeang I thought this was korean baby product place but I was wrong. First i don't know if she was the owner but that lady is Rude from beginning to end. I tried to open it up and see if its the right one since I'm taking it to korea but she's like nope you cannot take it out and look. If we go clothing store we try on to see if it fits. It says on yelp if you first check in to the place you get 15% off but it's useless you can't even use it. So forget about the 15% off. At the register, we handed $100 bill she didn't know how to check it if it's REAL OR FAKE so she had to call someone to check it for her instead. Get a counterfeit machine or counterfeit pen to check. Just ruined my day with her Rudeness attitude. If I ever had to recommend to my friends I will never recommend bebeang. Worst customer service!!

Had a great experience here, they are very knowledgeable on all things baby products. Ray was super helpful and patient with us as we decided what car seat/stroller combo might the best fit for us! We wound up purchasing here with them and definitely do not regret it! As soon to be new parents, it was the perfect spot in helping guide us. Highly recommend!

The store might be small, but it packs a lot of things your baby needs. The owners are great-perfect customer service. We were in the market for an uppababy Cruz v2, and Bebeang got what we wanted. We were so excited for the stroller and there were so many selections. The lady who helped was was very informative and detailed about the products. She really knows her stuff. Definitely recommend this place. We had an awesome experience.

Great baby store! I like to support local and this place has hard to find/popular strollers and baby accessories on display that you won't find at those big box stores. The staff is very helpful, especially Brian, who helped us pick a car seat and stroller for our new baby. I'll be coming back here for sure in the future for all my baby needs.

Such a great place to buy essential baby stuff like car seat and stroller(s). They have a great customer service. Ray was wonderful. She gave us her advice about the stroller we've been eyeing for quite sometime. I mean it's a great stroller but our friends gifted us the uppababy mesa and will not fit in that particular brand of stroller. So we got 3 strollers to choose from- the UB Vista, Cruz and the Minu. She didn't upsell us and just let us buy the Vista.... She gave us time to inspect and feel the strollers ourselves before deciding which one to get. We wanted to invest in a stroller that our child can use for around 3-4years, so we got the Uppababy Cruz. I am happy with my shopping experience at Bebeang and this is one of the reasons I like and support small businesses. They listen and care about your needs. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends and family.

As the store has limited space, they do carry a wide variety of baby products. I've been using a hand-me-down car seat for a couple of months (I know, I know) and was researching some of the best car seats to last a while. I came across the NUNA line and for sure wanted to take a look in person at their selection. I saw on NUNA's website a couple of local sellers and this little gem was close to my home and went immediately to take a look. It's a cozy little shop with all baby necessities - from uppababy to maxi-cosí, they have a great collection. They have strollers, car seats, clothing, even baby food blenders! Definitely a great place to stop by and get what you need. The staff is very friendly and was very helpful - they even took me around the store to talk about the car seats. They didn't have what I purchased in the store, but in their warehouse, and was able to get what I wanted right away. Excellent customer service, cute store with top of the line name brands - highly recommend checking them out!

I found this store as it was listed as a Cybex authorized dealer, but after speaking with the salesperson, I went with the Babyzen YoYo. I got a great deal on it and am happy with my purchase. They have a lot of different items for children; bottles, sippy cups, toys, etc. anything that you could think of.

We were doing our newborn photoshoot upstairs at Oh Baby Photo Studio but had parked a few doors away, while walking to the car we couldn'tt help to notice Bebeang Baby with all their amazing products. As we were waiting for the new 2020 Uppababy Vista V2 to be released, I decided to enter the store to inquire on release dates. Not only did they already have it in stock, they were nice enough to hold it for me until the next day. We dealt with Brian, super nice guy and very knowledgeable on baby products. Would definitely consider this a neighborhood gem in the Northern Flushing areas. We will definitely be going back for more stuff.

Bought a Uppababy Vista stroller for the baby that is due next month. The lady that helped us was very helpful. She was patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. I preferred to shop here and get personalized one on one service that at the big stores. Definitely will come back here for other stuff.

Absolutely fantastic service and knowledge of products that they carry. As parents to be, we visited many big box retail stores, looking for various baby products. We had limited success in seeing products, and even more limitations in what the staff knew about products at the big box retailers. On a whim, we decided to visit Bebeang (found them via Nuna's website) and were extremely pleased Yoonah (Spelling?). We're looking to purchase as many products with Bebeang.

this store is INCREDIBLE. the guy who works here is one of the kindest and most helpful salespeople i've ever interacted with. he doesn't upsell you on the crazy expensive strollers and he doesn't use high pressure sales tactics. he lets you try out everything and he's really great at explaining the differences between everything. when people complain about the internet shutting down our best brick and mortar businesses ... this is a place i hope survives and thrives.
