"The drinking scene near Wrigley Field is losing another bar before the baseball season even ends. No-frills spot BEER on Clark will shutter after service on Friday, August 31 at 3415 N. Clark Street, according to social media announcements that state “our ongoing battle to stay open has come to an end.” It was known for cheap booze, bar food, table games, karaoke, and late nights. There’s no word yet what will replace it." - Daniel Gerzina

Great if you are part of the sports teams that drinks there every Friday. After around 10 they always close their windows and the place transforms into a sauna. Fun beer pong scene and has a real college feel to it. Not for everyone, but not bad if that's what you like.

One of my favorite Chicago dive bars! Saturday night here is amazing, the karaoke guy is a real hoot and makes it a really fun atmosphere whether or not you're singing. Granted it is a "dive bar" so don't expect it to be nice but it's really fun and they usually have drink specials. Can get slow on Fridays or really any other day as well so be warned

My kind of no nonsense beer and booze bar. The bartender was cool and visited with us. Friendly customers struck up conversation as we sat at the bar. If I lived in the Wrigley area, this place would be a regular hangout.

This place is amazing! I went here to celebrate a friends birthday and there is a special where you drink 2 hours free as the bday person. Any friends of the celebrator gets 1/2 drinks for the entire night! There are two sides to the bar: the right has beer pong and the left has karaoke! Highly recommend this place

Beer is a dive bar near Wrigley Field, this should be all the description you require. You are reading this; however, presumably because you want to pick the right dive bar near Wrigley. Beer has beer pong set up and is better priced than other spots in the area. There is also a live piano player that plays requests, which tend to vary widely in musical genre.

What you see is what you get here. It's a Wrigley Bar. One side has karaoke and the other side plays top 40s music. Beer pong on both sides. Not enough seating, but I don't expect that. Have been to several people's birthday parties here and it has always been a decent time.

Best low key bar in Wrigley! Great new menu. The best place to go after a Cubs game to listen to Bob the Pianoman. The djs are great too for any night out! It's like a Chicago Cheers!

Great place to hang out and enjoy a refreshing cold beer. Perfect before or after a Cubs game. They have beer pong tables setup, along with Karaoke in the evening.
