My first time having Chicago style pizza in Chicago. Very delicious. Also, the wings were so good that I ordered more for the road. It's a must try. Right across from the Amtrak station where we were waiting so it was also very convenient.

Ordered two personal pizzas for delivery. Both the thin and deep dish arrived warm and delicious. The crust was still crispy, and both were super cheesy. I love the sauce and the sausage. I will definitely order again and again.

I stopped by Beggars Pizza in the West Loop for a quick meal, and I’m glad I did! I grabbed a slice of their pepperoni pizza, and it was exactly what I needed. The first bite reminded me why classic pizza is such a crowd pleaser. The crust was just right—crispy along the edges yet soft and slightly chewy on the inside, offering a perfect base for all the toppings.
The pepperoni had a great balance of smoky, savory, and slightly spicy flavors. It wasn’t overly greasy, and each slice of pepperoni had those crispy, curled edges that make it extra enjoyable. The cheese was plentiful and melted perfectly, creating that classic stringy pull you hope for in a good pizza. It had a creamy texture and a mild, slightly tangy flavor that paired well with the bold pepperoni.
The sauce tied everything together. It was rich and flavorful, with a noticeable hint of garlic and oregano that gave it depth. It wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated it struck that ideal balance of acidity and savory notes that made each bite feel satisfying.
What stood out most was how fresh everything tasted. The crust had that unmistakable freshly-baked flavor, the cheese felt high quality, and the sauce didn’t taste like it came out of a can. This slice wasn’t trying to reinvent pizza, instead, it delivered on the basics in the best way possible.
For anyone in the area looking for a quick, no-fuss bite that doesn’t compromise on flavor, Beggars Pizza is a fantastic option. Whether you're grabbing a single slice or sitting down for a full meal, the pizza here really delivers on taste. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

14 bucks for slice of sausage deep dish and a beer; can't beat that downtown. Slice was hot and thick and beer was cold. Great buy.

Hit up Beggars Pizza in the West Loop the other night, and man, they really "lay it on thick" just like their motto says. Split a large deep-dish sausage pizza with a buddy, and it was loaded with gooey cheese and flavorful sausage—totally hit the spot. Also grabbed some mozzarella sticks to start; crispy on the outside and melty inside, just how they should be. The staff was super chill and made us feel right at home. All in, we dropped about $40, which is pretty solid for the amount of food we got. If you're craving some legit Chicago-style pizza, this spot's a winner.

The Pizza here slaps so good!
Also massive shout out to Irvin - we didn’t have much time before we had to catch a train and we had been looking for some deep dish pizza all over. He gave us quick 5 star service. Absolute legend!

Went in and had a single slice of deep dish cheese pizza.
More crust than cheese, it was like warm.
2/10 at best. Seriously disappointed.
Glad I only had one slice and didn't order a pie

My hubby was real excited for real Chicago pizza so upon our arrival from Las Vegas we went to Union station for our trip back we happened to see Beggars pizza across the street from Union Station Chicago. We were sorely disappointed… the pizza is sold by slices..it was not good. It was cold not fresh and tasted like a frozen pizza. A sad disappointing experience
