Beecher's Handmade Cheese - SeaTac N Gates

I got the breakfast chicken sausage sandwich. It looked and sounded promising. The first few bites were good until I got to the egg. The egg was like a puck, in a bad way. It also was not properly heated all the way through. I couldn't even finish half.

First time trying Beecher's and it was good. The Cheese Curd Lasagna was good and flavorful but nothing special or unique about it. One big difference is that it is rather flat but nothing unique flavor wise. Now the Flagship grilled cheese with basil and tomato is another story. This was delicious! So much flavor in this sandwich from the charred bread to the tomato and basil and cheese. It is a bit pricey but it was worth it. As for the "World's Best" Mac & Cheese....it was good but not sure about World's Best. It was very good but a bit too flour-y for me. I also bought their packaged Flagship cheese, regular, extra aged, and the smoked to bring home. All are very good. Overall, a place I would recommend and would go to again particularly because of the sandwich.

Had a tuna melt. Fairly unremarkable. The only notable aspect about this establishment was the slow moving service. I wasn't in a hurry so it was fine, but if you're in a hurry I recommend skipping this one if there are more than 4-5 people in line. The line was moving slowly enough that I started paying attention to the workers. Maybe it was my bad luck, but some of the workers seemed to take things very leisurely, or seemed like they were in training.

The food was pretty decent especially for an airport. I got a kimchi grilled cheese - it was cheese and kimchi, so very much as expected. It was good overall, although it wasn't the most exciting thing ever. But overall, it's a decent place at the airport!

Great place in the Seattle airport to get some food. I had the tomato soup and the egg & cheese sandwich. Both were yummy.

VERY disappointing. We had the Mac and Cheese and tomato soup. It was the world's most BLAND Mac and Cheese drenched in Weak sauce.

I love Beecher's, their Mac and cheese is one of my favorites. When I saw they were open before my flight, I grabbed a Mac and cheese, and a smoked turkey melt. The service was fast and friendly, and I quickly got my food (but boy howdy it was expensive!) The mac tasted okay: the sauce was a little thin, the noodles a little overcooked, but I still solidly enjoyed it. The melt was pretty tasty too. All in all, a solid 4 out of 5 experience. ... However, I write this review from the bathroom at 4am. Around 6 to 7 hours after the meal, my body started to reject it. It's been hours of non stop vomiting and diarrhea. Something was wrong with the food, and I don't know with which bit. Luckily, I was safely at the end of my travels when the waves of nausea started, so I didn't get to navigate all of this on the plane. But ugggh oh God, here it comes again ugdshjhgxdghhcsdf.

It looks exactly like the other Beecher’s counter at Terminal C so I figured the one here at Terminal N wouldn’t be any different. I always treat myself to Beecher’s when passing through SeaTac. However, my most recent visit was a real let down. I ordered the Kimchi Melt (Firefly Kitchen’s Kimchi, Flagship cheese and Just Jack cheese) and well…it was no melt. It needed a lot more time on the grill. The cheese wasn’t melted the slightest bit and the bread was hardly toasted. Furthermore, the kimchi looked old. It tasted alright, but just really unappealing to the eye. I did order an 8 oz. Classic Mac & Cheese which was amazing as ever. It’s saved the meal. I’m not sure if I just ordered the wrong item, or if it’s the location. The staff was incredibly friendly for airport employees. I’ll probably give this place another shot just out of convenience, but this first visit was indeed a bust.
